Apart from all the waiting, people were smoking at the next table even though we were eating next to it. It was really disgusting, you can't taste food like that. Overall, nothing special

We had Shato Grill & Steak cater our event for 30-40 people. The cost was fair and the food was available to us quickly. We as the organizer, but also our invited participants, will definitely visit the Shato restaurant again as guests after this good meal.

Overall, a positive visit to the restaurant. Staff is very attentive and friendly. The taste of the food was very good, although it had already cooled down slightly. However, I would eat there again next time.

We became aware of it through the Schlemmerblock and will come back. The prices are a bit high, but the portions are huge. The food is excellent and lovingly prepared. The service is very accommodating. As a starter there was soup on the house and bread. I would have liked the bread to be more fresh.

It was a place we went with a group of friends on Saturday. The kebabs were made in Turkish style, they were delicious and satisfying, we were very pleased, and the environment was large and comfortable. Unfortunately, my visit to this restaurant was a big disappointment. The waiter was in a bad mood and blamed mistakes on others instead of taking responsibility. There was no eye contact which made the service very impersonal. The soup was cold and the main meal didn't arrive until an hour later. The tables were dirty and the toilets were in a terrible state. Additionally, the food was overpriced and there seemed to only be one waiter to take care of everything. Almost every customer stood up and complained.

I was very disappointed with my visit to Shato Grill & Steak Café. There were far too few staff and they were completely overwhelmed. The wait was extremely long and the food arrived cold. Overall, an absolute disaster.

Ordered and picked up for the first time this evening. Ordered lamb chops, which included fries and salad...French fries were a baby portion, chops were good. Ordered chicken, which included fries and salad...French fries also a baby portion...two fries was like 1x fries...then we wanted yoghurt or garlic sauce...that was carelessly put on the side of the salad...mhhhh should be your own for the meat...okay misunderstood you could maybe pack extra.... Ordered tripe soup...lemon? Searched in vain...it wasn't there We actually wanted to eat kebab, but you don't offer it...when I asked for an alternative...they said...what? Here you get the best grill quality...okay, you want to establish yourself as a restaurant and not a kebab shop...but sorry...in the kebab shop there is a reasonable portion of fries and there is lemon with the tripe soup...you save on the cheap food you don't... All in all it was delicious...but these little things are unfortunately a no go Nevertheless, thank you and kind regards

An environment where you can have a wonderful dinner with its atmosphere and food, where you will feel very comfortable with the polite and friendly behavior of the employees.

At first glance a nice terrace. The tables are huge but uncomfortable for the legs. You would have to wait 15-20 minutes for an unfriendly employee to come and take your order, and even longer to pay. Service just terrible. Quality of meat lower than frozen all inclusive food. Wines taste like vinegar and cost from €7 per glass (I estimate a bottle costs €3-4). Prices don't even correspond to half of what you have on your plate. Most of the things on the small mixed plate were burnt. Lamb 3 tiny pieces on a small wooden skewer. One of them is full of fat and costs a whopping €25-35 per person, although it doesn't come with any sauce or salad. Bread cold and hard to chew, fries just the same. Staff overwhelmed and somehow without desire. Audience: mostly (older) people who don't pay attention to quality. No feeling of Turkish hospitality that we always enjoy. We have never experienced anything like this in a snack bar. So never again!!!

Went to this restaurant spontaneously on September 21, 2024 because we were staying at the Achat Hotel. food was really damn tasty. all dishes were well seasoned and hot. Before the main course there was a delicious lentil soup, followed by a really extraordinary salad (I've never eaten that before). the portions are really huge. When we're in the corner again, we'll definitely take a look again.

Were there on a Saturday evening, it wasn't that crowded, the location and the music were very pleasant, but the service wasn't really that nice. We were often simply ignored. Our food was forgotten. The gentleman in the green shirt couldn't have shown us better that he wasn't interested had to serve us as soon as we asked something, he always answered annoyed or didn't answer at all, which is a shame Otherwise very nice :)

I knew the location from before when it was still Creole and wanted to try it out again because there is a beautiful garden. Unfortunately I'm pretty disappointed. The food was not particularly well seasoned and poorly presented, like in any Turkish fast food restaurant. Unfortunately, the salad decoration was wilted and not nice to look at. The service is very friendly but unprofessional. You haven't quite finished eating yet, and plates and glasses are already being cleared away. Orders are only partially delivered and if you ask, all you get is a shrug of the shoulders. They don't even ask you if you want drinks or dessert. Price and performance therefore don't quite match. The live music would really be a unique selling point, but the music is usually too sad. That you become very melancholy. The tents in the garden are a good idea, for this rainy summer, but you can't have walking difficulties, as the poles on the ground are not properly secured, there are unfortunately many tripping hazards.

I'm having a really hard time giving the store a proper rating. I'm so glad that there is this steakhouse near me but so many mistakes happen that are no longer funny, for example you order a starter platter that just doesn't come and there were only six people in the restaurant. Then you order a shandy and gets a normal beer. You order a salad with bread. It is said twice that the bread is coming. But in the end there is no bread. When the main meal arrives you are asked what the starter was like, which of course you didn't get. In the end there isn't even an apology saying, oh forgot the appetizer plate. You now get nice baklava for dessert. Oh the beer was wrong they get fresh real beer The shop is visually beautiful and you can sit comfortably in it. Even if the benches have become very worn out, you can still sit on them well, the tables outside are wonderful with sun protection and always a light pinch of wind, so you can sit outside nice and fresh even in summer. But should that be important or is it important that the food is impeccable and what you order arrives on the table? Sorry, I can't buy anything but I have to react quickly. The problem is that there are two waiters with so many tables, so the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing and forgetting products or bringing products to the table incorrectly makes a four star rating or five star rating impossible The whole thing has happened to me a total of three times now. Ordered mixed plates for one person, where in the picture it was supposed to contain two lamb chops, but didn't get any. Only when asked was they told that the lamb chop was sold out and that chicken breast fillet was added instead. After further discussion it is also said that the picture on the menu where it clearly says mixed plates for one person is not correct, but is for two people. If this isn't a scam, what is? We came because of the good reviews, but we can't understand how they got them. Not a good experience and therefore not recommended!!!

I had dinner with my family at this restaurant, which is an interesting mix of restaurant and bar. The menu offers Turkish dishes, steaks and pizzas. The Turkish dishes were delicious and the portions were generous, although a bit expensive. The pizzas in particular were extremely overpriced and tasted nothing special. You can get tastier pizzas for less money at any Italian restaurant. The atmosphere has a distinct bar feel and the waiters were courteous and friendly.
