Restaurant Düppeler Hof in Hagen

I waited almost two hours for a pizza and fries. The pizza was still raw inside and absolutely inedible. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

First of all: the food is excellent. Otherwise, I have to unfortunately confirm what many have complained about before me. Having to wait an hour for your food is something you could live with, but after two and a half hours, the fun stops. Especially since the supply of liquids also left a lot to be desired. What I've never experienced, however, is that my food was served to me only to be taken away five minutes later because it was meant for another table. It was also really strange that guests who arrived later were served much more quickly and were already finished before the last member of our group even got their food. All in all, it was a disappointing experience and not a visit I'd recommend. If it hadn't been for a birthday dinner, we would have left the place. Update: Apparently nothing has changed. Except that the Plessen people still give you a hard time. Unacceptable. Update 10/25 I heard the owner has changed. When I'm feeling brave and have plenty of time, I'll give it a try.

My friend and I went to a restaurant and ordered Arabic shawarma and a broasted chicken meal. The food was okay. The shawarma was good and the fries were nice. The Russian salad was just cabbage, carrots, and starch cream. 🙃 The broasted chicken was good, but a little oily. The prices are a bit high, and if you order food, they charge an extra service fee on top of the listed price. When I ordered, they rang the bell and told me to go get my order to my table. What's going on?!

I am very disappointed with how Haus hülsche has developed. It used to be a really nice atmosphere but unfortunately not anymore and the owners aren't what they should be either. Unfortunately, problems there are not recommended
