The food was tasty and the service was very nice :-)

I was there yesterday with my colleagues. The bald waiter was very rude and unfriendly. I won't be going back to that place, my colleagues recommended.

We were just guests at your restaurant. A waiter with a bald head served us with the most disrespectful attitude I've ever experienced in my life. I've never experienced a waiter so rude, gruff, and grumpy. I will definitely not come back and will also discourage all my friends and acquaintances from visiting your restaurant. We stood at the table for half an hour, and even though there were free seats, he didn't clear a single one. After 30 minutes, he finally came but still didn't bring us a menu. Instead, he asked us directly what we would like to order. When we asked for the menu, he said: "You're only going to have coffee and Coke anyway—so why do you want a menu?" I don't understand how such a rude waiter could be employed by you.

Didn't have a good experience today. I was there alone and wanted to sit somewhere and this waiter said it might take a while. Now my question is, are you doing this because you want to be able to allocate seats? Leave your arrogance behind. Don't forget you're just a waiter.

Great store. Were there during Ramazan time. A really great atmosphere (a mix of bar and lounge and restaurant). Nice service. During Ramazan time the team offers three different menus to all for a great price. Food of 1A quality. Beautiful to look at and also a pleasure for the taste buds. The cheesecake is a dream, but I think the prices are a bit too high, otherwise I have nothing to complain about.

It was very crowded inside, there are many tables, you have to be careful not to bump into people when you go and leave. Other than that, everything was very good, delicious, respectful people, reasonable prices and the herbal teas are handmade, this was the best. We ordered some snacks, and even those were satisfying portions and were very good for the price.

It's very busy at the weekend and I would recommend making a reservation there. But we got a place even without a reservation. However, the prices are very high for the portions being so small. Also, the food wasn't outstanding. The service was very nice and quick.

Unfortunately I didn't like it, we had a breakfast plate where two dishes were missing. We then asked if we could have two other dishes. We were only allowed to choose one thing. It was really a rip-off and the food was also way too salty

Absolute impudence! I made reservations for a large group (30-50 people) over a month ago and was therefore in contact with the shift manager both on site, where no one could tell me anything about group reservations, and later by phone. He told me that the exact group size 3-4 days in advance would be enough for him to clarify the planning and decide whether we would even have a "closed party" for that evening. No sooner said than done. I called 6 days before the actual appointment. The shift manager wasn't on site, so I gave his colleague the number of people (50 people). 3 hours later the colleague calls back and tells me that only 35 people are allowed, contrary to the agreement made in advance. When I pointed out that it was clear from the start that we could have up to 50 people and that I wanted to speak to the shift manager, I was promised a call back within an hour. When he didn't come, I called again. Again I was told that the shift manager was too busy and that if I didn't like the number of people offered I should find another location! It was an absolute impudence not to stick to the appointment made a month ago, to refuse to speak to the customer and then to have the impudence to tell you that you should just go somewhere else. I'm pissed off and will advise everyone I know not to go to this store. Brazen and absolutely cheeky. Anyone who relies on an employee's word can definitely fall flat on their face. The employee is obviously not interested in how to proceed with his planned appointment and he doesn't stick to his word at all!

The mocktails were actually the reason why I came here regularly. They have now made them so small that it is far too expensive... In addition, you always wait a long time for your food, even if the shop is empty. The mozzarella sticks were delicious, but the chicken nuggets were not at all :( The waitress seemed very overwhelmed and confused, I think she is new.

The service was very friendly and my Virgin Colada was also great. Unfortunately, I found the sauce on the cheese cake to be a bit too runny and sweet, but overall it was okay. I'll try out the various non-alcoholic cocktails soon. Unfortunately, you don't find something like that here very often, or if you do, the selection of non-alcoholic versions is usually not that big. I was just very surprised that someone paid me the bill: please let me know who it was😂

Not worth any stars! Just because the two of us wanted to sit at a table in the outdoor area that wasn't directly on the street, we weren't allowed to do so because the tables were supposedly reserved for other guests (on a Sunday evening when there wasn't much going on). This statement came from the waitress in a very smug manner! 👎🏼

I went to Sortie's for the first time yesterday. First of all, I have to praise the incredibly nice waitress Semanur. She really does her work with a lot of love. Very unfriendly, you are kept waiting and if you have connections you are left ahead. Just cheeky. Ideally, I wouldn't even give it one star. The waitresses in particular are particularly arrogant. Fits the restaurant perfectly.

This is not a food joint, but a shish bar with food on the side. The food buffet consists of four warming basins and 3-4 bowls with tomatoes, cucumbers and salad. 😡 We saw it and went straight back out. Promoting All You Can Eat is a disgrace.

We really wanted to have a Turkish breakfast and discovered this here spontaneously. The service was great from the young lady with red hair. The food was very tasty from jam to menemen and sigara börek. The ambience was also great, the weather was perfect, we felt like we were in Istanbul. The only thing I can recommend is if Turkish tea is also offered! Otherwise great, I'd love to come back 🥰

The service from Helin and Thara was sensational. We were there on Sunday and the two of them were very motivated and suggested a really great and delicious breakfast combination. We must have accepted them directly without changing anything. The food was sensational as always. The atmosphere right in the heart of Bochum city center is perfect and always super clean, as are the toilets of course. The prices are also super humane. We will come by often and can only recommend it to everyone.

We arrived at the Sortie by chance and are happy about it. The ambience/interior design is very stylish, a beautiful terrace completes the overall picture. We really enjoyed the food. We were served in a friendly and competent manner, very attentive and present, not intrusive.

Hallo liebes Sortie Team, ich hab am Samstag den 23.09 am Nachbartisch der unfreundlichen Ukrainischen/Russischen Gäste gesessen. Die “Ladys“ haben auf die Bitte des Kellners/Restaurantleiters ziemlich aggressiv und respektlos reagiert obwohl der Mann sie höflich gebeten hat. Daraufhin haben die Ladys ihn sogar auf ihrer Sprache beleidigt. Zu meinem Vorteil versteh ich die Sprache. Ich an seiner Stelle hätte die sofort raus geschmissen. Verständlich wenn man einem Samstag Abend da 3 std sitzt ohne zu verzehren, ist ja auch kein Jugendzentrum. Zu meinem Besuch das Essen war super der Service des Herren erstklassig und das Lokal sieht echt nice aus. Freue mich auf den nächsten Besuch liebes Sortie Team, lasst euch nicht ärgern.

So an sich ganz gut, es gibt nur bessere türkische Küche. Das Essen war zu wenig gewürzt. Aber im großen und ganzen ist es gut. Es wird auch schön serviert Finde es aber etwas teuer für das Frühstück

Must to be place! Wer hier lecker essen und trinken möchte ist genau richtig! Der Service ist außerdem Top, man fühlt sich wie in einer kleinen „wohlfühl- Oase“. Die Kellner sind trotz maximaler Auslastung der Tische immer noch freundlich und nehmen sich auch die Zeit für ernst gemeinte Kritik. Wir waren heute hier und haben uns von Anfang bis Ende wohl gefühlt. Wir beide haben Pasta gegessen. Beim abräumen wurden wir gefragt ob alles OK war. Leider sind wir beide nicht satt geworden. Wir waren zum Frühstücken da. Insgesamt ist es mehr Schein als Sein. Die Tische sind nicht so geeignet zum Frühstücken. Das Frühstück selbst ist mittelmäßig. Es gibt keinen türkischen Tee. Die Servicekraft war nett und hat trotz vieler Kundschaft alles gut gemanagt. Die Toiletten haben wir nicht als sauber und ansprechend empfunden.

Das Ambiente ist super schön, die Portionen der Gerichte sind für den Preis sehr klein. Mussten nachher nochmal etwas anderes Essen gehen.

Schönes Ambiente und auch ein Außenbereich vorhanden. Die Kellner sind freundlich und schauen in regelmäßigen Abständen nach den Wünschen der Kundschaft. Hier fühlt man sich willkommen. Das Rinderfilet ist sehr zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Ambiente! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das personal war top hat uns nicht durchgehend belästigt jedoch all unsere wünsche sofort erfüllt. Sehr empfehlenswerter Laden das essen war auch sehr köstlich!

Die Reservierung erfolgte am Vortag total einfach und simpel. So wie es sein sollte. Dort angekommen, wurde man herzlichst empfangen. Die von uns verzehrten Speisen einfach nur Weltklasse, da merkt man das dass keine Massenabfertigung ist! Habe unseren Besuch äußerst genossen dort, hat alles gepasst, Atmosphäre, die Speisen und auch die Heißgetränke. Kleiner Tipp am Rande für Kaffeeliebhaber: ihr MÜSST die große Kaffeevielfalt dort probieren, da stecken wirklich Profis hinter 👍🏽 Im Großen und Ganzen, kann ich leider nur 5 Sterne vergeben. Aber mit Abstand das beste Lokal was ich je besucht habe

Das Ambiente und der Service auf sehr hohem Niveau und die Küche einfach fantastisch. Ich wurde sehr umsichtig und mit viel Charme bedient. Bravo!

Ausgezeichnetes Café, Bar und restaurant. Wir sind spontan reingegangen und es war super. Die Kellner/innen waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die hausgemachten Nudeln waren ein Geschmackserlebnis. Ich mochte bis auf den Kaffee echt alles sehr gerne dort. Mein Freund hätte mehr von den Hähnchenschnitzeln erwartet. Wir werden auf jeden Fall öfters kommen!

Heute das erste Mal gegen 15 Uhr im SORTIE gewesen.. reingekommen, sofort wohl gefühlt: Freundliches Personal, Monitore mit Kaminfeuer, Klavier, gold-silber-bling-bling - Deko wechselt sich ab mit dezenter Deko, schöne Lampen im Thekenbereich Atmosphäre-Mix 90er Jahre bis modern, gemütliche Beleuchtung überall. Wichtig: Echt gute Sitz-Variationen (2er, 3er, 4er, 5er, runde oder eckige Tische, Couch oder gemütliche gepolsterte Stühle, auf jedem Tisch Kerzenlichter..), schöner Außenbereich -- siehe Fotos. Musikgescjmack war nicht so meins. Hätte eher Musik erwartet, die besser zu einer Lounge passt. Unter den Boxen wird das Unterhalten evtl. etwas schwieriger. Habe ein paar Steckdosen gesehen und könnte mir gut vorstellen, da auch mal mit dem Notebook zu arbeiten. Leider ging das Frühstück nur bis 14 Uhr, sonst hätte ich ein deftiges Frühstück genommen. Hatte stattdessen das Garnelen-Pfännchen mit Brot -- war lecker. Nächstes Mal probiere ich gern die hausgemachten Nudel-Variationen. Getränkekarte: Gute Auswahl. Ich komm ab jetzt definitiv öfter.

Die Musik ist zu laut und das Genre nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Dazu ist sie „durchwachsen“. Die Getränke sind leider komplett aufgefüllt mit crushed-ice. Ebenso wirkt das Innendesign „zusammengewürfelt“. Zusätzlich stören die fest installierten Kameras im Sitzbereich das Wohlgefühl. Dem ganzen wirkt jedoch die Freundlichkeit des Personals entgegen. Hinzuzufügen ist außerdem, dass man versprochenes der Speisekarte auch serviert bekommt. Die Pasta schmeckt ausgezeichnet und definitiv handgemacht. Ich würde die Bar erneut besuchen und Ihnen auch empfehlen, sie aufzusuchen, um sich selbst zu überzeugen.

Waren zum frühstücken dort und es war grandios. Super lecker, frisch und toll angerichtet. Faire Preise. Waren absolut begeistert und werden wieder kommen
