Been here several times and I can only recommend it!! It's always been very tasty, fresh vegetables and salad, delicious sauces...😋 So totally recommended. Had a kebab box and was able to sit down comfortably and eat on site

Very tasty selection. In addition to two types of meat, falafel and halloumi are also on offer. Some tables where you can sit comfortably, even with a group. Although you would get enough walk-in customers at the train station even with mediocre kebab/yufka/pide, they offer top food and good service.

I always eat a kebab with steak here. Tastes very good with fresh ingredients. Hygiene also very good. Tables, floors, counters are always clean despite the large number of customers. The staff is always very friendly. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately disappointing! I was really disappointed with my visit. The kebab was almost meatless - if I hadn't said anything, it would have been mostly bread and salad. It felt like someone was trying to cheat me. After my complaint, more meat was added, but unfortunately the overall impression was already ruined. I definitely expect more for the price. It's a shame that the service here wasn't customer friendly. I won't come again.

Very friendly, good sauce, relaxed atmosphere

It is one of the rare places where you can eat Yaprak Döner. The doner was delicious and the service was excellent.

Very tasty Börek, beautifully served on the plate and at an absolutely fair price. Presumably the owner (?) was very nice and accommodating.

We got turkey instead of beef. When we dared to ask, he even resisted them. Not to mention the cleanliness. I don't recommend it.

The kebab was good and fresh, bread was more baguette-like, portion size was good. Not what you would expect from a classic kebab - didn't really convince me. But service was quick and friendly.

Very clean shop. The staff is very friendly. The kebab plate with rice is recommended without reservation, very tasty. You also have a choice between three different types of meat. One of the best shops I know. Certainly not the cheapest, but the quality and food don't go too cheap. Absolutely okay.

Yufka and kebab are very tasty. Card payment is possible. It will be filled as requested and any changes will be listened to. The kebab bread wasn't fresh, but it was still very good because it was heated again in the oven until it was crispy. Only the Yufka/Dürüm should be a little bigger (compared to the kebab).

Delicious kebab, generously filled and good quality. Service could be a bit better, I ordered Yufka but sandwich was prepared, but without asking what meat. If this gets any better, then it's perfect 👌🏻. The store seemed clean and quite new. Drinks from the fridge could be cooler. Prices are fair and within reason.

I had halloumi in the flatbread and it was delicious. I can recommend it to everybody. I ate there on site and the atmosphere is very nice and clean.

This used to be my favorite kebab shop, simply because everything was perfect: the food was good, the staff was friendly and I really enjoyed eating there. Until just now! The staff is now terribly unfriendly, almost rude and that's why you've lost me as a long-time regular customer.

I remembered the shop as a remarkably good “train station kebab”. It couldn't have been more than 2 years ago. I was also briefly surprised that it was open today because it used to be closed on Sundays. Unfortunately, the quality is no longer good. Back then I had great falafel as a dish, round chickpea balls that were nice and green on the inside - handmade. Nowadays it's these run-of-the-mill coins where you don't know how much chickpeas are really left in them. Salad on the falafel plate is the same as the kebab filling: iceberg lettuce, red cabbage, carrot, tomato, cucumber - all soaked in overly sweet vinagrette (if you can put it like that. Maybe it's just vinegar with sugar). The hummus was a joke in terms of quantity and tasted musty. The light sauce is ok, the red one is not recommended - it's simply cocktail sauce and way too sweet and they also put it in the kebab... that's not possible. The bread is not fresh (crunchy stuff that has just been warmed up for a short time). Fries were normal. Falafel plate for €12 - unfortunately too expensive for the quality. Saw the kebab being made and thought there wasn't much else on my plate other than the fries. Ok, there is also service, cleaning of the plates and cutlery... but does that matter? You can also have a poorly chilled beer for €3.5... They're probably only selling that anyway because all the shops in the station are closed for renovations. The store is otherwise not very clean. The glass and natural stone counter is covered with a fine film of grease, which just shows that someone can't or doesn't want to clean properly. I'm not going there anymore.

Unfortunately the kebab turned out very bad, dry old bread, the meat (steak) was particularly tough. The sauce was ok. Not recommendable. Why does the kebab cost €9.50 when it says €8? Prices are also opaque. That was my last time at this mitfuk

The Dorum was so delicious and juicy. Every bite was rich with taste. The salad filled in was fresh. Observed that they cut fresh salad and filled up there containers. I also observed people ordering and having a casual chat as if they are perminant customers. Wish could have given them 10 stars

Taste wise 7/10 Price wise more like 5/10 Friendliness 9/10 But both the Dürum and the kebab were poorly rolled/filled, both started to ooze even though we were careful..

I really wanted kebab so I sent my cousin to the kebab shop, the first kebab was also the last. Bread hard, little sauce, little salad.

Best kebab in town! Just real meat and no frills. Always friendly and good portions. Can particularly recommend the kebab plate. The pide also taste good and are freshly baked.

Especially the döner was delicious, and I was very happy that they followed the hygiene rules. I will come again at the first opportunity.

Very nice people. The best pide in town. Falafel is great too. The normal kebab with meat is also one of the top 3 in Ulm, so a very good compromise for vegetarian/non-vegetarian couples

Super delicious food, lots of vegetarian dishes, close to the train station. We didn't have to wait long for the food either. Halloumi in Yufka was very tasty, Lahmacun was freshly made.

When visiting 'mutfak - döner & falafel with attitude' I had an ambivalent experience. The bread of my kebab was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, but unfortunately the bottom half was torn, which made it difficult to eat. The steak kebab meat was also unpleasantly dry. The biggest point of criticism, however, was the thin and tasteless sauce, which was more reminiscent of Ayran. Overall, a disappointing experience that didn't live up to the culinary promise.

Very tasty and fresh dishes, friendly staff and centrally located between the main train station and the city center. I will gladly come again.

Gehört zu den besten in Ulm. Zum Döner: Das Fleisch ist mega, das Brötchen frisch und knackig, das Gemüse super, vor allem das Grillgemüse, und die Soße ist der Hammer ... Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder. Yufka ist auch topp

Bei aller Liebe, ich weiß nicht ob es einen Besitzerwechsel gegeben hat oder nicht, denn bisher war ich mit dem Döner immer sehr zufrieden. Dönerpreis 8€.... Am Anfang kurz Döner drauf gepackt dazwischen ordentlich Karotten und Salat und dann darüber wieder ein kleinen wenig Dönerfleisch. Ganz ehrlich, den mixed Salat krieg ich für 89cent beim Edeka (ihr sogar beim Großanbieter noch günstiger.) wofür genau zahl ich da 8€? Das ist Kundenabzocke...Richtige Mogelpackung....

War hier schon mehrmals und hab ihn bis vor kurzem für den besten Döner Ulms gehalten. Das letzte mal war ich allerdings etwas enttäuscht, das Brot war nicht mehr das gleiche und hat den kompletten Eindruck/Geschmack verändert. Das Brot war trocken und hat mit den restlichen Zutaten nicht so harmoniert. Davor war das Brot zwar knusprig, allerdings innen fluffig und hat auch die Soße schön aufgesaugt, was ich überragend fande. Auch das Fleisch war meiner Meinung nicht so stark wie davor. Ich hoffe nur das das Brot nur eine vorübergehende Alternative ist, denn das vorherige Produkt war einfach um einiges besser.

Hochwertige Lebensmittel und Dienstleistungen in Ulm hier

Schönes Ambiente, freundlich und sauber, aber das Dönerfleisch war uns viel zu trocken. Dazu kaum Sauce auf dem Döner und nicht gerade billig. Rohkost war komplett ungewürzt. Kenne ich so nicht von anderen Läden und dadurch fehlt viel Geschmack. Es gibt auch keine scharfe Sauce, nur Chilipulver und dann wird der Döner richtig scharf.

Von innen ganz schön und der Service ist freundlich. Döner und Falafel haben uns nicht so gut geschmeckt. Beides war trocken und die Soße hatte keinen Geschmack.

8 Euro sind bisschen zu viel für einem Döner aber für diese Qualität die dieses Döner enthält ist es wirklich wert hier zum Essen. Wenn ich mal Hunger hab komm mich mal immer wieder zurück. Wirklich empfehlenswert!

Leider immer dasselbe. Anfangs gab es hier gegrilltes Gemüse, ofengemüse, verschiedene Humus und einen Bedienung die Lust hatte dir etwas zu verkaufen. 1,5 Jahre später ist das Personal ersetzt und ist auf ganz anderen Niveau unterwegs. Man geht auch nicht mit dem selben Lappen über Tresen und gästetisch mit dem gerade aus der Küche kam. Durchschnittlicher deutscher langweil Döner. Demnächst gibts dann auch Teiglinge aus der Fabrik. Schade ☹️

Döner war lecker. 8€ ein wenig zu teuer, aber da kann man sich heutzutage auch nicht mehr so beschweren...

Qualität hat deutlich abgenommen

Hier gibt's einen echt guten Döner, der Laden hat auch sehr bequeme Sitze, sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich. Alles in allem 5/5 Sterne

Habe eine dönerbox zu einem total ünerzogenen Preis für 7,50 gehabt. Hätte ich auch gerne bezahlt wenn das Fleisch nicht ungenießbar gewesen wäre... sorry aber für mich in Zukunft ein no go

Echt guter Döner relativ zentral am Bahnhof. Die Preise sind aber im Vergleich zu anderen Dönern echt sehr sehr teuer. Man bekommt zwar gute Qualität für den Preis, aber dennoch auch dafür nicht das billigste...

Falafel in a Yufka is a good portion with fresh salat and quite tasty. Usual fast food kebap restaurant. Perfect as a break before the train. Prizes are good. Tables could be cleaner. Only cash. No creditcards.

Die Döner sind geschmacklich sehr gut. Das Fleisch schmeckt hochwertig und das Brot ist sehr luftig. Fleisch und Pommern waren, wie es sich für mich gehört, heiß. Der Käse ist in kleinen Stückchen, was finde ich ein Riesen Plus Punkt ist und allein einen Stern Wert. Wenn man einen gut scharfen Döner bestellt, bekommt man auch einen gut scharfen und nicht so ein bisschen. Die Preise sind etwas höher als üblich, was denke ich dem Standort und der Fleischqualität zu verdanken ist und von daher ok. Zwei kleine Punkte habe ich zu bemängeln. Auch wenn nicht so viel los ist, muss man sie auf Wartezeit einstellen, also nichts von schnell vor der Abfahrt noch einen auf die Hand und mir persönlich fehlte Calzone auf der Speisekarte. Ansonsten kann man nur empfehlen.

Bin auf die Zugspitze gestiegen und danach über Ulm nach Hause gefahren. Der Döner ist genau das was ich gebraucht habe! Brot lecker, Fleisch großartig, Soße lecker und richtig leckerer Salat. Und das wichtigste: Das Verhältnis zwischen Fleisch, Salat und Soße hat perfekt gepasst und schön durchmischt. Schade, dass ich nicht in Ulm wohne, ist vielleicht aber auch besser so, da ich sonst jeden Tag Döner essen würde. Achso, und die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Vielen Dank für ein Jahr kulinarische Unterstützung für einen Reisenden in Ulm. Das Essen ist immer frisch, sowohl Teig als auch Gemüse. Das Fleisch ist qualitativ definitiv hochwertig. Das hier ist nicht der klassische Döner den man aus dem Ruhrgebiet oder Berlin kennt, aber nach einem Jahr "Auslandseinsatz" in Ulm habe ich mich in die Speisen die mutfak anbietet verliebt für ihre Eigenständigkeit und Qualität. Pide 5 Sterne, Döner 5 Sterne, Falafel 5 Sterne. Danke!
