Delivery service: Pizza cold, not cut properly. Hänchen Broccoli Pizza without broccoli, relatively expensive, despite ordering over 60 euros there was still a delivery charge surcharge.

Delicious food, friendly staff but the ambience could still be improved

I have NEVER seen or tried such a disgusting pizza. My garbage can was happy. Absolutely disgusting!!!!

I ordered via the Uber Eats app around 12:30 on a Friday evening and the delivery time given was between 00:05 and 00:25. A baguette, pizza rolls and aioli were ordered. At around 12:36 a.m. I called and asked about my order. A friendly employee picked up the phone and told me that there was a lot to do at the moment and that the order would be sent out in 10 minutes. The delivery within the next 10-15 minutes was really satisfactory, but out of 3 things ordered, 1 was forgotten, the aioli. I have to positively highlight the lady on the phone who answered my question honestly and didn't talk too much about the situation. The delivery person was just as nice. Of course he forgot the aioli and if you look at the whole situation that we've already been waiting for over an hour, even though we live what feels like 5 minutes away from the restaurant, that's not so nice, but he was friendly and even asked to bring the aioli over again . Of course I see the whole situation as a negative point. The Mr. Chicken baguette I delivered was just as overwhelming. Very dark, hardly any toppings and yet the whole thing costs around €9, which I think is an absolute disgrace. The pizza rolls, on the other hand, seemed to be well filled. However, I won't order there again.

I ordered a pizza. I was then after 50 minutes!!!!!! called and was told there was no more dough...at a "pizzeria". A replacement baguette was then delivered after 1 hour and 50 minutes. Cold. Price difference not calculated. Just order somewhere else, they don't have any goodwill either.

We ordered food at 9:30 yesterday. It was a Tuesday evening. The food was then delivered at 8 to 11 (!!). I understand extended delivery times on weekends, but not on a Tuesday evening. You pay EUR 9.50 for mini pizza rolls - price/performance is outrageous. The wrap tasted good, the pizza and the baguette were very dry. We won't order here again.

I saw a video on YouTube in which, in addition to buying 50 pizza rolls, he gave away 50 for free because it was for 1 good cause (homeless people). Must really be a great person.

Super fast delivery, but the bread was so soft, a toothless person could have eaten it without any problems.

I'm torn here. Food is ok but very economical, served. It's bad that there are fewer and fewer toppings and meat, but prices are getting more expensive. But advertise on Instagram how pizza rolls are distributed to homeless people in the name of the shop, I think It's strange to me. The campaign is good, but then he shouldn't have taken money for it. Besides, not everyone in need gets food for free here. So it's all just advertising to push the store!

Today around 11:50 p.m. I ordered two pizzas via the delivery service UberEats. The app showed me that the food would arrive around 00:10 / 00:20. When I called the store around 12:46 a.m., the employee on the phone told me that the driver would only now start moving. (What was everyone doing in the store for so long, mixing the tomato sauce?) Since the store isn't that far from where I live, the driver didn't arrive until just before 1 a.m. When I opened my pizza, I had to take a second look after the first look at it because it wasn't really clear to me whether I was looking at a "frozen-style" pizza or whether I just wasn't looking properly. The pizza was absolutely “raw”, the dough wasn’t really cooked through at all, just floury (I could probably have eaten flour straight away) and the tomato sauce wasn’t really finished on the pizza. Conclusion: The frozen pizza that I got from Lidl a few days ago, which only cost me 3.69 and was only in the oven for 10-15 minutes, was much more flavorful than this pizza, which is also called “stone oven pizza”. That was my very first order there and also my very last.

I would prefer not to give a star! I placed my order at 1:30 a.m. even though opening hours are until 2:00 a.m. I received a call at 1:44 a.m. and was informed that they had long since closed. I had already paid via Apple Pay and the money was gone. I was just told that I should contact Lieferando and that they had nothing to do with it. It's such a shame that people talk to me like that on the phone. Will never order there again.

I've never experienced anything like that. Disgrace!! The food arrived 1st cold. My husband had a Jägerschnitzel with fries! The fries dry and cold! The schnitzel was a joke. Mini schnitzel! And that for 16 € My meal was a wrap with fries and a thirst quencher (i.e. a menu that cost €20) The wrap was wrapped as small as a newspaper and the meat was cold and totally dried out and burnt. The fries the same. When I called to complain, I was told very cheekily that I should order somewhere else next time. I've experienced a lot but nothing like this. Absolute impudence!!!! Don't order there! Save it. I paid a total of over €40 and received rubbish!

Yesterday we ordered a kebab pizza but unfortunately it was all the meat on it. We usually know that pizza is full of toppings. That was a real shame. But the dough was good and the taste itself was good

So the shop is really one of the hottest shops there is in Germany, great food with good quality, good service and the shop looks really great and very clean, very friendly boss.

The wraps are tasty but 14 euros for such a thin little wrap is embarrassing. Don't exaggerate your prices and the name is probably "monster wraps". Even in the kebab shop you can get more for half the price

I don't know the restaurant personally, but I just saw your campaign with Nikkzej where you distributed pizza rolls to the homeless. I think it's a strong campaign! But what I don't think is so great is that you still took money from him even though you knew it was intended for the homeless! But otherwise a strong action from both of you!!!

I have always been a satisfied customer at Mr Bread. At least until recently. I gave a bad review because the pizza I ordered was a complete disaster. They then call me and tell me that if I don't like something, I should call and get my money back. Well, I've already done that 2-3 times when placing an order and they've never shown goodwill or refunded my money, which made me consider a negative review as a consequence. I told him that too. Then the gentleman on the phone told me not to order from them anymore. Instead of just acknowledging it and doing better next time or apologizing, he coldly tells me not to order anymore. What can I do if I pay €20 and you bring me a kebab pizza with frozen kebab meat that tastes like nothing and pizza dough that isn't even fully baked. For that much money I expect more than Aldi discount pizza quality. What do you expect then? I've already spent a lot of money at Mr Bread and I can say that the quality has been and continues to get worse and the prices are simply a disgrace when you consider what is being put in front of you.

I wasn't in this store but I saw the video of the homeless campaign and was just happy that people like that exist. May Allah grant health to the owner and his family. Insallah he sells ten times as much as before.Really strong!!!

After the many negative recessions, the PR trick with the pizza rolls for the homeless came at just the right time, didn't it. It was/is so transparent.

Very cool shop, incredibly great campaign that you have set up for those in need - I've been there straight away, I can't complain!
