Sky Restaurant in Abensberg

Today we bought two Regina pizzas, cucumber salad, and drinks. We received a friendly welcome and service. The pizzas were very good—thin crusts and generous toppings. The cucumber salad was also well dressed. A small but fine and highly recommended pizzeria.

Left the restaurant after 10 minutes because the manager wasn't interested in customers. The service was nice... They even apologized for their boss. There are nicer restaurants nearby.

Very nice village inn. The duck meal is really top and recommended for everyone. Service is friendly and attentive.

No multi-page menu, no "fancy stuff," no "nouvelle cuisine" – instead, a rustic, cozy, traditional Bavarian "Jägerstüberl" (hunter's parlor) that reminded me of my grandmother's former living room, where we felt truly at home with a delicious sausage salad and an equally delicious dark shandy, transported back to an even more halcyon, bygone era. The very friendly and authentic host couple made our visit an unforgettable experience. Thank you very much, and we'd love to come back, and warm greetings from Switzerland!

The new vegetarian dish, 'Brussels sprouts topped with cheese on homemade rösti,' was very good. Thanks, Georg!
