I recently visited the Greek restaurant “Rosenhof” and was thrilled! The food was simply outstanding – authentic, fresh and incredibly tasty. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of dishes and everything I tried was perfectly prepared. Particularly worth mentioning is the beautiful, green beer garden, which offers a wonderful atmosphere to enjoy your meal in peace and comfort. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. From the first moment I felt warmly welcomed and excellently looked after. The hospitality shown here is truly remarkable. Another plus: We never had to pay extra for ketchup here, as mentioned in other reviews. Ketchup is available free of charge at Rosenhof and usually in bottles (Heinz 300ml) – a great service that I really appreciate! I can only warmly recommend the Rosenhof and am already looking forward to my next visit! ---

Average food at high prices. Atmosphere like in a sports restaurant. Ketchup for fries costs €1 extra :D Sanitary facilities are clean and tidy.

Food and service great - favorite Greek!

So the food couldn't be worse. I had Giros with rice, the pieces of meat were no bigger than a 1 cent coin and completely dry, almost straw-like. It seemed to me like some leftovers that had been quickly warmed up in the microwave. My wife's calamari was rubbery, inedible. Never again, we have a Greek who is a thousand times better in Nuremberg Röthenbach. Unfortunately I have to give it one star, otherwise you can't post it

Because of the good Google reviews, we visited the Rosenhof on our trip to Nuremberg and were not disappointed. Very friendly service, the starters were great and our main courses were simply delicious. The Suvlaki was excellent, the gyros were not greasy, but juicy and slightly crispy. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. If you like chic, you can go somewhere else. We have a clear recommendation.

There are certainly more modern places, but you go there to eat and there are no second opinions, and no second opinions at all. Very very tasty!!!! Juicy suflaki, crispy juicy gyros, delicious calamari. Enjoy eating there!!!!!

Nice cozy Greek restaurant. There is also German cuisine on offer here. The staff is very friendly, nice, helpful and accommodating. The prices are normal and affordable. We eat here often.

We had lunch at the Rosenhof restaurant on a Saturday. The Greek restaurant has down-to-earth and delicious cuisine. We had gyros/calamari and the daily meal was veal liver. The liver was very tender and the service was quick and friendly. The furnishings are Franconian and simple – exactly how we like it! We'd love to come back.

As already described many times, rather simple furnishings. But what the heck, it's not a furniture store. The food easily makes up for any visual limitations. Price performance is reasonable, even if from January 24 onwards going to the restaurant generally becomes more and more of a challenge. Gyros finely sliced, a hint of crispy, pleasantly seasoned. Souvlaki juicy with little room for improvement. It is striking that even when it gets cold, it is still pleasantly tender. Calamari absolutely high-level. Just try it. Fries and side salad were unremarkably good. Tomato rice not too dry, pleasantly al dente, seasoning rather reserved. Service very warm and authentic. We went to the Rosenhof today based on a recommendation. We have never eaten so badly. The calamari was like rubber. Very bad quality. I complained about it and had it returned after a sample. But I was charged 8 euros for this.👎 What a disgrace. Will never enter this restaurant again. The atmosphere is like an old pub from the 60s. The residential area says it all. Anyone who says it's good has never eaten at a really good Greek restaurant, for example the best one, DAS DELPHI. It was a dream to be there straight away.

The place looks like a family restaurant, without big decorations or anything special, you can say that it is not chic at all, but that's the only thing I'm missing. The food is delicious, I highly recommend the Greek-style Cordon Bleu, as well as the Bifteki and the Gyros Überbacken, come on, everything we ordered. The staff is also charming, super attentive and pleasant. I didn't think about taking photos, but I will because there will surely be a next time.

Wir haben eher spontan in diesem Restaurant Halt gemacht, weil ich meine Jugend in dieser Gegend verbracht habe. Kurz nach dem Öffnen wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen, obwohl wir keine Reservierung hatten. Wir bestellten griechische Vor- und Hauptspeise. Das Essen war reichlich und guter Durchschnitt, das Ambiente... naja eine fränkische Wirtschaft, die sich seit 30 Jahren nicht wesentlich verändert hat. Ob man im griechischen Restaurant unbedingt Schäufele und Karpfen anbieten muss? Den Gästen scheint es jedenfalls zu schmecken. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und schnell. Wenn ich einmal wieder in der Nähe bin, kehre ich wieder dort ein.

Da wir für Samstag Abend in der Innenstadt keinen Tisch bekommen hatten, sind wir durch Zufall auf dieses Restaurant gestoßen. Hier stimmt wirklich alles! Essen, Service und Atmosphäre sind hervorragend. Wirklich empfehlenswert!

Wir gehen bereits seit Jahren hier essen. Die Qualität ist immer gleichbleibend gut. Egal wie stressig es ist, es bleibt trotzdem immer Zeit für ein kleines Schwätzchen. Das rundet den Besuch positiv ab. Weiter so. Bis bald!

Wir waren am Mittwoch den 02.03.2023 zu einem geschäftlichen Essen im Rosenhof und es war einfach fantastisch. Das Essen war köstlich, frisch und authentisch. Wir haben verschiedene Vorspeisen, Hauptgerichte und Desserts probiert, uns hat alles sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Service (Janni) war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und schnell. Ich kann den Rosenhof wärmstes empfehlen, es war das leckerste griechische Restaurant, dass ich jemals besucht habe.

Ich habe leider nur Essen zum Abholen bestellt, wurde jedoch sehr freundlich bedient. Die Portionen waren zum satt werden und alles sehr lecker. Selbst ein paar Scheiben Brot zum Zaziki wurden eingepackt. Werde sicher bald mal wieder hierher kommen.

„Wo gehen wir vor dem Rockkonzert zum Essen?“ Das war die Frage, die uns lange beschäftigte. Nach mehreren Recherchen und einigen Absagen stieß ich auf die Gaststätte Rosenhof mit guten Bewertungen. Ich kann mich nur lobend und dankend äußern. Die griechische Gaststätte in einer typischen alten bürgerlichen „Eckgaststätte“ in Nürnberg hat Stil, das Essen ist sehr gut, bei einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Der sehr freundliche und zuvorkommend nette Service bedarf einer gesonderten Würdigung. Sollten wir wieder in der Nähe zum Essen gehen, weiß ich sofort die Adresse.

Die Vorspeisen und die überbackenen Hauptgänge waren frisch zubereitet und zart. Das tzaziki besonders lecker!
