Soul Sushi Langenhorn in Hamburg

The food was wonderful, also in a beautiful ambience.

The food was supposed to arrive in 35 minutes! After calling (1:15 minutes later), I was told the driver would leave right away. The man on the phone was completely overwhelmed. I wasn't even offered a voucher or anything else. The food was okay!

Unfortunately, these were the worst sushi we ordered and ate in Hamburg! The price was very high for the quality and taste!

Delicious sushi. The portions are generous, and there's plenty of sauce included. It always tastes fresh; I've never been disappointed.

Long wait times and poor quality. I placed my sushi order two hours in advance, but had to wait an additional 20 minutes to pick it up. The biggest disappointment, however, was the sushi itself. It fell apart right in the box and was impossible to eat with chopsticks. The quality absolutely did not meet my expectations. I cannot recommend it.

The bowl was bland and had hardly any ingredients. The chicken came raw and was inedible. The consistency was reminiscent of chewing gum and it smelled unpleasant!

Delivery came relatively quickly in less than 40 minutes. The sushi was very tasty, unfortunately the sashimi was cut a little too thick and there was a mini bone in one piece. You can do better than that, because that shouldn't actually happen. The makis, on the other hand, are very tasty! Therefore four stars for the makis!

Sushi ok - but When I picked it up I had the impression I was going to a funeral home. Absolutely unfriendly - no communication. You get better service in every chip shop.

I ordered food that never arrived even though the app said it was delivered. I tried contacting the store but there was no response. Very disappointing, especially because I was looking forward to the food. Unfortunately not a recommendation if you want to rely on reliable delivery.

No idea what the food is like? But driving at around 60 km/h through a 30 km/h zone (today at around 7:15 p.m. on Bergkoppelweg) and then stopping and driving on with spinning tires is questionable!

An extraordinary dining experience! The sushi is fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great attention to detail. The restaurant has a modern and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. I appreciated the diverse menu and the high quality of the ingredients used. It’s definitely the perfect spot for sushi lovers in Langenhorn. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I ordered a bowl to put together myself, instead of sesame the Mr. Salmon gave it salmon. When I saw it I asked for a new bowl, instead they simply took out the Salomon with a spoon. Since I'm a vegetarian I couldn't eat it because I was afraid there might still be pieces in it so I asked for a whole new bowl and the gentleman said I should eat it in the store and if I find a piece of salmon I'll get a new bowl, After a lot of back and forth I got a new one. Finally he said that cream cheese wasn't vegan, whereupon I said that I was vegetarian, just rude.

I ordered sushi through the Lieferando website with delivery time tracking. I was already on my way home when the delivery person called me and said he was already waiting. However, the delivery time still showed 25 minutes. When I arrived, he started saying in an annoyed tone that he had been knocking on the door and ringing the bell for half an hour. Then he started trying to figure out if it was me or my son (my son was home) who ordered the sushi. It was very unpleasant and my mood was spoiled.

Order was not complete. Half was forgotten.

Disastrous rip-off! Paid over €20 and got the wrong order. When you call, the employee on the phone says you have to clarify this with Lieferando. Never again

We ordered a takeaway. The food is perfect, I liked the salmon rolls. Very recommended 👌

I put together a bowl and I'm thrilled. It tastes very good. Large portions and quick delivery. I will order here again.

Absolute disappointment! 1 hour delivery time, sticks and ice cream were forgotten and not delivered. Very carelessly and unappetizingly prepared. The sushi didn't look anything like it did on the website and it didn't taste good either. After eating we had severe stomach pain and nausea.

We are often customers there! Food was really great! Have it delivered. There twice, but it's not our thing. Small and atmosphere not ours.... 1. It's become very expensive, unfortunately the food isn't any better! 2. Taste has become bland

I just ordered sushi there. The sticks were missing, the peanut sauce was missing. The sushi was with chives even though it was ordered with sesame. It didn't taste good either. Was the first and the last time

We order from Soul Sushi often and have usually been satisfied. But this time I found something in my sushi😳 there was a small piece of plastic in there. Not nice.

Unfortunately it was really disgusting to order because it would never be outrageous again for this price

We are very disappointed. Unfortunately very little sushi for almost 40 euros of moderate quality. Delivery was quick. Given the total, you would expect at least big roles. We ordered 3 rolls of 8 for around 10 euros each. Two of them were the size of maki rolls. The mochi were also very small. A few months ago the quantity was significantly better. 2 people won't get enough!

Wir bestellen eigentlich nur bei Soul Sushi und sind meist sehr zufrieden. Diesmal gab es für eine große Portion nur einen kleinen "Sushi-Fisch". Auf telefonische Nachfrage ist der Chef/Teamleiter o.ä. extra zu uns gefahren und hat uns eine ganze Flasche geliefert. Unglaublich genialer Service!!!

Lieferung war schnell (45 Minuten) und Mitarbeiter freundlich. Das Essen war wirklich nicht gut und lieblos angerichtet. Für das Geld erhält man bei andern Sushiläden eine deutlich bessere Qualität und größere Portionen. Bei der Chicken Bowl hätte ich mir das Chicken crispy, also frittiert gewünscht. Die Variation an Zutaten war auf Gurke, Mais und Rucola begrenzt. Die Röstzwiebeln waren durch die Sauce schön matschig. Den Sesam habe ich gar nicht gesehen. Verbesserungstipp: Verschiedene Zutaten hinzufügen (z.B. Paprika, Avocado, Karotte, Algensalat) für eine abwechslungsreichere Bowl. Sauce separat abfüllen, damit es nicht matschig wird. Chicken mit Panade und knusprig zubereiten. Die Dumplings (hart) und Honigbanane (kalt) für die Tonne.

Große Auswahl und sehr leckeres Sushi.

Sehr gutes Essen und freundliches Personal. Hatte für vier Personen verschiedene Boxen bestellt. Leider wurde bei der Lieferung eine Box vergessen. Jedoch kam schon der Rückruf, dass die Box nach geliefert wird, bevor wir das selbst mitbekommen hatten. Empfinde ich als super Service 👍

Sehr leckeres Sushi, schön und ansprechend verpackt, warme Speisen separat verpackt und bei Lieferung auch noch warm, Lieferung pünktlich zur Mittagspause (wie bestellt), sehr netter Fahrer / Auslieferer. Gerne wieder 😊

Guten Tag Schon länger sind wir Kunde bei Soul Sushi und im großen und ganzen war das Essen immer in Ordnung. Die heutige Bestellung kam schnell an, der Lieferant war sehr sehr nett. Zum Essen muss ich folgende Kritik äußern. Die Crispy Roll war sehr sehr fettig, beim Essen hat man einen nicht so appetitlichen Fettfilm auf der Zunge. Die Makis waren geschmacklich lecker, diese jedoch gingen alle auf, da nicht gut gerollt :-( Alles in Allem erwarte ich bei so einem Preis eine zufriedenstellende Qualität, dies wurde nicht erreicht.

Sehr leckere Bowl und total schmackhaftes Sushi. Tempura Sushi mit Panko und Kokos ist der Hammer! Alles frisch und lecker.

Leider muss ich sagen, dass die Erfahrungen mit dem Soul Sushi in Langenhorn nur ok sind. Die Bowles sind ebenfalls nur ok. Viele eingelegte Zutaten, etwas Salate und Reis. Mir fehlt hier eindeutig der Frische-Faktor. Das Gleiche beim Sushi. Lachs ist die einzige Komponente, die es als frischen Fisch gibt. Der Tuna kommt aus der Dose oder wird in einer frittierten Variante des Hot-Sushi angeboten. Ansonsten Gemüse- und Cremefüllungen. Für richtiges Sushi etwas einseitig und uninspiriert und dann auch noch zu teuer. Der Lieferservice kommt just in time und ist freundlich, aber das macht leider nicht die Quali des Essens wett. Schade.

Jedesmal gibt es hier wirklich leckeres Sushi. Der Service ist freundlich

Im großen und Ganzen eigentlich immer sehr gut. Das Lachs Menu kann ich nur empfehlen. Auch die Bowl sind lecker. Ich komme immer in den Genuss wenn ich Freunde in Langenhorn besuche. Lieferzeiten sind sehr unterschiedlich.

Ich habe immer hier Sushi bestellt. Aber dieses letzte mal war ich leider enttäuscht. Die Stücke waren zu klein und es gab sehr wenig Fisch. der preis ist etwas zu hoch

Lieferung war schnell für einen Samstag Mittag. Sushi lecker. Die Bowl auch sehr gut. Leider war die Bowl mit vieeeel zu vieeeel Soße ...

Hat super geschmeckt, nette Mitarbeiter.

Waren zunächst skeptisch aufgrund der z.T. desaströsen Bewertungen bezüglich Frische und Geschmack. Hatten dann das Veggie und das Lachs Menu sowie Tempura Ebi. Haben direkt via Telefon bestellt, nach 20 Minuten wurde alles geliefert. Es war alles frisch, die tempura waren noch warm, nicht zufettig. Besonderw lecker schmeckten die Veggie Inside out rolls. Jeweils 6 der Rolls der Menus waren statt mit Algen mit einem Kohl umwickelt, was zunächst komisch aussah, sich aber als lecker erwies. Fazit: Schnelle Lieferung, guter Preis für frisches und leckeres Sushi. Klare Empfehlung für ein Liefer-Sushi.

Finde das es das beste Sushi hier es schmeckt echt toll. Könnte da echt jeden Tag bestellen.

Ich verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen nicht. 59 Minuten waren als Lieferzeit angeben, kam aber schon nach ca. 30 Minuten. Sehr junger, netter Lieferant - ich wollte eigentlich Trinkgeld geben aber er war zu schnell weg..nächstes Mal dann. Geschmacklich: die Crispy Rolls mit gebackener Garnele waren süchtig machend lecker, veggie Springrolls schmeckten erfrischend gut und die Inside-Out-Rolls mit gebackenen Lachs waren auch sehr schmackhaft. Zum Schluss gab es noch gebackene Banane mit einem fairen Preisleistungsverhältnis. Wir werden wieder bestellen! Danke für das leckere Essen :)

Trotz Vorbestellung (Abholung) musste ich 2 x anfahren, da es sich um 35 min verzögert hat. Gut, dass ich in der Nähe wohne. Ziehmlich chaotisch organisiert. Das meiste Essen war lecker, jedoch war das verwendete Fleisch nur mittelmäßig bis mangelhaft. Hatten schon viel besseres Sushi.

Das Sushi war aus meiner Sicht nur mittelmäßig.
