We went there for lunch today based on a recommendation and weren't disappointed! I had the Tegernsee-style roast pork, and it was absolutely fantastic! Delicious! Very friendly staff and a great atmosphere! I'd love to come back 😉 Best regards

You can only give 5 stars here. All the dishes were very tasty, the service was attentive and friendly. And you can't complain about the price either. We'll be back.

High-quality traditional Bavarian food. Wide range of different dumplings, good draught beer and excellent value dish of the day. Plenty of parking available even on 1st May.

Why the store is so popular is a bit of a mystery to me. Yes, the atmosphere is nice, the service was also attentive - but very unsympathetic in places. Well, that could of course be my personal impression. Much more important, however, is the food - and it was really bad. The side dishes, potato salad and dumplings, were still good. But when it comes to a roasted crust, it's all about the roasted crust - and I can't even call it that. It was just a tough shoe sole. This is roughly how I imagine minute steaks from the discount store. It doesn't help much if you put a small piece of crust on top - that doesn't turn the sole of a shoe into a crusty roast. The fact that this dish of all things should be the flagship dish of the house - and at an above-average price - is really disappointing.

The dumplings were very good. I thought the idea of ​​seasoning for the red cabbage was good but a little too much. Unfortunately, the meat from the goulash was very mixed. I would come back for the dumplings.

We ate at Voitlhof 1532 during our bachelorette party weekend at Tegernsee - and it was simply perfect. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was really cozy and the service was super friendly. You can feel how much passion goes into this. A real highlight of our weekend – we’ll definitely be back!

Quaint Bavarian restaurant. We read so many positive things and then convinced ourselves. Despite not having a reservation, the service made it possible to find a place for the two of us. The waitresses are all very friendly and attentive. The food was very good. Can only be recommended. If we're at Tegernsee again, we'll be happy to come back!!!

Delicious dumplings in all variations and hearty dishes. A clear recommendation.

We had the little card on Tuesday. The cake was first class. The other dishes were good. Unfortunately the service was completely overwhelmed. We were only allowed to place our order after asking, the dishes arrived spread out over 40 minutes and they had completely forgotten one of the four dishes. Two of the dishes were not according to the menu. There have been some very strange attempts to resolve the discrepancies. But in the end it worked. All in all, I've had better experiences at other locations in the region.

Sometimes you wish you had 0 stars, but here I wish 6 were possible. Everything is great. We hadn't made a reservation and despite the full house we had a great seat after 5 minutes. The service was very attentive and friendly. But the best thing was the food. It was super tasty. Thank you for the lovely evening.

The farm has a special flair, good food and attentive service

You can describe it in very short words 5 stars plus Fantastic... A culinary delight, service, ambience until sunset - a wonderful end to the evening of our day trip to Lake Tegernsee. Food and decor with so much taste, we would like to give it a few more stars. The battered brawn and lard in the jar delicious-tasty! The fact that you can put together the pork crust roast in many variations is a joy to the heart.

When we are in the valley, the Voitlhof is one of our favorite restaurants. Great atmosphere and sensational roasts. And depending on your hunger, you can order roast slices. Coffee and cake are also recommended. For us one of the best addresses. 👍

A restaurant that is always worth a visit. Nice cross-country skiing area. Had dinner here and I have to say it was excellent. The roast pork in 10 different variations is phenomenal. The log cabin was dismantled in Tyrol and reassembled here on Lake Tegernsee. Rustic atmosphere. Simply great

Was fascinated...not just by the farm itself

The crusty roast and dumplings are available here Focus - pretty much any type and combination imaginable is possible. The restaurant is also famous for this. And rightly so: the classic versions are particularly great. The more “special” ones are very intense but delicious. But definitely try the sausage salad and Kaiserschmarren! Very friendly service.

One of the best roast pork I've ever had! Buttery soft, juicy, tasty. And just the juice! All the dumplings are also excellent. Likewise the cakes/pies. Very friendly and experienced service. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also very appropriate and you immediately feel very comfortable. Absolute recommendation!!!

We've been guests for decades now...eating regularly in the restaurant...buying cake just as regularly. Now we got a piece of cake that wasn't fresh. When we complained, all we got was "we'll pass it on" Pretty disappointing

Shameful and embarrassing!!! Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food at Voitlhof. We couldn't order that because we were previously complimented in a deeply rude, unmannered, even arrogant manner by an obvious service employee from the Voitlhof. We hadn't reserved a table, but after searching we were given a small table for two by a very friendly, outgoing couple. The coats were hung up, my wife was at the cake buffet for the cake and I received two menus from a neat young service lady who greeted me very nicely. I had studied the menu and decided, my wife came back to “our” table beaming, then another neat service lady appeared and said, without greeting us or saying any other pleasantries, “... the table you are sitting at is for the people waiting behind them…” Two adults and two or three children. When I objected that these “people” had not been present when we arrived and regardless of the fact that we were sitting at a table for two people, there was no response at all. We were met with an uncompromising attitude in tone and choice of words… unfortunately the “people” were too “, who remained silent, without any apology or other politeness... well, we wouldn't have stayed seated anyway, who wants to be treated like that.

The Voitlhof is a lovely restaurant with classic Bavarian dishes. The atmosphere is quaint. Quality was good and I also found the price/performance ratio to be okay. The service was nice. It was quite crowded, so you have to be patient.

A very rustic restaurant, somewhat remote from Rottach Egern. Everything is perfect here, the food, the service and the great ambience. The roast pork is terrific. You can put together your own portion with different dumplings and salads. Insider tip and highly recommended!

Very good and tasty food, kind staff

An absolute HIGHLIGHT, the courtyard, the ambience, the reception and the very friendly, fast service. It's a good idea to choose your own side dishes for the roast, so everyone can decide on the quantity and selection themselves. The wool sausages were very tasty. Likewise the potato salad. And the smile and friendly words "then we'll be happy if everything was okay!" invite you to come back soon.

We had to wait a bit because we didn't have a reservation. We were already served a cool drink on the bench. The meal afterwards, at the table, was great. Now one of our favorite restaurants. Already for December 19th. planned with our son, this time with reservation. Big praise for so much warm Bavarian hospitality.

Very tasty food, especially the dumplings are recommended. Children can let off steam in the playground while adults enjoy their meal on the terrace. Unfortunately, we were denied the Kaiserschmarrn, while the guests at the next table got some. There was just too much going on. Well maybe we can enjoy it next time.

Really authentic Bavarian food with killer roast pork. Large salads and some interesting cheese dishes. We stopped for lunch on a bike ride and saw the place was crowded. No problem getting a table inside and I love the old farmhouse settings. A good find on a beautiful warm sunny day.

I had the roast pork with a crispy crust, gravy, three kinds of salad and fried potatoes and, for dessert, Kaiserschmarrn with vanilla ice cream. Everything was super tasty. I would particularly like to emphasize that the ice cream is locally produced and really stands out in a positive way. We'll be back!

Endlich hat diese historische Brotzeitstation seit kurzem wiedereröffnet ! Alles historisch und naturverbunden gelungen mit der neu gebauten Hütte , in der die Gastronomie unterbracht wurde ! Unverändert kein Winterbetrieb im schmalen Tal erlaubt . Die P sind entweder " Siebenhütten " oder " Wildbad Kreuth " , beide gut ausgeschildert und per Rundweg auch verbunden . Sehr sehr freundlich gehts zu , Selbstbedienung im Gelände mit vielen Sitzmöglchkeiten passt hier perfekt . Die Umgebung wunderschön. Mein Rundweg ging vom P Siebenhütten den Bach mit seinen Gumpen unterwegs hin und zurück ging’s auf der anderen Bachseite über die Herzogliche Fischerei mit ihren Fischbecken und Teichen zum P Siebenhütten .

A very nice, quiet inn located a little away from Lake Tegernsee. I have never eaten dumplings as delicious as these in my entire life. Unfortunately I didn't get a pint of beer in return, but I was served 2 Hoibie in quick succession -;) Which made up for the whole thing very quickly. The service is super friendly and fast, what more could you want? Anyone who visits Tegernsee must have eaten here at least once. We would love to come back.

We were given a voucher and went there with great anticipation. A small beer garden awaited us, visually but rustic and nice. We actually expected something bigger. The waitress helped us find a nice spot. The menu was very meat-heavy. But the food was delicious.

It took a while for the food to come to the table, but you're probably spoiled by larger pubs. So not an issue. The food was amazing! Beef roulade. Where else is this? Not in Berlin yet. The house is 500 years old and was taken from Sud Tirol and rebuilt. Class. The playground is great. And then the view!!!! 🍀 Clear recommendation from Sau-Preuss! 😜😂👍🍀

We had a nice stay at the Voitlhof. The hut is very rustically furnished and nice and cool in summer. I thought the dumplings were okay, the service was very friendly.

Traditional Bavarian inn with a nice atmosphere and very good food. Nice service: we had reserved inside and after a while the table was needed for a wedding (that we knew of) - another table was immediately set aside for us outside! Great atmosphere and the Ködeltries was delicious...Merci!

As always, it was worth the 600 km to drive here. Everything was full but we were allowed to use the regulars' table. The excellent dumplings for my companion and the crusty roast for me were, as always, very good. Being at Zotzn means you have arrived and it was worth it just for that. And the eye eats in this authentically rustic ambience.

Dear Voitlhof team, I celebrated my birthday with you this year. It was simply a wonderful celebration - starting with the warm welcome from the boss, the rustic and cozy parlor, the beautifully set table, the excellent food, the friendly and always attentive staff. The subsequent coffee round in Cafe Gäuwagerl was the perfect end to the celebration. Here too, everything was lovingly laid out and the homemade cakes are simply great. On the third evening in Rottach-Egern we went to the Voitlhof Essen. It was a great decision. I was able to put together the crusty roast myself. There were also 2 types of dumplings - bread dumplings and spinach dumplings - with red cabbage. Beef roulade with dumplings and red cabbage was available as a daily special and tasted like your mother's For dessert there is, how could it be otherwise, Kaiserschmarrn 😋😋😋 With all the delicious food there was light beer and red wine It was the 🔨 I can only recommend everyone to stop here. We will be back. 🤓🥰

Beautiful parlor and terrace (traditional but not kitschy), fine down-to-earth Bavarian cuisine and friendly and competent staff. Always a pleasure, but sometimes you have to make a reservation in advance because of the large crowds.

The Voitlhof is a great restaurant just outside the center of Rottach-Egern, but still within walking distance. The farm has had a journey, which is recounted in the menu. It's very quaint there, rustic and very cozy. The food is really good - the crusty roast, the dumplings, the red cabbage are a poem 😊. We have been there twice and are already looking forward to the next time. The price/performance ratio is perfectly fine.

Even though concept gastronomy has a clear signature here, a lot of auto-centhness comes across. Particularly characterized by great service employees. Good products are tastefully prepared in a traditional, home-style way. It's just a matter of subjective taste, Dishes like grilled/fried (fish or meat) are missing... Why? Price/performance ratio fits. We'd love to come back.

A somewhat remote farm, but all the better. Food is very good. There is fixed food (Tegernsee-style crusted roast with two different dumplings and salad) or you can freely choose how you would like your plate to be served. The tiramisu cake was also a poem. Nice playground on site. Outdoor dining possible at around 10 tables. You sit there very quietly!

We had a delicious meal in a pleasant environment. There were not many guests when we were there. Regardless, they did not exaggerate dealing with the guest. I guess the workers had had enough of the day. The food was tasty and easy to eat. The beer - of course - was also good. The prices didn't go down.

The food was good. The waitress made an effort to ensure there was space for everyone outside. The negative thing about the kitchen was that some of the dishes that were ordered were no longer available. For children there was only the playground right next to it. Unfortunately, you won't be able to find food for children, e.g. fries or chicken nuggets would be appropriate.

A very nice, recommended restaurant. We came there at short notice with 3 people. Although it was very, very well occupied, we were still assigned a table. Very friendly staff and clean toilets. If you hike to Wallberg, this is a good recommendation to satisfy your hunger there. I would love to come back and can recommend them without hesitation. Very rustic restaurant with very tasty Bavarian cuisine and probably the best dumplings (selection/taste) around Lake Tegernsee. Insider tip: Be sure to try the red cabbage. If you have a larger group, definitely make a reservation in good time (we had already reserved two weeks in advance and got the last table for 8 people).
