Rooster Fried Chicken in Offenbach am Main

I went there once to get some food to take back to my hotel. The food was good, and the service was friendly.

Really delicious fried chicken...the only thing missing is a really good coleslaw! We'll be back!

2/2 chicken nuggets were raw, after enough salmonella in my system I didn't feel like eating anymore

I absolutely cannot recommend it. The employee I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and impolite. I waited 40 minutes for the food, after which he told me to wait another 7 minutes. Absolutely not recommended!

Rooster Fried Chicken – Better than any chain! A fantastic local fried chicken chain with a few branches around Frankfurt. I always eat in Offenbach – it's an absolute must every time! Everything is freshly prepared, which means a short wait, but the taste is absolutely worth it. Incomparably better than KFC – you just pay more but get less. At Rooster, the chicken is crispy, the burgers juicy, and the service is fast and friendly. And best of all: everything is halal!

I waited over half an hour for my order. The people who came after me got their orders before me. In short, the service was a disaster.

Best chicken shop in Offenbach!

Ordered via Wolt. Food arrived relatively warm to lukewarm, but everything was almost tasteless (spicy wings were spicy, nothing else really had any taste.) The fries were wobbly and underseasoned, as was the burger and the patty tasted like the ready-made burgers from Gut&Günstig from the refrigerated shelf with just another breading on top, the buns weren't much better. There was also some savings with the sauces and vegetables on top. The chicken fingers/sticks? The consistency was quite good, but the chicken 'popcorn' was so dry and fibrous that it was very difficult to chew, the breading was also wobbly and had no taste. The large chicken pieces were not dry, but very fatty and unfortunately not crispy either. Overall, none of it tasted fresh, none of the dishes or side dishes were sufficiently seasoned and the dishes were either too dry or greasy. Very unfortunate.

Yo was skeptical for a long time and always ordered from somewhere else, and finally tried it today. While I was waiting for my delivery, I read a review about a hair in the food. I hoped it would protect my food. Unfortunately, I had a short hair in the hot wings (see photo) and couldn't bring myself to eat anything. To the Roosters team, Hair in food is avoidable. And if it happens so often, something needs to be changed. This was my first order and my last. I've been working in the restaurant industry for 10 years, and two of them as a restaurant manager. When something like this happens, action must be taken immediately. You can buy a chef's hat or net online for just €2.

This is a nice little chicken shop in Offenbach! Great variety on the menu and prices were quite reasonable. Chicken and fries were well seasoned without being too salty. Bathroom stall doors didn't lock, or at least mine didn't.. That's the only real negative I can think of. I got the loaded box, which came with a sandwich, strips or wings, fries and a canned drink of choice.

Worst meal of my life!! Very unfriendly people who work there, none of them have any interest in their lives and as soon as you have an extra request like no sauce, they add extra amounts! They do not accept returns!!! On the subject of eating, the fries were cold and over salted and the wings were over seasoned and also cold!! Of course the next day I also had a stomach ache

Ordered something else to take away and got a different cheaper menu, no napkins, no mayo and no fork in the bag, the employee was overwhelmed and everything was mixed up. The only good thing for the 2nd star is the delicious fries. Update September 16th, 2024: It happened to me twice that they delivered the orders without sauce, had to go in specially, the employees don't speak German either... what a juice shop, never again

I would have to pay extra for the sauces but in the end I can't get any sauce on delivery which is just annoying

I had a dead insect in the coleslaw... although it was replaced immediately, I wouldn't say it was particularly hygienic in the store. You notice that as soon as you enter.

The best restaurant in all of Offenbach

It was clean and had furnishings that fit the concept. In my opinion the music was way too loud. But an order of burgers and fries shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes. Overall seemed slow and disorganized.
