We were here for True Italian Pasta Week and had high expectations of the food. There was a choice of two dishes, one of which was delicious and a generous portion, while the other (pumpkin gnocchi) was unfortunately relatively tasteless and so meager that it could only just pass as a starter. The wine, on the other hand, was excellent. We're very glad we decided to order a pizza and dessert afterward, both of which were excellent. Overall, four stars, but the True Italian Pasta Week offering didn't convince us. It was a Friday evening, and the four of us wouldn't have been able to get in without a table reservation. Accordingly, it was naturally warm and loud in the restaurant, but that suited the atmosphere.

We went there to have food. we requested for tap water with our drinks. The waiters refused. I think it's quite poor to not allow water. Their argument was that - we need to have min drinks order to get water. Mind you the waiters were happy to serve it but their boss decided to overrule them. I think the waiters themselves also found it weird.

We were there with a large group, and the spontaneous reservation worked out perfectly. The service was outstanding—super friendly, attentive, and just the right amount of presence. Plus, delicious pizzas and a fantastic pistachio tiramisu. Highly recommended.

Our recent visit to this restaurant was a truly frustrating experience from start to finish. We waited an unacceptable 20 minutes just to get a menu, which set the tone for the rest of our meal. Adding to our discomfort, especially on a 30-degree day while sitting outside, was their policy of not serving tap water. When we asked, we were simply told it wasn't an option, which felt incredibly unaccommodating and unreasonable given the heat. The most concerning incident, however, occurred during payment. Our bill came to €36. I explicitly asked the waiter to charge €40 to include a tip. To my shock, he unilaterally charged €42 to our card without any communication or explanation. This uncommunicated €6 overcharge was deeply disheartening. Rather than cause a scene, especially with my partner present, we chose to just pay and leave. This combination of extremely slow service, an unhelpful tap water policy, and the frankly audacious overcharge at the end has left us with a profoundly negative impression. We will certainly never be returning to this establishment. I am not sure who responded here, but it’s not true, i have a local card, and I am living in Berlin for 8 years and never had such a story about charging , there is nothing wrong with saying sorry or being responsible

I usually really enjoy this pizzeria, but delivery feels like a complete rip-off. The pizzas we received were ridiculously small—much smaller than what we normally get when dining in. Paying €15.40 for the one on the left and €16.90 for the one on the right is an utter bad joke considering the size. And given that it happened to both it doesn’t seem to have been a singular mistake by the pizzaiolo.

I'm pleasantly surprised. My partner and I (both vegans) recently came here with a visitor because no other pizzeria nearby had more vegan options open. It turned out to be a brilliant idea. I've never had such a good marinara in Germany. The pizza lacked absolutely nothing. Simply a fantastic pizza, like something from an Italian vacation. The tomato sauce was made with yellow tomatoes and was so fruity and delicious!

If you like spicy food, try the Super Diavola pizza! Super spicy, super delicious! The location is nice, the staff are kind, and the service is fast and efficient.

The pasta dishes sound extravagant und creative, but sadly, they taste bland. I had to put so much olive oil and salt to it, so I could finish it. Service was phenomenal, but that doesn’t convince me to come back.

We live in the neighborhood and came back (2nd time now). The pizza is delicious! We love eating pizza and have tried dozens and dozens of places. The "Stairway to Heaven" pizza did not dissapoint. Very happy another quality restaurant is here to stay. They also were very nice and considerate with our puppy :) Coming back for my next pizza craving... thank you!

Unfortunately, the pizzas are always a bit burnt. To be more precise, the pizza base is black in places. The crust is black as well. This results in a burnt aftertaste. I find that a real shame, because it shouldn't be that way. The price, at around €17, is pretty steep. The ingredients are always delicious.

The most authentic Italian pizza so far. (My comparison is Northern Sardinia.) The staff is super friendly and, to my untrained German ear, seems to be from Italy, but I could be wrong 😅 The only downside is the location. Being right next to the tram line naturally presents a periodic acoustic challenge.

I've been to this restaurant several times and have always had a good experience. It's a shame that I went here just now for a plate of pasta and after paying €14.90 for a pasta dish with a bit of shrimp tartar... this is the little piece of shrimp I found inside. My boyfriend had spaghetti allo scoglio, but inside we found only mussels. For the price I paid... never again.

I had the chance to try the pizza at Spaccanapoli No. 12 as part of True Italian Pizza Week, so I can't say much about the restaurant itself. The waitress who took our order was friendly, despite the large number of people waiting in line. We opted for the Pizza Pistacchia, but this time without the mortadella. Delicious fior di latte, pistachios, burrata, and cherry tomatoes on a ricotta cream. A super chunky pizza with lots of flavors, although a little spice wouldn't have hurt. But overall, it was a pleasant experience; we'll be back to visit the restaurant again.

My carbonara was very salty, but still delicious. The tiramisu was too creamy for my taste, and the semifreddo was extremely sweet, so it loses one star.

We came here for dinner with friends. We received very attentive and friendly service. The pizzas were fantastic and of very high quality. If you like authentic Neapolitan pizzas and pasta, this is a great place to go. The restrooms are acceptable, but could use a bit of renovation. I would be happy to come back sometime, even on my own.

Having just returned from a three-week vacation in southern Italy, the prices for the pizzas are shocking (€11.90 to €16.90), and it's hard to wrap your head around them. But the pizzas are really good, generously topped, and delicious. The service is very friendly and fast.

I think it's absolutely cheeky to charge €2 for a glass of tap water when you've already ordered enough food and drinks at the table!

The pizza was awesome and the waitress was sooo patient with my friend who complained because she wanted the ice cream being sever with the coffee. She is pregnant and therefore very hormonal 😄 sorry again and well done in managing the situation

We were here for the first time today, which was my idea. We were looking forward to the tagliere platter as an appetizer and pizza. The tagliere platter was a joke! There were a total of 6 wafer-thin slices of sausage, meaning 2 slices of 3 types and a bit of cheese, all 3 of the same type. There was also a tiny bit of lettuce leaves that had obviously been sitting around for a very long time. We intentionally left some of the lettuce over to show the waiters as proof. The pizza was okay. One positive thing I would like to highlight is the crispy guanciale on the pizza. The crust was good. The wine and cocktail were also okay. Overall, the experience wasn't very positive, even considering the prices. Since there are quite a few Italian restaurants in this neighborhood, this was our first and certainly our last visit.

The pizzas on the daily menu were a good idea and a delicious combination, even something different with endive. Special requests were also fulfilled. The staff are genuine Italians from Italy, which is rare in Berlin. The ladies were all very, very friendly and understood my Italian well. It's much better than the dominant English in this area. For dessert, a canolo is a must. What surprises me, however, is that it seems to have become fashionable in Berlin for pizzas to always have black spots, but they taste bitter and they aren't healthy either. I don't remember having that so often in southern Italy.

We had a lovely time in this pizzeria. The waitress was incredibly friendly and warm and welcoming. The fried zucchini flowers with ricotta were absolutely delicious. Their selection of classical Neapolitan pizzas is solid. Their special pizzas feature creative and intriguing combinations of flavours and ingredients normally only common in Italy. A great experience overall and could be perfect if the dough was slightly less toasted. For food lovers and napolitan-pizza-aficionados this is a great place to spend an evening.

Every Wednesday you get the vegan pizza or pasta for 10€. The pizza was good! It is quite loud inside and difficult to talk to each other.

Being Neapolitan, I am always very skeptical to go to pizzerias that claim to have authentic Neapolitan pizza because often times they do not meet the standards and they don’t offer good pizza options. Spaccanapoli stood out of the crowd with a very good Neapolitan pizza, a varied menu and many vegan and vegetarian options to choose from. Affordable and tasty, I highly recommend going. I will definitely come back!

We ordered via uber eats and were shocked about the sad amount of leftover salad we received sold for 11,90€ as the “eggscuse me salad”… see pictures attached. The pizza was great, but the salad just a joke. The few leaves, drown in mayonnaise and the egg turned out to be an already colored easter egg (eastern was last week). Disappointing.

The food was “ok”, quite cold, dry and seemed warmed up. I had a broccoli lasagne. The store is quite large and the location is impressive. However, the quality and quantity of the dishes do not match the prices. The service was sufficiently friendly, the service was not very personal and you can clearly tell that the staff is keen to process the tables quickly. So the desert menu was presented to us without asking, basically a nice idea but the waiter rather ignored it. When we asked for the bill they were faster than average. So it's a shame. It's not a classic "tourist trap" but at second glance it's clearly not designed for regular customers or "returners". It's a shame, it would be nice if there was a restaurant with a passion for service in the location. So it's fine, but it's expensive, bland and nothing special.

Super nice people, really relaxed atmosphere. The menu wasn't overloaded, but everything on it was really tasty. What was particularly cool was that the dishes were color-coded - you can see straight away what is vegan, vegetarian or with meat. The starters were a good size and everything was really fresh and flavorful. When I'm back in Berlin, I'll definitely go there again!
