Fantastic restaurant for dinner and excellent location. Food here is amazing so much choice, went for the chicken risotto and was not disappointed; absolutely delicious and beautiful decor, very attentive staff, very clean and would definitely reccomend and go back there too.

My food was bad. I had colic all night and wanted to throw up. The spaghetti aglio olio e peperoncino was al dente, but dry, not creamy. The garlic was sliced ​​but raw, and the olive oil didn't taste virgin. The children had pizzas and they were very good. I wanted to remember Italy and ordered this spaghetti but had no luck. Otherwise good restaurant and good service. Update: I reviewed 3 instead of 4 stars. Still sick after two days.

Vores Påske tur til Berlin bød på flere kulinariske oplevelser, hvor Ristorante calico D’Oro har én af dem. Restauranten bød på klassiske italienske retter. Begge retter, som blev nydt ved bordet var Tagliatelle med laks og pizza Parma med rucola, var velsmagende.

Excellent and recommended, proud that we manage to export our cuisine! I tried one of the best red pizzas of recent years, but everything was excellent, even the spaghetti and the sea bass, the dessert and the coffee. Well done Marco the very kind waiter.

We recently visited Ristorante Calice d’Oro, a cozy Italian restaurant with a beautiful interior and a romantic atmosphere. The dim lighting, elegant decor, and pleasant music create the perfect setting for a leisurely dinner. The evening started off promising – we were immediately served a complimentary treat from the restaurant: fresh bread and flavorful olives, a nice touch that set a positive tone. We ordered two vitello tonnato and rack of lamb. Unfortunately, our expectations were not fully met. The vitello tonnato was presented differently on each plate – one had arugula, while the other did not. The dish was tasty, but not particularly memorable. The rack of lamb was a disappointment – it was drenched in oil, making it heavy and greasy, completely overshadowing the tenderness we were hoping for. In the end, despite the beautiful presentation and cozy ambiance, the overall dining experience was underwhelming. We won’t be returning.

Very nice staff, Italian. Fast service and spectacularly tasty cuisine. Without a doubt, a recommendable place to stop to rest and let yourself be pampered by cuisine as delicious as Italian. We were on the terrace, very pleasant. By the way, be careful not to say “yes” too quickly to the question of whether you want a bottle of water, since the 0.75cl one is worth €7.5! It may be normal in some European cities, but for Spaniards it is theft!! In Madrid, for example, the drinking tap is free. Come see the restaurant!

Love love love the atmosphere there. Chic & cozy restaurant. So far i have dined here twice, on both occasions i got the seafood pasta. However their service is not really outstanding to me. It’s just ok. Food was actually enjoyable & pretty decent, but the presentation was below my expectations, my second plate was pretty messy. Prices were fair.

Good, but nothing special. The food isn't bad, but I've been to better Italian restaurants. The presentation of the dishes suggests semi-fine dining, but the taste isn't up to that standard. The prices aren't exorbitant, but they're not cheap either. The portions are a bit small compared to the price (except for the pizzas, which are quite generous). The service is fairly standard, but it lacked a bit of responsiveness towards the end of the meal.

We visited as a small group of girls and were completely happy. When we entered the restaurant we were greeted in a friendly manner. The team was very accommodating and our waiter was particularly attentive and competent. The food was prepared relatively quickly and the taste was also very high quality and very tasty. If you've never visited this Berlin restaurant, you're missing out on a lot. Clearly recommended!

It is a tourist spot, pizza is ok but not recommended, risotto is delicious, water is overpriced at 7.50 euros, salad is very tasty at 16.50, but also more of a tourist price. Service very attentive. Overall conclusion, there are significantly better ones in Berlin.

The salad had pieces that were too big. Spaghetti was good.

It was nice and the food was delicious. Very good and attentive staff. I ordered Risotto del Mare - it was fabulous. Would like to come again.

Fantastic food and very friendly and helpful staff

I asked for information about a dish and the waiter brought it right away. According to the food, it was tasteless. The pasta with salmon and the matriciana were awful. I didn't even touch the matriciana dish and asked for it to be removed. The waiter didn't even ask why the dish was untouched.

We chose this restaurant for our last evening in Berlin, a wonderful conclusion to the holiday! Elegant environment, friendly staff and good Italian food. My 12 year old son and I travel and he often asks me for Italian cuisine abroad and here I have to say they are good (for being outside of Italy!!).

Les serveurs étaient charmants, la vue change un peu. Bonne expérience dans l’ensemble. Attention cela ferme tôt (23h) comme partout dans le coin !

Hmm... the taste is ordinary. It's expensive, and it's the same drink as the table next to me. There is a big difference in the service provided. The person serving me put a menu on my plate. I came in feeling good and it was delicious, so I was planning to come back, but it wasn't like this in Italy, so I'm disappointed.

A unique experience at “Unter den Linden”!

Leider nicht zu empfangen. Wie wollten gemütlich zu Abendessen, zuerst sehr lange darauf gewartet das man bedient wird obwohl es nur 3 andere Gäste gab.als die leicht bekleidete Dame mit übermäßig langen Nägeln (sehr hygienische)endlich aufmerksam wurde auf uns.Wir bestellten Nudeln und Rinderfilet Medium.Nudeln waren sehr Salzig und etwas hart,das Filet war so gut wie Roh auf Rückgabe und bitten das Fleisch durchzubraten kam es 15 Minuten später zurück im gleichen Zustand. Sehr sehr schade für 35 Euro Filet nichts gegessen und sehr unfreundliche Bedienung mit Unverständnis.

Necesitábamos una cena tranquila, no abrumadora. Estábamos en un viaje largo por Alemania, y aunque nos encanta la comida alemana, de vez en cuando, uno necesita una variedad diferente. Este restaurante es fácil de encontrar. Personal muy servicial y amable. Ambos tuvimos variaciones en rigatoni, que se sirvió muy bien en porciones buenas pero no enormes. Hay una buena lista de vinos y cervezas. Su panna cotta es delicioso.

The waiters are very friendly, the place is very cozy, the food is very good, and good value for money, although it is not one of the cheapest places in Berlin but it is worth it.

The restaurant looks really nice and the waiters are nice, but that's about it. The three of us had lunch last Saturday. The oil at the table was more than disappointing, was it even olive oil? I have no idea, we then ate the bread without oil. When asked whether the Taglierini contained eggs, the waiter answered no, but after further questions (my child is vegan), the no turned into a yes, so the dish was reordered. According to my daughter, the Taglierini Tartufo, 25.50, were not particularly tasty , the spagetti Aglio Olio, 2 p.m., according to my son, were just “well, that’s okay,” but the crowning glory was my Taglierini Scoglio 23.50. The stock was actually okay, but the gamba was gray (you can see it in the photo), and then I ate a mussel, it tasted so strange, I immediately thought oh no, I hope it wasn't bad... It was probably bad, because I got atrial fibrillation while I was in the restaurant! So there really was something wrong, I'm very sensitive to foods and flavor enhancers! At night I had to go to the hospital in the ambulance because of the AFib. I didn't say anything in the restaurant because I didn't want to ruin the day for my children (it was a special day) but actually I should have given the food back to the boss. Well, we definitely won't come here again! Oh yes, 7.50 the San Pellegrino water is already... well, just forgotten!

As soon as you enter the restaurant you can feel the authentic, warm atmosphere. The ambience is stylish and cozy, furnished with great attention to detail. The menu offers an impressive selection of traditional Italian dishes - from homemade pasta to perfectly baked wood-fired pizza. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive without being intrusive. You can immediately tell that people work here with passion and that every wish is taken seriously. All in all, I can only warmly recommend the restaurant - a must for all lovers of Italian cuisine. Here you will find an authentic, tasteful break from everyday life. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Delicious, fast Amazing meat and pizza

October 2024: This is a nice Italian restaurant on Unter den Linden, a few blocks east of the Brandenburg Gate. Food was good, prices reasonable, nice atmosphere.

Friendly staff, we were with three small children and felt welcome. Food was also fine.

What a lovely family run Italian restaurant. It was so good we ate here twice! The service was absolutely fantastic on both visits and the food was so fresh and delicious. Its a little pricey for certain things but you certainly get what you pay for! The salmon pasta was delicious, my son really enjoyed his pizza and the truffle pasta was to die for and prepared at your table. What a treat! The only disappointment was my dessert. It was supposed to be a souffle but it was more like a fondant but still very tasty. Thank you for a wonderful couple of evenings.

1. The draft beer (Erdinger) tastes terrible - I returned it. 2. The value for money is quite weak when it comes to food. Conclusion: Can't recommend!

We went to this restaurant based on online reviews. One reviewer described it as a ‘hidden gem’. I couldn’t agree more. It is down the road from the Brandenburg gate and offers both indoor and outdoor seating. Tasso was our waiter and we could not have been in better hands. He was personable and knowledgeable but also gave us the space we needed. The entrees , salmon and veal were very good and the wine recommended was great. I would highly recommend a stop here. Enjoy

We went there last night after 9:30 p.m. and they were the only ones who received us. The dishes were very good and plentiful. The waitresses are smiling and pleasant. Practically next to Berlin Cathedral. You have to take into account roughly with aperitif, coffee, 30 euros per head. I recommend.

The restaurant is highly recommended. We were greeted very friendly and seated straight away. The food was fantastic and my Aperol Spritz was prepared perfectly. The ambience and the staff were accessible to everything and always available to requests.

Mixed starter was very good - quite big so glad we shared. Unfortunately the main course arrived before I had finished my starter. Main courses were ok but nothing special. The waitress apologized and it was not her fault which was the best she could do. it would be better if the waiter had not taken my wife's plate before I had finished my starter. Waiters reached regularly across the guests it clear the table - not how it is taught !

Nice Italian restaurant in one of the most known streets of Berlin. The restaurant offers a good range of food and a nice atmosphere. All within a good price, allowing you to enjoy the nice view without breaking the bank.

Food is good, service not bad just seems the waitress serving us is less experienced but we enjoyed the dinner while we had too many sausages.

Pleasant table staff. In the kitchen they made a mistake and gave us the spicy version of the dish, they changed it without a problem, but we had to wait. We asked for wine in a jug, and they brought double the amount. The place is nice, central, the kitchen, in my opinion, can be greatly improved.

Without a reservation we got a good place for 2 people. The service was very friendly. As a starter we had Vitello Tonnato, which we shared. Afterwards there was spagetti with truffles and parmesan and a seafood pizza. In terms of taste, the food was very tasty and hard to eat because the portions were generous. Typical German lack-of-service. Overpriced. Absolutely no flavor to the food. My husband's arrabiata had the same sauce as my beef rigatoni - just had garlic and pepper dumped on it. It was -so very disappointing- because the staff was obviously Italian. But no one knew how to cook.

It was one of the worst experiences. The food wasn't Italian. We ordered 2 risottos and they weren't that. We ate just rice with thongs that weren't cooked together. Also it was too expensive, and the waiters didn't give any try to understand us (we speak some German). I recommend not to go if you want to eat something similar to Italian food. Awful!

Excellent restaurant! I recommend the Parmesan and Truffle pasta! The waiter finishes cooking the pasta in the parmesan wheel in front of you and finishes by adding truffle: a real spectacle and a real delight!

We had dinner here. The food tasted okay, but for the price we paid this is certainly not a good place. The presentation of the food was also very simple, which I did not expect for the price we paid. Ottimo ristorante, per un italiano che si trova a Berlino è un post top. Cibo buono, abbiamo assaggiato una focaccia, il carpaccio di manzo, pasta aglio e peperoncino e le tagliatelle al tartufo. La qualità della pasta ottima. Il personale appena ha saputo che fossimo italiani ci han fatto le feste. Il tutto accompagnato da un buon vino chianti classico. I prezzi sono giusti per ció che viene offerto. Ne vale la pena.

Just had something to drink as it felt like it was 40 degrees 😅 Limoncello Sprizz was very good. We looked at the menu - Very, very nice menu - Great Italian dishes. It's a shame, if we had been hungry we would definitely have eaten something. The ambience is really nice and the service is very accommodating.

Perfect place to have a dinner. You may choose either short visit with a main course or all the way from the appetizers to the dessert. Personnel welcomes you and makes you feel important for them.

We ate on the terrace and were completely satisfied. The service was extremely friendly and attentive and gave us the best advice. The wine was excellently chilled and delicious, the food was great, pasta flambéed in parmesan cheese, the dessert plate was very tasty and the coffee at the end was a delight. In the last few days we have often eaten in the restaurant but this was by far the best without being overly expensive at the same time. We would love to come back here.

The chairs were the only pleasant thing in this terrible restaurant Pizza Margarita sweet like sugar and had no spices whatsoever. The pasta with tomato sauce and vegetables also tastes completely bland and absolutely too sweet. When the waiter asked if we liked it, we said yes. He didn't let us speak at all and didn't listen or show any interest and said, "Well, that's just fine." When we wanted to pay we were shocked. For a meal like this 37 euros. The cashier came and just took the 50 euros and ran away. A while later he came with the change. Absolutely not recommended, no upscale Italian food.
