Came here to grab a bite. Amazing chicken recommend hot wings with fries. Fries are freshly made taste good the hot wings are even better recommend hot wings if not sensitive to spicy food I recommend this place. 5 stars!

Worst meal of my life!! Very unfriendly people who work there, none of them have any interest in their lives and as soon as you have an extra request like no sauce, they add extra amounts! They do not accept returns!!! On the subject of eating, the fries were cold and over salted and the wings were over seasoned and also cold!! Of course the next day I also had a stomach ache

Ordered something else to take away and got a different cheaper menu, no napkins, no mayo and no fork in the bag, the employee was overwhelmed and everything was mixed up. The only good thing for the 2nd star is the delicious fries. Update September 16th, 2024: It happened to me twice that they delivered the orders without sauce, had to go in specially, the employees don't speak German either... what a juice shop, never again

I would have to pay extra for the sauces but in the end I can't get any sauce on delivery which is just annoying

I had a dead insect in the coleslaw... although it was replaced immediately, I wouldn't say it was particularly hygienic in the store. You notice that as soon as you enter.

It was clean and had furnishings that fit the concept. In my opinion the music was way too loud. But an order of burgers and fries shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes. Overall seemed slow and disorganized.

I go to Rooters regularly but yesterday I was there and paid for a 13.49 euro menu with two 10s. The salesman asked me if I had 50 cents left which I gave him. Suddenly he only gave me 2 euros back, then I told him there was still money missing and I had given two 10s. And he further questioned this "Did you give me two 10s?" It's just outrageous if you want to deliberately rip off people who come regularly. He is also the rudest employee of all!!!!!!!!!

Went with my colleague we ordered spicy box.im Indian so I was looking for something spicy.it was around 12.5€.it came with 3crispy wings,fries,3 chili cheese nuggets,a burger with 1 ketchup & 1 Heinz mayonnaise & 1 beverage u can take coke or anything u like.it will take sometime to get ur order but rest assured you will get freshly cooked items.taste was quite good.i really liked it.quantity is good enough.price is ok not cheap🥲.we went around 12:30pm so not really crowded & the ambience was nice also it's very clean & clear also the staff are very polite .so I'll definitely suggest you to go there atleast once if you are around this place.its little bit inside not on main street.better to have cash if u have visa card bcz their machine doesn't accept.

I have no words to be honest, such a delicious meal, you forget KFC McDonald's etc. Very very tasty burger, wrap and fries which we ordered today and ate there. We have always missed fast food like this because in other countries like the UK there are fried chicken and fast food restaurants on every street, only Germany has fewer of them. Service is also great, you have to serve yourself but you get a device that beeps when your food is ready for pickup. Ketchup and Myo are available without paying extra. Packs of wet wipes, napkins and spices are available in plenty. Clean and pleasant tables and couch to sit and enjoy food. Toilets on the first floor are available and also clean. Very friendly staff and family-friendly atmosphere. I would be happy to recommend it and experience the rest myself. We will always go back.

Geschmacklich solide. Scharf ist auch scharf, was gut ist. Einen Punkt Abzug für die Toiletten. Alle Pissoirs defekt. Eine Toilette total zugeschissen, die nächste ohne Türe. Euer ernst?

Service ging leider überhaupt nicht. Dame an der Kasse war erstens genervt, weil ich kein Bargeld hatte und mit der Karte zahlen musste und war sehr unfreundlich und wortkarg. Der Chickenburger war in Ordnung, nichts Besonderes. Die Klimatisierung war so stark, dass meine Servietten vom Tisch geflogen sind.

Wenn ich könnte würde ich 0 Sterne geben! Service Mitarbeiter konnte kaum Deutsch. Essen war total salzig und die Pommes haben nach altem Fett geschmeckt. Hygiene ist Anders. Bei den Toiletten keine Türen drinne, damit man schön beobachtet werden kann. Generell Toiletten sowie Tische total verdreckt und schmuddelig. Am Tag nach dem Mahl in diesem Laden stand Durchfall an der Tagesordnung. Wie dieser laden 4 Sterne bekommen kann bleibt mir ein Rätsel, wahrscheinlich alles nur Bots. Ekelhaft. Kein Wiederholungsbedarf. Wer keine Lebensmittelvergiftung haben will, sollte da fern bleiben!
