I’m really dissatisfied.. I used to get several times food there, but today was really the last time😡 Besides that they really not add enough sauce to the kebab and the fries are never fresh, the staff is really unfriendly. They have several veggies offered, while choosing they already said that we have “too many extra wishes” I asked for a box with falafel instead of fries and said I will pay it on top of need and they refused to take my order because “it’s not mentioned like this in the menu” it’s a really bad service and a very sad way of treating their customers especially pregnant women.. If you don’t want someone to ruin your mood for the day avoid this shop.

They are a testament to the care and skill that goes into every dish at this Imbiss. In conclusion, SoulKebab continues to be a top choice for Döner lovers. Delicious kebab. I really like the garlic sauce here. The meat was good and the vegetables were fresh and crunchy. There is also red cabbage. The price is still ok.

Don't understand this hype about the store. Unfortunately I have to say that I've been there several times to get a better picture. - the employees don't understand you and you get the wrong order - the kebab tastes average (rather below average) - the employees don't seem to have much interest in their job

Had to wait almost 20 minutes today. Ordered a kebab plate with rice and received a kebab plate with soft fries piled high with meat and sauce. Disappointing!

UPDATE: still inedible :-( For 7.50EUR(!!!) I expect a first-class kebab. Price-performance is not right here. As mentioned several times, the meat doesn't seem to be of good quality, the vegetables don't taste fresh and taste canned. The salespeople aren't particularly friendly and you don't feel welcome. I'm usually here in the afternoon/evening, so everything is always fresh. In my opinion, the quality of the food is great, the sauces are very tasty and there is a good variety. In terms of price, the kebab here is below average for Hamburg standards, so it's cheaper. The staff is friendly, quick and the kebab is made properly (sauces well distributed, sensible order when filling, not too much/too little content...). I think the inside of the shop is very pretty, but outside it's a train station. Accordingly, there are only a few bar tables outside, but to be honest, thick ones are enough at the train station.

Update March '24: I'm standing in line, waiting to order. The next customer enters the store, greets them in Turkish, their order is taken straight away and preparation begins. Wow, that's what racism feels like. You'll never see me again. The fries aren't a hit, otherwise everything has been fine with the food so far. Staff was always friendly. But I wouldn't eat there, as the store doesn't really invite you to linger, but that's OK given the location.

Previously an address for absolute quality. Unfortunately, since the massive price increase, the quality has declined massively. Poor performance and no longer recommended. A pity. Personnel management as before... 4 to 4-. You don't feel welcome at all. Laughing seems taboo unless you can talk about them as customers.

Qualität hat ganz stark abgenommen. Wir haben hier gern Döner gegessen. Eben gerade drei Döner und eine große Pommes gekauft und fast 30€ gezahlt. Die Pommes waren alt und kalt, also ungenießbar. Das Dönerfleisch war auch kalt. Weggeschmissenes Geld! Wir werden hier nicht wieder essen.

We just bought kebab and a large fries. The fries were old, cold and inedible. The same goes for the kebab meat, it was just cold. We threw everything away and won't eat there anymore.

You can't eat there, but the kebab is amazing. Always delicious. Always friendly. I don't need to tell you anything about the prices at kebab. I say market standard.

I'm driving across town for this döner! Only here they make it fried, and not just wrap it in pita bread. There are always a lot of people here and this is the best indicator of quality.

Unfortunately the kebab has lost quality. Unfortunately, the quality of the meat has decreased and is no longer the true value for money and look for motivated guys who see kebab as a passion. I've been living here for 15 years now and the kebab in Lattenkamp was always a highlight, but unfortunately I can no longer enjoy it due to all the changes over the years. I'm not a hater as you would say, but an honest kebab lover who is simply disappointed that no efforts are being made

Lekka Döner aber essen im stehn!

Ich bin auch schon seit ca . 15 Jahren immer mal wieder dort um mir einen Döner zu holen. Früher waren diese auch immer sehr lecker. Und es gab nettes Personal. Heute am Sonntag habe ich mir Mittags um 12.00 Uhr einen Dürüm geholt. Die Bedienung war total lustlos und unfreundlich. Mein Döner war qualitativ vom Fleisch sehr schlecht, viele gnubbelige Stücke dazwischen. Ähnlich war es auch bei meinem vorletzten Besuch. Nun nach meiner neuesten Erfahrung gehe ich dort nicht mehr hin. Es gibt genügend andere leckere Dönerläden mit freundlichem Personal in der Gegend . Dort lasse ich dann viel lieber mein Geld 💰

Jeder der hier 1 stern gibt soll weiter sein hackdöner fressen zumindest haben die vernünftiges kalbfleisch scharfe soße schmeckt leider so als wär da mayo drinn was abartig ist döner saucen gehören auf joghurt basis ansonsten solider döner 7,8/10 Edit : letztes mal haben die extrem mit dem fleisch gegeizt 85% salat 15% fleisch 6,9/10

Meiner Meinung nach der beste Döner in Hamburg.

Eigentlich der Döner des Vertrauens, leider etwas Tagesform-abhängig. Würde ich empfehlen extra Soße zu nehmen, da an der Soße oft gespart wird, dafür aber am Fleisch umso weniger. Vegetarische Gerichte können sie auch sehr gut.

Ich hatte einen Dürüm, der war auch soweit ok, geschmacklich war er gut, salate frisch, sosse war lecker. Es war leider sehr wenig Fleisch. Und was mich sehr gestört hat, war das die mitarbeiter über mich gelästert haben (kann leider türkisch) und das neben meinen dürüm sich ein Mitarbeiter selbst einen prall gefüllten gemacht hatte, der locker doppelt so gefüllt war wie der von mir. Ein no go für den Preis und wenn man bedenkt das der Laden mal den Titel "bester Döner der stadt" hatte. Es hat aber ansonsten gut geschmeckt! Nur bitte nicht so ein Service vor zahlenden Kundschaft!

Dürüm halb halb. 8,- ordentliche Größe und sehr lecker.

Das wichtigste Vorweg - der Döner ist gut. Zutaten alle einzeln wählbar, viele Saucen. Generell ne gute Auswahl. Leider - das Personal wirkte extrem genervt und gestresst. Sich dann mit den Kollegen zu unterhalten, danach exakt das gleiche wieder zu Fragen - was man denn möchte, stiftet nur Verwirrung. So ging es nicht nur mir, sondern auch den Gästen vor und nach mir. Ich hatte 5 Döner und 1 Dürüm. Das halte ich für keine komplizierte Großbestellung wie es jedem Kunden nach mir wiederholt gesagt wurde. Dieser Umstand hat meinen Eindruck extrem gestört. Vielleicht sonst aufschreiben was der Gast bestellt? Ich weiß es nicht.. 3 Sterne heißt Ganz okay - so war es auch, ich werde nicht wieder kommen.

Unsere Nr.1 in Hamburg, einfach nur lecker. Die Fleischqualität und Geschmack top(das Fleisch wird nicht roh serviert) was uns sehr wichtig ist, Gemüse immer frisch. Eine große Auswahl an verschiedenen leckeren Soßen. Wir fahren gerne 14km um diesen Döner zu genießen. Weiter so:)

Sehr nettes Team und noch besseres Essen. Selbst der Salat ist gut angemacht und die Dönerspieße sind nach meinem empfinden top. Man kann 2 aus 5 Sossen wählen. Kalb oder Huhn vom Spieß stehen zur Auswahl. Laden macht einen sehr sauberen Eindruck. Die aufgerufenen Preise sind etwas höher als gewöhnlich, spiegeln sich allerdings in der Qualität und dem Geschmack des Essens wieder. Gerne wieder

Netter Laden, ist halt ein Dönerladen mit einem erarbeiteten Kultstatus. Die Jungs sind nett, auf Zack und das Essen ist gut. Es gibt mittlerweile viele Läden in unserem schönen Winterhude, die 0 Service, ein aufgesetztes Lächeln haben und sehr unfreundlich dahinter sind. Über das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis braucht man dann schon gar nicht mehr reden. Dieser Laden gehört NICHT dazu und zeigt den anderen wie es gehen kann. Bitte, ihr Winterhude Cafes, Restaurants, Snackbars und weiss der Geier noch was. Einfach mal ein Beispiel an einem Real Deal nehmen. Mehr braucht es manchmal einfach nicht. Weiter so SoulKebab

Bester Döner der Stadt! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen

Ich bin kein Döner-Mensch, aber der Döner bei soulkebab ist eine Geschmacksbombe - jedes Mal aufs neue!

Verstehe ehrlich gesagt nicht wieso der Dönerladen hier noch nciht bewertet wurde. Ist laut Bild der beste Döner Hamburgs und ich muss sagen, dass ich ihn neben Dubara auch als sehr gut einstufen würde. Besonders die Auswahl an Soßen ist exzellent. Döner kostet meine ich 4,60 oder so und gemüse 4,70.
