On the recommendation of a work colleague, I came here for shawarma and left happy and full. :) Amazing service, super friendly and accommodating. We even got tea. The meat is juicy and the fries are nice and crispy and delicious. 5 stars!

I ordered food from this restaurant using the Uber Eats app. It took three hours, but the order never arrived. I tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered. In the end, I had to go to the restaurant myself to pick up my order.

I ordered a shawarma plate with coleslaw. What I got was disappointing: no coleslaw, dry chicken, cold fries, vegetables that weren't fresh – and, as you can see in the picture, a garlic sauce that was watery, lumpy, and unappealing. Unfortunately, they also poured this sauce all over the shawarma – you can probably imagine the look on my face. The food went straight into the trash. You might want to think twice about eating there or having it delivered.

Overall, the order was a complete disappointment: poorly prepared, incomplete, delivered cold, and the quality was far below what one would expect. We placed our order with a delivery time of 25-45 minutes – in the end, we waited over two hours. No call, no apology, no information about the delay. When the food finally arrived, it was completely cold and tasted absolutely disgusting – definitely not what you'd expect after such a long wait. The quality was abysmal, the food seemed carelessly prepared and inedible. You really only have this experience once – we'll definitely never order from here again.

! ! CAUTION! ! ! Well, I ordered food there via UberEats. Nothing was delivered, and despite repeated attempts, I couldn't reach the restaurant by phone. After more than an hour, I canceled everything via UberEats, and now, as a thank you, I have to wait up to five days for my money.

Then I ordered two dishes, one large and one small, and of course I paid more for the large one. But what did I get? Two identical portions. They told me, "We didn't have a larger one because they put more meat in it." I paid three euros more for the drink. It wasn't available. It had to be fetched first, so the food was colder. Well, an Arab shouldn't be conjuring up a Turkish dish, because it obviously tasted like a shawarma, very greasy, and a doner kebab was edible. I have to honestly say the kebabs were okay, they weren't bad at all, and they were quite tasty. But by the time you got to the kebab, the packaging was full of grease. The food was full of grease. The second doner kebab was so deep-fried that everything was soft. You couldn't eat any more in the end because there was so much grease, but the man was very nice and made an effort. Now, you have to say, unfortunately, this area isn't designed for that. It's a shame I paid €20 and got two small dishes. The best part was simply the Coke. Okay, the diarrhea was free.

Even ordering was extremely difficult because the employee barely understood any German and obviously couldn't understand us properly. After a wait of over 20 minutes, a pizza was handed to us - even though we hadn't ordered a pizza. When we tried to explain that we had ordered three shawarma rolls there was just further chaos. We ended up getting the wrong rolls - it wasn't what we ordered. On top of that, the rolls were completely without sauce, totally dry and simply didn't taste good. All in all: unfriendly service, long waiting time, wrong food and poor quality. Unfortunately it's a total zero - we definitely won't be coming back.

Really good shop! Tried the Crispy Baguette and Shawarma for the first time and they were both delicious. The service was very nice and at the end there was tea on the house. Only recommended!!!

Der Döner ist sehr gut, immer reichlich. Ich komme 2 mal im Monat privat. Cool wäre wenn ihr auch Bier und Wein bei Lieferung gebt. Im Büro bestellen wir regelmäßig aber nicht bei euch, weil wir keinen Alkohol bekommen. Wir sind doch in Deutschland Bruder. Ansonsten gutes Essen.

Das Essen war richtig kalt nur schnell geliefert. Auf jeden falls Das ist erste und letzte mal so ekelhaft kann man nicht essen. Auf diese preis ist nicht so Mann erwartet. Mann sieht kaum Fleisch 3th class quality nie wieder nie wieder. Mann kann das Essen nicht genießen schade für Bestellung.
