Songül's in Gifhorn

Songül's is worth its 5 stars. But I want to write about Da Pippo here. We ate there. One spaghetti aglio olio and one pizza. Both were really not good. The service was unprofessional. We didn't eat well. That's why we only gave it a three-star rating. At that time, Da Pippo had a total of 3.9 reviews. Now this restaurant is removing ALL the bad ones. ALL of them. Now Da Pippo is at 4.9. That's absolutely unfair to other restaurateurs. I've never experienced anything like this before. This kind of thing should and must be made public.

Perfect burgers, friendly staff, great atmosphere... well-deserved 5*. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately the smash burger is not a smash buger but a simple normal buger with cheese, the meat is about 1cm thick and not crispy. In terms of taste, I give it a 2 out of 10

The service is fast and reliable, orders are always complete and on time. Even if we don't eat on site, you can feel the pleasant atmosphere and the care even when you get home. The atmosphere is rustic-modern and looks really nice, I had the Single Special Smash Burger, one of the best burgers I've eaten in a long time!! Plus super fast service, I'm super satisfied.

Great! Today we spontaneously took a break during the bike tour. Ambiance, service and cleanliness are really top 😍👌🏻 The food was great! Waiting time was really short! 😊 No idea what kind of burger bun this is, but it tastes damn good! In general, the burger is one of the best I've had so far (smasch double burger) We'll be back!

After I was told that you could get good burgers here, I wanted to try it out. And yes, the recommendation was definitely great. Friendly staff Great burgers and fries. And food came quite quickly too. In terms of price, I think it's completely okay for a really good burger, a large portion of fries and a cola, I paid around €20. I will definitely stop by more often in the future and try out the pizza soon

The food is very tasty there. Unfortunately, the male staff is rude to certain customers who they also know privately. In my opinion, this should be separated and not included in the service. I would like to give no star because of the staff, but otherwise I can't submit the review.

For me the best burger ever. The pizza was also amazing. Priced completely reasonable. The staff is nice and quick and the boys always have a smile on their faces. You sit comfortably and everything invites you to linger.

My gaze was directed at a window with the rubber seal coming out, to the left a completely tattered mirror, to the right the used dishes from a guest that had been at least 15 minutes away were on the table. When ordering, the first thing I was told was that it would take at least 20 minutes. However, it wasn't very crowded. When the burger was served, it was on a cold plate and the bun was also cold. The burger dish was disappointing & unfortunately way too expensive. I really can't recommend it.

It's a shame that the fer burger was so dry. Staff nice but the cellar was talking about our burgers with another customer and I wanted to offer a spit guard. Further confusion occurs between smaller burgers delivered and larger ones charged so be careful. 8.90 for Classic Cheeseburger. . Burger too dry. Price performance not good. Too bad

Menu more than sufficient. Vegan food is offered and was very tasty. Service very accommodating, attentive and friendly. Please tip sufficiently. Small appreciations make a big difference.

Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio is not justified. The smashburger was full of booze and the buns were very soggy. The taste is okay, but not special. I can't recommend the garlic fries either. I was thinking of a garlic flavor, but there were actually actual pieces of garlic in it, which was just too exaggerated for me. Unfortunately, in our presence of visitors, the staff (cook/waiter) complained loudly. We felt very uncomfortable.

A good restaurant in downtown Gifhorn if you're looking for burgers, pizza, etc. There were also numerous vegetarian and even some vegan alternatives on the menu. The service is (child-)friendly and the atmosphere is good. You can definitely come here for a good snack. It wasn't the last time we were there!

We think the price/performance ratio is not justified. The burgers are pretty small for the money, but they taste good but there's nothing special. The previous owner's garlic fries were much more crossy and tasted far more like garlic. Too bad 😕 But the atmosphere is very appealing and the staff is friendly.

Very friendly staff and the food was excellent. We were a group of 5 consisting of vegetarians, vegans and meat eaters and there was something for everyone. We also had our dogs with us. They were very welcome.

The food was always great. I can't remember a case where I would say that the food wasn't absolutely tasty. No matter whether the burgers, salads or the pinsas. Service wasn't good. Burger was forgotten. After waiting 40 minutes for the first order. Instead of finding a good way (free fries for the child or something like that, sorry), they said “I misunderstood it, it went stupid”. Waiting time and service not good. Food was good for the rest.

We were there for the first time. The garlic pizza and fries are mega. We had the chicken salad with Caesar dressing. It was really tasty too. We said straight away that we would be back: Mother's Day.

The burgers are delicious and freshly prepared. The ambience is super nice and invites you to linger - you immediately feel at home here. The service was friendly and always tried to give us the best possible service. We will come back in any case!

If you want a burger, then at Songül’s! I love the atmosphere there - modern, rustic. No matter what special requests you have, everything will be made possible without hesitation. 🤩 The food tastes delicious, especially the fries are a blast! My favorite is the Mediterranean burger. The portions are just too generous for me personally. I'll almost burst if I eat it all. What I also really like is the selection of vegetarian options. So there is something for everyone! I can only warmly recommend Songül's. In short: ambience 🔝, food super tasty 😋, service super accommodating 👍 Absolute recommendation! 😍

It's actually really hard to find good vegetarian alternatives for burger patties. I haven't eaten such a delicious alternative as at Songül's in a long time! But it's not just the food that's great, both the ambience and the staff are great! An incredibly comfortable atmosphere and loving people who are very accommodating. :) Always my pleasure!

Good day, The good news in advance... Burgers (bacon cheese and veggie avocado) tasted okay. The fries were crispy and delicious. Now the reasons why I would not recommend the restaurant to anyone and would never eat there again: - Burgers were cold - Service was catastrophic (We came into the restaurant and were greeted. We decided to use a seat in the upper compartment. We then waited in vain for the service. Even after I went downstairs, no one showed up. At first When another family sat down upstairs, we were spotted and asked if we would like something. After 30 minutes of waiting and repeating what we wanted to order several times, the food was quickly prepared and brought... even if half of it was forgotten/brought incorrectly. 5 minutes After we had eaten we were asked if we could pay because the waitress was now off work (he probably wanted to get a tip... he didn't give one). When we said we wanted to pay with a card he had to run again to get it to get a card reader. Accordingly, he had to unnecessarily disturb us several times while we were eating). - A Loka employee walked around in dirty sweatpants - The local staff also felt that all customers needed to be part of their conversations with each other (they were talking loudly across the stairs)

Simply too expensive for what is delivered. Burgers and fries are delicious, but the price increase for the New Year is a stunner. The fries were previously included in the price of the burger, but now they cost a whopping €4 extra. In addition, the mayo, which is available at the table for free self-service in comparable restaurants, now costs €1 extra. With all my love, more than 1/3 price increase cannot be justified - not even by the increased VAT. The customers will definitely stay away in the long run.

3 Burger, 3x Pommes und drei Getränke für 62€ & keine von uns ist satt geworden. Zudem war das Fleisch nicht durch.

Stattliche Preise aber äußerst lecker und schnell zubereitet! Die Frische konnte man beim Burger sehr gut rausschmecken. Außerdem gemütlich eingerichtetes Restaurant.

Hatte das Gefühl der Kellner hat einen nicht richtig verstanden. Ein Burger und Mayo wurden vergessen. Burgerpatty fast kalt und der Rest war schon abgekühlt. Zum Avocadoburger passt, finde ich, diese Orangefarbende sauce darauf nicht und die Avocadocreme hat man nicht raus geschmeckt. Portionen etwas klein. Mehr vom burger erwartet.

Hey Moin, das Essen war gut und wurde, wie die Getränke schnell serviert. Ich freue mich, dass es vegane Gerichte/Alternativen gibt und dass diese auch in der Speisekarte deklariert sind. Hier muss Frau/ Mann akzeptieren, dass der/das vegane Burgerpatty, auf der gleichen Grillfläche zubereiten wird, wie der Fleischpatty, genau wie bei den anderen Burger-Restaurants ✌🏻

Das Songül´s ist ein schönes Plätzchen um einen sehr guten Burger zu essen, sicherlich sind die anderen Speisen auch gut, aber bislang hatte ich nur einen Songül Burger der wirklich sehr sehr gut ist. Ein Wermutstropfen war nur der Preis, den ich anfangs recht hoch empfand und auch für ein Burger ist, aber er ist wirklich gut und damit wieder empfehlenswert. Wir haben auf einer wirklich bequemen Bank gesessen von dem man den die ganze obere Etage gut im Blick hatte. Das Songül´s ist ein sehr gemütlicher Rückzugsort. Ein paar Einrichtungsgegenstände habe ich nicht verstanden, aber was nicht all zu viel heißen muss. Mir und meiner Frau hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und ich werde es weiterempfehlen und sicher wieder kommen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Michael Bendewald

Das Ambiente ist nett, modern rustikal gemischt-trifft meinen Geschmack. Der Burgerladen ist sauber und strukturiert. Die Toiletten sind sichtlich in die Jahre gekommen, ich denke da kann was getan werden. Zum Essen: Chessburger mit Pommes hatten wir, Bürger war lecker, die Fries waren Fertigware(glauben wir, aber sehr lecker). Knoblauchajoli könnte man auch fix selber machen! Wir waren zufrieden, Preis passt, Service nett! Gerne wieder

Sehr schönes Restaurant auf 2 Stockwerken. Burger kamen schnell und waren sehr lecker! Ich kann den Songüls Burger sehr empfehlen.

Als erstes das Ambiente des Restaurants. In der unteren Etage sieht man die Bar und die Küche. Was ich immer toll finde, weil so kann man die Sauberkeit der Küche sehen. In diesem Fall ist die Küche makellos gewesen! Die Tische, in diesem Fall aufgearbeitete Werkbänke, finde ich persönlich gut. In der oberen Etage sind die rustikalen Tische und die Ziegelsteinoptik sehr gelungen. Der Service ist freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend gewesen. Wir haben uns bei der Bedienung sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Essen war wirklich vorzüglich. Die Burger haben alle sehr gut geschmeckt. Die normalen Pommes sowie die Süßkartoffelpommes waren schön knusprig und haben lecker geschmeckt. Das Einzigste, was ich zu beanstanden habe, war die Guacamole Soße. Die war für mein Geschmack etwas fad aber der Rest war sehr lecker. Ich kann euch das Restaurant empfehlen. Probiert es aus!!!

Fünf Sterne sagt alles, vom Essen über den Service bis zum Ambiente. Mir hat's eben super gefallen. Wer Burger in verschiedenen Varianten mag, dem wird's gefallen.

Das Erlebnis! Die Location ist wirklich klasse. Eine Mischung aus Industriestil, Vintage und Eiche rustikal. Die Einrichtung wird nur noch durch das Essen übertroffen. Wer sich hier einen Burger bestellt bekommt mal was richtig gutes zwischen die Zähne. Die Preise für einen Burger mit Pommes bewegen sich im selben Bereich wie die der großen Fastfoodketten nur mit dem dezenten Unterschied das die Burger im Songül's verdammt gut sind und dazu noch Handmade aber der knaller ist das die Teile auch noch verdammt gut schmecken. Ich hätte nicht gedacht das es sowas noch gibt. In einer Zeit in der alle nur noch möglichst Billig produzieren und möglichst teuer verkaufen wollen ist das Essen im Songül's jeden Cent wert. Ich könnte noch ewig Schwärmen lasse es aber lieber und empfehle dieses Restaurant selbst auszuprobieren. Einem Stern Abzug beim Service weil man manches mal einfach doch etwas lange warten muss bis jemand kommt damit man die Rechnung begleichen kann. (Dieser Kritikpunkt ist wirklich sehr kleinlich und kaum der Rede wert, eben das Haar in der Suppe)

Leider haben sich das Essen und der Service hier mega verschlechtert. Die Burger waren sehr trocken (viel zu wenig Sauce, das Fleisch zu durch wie Gummi), das Personal unaufmerksam (extrem lange Wartezeit) und über die Sauberkeit der Toiletten will ich gar nicht erst anfangen. Würde es leider nicht mehr weiterempfehlen.

WOW zu lecker. Die Bürger sind mega saftig und die Pommes einfach nur richtig knusprig. Der Geschmack ist überwältigend und das Personal ist freundlich, aufmerksam und schnell..
