Nice ambiance. Large portions with a fair price-performance ratio. The service was a little disappointing; after the meal was over, the dishes, ready to be cleared, remained on the table until the end. Several drink orders were taken, but were either ignored or forgotten. The excuse, which was given as a staff shortage due to illness—and "sweetened" with a digestif—is something I can only partially forgive, as our neighboring table was politely attended to by two waiters. Some of the waiters' "idle" time could have been used to clear the dishes. ...It's a scoundrel who thinks evil that things would be easier if one...

The quality was okay, but nothing special, by all means. The meat was barely seasoned, the salad was underdressed, and the fries were tasteless. The presentation on the plate was lackluster. The enthusiasm of other guests is unfortunately incomprehensible.

Once again, we were impressed by the food selection and the quality offered. The ambiance is perfect, and the comfortable furniture under the outdoor roof invites you to linger. The exceptionally knowledgeable and attentive service staff was also remarkable. It was no problem for the friendly staff to pack up the uneaten leftovers of the excellent bread and give them to us. If you want to be served well, you should consider a visit there.

I tried this restaurant for the first time today, and it was great. I ordered a chicken stir-fry and a mushroom stir-fry, which was very good. The server was very friendly and very professional. My spoon dropped, but he noticed it immediately and brought me a new one. I don't know his name; I only know that he had tattoos and was from Iran.

We went for breakfast today. We chose the mixed breakfast, and it was great; there was a lot to choose from. The service gets 1 star. 3 stars are just for the ambiance. A man was working there who could barely understand us. We let them know we wanted to pay, and after half an hour, it was taking too long, so we went up to the front to pay ourselves. The service was catastrophic. You constantly have to wait or mention things twice. The lady was extremely rude when she realized we weren't leaving her a tip. She didn't even ask if everything was okay or if we enjoyed our meal. When we paid, there was no goodbye or "have a nice day" or anything like that. Many people warned us about the poor service there, but now we saw it with our own eyes.

Seemed like a nice and good restaurant, according to the reviews. However, it didn't work out well for us. We had to wait a long time to order, the chicken was hard and dry and we only got a tiny bit of fries. The menu said that salad would also be served. This was just a few pieces of iceberg lettuce with a lot of parsley-like leaves on it. The sauce was way too salty. They had forgotten the fries sauce that we had ordered with it. This was indicated, it would be brought, this didn't happen, and the second glass of soda wasn't brought either. The fries weren't very warm when they were brought. In the end we started eating without the fries sauce, otherwise it would have gone completely cold. And 24.50 per portion for this I think is a lot of money. We should have gone to the snack bar...

Once and never again. Unfortunately, yesterday was our first time here, and it will also be our last. I can't understand all the positive reviews. Our reservation was forgotten, which isn't great for a group of over 20 people. The staff all seemed listless and had no real interest in serving us. There were still leftovers from the previous diners at our table, and only after asking three times were the tables and benches cleaned. Unfortunately, our food was burnt, and one of our orders was even forgotten. I don't even want to start on the cleanliness of the restrooms. Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience.

We came here for a family brunch and felt more than comfortable and welcome. The lovely waitress served us excellently and in a familiar manner. Nothing was left to be desired! The atmosphere here is something special; you can't imagine the plastic plants being gone. :D I highly recommend it for breakfast/brunch; there's a huge selection of Turkish delicacies. Meze, delicious menemen, great bread, çay, and delicious coffee. We'd love to come back!

Ok, so been there 3-4 times in the last 12 months as it is near the hotel I stayed. Food is tasty, mainly turkish influnces and the place looks very nice , clean l, with a pub aspect and very nice building. BUT: no English menu, me and my colleague got our meat unwell cooked (me pork, the orher chicken) and the cheesy fish is with bones but nobody tells you. They prefer cash pay, but card can be used. 2 strange things this week: day 1- we got the bill and the waiter realised he forgot to add the drinks. He did not redo the bill. Instread he brough a second bill, with something else and a different amount but asked for the correct cash. Strange... Second day, pay by card, same waiter- said he needs to add 10% because with my UK card there will be currency issues and he will have to pay the currency Gap. THIS ticked me off. Sorry, but service needs serious improvement. I usually leave tip. But what is wrong, is wrong. No tip for this guy this time.

Unfortunately, it's not like it used to be. There are no real doner kebabs left, so they foisted you on an "Adana Iskender," which has nothing to do with Iskender and is an insult to the dish. The ayran isn't seasoned and was very salty and slightly sour. It was unacceptable for a weekend evening. It was difficult. It was also expensive: 2 meals + 2 drinks = €50.

We happened to be there looking for a good place to eat and drink. The pizza was a bit bland, and one was completely forgotten. The beer tap wasn't their thing; it seemed more like a mix of different things or a poorly adjusted system. Very bland. The waiters only noticed us when we called out or pointed us out. It's a shame I couldn't order one right away. Oh well, the next table will just be served first. But unfortunately, the way back didn't lead past our table. So I had to keep waiting. After a few more minutes, I was finally able to place my order. After waiting 15 minutes for the beer, I was wondering what was going on. Well, at least I was able to have a good conversation at the table. After about 30 minutes, my food arrived. The beer took another long time to arrive. The waiter joked to me that the food comes before the beer, which couldn't be right, and he'd ask his colleagues. I couldn't quite make sense of that, since it's his job to set up the table. I also asked for mayo for my fries. This was confirmed. Spoiler alert: The mayo was never seen. The food was okay. It wasn't really warm anymore. The fries were definitely not fresh. A little dip on the plate would have been good for the Adana. Nothing special, and I've had better food at a takeaway. My initial suspicion due to the long waits was confirmed as the evening progressed. The restaurant wasn't full, and a few servers could have easily kept things under control. But there's a lack of enthusiasm and diligence here. But also a clear lack of training. It was obvious that no one in the service department had ever received any professional training. At least someone who instructs the staff should be an expert. That's missing, and it's clearly noticeable. Tables seem to never be cleared here. The waiter only appeared at the table after you'd drawn attention to him with a glance. Even when we had the opportunity to reorder drinks, nothing was cleared. So we collected empty glasses. The same applied to the plates. The neighboring table wasn't even cleared after the guests left. I definitely can't recommend the large grilled plates for several people. It's pure food waste. Far too much food for several people. A lot of it was left over at each table. They also seem to be randomly put together. Nothing was really appropriate. A few pieces of pide on top, and that's it. That's how you clear the kitchen. Maybe I'm being too critical here, but the service was so disappointing that it ruined the restaurant's entire potential.

One negative point: far too much on the grill plate - we almost finished half of it and were able to have it packed up, but we'll be eating for another two days. The picture shows a plate, there were 2 of them for 9 people. Well-intentioned, but totally exaggerated - I was looking forward to dessert, but that wasn't possible.

The service was quite good. We didn't have to wait too long for the food. But the food, on the other hand, was very bad. I ordered cheese-baked lamb with vegetables. The vegetables were overcooked so that they only had a mushy consistency and the vegetables and meat were very oversalted.

The food at this restaurant was absolutely delicious-every dish was full of flavor, and the portions were very generous. Plus, the unlimited bread was a great bonus! However, the pils was a big disappointment—it tasted like water, and the color (as you can see in the picture) was far from right. Another downside was the staff using their mobile phones in the dining area, which didn’t leave the best impression. Overall, great food, but some aspects could be improved.

We were in the restaurant with a large group and had lunch there. First we were greeted with soup from the kitchen. The appetizer plate is really impressive, everything is fresh, super tasty and enough of a plate to serve 2 or 4 people. The main course was also impressive. Since we ordered a la carte in our company, we tried a variety of dishes and found them all to be good. A little note that the peppers on the grill plates are very spicy and a sauce or dip for the meat and then it would have been perfect. Everything was prepared in a timely manner and the staff was always very accommodating. Nothing to complain about here either. The restaurant is very lively and the light installations are particularly eye-catching. I'd be happy to come back when I'm in Offenbach.

There were 7 of us in the restaurant, the food tasted very good and the service was also good. However, we found the prices exorbitant - a grill plate with a chicken skewer, a lamb skewer, a lamb cutlet and two meatballs plus some fries for €30. If we hadn't gotten an appetizer plate, we certainly wouldn't have been full. The restaurant is very spacious for large celebrations etc. In addition, the toilets are dirty and there is paper everywhere!

We had Shato Grill & Steak cater our event for 30-40 people. The cost was fair and the food was available to us quickly. We as the organizer, but also our invited participants, will definitely visit the Shato restaurant again as guests after this good meal.

Unfortunately, my visit to this restaurant was a big disappointment. The waiter was in a bad mood and blamed mistakes on others instead of taking responsibility. There was no eye contact which made the service very impersonal. The soup was cold and the main meal didn't arrive until an hour later. The tables were dirty and the toilets were in a terrible state. Additionally, the food was overpriced and there seemed to only be one waiter to take care of everything. Almost every customer stood up and complained.

Ordered and picked up for the first time this evening. Ordered lamb chops, which included fries and salad...French fries were a baby portion, chops were good. Ordered chicken, which included fries and salad...French fries also a baby portion...two fries was like 1x fries...then we wanted yoghurt or garlic sauce...that was carelessly put on the side of the salad...mhhhh should be your own for the meat...okay misunderstood you could maybe pack extra.... Ordered tripe soup...lemon? Searched in vain...it wasn't there We actually wanted to eat kebab, but you don't offer it...when I asked for an alternative...they said...what? Here you get the best grill quality...okay, you want to establish yourself as a restaurant and not a kebab shop...but sorry...in the kebab shop there is a reasonable portion of fries and there is lemon with the tripe soup...you save on the cheap food you don't... All in all it was delicious...but these little things are unfortunately a no go Nevertheless, thank you and kind regards
