Huge parking lot, there is a free toilet on the right side somewhere in the middle of the parking lot. Shower. You can walk to the store, lake. On Monday 17:25 the place is full.

Why 3 out of 5 stars? Quite simply, in terms of staff during peak travel times, there are only two people on site who have to take care of the food and the shop at the same time. It took almost 15 minutes before we could order because there were 3 guests in front of us. It took another 30 minutes until we got our food and I think currywurst fries aren't too time-consuming for a rest stop like this. The staff was visibly annoyed and sometimes unfriendly, but that's understandable. But the cleanliness was great and the food was also tasty. In terms of price, I would say it was okay because it's on the highway, but you should think twice and don't expect xxl portions.

I am a truck driver. Excellent service area on the border between Austria and Germany. Excellent tidy and clean parking. Excellent toilet facilities with the usual euro to be recovered then at the bar or restaurant. Perfect shower with toilet included at a cost of €3. He deserves them all. Impeccable cleanliness. Recommended place. Same standard in the area on the opposite side of the highway.

It was quiet for a service area but modern and clean. Staff were very pleasant and food was good.

A soap dispenser on the toilet is empty. A paper dispenser is empty/or the sensor is defective. The employee in charge was sitting in front of the pay barrier and chatting. Charging one euro to go to the toilet is a lot. Then when something like that happens, it's TOO MUCH.

Toilet facilities could be cleaner

It's a lot more expensive 😕 the outer tables wobble like a cow's tail. My bottle of beer tipped over. The tables are dirty and there are cups and other things lying around on the floor. The toilet costs €1. We will drive past this rest stop in the future.

You can't rate gas stations without being subjective. But let's just say that the fuel prices are always reasonable and the shop is ok. Totally overcrowded during the holiday season but the staff keep their nerve and are always friendly.

We always stop here on the way to Italy, everything is just right here.

The location is very well organized. Too bad it is in the immediate vicinity of the customs post. They walk around the dining area and give you not-so-friendly looks.

Terrible experience!!!!! Servise slow and incompetent! The service disappeared somewhere (at 14:30!!!!!) and didn't show up even after 20 minutes, a lot of people were waiting to pay for gas and buy drinks!!! I really don't recommend it!

Possibly not an optimal experience due to the police check. You had to park the caravan in the car parking spaces and drive out again against the traffic, avoiding hitting the curb.

The guy at the checkout was not friendly, the prices were very high, the toilet was clean - the price was 1 euro.

Curiously, the cashier collects the customers' fuel receipts and wanted to tell me that I had to scan something. After protesting, I only received a second printout of the receipt.

This dirty hut cannot be recommended. Unfortunately I had to give one star otherwise I can't write anything. It's warmer in the booth than outside. No air conditioning 😑 We imagined the break differently. The only Serways we've ever seen that doesn't offer Champion Schnitzel🤦‍♂️🤔 Very strange for such a large chain. The 0.5 l cola from the bottle costs €3.19 and the one in the glass costs €3.99. This store is a complete rip off!!

The younger lady who works here doesn't have the strength to even make fries with chicken, she barely made them and I don't recommend it.

It felt like I stood at the checkout for 15 minutes to pay for gas. I felt sorry for your staff, two of them had to jump between making fries, making coffee and checking out the cash register. Otherwise, the rest stop made a very solid impression.

Food hot and surprisingly good for a rest stop on the highway. Staff very friendly....but unfortunately it was very warm in the rest stop....too warm for me..climate might be better.....otherwise we will take a break here again

A good place to sunbathe. Since I personally don't think too much of tanning beds (in general) because it could make me look older if I do it too often, I give it 4 stars. I can't say anything about the staff, but the few times I was there they were friendly and offered me creams. In general, I would like more information. What does it do to your skin if you sunbathe too much? Is it carcinogenic? But it helps very well with depression. I can therefore only recommend doing it every now and then when you have to deal with it.

Very good rest area with the usual offerings. Parking: Now as a bus driver you think, great like in Austria, a closed bus parking lot. Only then does the Federal Border Police (nothing against his job of checking vehicles) come to "shit" at my son for why he puts the hat on the side and asks me (bus driver) what I want to do with a coach in a clearly marked bus parking lot! To then check my papers during my actual break. The rest area was filled with parked cars (taken out of traffic). Bus parking spaces on weekends are in short supply anyway.

Worst attitude ever. They didn’t let me have my coffee to take away as it is one sip, they say, and I need to drink it up right on the spot. After explaining the person who the coffee is for cannot come and have it inside, the rude guy said I can then drink it myself. Paper cups are not good for nature when it comes to such a small macchiato… What a joke… Pure discrimination to non-German speakers!

Food expensive, but with a lot of salt. My children couldn't eat it - I had difficulty. But - high-salt food probably promotes beverage sales ;-( It all seems pretty greedy!

The selection of goods is good, but what struck me was the behavior of the storekeeper behind the counter, who was angry and hostile to the whole world, she must be on night duty! This has nothing to do behind the cash register!

Very unfriendly staff at the checkout

It certainly couldn't be more unfriendly! On the way back from vacation, I had a quick coffee and a big hot chocolate. That even other guests complained. Before I placed my order, a truck driver was scolded and then went somewhere else. After the hot chocolate was also a coffee, which isn't exactly a tragedy, but my wife shouldn't drink coffee. I politely asked for an exchange. Then things really started. Good woman, look for another job!

Servus. Es ist komplett nicht so schlimm aber... Genau jetzt habe ich Toilette benutzen. 1Eu bezahlen. Und was habe ich gesehen... Der Jackenbügel wurde durch eine Schraube ersetzt. Ist das ein Witz? Wie viel kostet es heute, einen Kleiderbügel zu reparieren und auszutauschen? 10Eu zusammen?

Sehr schönes Hotel, zwar einfach aber auf gutem Niveau Service und Sauberkeit ist super. Liegt in guter Lage, in Südtirol Nähe Brixen

Alles gut, aber wie überall an den Raststätten an der Autobahn vollkommen überteuerte Preise. Und gerade auch der Toilettengang mit 1€ ist schon ziemlich mies.

Immer voll aber man findet immer Platz

Im Grunde ist die Rasstätte so, wie die meisten anderen. Die Ladesäulen für e-Fahrzeuge sind halbwegs gut ausgezeichnet. Die Toiletten sind sauber. Kosten 1,-€. Das Speisenangebot ist sehr überschaubar und es gibt hauptsächlich Frittiertes (Pommes mit Schnitzel oder Hähnchennuggets und ähnliches) und Burger. Beim vegetarischen Gericht war das meiste Pommes und sehr wenig Gemüse. Eigentlich nicht zu empfehlen. Dafür war das Personal sehr freundlich. Es gibt eine Kinderecke wo kleinere Kinder sich vergnügen können. Dort gibt es auch eine Kletterwand.

Saubere Raststätte, hat alles was man braucht, für kurze Ladestopps gut geeignet.

Kartenzahlung scheint wieder möglich zu sein. Die Preise sind wie üblich, jenseits von Gut und Böse. Dieselpreis 40 Cent über normal, Currywurst mit Pommes 9 Euro. Es gibt einen kleinen Spielplatz.

Fajn místo k občerstvení na cestě. Ceny jsou vyšší.
