Caution feels like cheating to me! On March 24, 2025, I accidentally ordered from this store and immediately called to cancel. I was promised a refund in a few weeks - so far no money, no response. For me this is cheating. Never again! Here is the bill, please read it and then see who the liar is. What you are doing is really very unprofessional.

There is also a very nice playground in the garden! My children loved him. The food was also delicious.

Wir wohnen jetzt 7 Jahre in der Kiefer... also bin ich nicht gereist mehr oder minder immer wieder... Nach Wechsel des Besitzers waren wir voll zufrieden... Aber mit der Zeit wurde es schlechter... Zutaten fehlen... Hinweise wurden ignoriert... Speisen, die in der Karte angeboten werden, entsprechen bei Abholung nicht der Bestellung... und nach Reklamation ist das Gericht ungenießbar.

Due to many mistakes on the part of Snack Haus, we actually didn't want to order there anymore. Today I decided to do it again and we ordered again. How could it be otherwise, almost everything is screwed up again. Starting with the delivery time. We ordered at 5:15 p.m. and specified the desired delivery time as 6:15 p.m. The delivery time in the confirmation email was 7 p.m. Well, the desired delivery time is not guaranteed, so it doesn't matter. But the driver rang the bell at 6 p.m. There's no way to plan anything when they come along as they're funny. The delivery time never worked for the last orders either. To order today. Dürüm with chicken. At first I was surprised that it was so light. Why, that quickly became clear. If there are 3 strips of chicken in the Dürüm, you don't have to be surprised. In addition, the Dürüm was specially ordered WITHOUT red cabbage. You can guess three times what was in the Dürüm. Exactly, red cabbage. We also ordered the special Dürüm with homemade bread. But we got a normal Dürüm. The normal Dürüm simply cost more. In the past, things that we had complained about over the phone were often forgotten or mixed up and were then processed correctly. Today I just didn't feel like it anymore. Sometimes things can go wrong, but at Snack Haus it's normal for things to go wrong. However, the ingredients supplied often do not match the selection for ordering. E.g. Langos with Debrecziner according to the card, delivered with Wiener. Bosna with bratwurst according to the menu, delivered with Vienna. For us it was really the last time we ordered there. The taste of the food was mostly good, but there were just too many mistakes. I'm tired of having to get upset about something every time.

Ordered burger without sauce - got it with sauce... Ordered kebab without sauce - got it with sauce... Ordered coke but didn't get it. Food was simply thrown outside the door without calling. I then made a special call and it didn't help. Never again

Very good restaurant! We were just there and ordered 5 kebabs. The kebab and the homemade flatbread tasted great. The employees were very nice and funny. We'd love to come back!

We wait another hour for the rest, because he won't leave until he has enough orders, but he wants the money straight away. Then you open the food you ordered and get something thrown together. Delivery was returned to the supplier on the 2nd delivery after 3 hours of waiting. Didn't feel like recycling other customers' food. We ordered yesterday, my pizza didn't taste good and I had really big chunks on it that tasted very strange. My extra wishes for what I paid for were completely missing. After 1 piece I really wasn't hungry for it anymore. My husband wasn't too impressed with his meal either. Don't order there anymore

The delivery person was nice, but after the xxl cheeseburger I was vomiting all night long.

The snack house in Kiefersfelden was unfortunately a disappointment. The food was tasteless and clearly not fresh. The service left a lot to be desired - unfriendly and inattentive. The atmosphere was anything but inviting; it seemed unkempt and carelessly furnished. Overall I can unfortunately only give one star because nothing was right.

The pizza is great, kebab is delicious too. The service was very nice. The price performance is also right! All in all great. We will be back.

Food was cold, the delivery person was rude and forgot our pizza. The pasta was cold and looked like it had come from the microwave and had just been warmed up. Afterwards we called that they had forgotten our pizza and said that we didn't order anything. Bottomless. We will never order here again.

It broke here accidentally. Nice staff, you can see they like what they do. Delicious juicy kebab. the sauces are great, I think they make them themselves. You can eat outside. There is a playground for children. A great experience, I highly recommend it.

My visit to the Snack Haus was a complete success and a real feast for the palate. As soon as I entered the pizzeria I felt welcome and comfortable. The service in the Snack Haus is excellent. The staff is very friendly, attentive and always there when you need something. We were warmly welcomed and shown to our table. Our orders were taken quickly and the waiting times were very short. The pizzas are simply sensational! The dough is thin, crispy and baked to perfection. I chose the Pizza Diavola, which was topped with spicy salami, peppers and mozzarella – an absolute taste experience. The ingredients were fresh and of high quality. My companion chose the classic Pizza Margherita, which was also fantastic. The cheese was perfectly melted and the tomato sauce was flavorful. For starters we had the tomato and basil bruschetta which was a wonderful start to our meal. To finish we enjoyed a homemade tiramisu which was to die for. The atmosphere in the Snack Haus is cozy and inviting. The lighting is pleasant and creates a relaxed atmosphere. There is also a small outdoor area which is particularly nice on warm evenings. The prices are absolutely reasonable and reflect the quality of the food and service. The value for money is excellent and you definitely get a lot for your money. The Snack Haus is a real insider tip for all pizza lovers. Here you not only get excellent pizzas, but also first-class service and a cozy atmosphere. I can fully recommend this pizzeria and am already looking forward to my next visit

We have ordered there a few times. Burgers, pizza, pasta, kebab, salad - tried everything and recommend it. There wasn't one of us who was dissatisfied. The delivery was always quick and punctual, sometimes over-punctual. The food was always warm enough, sometimes still hot. Absolutely top for a delivery service in this category. The suppliers have always been very friendly and we have received something good as a gift several times.

Grade eine Pizza, Pommes und Nudeln bestellt. FRECHHEIT!!!! Pizza sieht aus als wäre alles nur drauf geklatscht worden siehe Foto und die Nudeln sind auch nicht grad Nett geliefert worden. Bestellen nie wieder dort!!!! Die Pommes mega gatschig und überhaubt nicht genießbar.

Über Lieferando bestellt. 2 Stunden gedauert, bei über 70 euro auch noch den 11 euro Salat vergessen!

Das Essen wurde fast 1h nach der angegebenen Lieferzeit gebracht, mit der Ausrede "Haus nicht gefunden". Noch dazu war alles kalt und seit dem Essen hängen wir überm Klo 🤮 Noch dazu war die eigentlich nicht vorhandene Füllung im 8€ Lahmacun nur ein schlechter Witz!

Wir haben das bestellte Essen 2h zu spät erhalten und oben drauf war das essen kalt und ungenießbar. Ich habe aus diesem Grund darum gebeten mein Geld zurück zu bekommen weil wir wie schon gesagt 2 Stunden gewartet haben. Sie meinten ich soll meine IBAN schicken darauf hin wurde ich mehr Mals angerufen und wurde nur beleidigt und mir wurde mit der Polizei gedroht Ich würde euch mit mein Leben empfehlen nicht da zu essen oder bestellen!!! Wenn ihr gesund davon gekommen wollt !!!

Leider seit dem Betreiberwechsel vor einiger nur noch eingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Die Speisen die geliefert werden, entsprechen nicht dem was auf der Speisekarte zu finden ist. Es sind andere Zutaten dabei, oder andere Soßen. Allerdings sehr kundenorientiert bei den Beschwerden. Die Qualität der Speisen war auch schon Mal deutlich besser, da hilft leider auch die beste Kundenorientierung nichts 👎

Positiv überrascht. Das Essen war wirklich sehr knusprig gut gewürzt und frisch.

Wir haben Essen bestellt; absolut HERVORRAGEND!!!! Das Dürüm Vegetarisch war mit großem Abstand das BESTE Dürüm was ich bis jetzt gegessen hab!! Auch die Pizza und Burger, mega lecker, frisch zubereitet und sehr schnell geliefert!! Wir sind 100%tig neue Stammkunden!!!

3,5 Sterne. Pizza war gut (hatte abgeholt). Hatte aber selten so einen Brand(durst) danach. Service war auch nett. Preis finde ich jetzt für eine Abholservice etwas hoch. Was mich aber etwas geärgert hat das bei zwei von zwei Pizzen das bestellte extra gefehlt hat.

Döner und Dönerähnliches kann man hier essen. Tortellini leider echt traurig, 11€ für ca. 10 Tortellini (siehe Foto) ? Da frägt man sich schon.

Hatte einen Dönerteller, das Fleisch hat mich nicht wirklich angesprochen war teils knusprig aber irgendwie fad , beim Salat sollte man vielleicht den Balsamico Dressing weglassen passt überhaupt nicht zum Gericht. Das positive waren die Pommes, die waren wirklich knusprig und lecker. Alles in allem kann ich nicht mehr wie durchschnittliche 3 Sterne geben.

Freundlich, aber ich habe noch nie erlebt, das eine Pizza nach nix schmeckt. Weder schlecht noch gut, einfach nach gar nichts.
