Serways Raststätte Inntal Ost in Kiefersfelden

Am Dienstag, dem 16. Juli 2026, um 20:30 Uhr, war der Parkplatz komplett belegt. Zum Glück fuhr das Kühlfahrzeug weg, und wir konnten auf seinem Platz parken. Ich rate davon ab, übergroße Parkplätze zu belegen, da die Polizei bei Beschwerden schnell vor Ort sein wird.

Ein Bahnhof mit Restaurant und Toiletten. Definitiv ein Ort für eine Stärkung auf dem Weg von Italien nach Deutschland.

Warmes essen gibt es leider nicht rund um die Uhr und wo sieht man das bitte? Deshalb nur einen Stern Es gibt leute die Rwisen warum haben die Raststationen nicht rund um die Uhr etwas da?

Man kann sich in der Nähe des Sees sonnen.

Auf der Heimreise nur die Toiletten benutzt

Die Lieferung erfolgte am 5. Mai 2026 um 20:30 Uhr. Am Ende des Baumes waren noch Plätze frei. Gegen 21:00 Uhr kam ein Auto und versuchte zu parken. Es entstand ein Stau, woraufhin die Polizei eintraf und das Auto wegschickte, da es dort nicht parken dürfe. Da es jedoch die Einfahrt blockierte, ließen sie es stehen.

Alles bestens, keine Beanstandungen.

Donnerstag, 18:40 Uhr, es sind noch Plätze in den Weihnachtsbäumen frei.

Die Dusche ist gut. Es gibt kein Schild, das darauf hinweist, dass es ein Waschsalon ist. Man muss also nicht erst Waschbecken und Waschlappen mitschleppen und dann eine Stunde warten. Hätte die Kassiererin nicht geklopft, hätte ich wahrscheinlich noch länger Wäsche gewaschen. Die Mitarbeiter haben keinen Respekt vor ihren Kollegen.

Nach 16:00 Uhr sind keine Sitzplätze mehr verfügbar.

Null Freundlichkeit, und kuche vor 20 Uhr zu.

Safe and plenty of space on Friday towards Austria

February 12, 2026, Thursday, 8:30 PM. There were definitely five more spots left in the tree. Free restroom in the parking lot.

It's hard to find a place, it's very crowded at all times but the service is very nice, the shower is 3 euros, the water is warm, so I recommend it

You can also sit outside if the weather is nice. Otherwise, everything you need for a short break is available.

I don't understand the bad reviews. The dining area and restrooms are very clean. I lost my wallet, and a very helpful employee looked for it in the parking lot and found it. Thank you again for that! All the staff here are very friendly.

Good place for rest DE-A Border, There is tunnel to go opposite side as well. Near by a beautiful river and super markets in Village.

Everything is delicious and not expensive.

I often stop at this place to open the program on Germany, too bad the Police occupied half the parking lot for their inexplicable controls. You can have an ok snack. At the Restaurant you can also converse in Romanian. There is a very nice lady. While the others of German origin leave a bitter taste with their way of being cold and a lack of life.

Small service area!! But strategically well-located!! Just inside the Austrian/German border...!! So, as a truck driver, I don't have to leave Austria at 5 in the morning 🇦🇹! There's parking, although it's not very large, and there's a good shower... Because it's a service area on the border, there's a lot of traffic at all hours...

Unfortunately, it's not exactly cheap, but it was incredibly delicious: we had a bagel, pretzel, and cappuccino, and everything was delicious. We'll definitely be stopping there again.

I don't know when they took 1 euro from anyone, on 09/10/25 they took 3 € from me.

Inntal Ost Rest Area – Incident on September 9, 2025 Incredibly unprofessional! The waitress played with a dog on her knees for minutes, then grabbed the food without washing her hands – hygiene absolutely nonsensical. When we asked for fresh rolls, an endless argument ensued: supposedly, two-hour-old pretzels were "still warm." Upon our objection, the lady became rude, told us to "go somewhere else," and finally asked us to leave. Disrespectful, unhygienic, and completely anti-customer – a case for the food inspectors!

Perfect place to stop for a break. We had a very good breakfast while passing through.

Burger King was closed, although it should have been open for another 30 minutes

Food dry, hamburger terrible. Fries cold. I don't recommend. Goulash with one piece of meat.

So, where do I begin? This rest stop is truly the worst! As a woman who's seen a lot, I can tell you: I haven't experienced such audacity in a long time. The restroom, for which I paid one euro, was pure horror! Everything was dirty, smelly, and the walls were practically sticky. It seemed as if no one here had ever held a broom. I don't even know how they can even maintain this kind of thing, let alone expect their guests to do it. But the best part is yet to come: Because of this euro coupon they supposedly give you for using the restroom—don't think you can use it for the whole family! I stopped with my daughter and her children and wanted to redeem this coupon. But what happened? You're only allowed to redeem one coupon per purchase. So, if you're traveling with a family of four, you're left with nothing but ridicule. It's as if they're intentionally trying to make your life miserable. Honestly, if I hadn't been forced to stop here, I would never have entered this rest stop. The service isn't just bad, it's brazen and rude. It's a shame that this still exists in our country – it gives you the impression that, as a customer, you're just a source of money to be squeezed. I will certainly never come here again. Unfortunately, I have to give it one star because zero stars is technically impossible – and even that would be too much for this place.

I've been to this rest stop several times now. Most recently, yesterday, July 25th, for dinner, I had currywurst and fries. The sausage was very tasty and flavorful. It was fried, not deep-fried. The fries were crispy and delicious. The rest stop is clean, as are the restrooms. Despite a small crowd, the staff were friendly and seemed to have everything under control. Even during staff changes, customers continued to receive friendly service. Even pets get a little attention. I'd be happy to come back.

1 euro for a very dirty toilet. You get a voucher for 1 euro, but you can only use 1 voucher per item purchase. Coffee is okayish, but the lid for the cup does not close the cup at all. It always falls off. Disappointing experience overall.

The dirtiest rest stop I've ever been to. The tables weren't cleaned, there were hardly any hot meals, and the yogurt I bought for my daughters was completely warm and disgusting. The staff were incredibly unfriendly, and the restrooms were also dirty. The playground was nice, so it gets one star.

Don’t listen to anyone, the shower is not for a while, you paid 3€ and go wash yourself in peace, the water is hot, there is also a toilet (who wants to sit on a normal potty and not on a metal one, pay 3€ and at the same time go to the shower), just scoop up the water after you. Using the toilet costs one euro, which cannot be applied to the fuel bill. Also there was no soap. Demanding a euro for this is a bit cheeky.

Nice big parking. There is a shower 3 euros. There is a free toilet in the parking lot. There is Lidl I Rewe not far away. You can walk 1.5 km. Or drive up in a big car, there are places to stay.

I am a tour leader and I stopped in this area on December 4th for the lunch break with a bus with 20 people. The restaurant was completely out of stock and the lady was rude and rude to all the members of my group. Of course we will never stop again

Huge parking lot, there is a free toilet on the right side somewhere in the middle of the parking lot. Shower. You can walk to the store, lake. On Monday 17:25 the place is full.

Why 3 out of 5 stars? Quite simply, in terms of staff during peak travel times, there are only two people on site who have to take care of the food and the shop at the same time. It took almost 15 minutes before we could order because there were 3 guests in front of us. It took another 30 minutes until we got our food and I think currywurst fries aren't too time-consuming for a rest stop like this. The staff was visibly annoyed and sometimes unfriendly, but that's understandable. But the cleanliness was great and the food was also tasty. In terms of price, I would say it was okay because it's on the highway, but you should think twice and don't expect xxl portions.

I am a truck driver. Excellent service area on the border between Austria and Germany. Excellent tidy and clean parking. Excellent toilet facilities with the usual euro to be recovered then at the bar or restaurant. Perfect shower with toilet included at a cost of €3. He deserves them all. Impeccable cleanliness. Recommended place. Same standard in the area on the opposite side of the highway.

It was quiet for a service area but modern and clean. Staff were very pleasant and food was good.

A soap dispenser on the toilet is empty. A paper dispenser is empty/or the sensor is defective. The employee in charge was sitting in front of the pay barrier and chatting. Charging one euro to go to the toilet is a lot. Then when something like that happens, it's TOO MUCH.

Toilet facilities could be cleaner

It's a lot more expensive 😕 the outer tables wobble like a cow's tail. My bottle of beer tipped over. The tables are dirty and there are cups and other things lying around on the floor. The toilet costs €1. We will drive past this rest stop in the future.

You can't rate gas stations without being subjective. But let's just say that the fuel prices are always reasonable and the shop is ok. Totally overcrowded during the holiday season but the staff keep their nerve and are always friendly.

We always stop here on the way to Italy, everything is just right here.

The next person who says that motorway service stations in Italy are expensive, I'll send him here. Neat, clean place, friendly staff.

The location is very well organized. Too bad it is in the immediate vicinity of the customs post. They walk around the dining area and give you not-so-friendly looks.
