Very nice beer garden. Super friendly service. Very tasty, and portions that are enough to satisfy everyone. I'd love to come back.

I ordered today, and I have to say it had nothing to do with good food. I ordered the bratwurst with potato salad. No, that was a mistake. Never again. 70 euros for everything and more than half wasted. The schnitzel was just a ready-made product from a carton, poorly prepared. The Maultaschen were no good. All in all, a waste of money. I'm not usually picky, but for 70 euros, I would have preferred to have it cooked myself and better, sorry. I don't recommend it.

I can't comment on the atmosphere yet, as we haven't been there yet! Thumbs up, though!

Unfortunately, we arrived at the inn with overly high expectations and full of culinary anticipation, including a 2km walk. We were greeted very warmly by the staff and accompanied throughout our hour-long stay. Unfortunately, that was about all the positives; the decor can be overlooked when the hospitality comes in the form of a beautifully set table and a delicious meal. The tablecloth was covered in various stains, the plate was carelessly arranged, completely overloaded, and I was already full just by looking at it... On top of that, we had an overpriced bill for this presentation and the taste, which we were happy to pay, but with a cleanly set table, the ambiance and plate presentation were reminiscent of a snack bar. The fries tasted of old grease, and the spaetzle had probably been waiting for us all day. We were extremely hungry after our long walk; otherwise, our plates would have been almost full and returned to the kitchen. If you want good, delicious food, this is unfortunately not the place for you. ``` But the service was very nice, thank you very much!!!

They heat up the food in the microwave. Unfriendly staff.

Sat outside in beautiful weather ☀️🤗, service was okay, friendly! Food was normal, cheese spaetzle with salad. 🥗 Filling! 😃 Prices slightly higher.

Although I've lived in Söflingen for a long time, I'd never visited this restaurant before. Both my boyfriend and I had the schnitzel of the day with country potatoes, and congratulations! Along with a place in Koblenz, it was the worst schnitzel I've "eaten" in Germany (eaten in quotation marks, because I didn't finish it). My friend shared the same opinion. If you want a beer, the place might be quite good, but based on our experience, I can't recommend going there to anyone.

My dad would have certainly loved this rustic inn. We had booked a room for our funeral service, complete with cake, sandwiches, coffee, and water. Everything was more than plentiful, and coffee and water were always brought whenever something ran out. Everything was lovingly prepared and tasted delicious. You feel comfortable and well-cared for here. The staff is very friendly and empathetic, which I personally find particularly important for an event like this. Thank you & best regards

Absolute disaster!! We were there on Friday, November 8th. Eat there around 7 p.m. Side salad, yeah. Potato salad cold and out of the bucket. It's something you can easily taste when you're a chef yourself. Add salt to the soup or grained broth (Maultaschen frozen product). Spaetzle ready-made product. Dumplings on frozen product. With this quality you don't have to go out to eat anymore. Why can't you make spaetzle/dumplings yourself? The easiest in the world. Sauce from the bucket too! Where is the passion for cooking your own jus? But the spiciest thing was the Kaiserschmarren. Frozen product and also from the microwave, after a few minutes it was hard to the end. Why this restaurant has a 4.2 - no one knows. Typical downtown restaurant. Better go to country inns in the area. Prices are pretty outrageous. Many restaurateurs have themselves to blame for the fact that people can hardly get into the city center anymore. Greetings from a passionate chef.

Price-performance ratio doesn't fit. The food is okay, but the price is way too high. Service is very friendly, food came for everyone, we were a large group, almost at the same time. Big praise for that!

Had the beer goulash here! It was delicious, the service was friendly and we got something to eat even though we came at an unusual time.

Doesn't have to happen again. Dessert and an Aperol were available at the Ristorante opposite and we will also eat there next time.

Overall it's okay, although the prices are sometimes a bit outrageous. I couldn't find the mineral water I ordered on the menu. When I paid, it turned out that I paid €4.10 for 0.4 liters of water. The food itself was okay and I would eat it again, but a lot of it looked like ready-made meals. The small side salad was a bit large in my initial opinion. But when the main course came with very small dumplings, it was clear that I needed them. The service was also okay. Maybe a bit inattentive at times, but that could be managed if only two tables were occupied. The ambience was good, overall nice and quiet, the radio was playing and metal art was spread throughout the room. But since it closes at 9 p.m. on weekdays, you have to be there early.

Were there on Sunday! The service was positive. Two out of three meals were cold. After the complaint, the decorative tomato was also hot ;-) Thanks microwave. The quality of pork loin with cheese spaetzle - underground; Käsespätzle - underground and the schnitzel - works like this. Prices - absolute disgrace.

Some of the food is good and fresh, some is fried. In my opinion prices are excessive. Would have been less acceptable for 1/4. Service was okay, but not very attentive. Ambiance is typical for a restaurant. If you're not afraid of expensive prices, it's definitely fine.

Sehr freundliche zuvor kommende Bediehnung, Essen war sehr gut und auch die Preise sind absolut akzeptabel/ fair! Man fühlt sich sehr wohl in der Gaststätte.

Wir saßen im Außenbereich. Entgegen unserem Eindruck war es am Abend relativ leise und die angrenzende Straße störte uns nicht. Es war nur ein weiterer Tisch besetzt. Die Bedienung war aufmerksam, schnell und freundlich. Ein Blick ins Restaurant zeigte, dass die Servicekraft das Essen zubereitete? Getränke und Essen kamen sehr schnell. Die Spätzle waren leider sehr trocken und vermutlich nicht selbstgemacht. Die Schweinelendchen trocken, die Soße sehr dick. Würde ich für diesen Preis (ca 20 Euro) nicht nochmal essen. Das Cordon bleu war anfangs knusprig, die Panade wurde dann leider gleich weich. Allgemein gibt es leider eine schlechte Auswahl für Menschen die kein Fleisch essen möchten. Wenn schon so viel Fleisch zubereitet wird, sollte es doch ein Genuss sein und nicht ein Mittel zum Sattwerden.

Gemütliches Gasthaus nicht weit von Ulm entfernt. Die Straßenbahn 1 fährt direkt vom Bahnhof Ulm und hält quasi vor der Tür. Mein Schweinebraten war absolut klasse und auch preislich mit 15,90€ mehr als fair, die Bedienung sehr freundlich und herzlich. Klare Empfehlung!

Schöner kleiner Biergarten in mitten der Altstadt von Söflingen! Reservierung unbedingt notwendig, am Wochenende nur bedingt ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe!

Sehr gemütlich. Freundliche Bedienung und Chef. Überschaubare aber trotzdem abwechslungsreiche Speisekarte, mit sehr guten Produkten. Auch empfehlenswert für Gruppen bis ca 12 Personen. Tischreservierung erwünscht.

Die überaus freundliche und nette Bedienung Melanie muss man extra erwähnen. Sie macht den Abend noch angenehmer und das Essen auch noch um einen tick besser.

Leider sind die Bilder (und Besitzer?) nicht mehr aktuell. Hatten uns auf hausgemachte Gerichte eingestellt, mittlerweile wohl leider nur noch überwiegend TK und aus der Packung. Sehr schade ..

Man bekommt was man erwartet. Gutbürgerliche Küche in ausreichenden Portionen zum fairen Preis. Das trifft auch auf das durchaus nette Ambiente zu. Herausragend war die wirklich freundliche Bedienung! Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Empfehlenswert!

Gutes Bier und sehr freundliche Bedienung. Aber das Essen war wenngleich günstig eher Imbissniveau. Formfleischschnitzel aus der Fritteuse und für ein schwäbisches Wirtshaus wirklich schlechte Käsespätzle. Auf ein Bier kommen wir gerne wieder, aber das Essen lassen wir lieber.

Sehr nettes und uriges Ambiente, hatten dort eine kleine "Weihnachtsfeier". Essen war gut, Bedienung sehr freundlich und hübsch weihnachtlich dekoriert. Wir hatten Glück noch ein Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden, die Location ist einer seits gut, da die Straßenbahn neben dran fährt / hält, jedoch mit dem Auto / wenn man von auswärts kommt müsste man EVENTUELL etwas rum tuckern und hoffen ein Plätzchen fürs Auto zu finden. Ich weis nicht wie die Parkplätze in der Umgebung "im Normalfall" ausgebucht sind.

Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis & freundliches Personal. Das Essen (Maultaschen mit Kartoffelsalat) war gut aber nicht herausragend. Das angebotene Berg Bier hat sehr gut geschmeckt.

Klasse service, klasse Essen mitten in Söflingen.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis finde ich gut Punkt im Sommer kann man auf der Terrasse draußen sitzen. Wurstsalat und schwäbische Tapas waren sehr gut und große Portionen. Ich hatte ein Backhähnchen im Bierteig. Das waren letztendlich aber nur zwei panierte Hähnchenfilet. So kenne ich dieses Gericht nicht. Hier wird Bergbier aus Ehingen ausgeschenkt. Das fand ich nicht so gut, müssten die Brauerei dringend auf Gold Ochsen wechseln. Der Service war freundlich und flink.

Essen und Service suuuper, am Wochenende auch mal ein DJ im Biergarten. Der Wirt ist supernett, die Bedienungen auch alle. Wer hochklassiges Essen in Verbindung mit gemütlichem Sitzenbleiben zu ordentlichen Preisen haben möchte, ist hier richtig... 😉

Vor Ort gegessen. Leute war mega lecker und vor allem Portion, das ist einfach nur der hammer. Macht weiter so und bleibt wie ihr seid Lg DJ Martin mit Familie

Also da gehen wir gerne ein und aus. Der Wirt ist eine besonders höfliche Frohnatur und hat immer seine Gäste im Blick. Das Essen ist bürgerliche Küche und schmeckt ausgezeichnet. Zusätzlich zur Karte gibts Tagesgerichte und die Portionen sind sehr üppig. Es schmeckt wie bei Mutti, besser kann ich es nicht beschreiben. Wir waren innerhalb 14 Tagen 2 mal dort zu Gast und nicht nur der Wirt hat sich gefreut uns wieder zu sehen, sondern wir haben uns auch gefreut und auf der gepflegten Terrasse ein schönes Mittagessen mit Freunden genossen. Das Lokal hat durchgehend warme Küche. Gehen Sie dort hin, Sie werden es mögen und wenn’s Ihnen gefällt, schreiben Sie doch eine schöne Bewertung.
