We were passing through and discovered Shams Döner through Google and the many positive reviews – and we were absolutely not disappointed! The food was fresh, super delicious, and truly prepared with love. We'd especially like to mention the young woman who served us – incredibly friendly, attentive, and with a smile that made our visit even more pleasant. A truly great place that we can definitely recommend! Best wishes from Frankfurt 👋

The food was delivered after a wait of over two hours. The restaurant called me twice and said the food would be prepared soon. Finally, the driver (I suspect one of the owners) complained to me that he had several deliveries to Boizenburg... Impossible. The woman on the phone was polite and didn't hold back with her excuses.

Very good! I ordered a kebab plate for the whole family – it arrived in 29 minutes despite the last-minute order. It was very tasty, and for €11 per portion, it was a lot. I'll definitely order again or come back.

We ate a "döner teller" here twice. The amount of meat was enormous, and the fries were delicious and crispy. The salad that came with it included white cabbage, which was very well prepared, and you could also choose from several sauces. We had the tzatziki 😋 All in all, we had a delicious meal here. The owner even gave us a small bowl of grapes, which was very kind. The location is more for takeout than dining in, as there are only a few tables. What we couldn't finish was neatly given to us in a container with a free roll...what great service! 👍🏼

Super, really clean nice food again and again

Catastrophic! The stated delivery times are not met. When asked, they tell you to relax; others wait 2-3 hours for their food. The operator lied on the phone, saying the bridge was closed, which was simply untrue at the time. Extremely unfriendly! No interest in finding a solution, no apology, nothing. Never again!

I always liked getting a doner kebab box there. It tastes really good and the people there are very nice. But the price is different every time. Today it was €17.50 for two doner kebab boxes 😡. When I asked, they said the doner kebab without salad was more expensive. That's not true. And then €10 for a doner kebab without salad is extortionate. This is really the worst place. It's a good thing there are other shops in Lauenburg. That was the last time I shopped there.

Delivery took 30 minutes longer than expected, not the first time this has happened. After all orders, this happened. The fries were soggy, the gravy was extremely runny, and the kebab was cold and tasteless. Not really recommended.

We ate two large kebabs and got them after a short time. The portion was nice and big for €7.50, which is what a normal kebab costs elsewhere. Salad was fresh, the meat (veal) was nice and crispy but not dry. The sauces were also very tasty. Ambiance is also quite good, a bit small but everything is clean and well maintained. Thank you for the delicious food, we will be back 😉

I've enjoyed ordering kebab here so far, it's so delicious. Bread crispy, salad super fresh, meat delicious. The last delivery was the last delivery for me. Bread was totally sticky, the salad was ok, the worst thing was the meat, difficult to describe, shreds, lumpy, taste totally unpleasant. Even though I was really hungry, I only managed half of the mini kebab. The icing on the cake was that it all came back to me the next morning (vomiting). Total disappointment with this change in quality. 2 stars only because my family didn't think it was that bad.

We just wanted quick böreks to take away - they made them especially for us because they didn't have any ready-made ones left. The Böreks were super tasty and so were the sauces. Absolute recommendation :-)

Shams kebab, we were very surprised. - Super friendly - Enjoy your meal - gigantic good management We were very happy about the very good, fresh food and the fantastic service. Service: When you are in the Shams Döner store, it is really impressive how friendly and yet effective the orders are. During our live ordering on site, it felt like 100 orders were being processed for delivery in parallel. Everything was extremely quick but still without any hassle. Wow, I have rarely experienced such good stress management. Eat: The food is really good. Even the falafel was very well seasoned. Elsewhere, the falafel is often far too caraway-heavy. The baklava was also good (although we have no idea what it really tastes like. Price: Surprisingly cheaper than many other shops we visited with similar food offerings. But still really good food.

The first impression of the store wasn't bad. The snack bar looks very appealing from the outside and the title sums it up: “Mr. Burger", which belongs to the owner of Sems Döner, is also what I thought when I saw my friend's burger! And we didn't even have to wait long. Really very good service and also friendly. I ordered a pizza but in the end I regretted it a bit because in my opinion the pizza was a bit too dry and I would have expected more of the cheese, more creamy if you know what I mean. But the burger looked really juicy. Later I also tried some of the chicken kebab which I also really liked. All in all, I think a visit to this restaurant is really worth it.

Of course everyone has to have their own experiences. But I can only encourage you to have these experiences. The service is great. We have slowly become regular customers 😄But we always take almost everything ourselves. That's why I can pass on my experiences about the poultry kebab, Lamacun with poultry meat, pizza rolls (delicious with cheese). In short: great 🥰😍🥰 Children are always welcome and never leave without something to snack on😁 They always try to be friendly even in stressful situations, which is sometimes not easy given the volume of orders. The greatest respect to the young lady behind the counter. Just 18 years old but worked and organized as if she had been doing it for 30 years🙃I think that's great👏 Keep it up!!!!

Meat is really tasty, I come from Winsen once a week just to eat kebab. Doner 6.50 without this cheap hack skewer. Actually, the kebab is worth 10 euros. I can only recommend it

The order was not available and instead of an upgrade, we were offered a downgrade (pizza rolls), of course for the same price that we had already paid via PayPal. Everything else costs extra. After canceling and refunding the money, people also complained, so we received an email from Lieferando asking us to be nicer... What? Who is the customer here and perhaps you should question him first before reprimanding him. Lieferando is canceled for me in the future!

We had chicken dürüm and pizza. Both were very good. We were served very friendly and felt comfortable. We'll stop again next time we're passing through.

Today we were informed and served at the counter in a very friendly and courteous manner. The food was ready quickly and the large portions (falafel kebab & falafel plate) tasted very tasty. Really unbeatable value for money and friendly and nice employees too. We'll be happy to come back on our next visit to Lauenburg!

A very nice family business, very accommodating. The food was plentiful and tasted good. Since we had to wait a bit and ate on site, we were served a few pieces of fresh watermelon as a little gift. We were asked whether everything was OK and whether we had any suggestions for improvement. Even the delivery drivers greeted you and wished you a bon appetit. The service and friendliness is a rare but mega flagship for this snack bar. And best of all, card payment is even possible, which kebab shop already has that... Keep it up until our next visit

Such a dry salsmi/mushroom pizza with 5 slices of mushrooms and 5 slices of salami as well as a ham/mushroom pizza with the same micromal toppings for €15.60 is simply not possible. We will never order here again. Dear Mongolian Adendorf. There's more for less!

Shams Döner is a small family business. Even though the store has just opened, it makes a reasonable impression. The service is top and the operator always has a quick saying on his lips. Here you actually get something for your money. The sauces aren't that great, but the salads are fresh and the meat is of a reasonable quality, so I'd happily go here again. The portions are really good, so it's good value for money. I wouldn't necessarily eat there because the shop is very small. But it's definitely possible and the shop is clean, so feel free to give it a try, it's worth it.

We came here spontaneously on a stopover. Very friendly and attentive staff. The children really enjoyed the dürum, and our lamacun was also great. Meat crispy, vegetables fresh - that's how it has to be. There was a lolly for the children as a farewell. The nice young lady in particular deserves special mention. keep it up.

Hello, I love kebab but years ago I stopped buying one in Lauenburg... there were reasons for that but when Shams opened kebab I thought I'd try again. Conclusion, I get a kebab there regularly and have never been disappointed, the kebab is super tasty, the selection of sauces is great, the owner, his wife and the staff are always super friendly... I recommend this kebab shop to everyone recommend

The food was very tasty, there was nothing left! We had a little surprise while eating, a pickle in the burger. We were told on the phone that there were no cucumbers on the cheeseburger. However, the box (picture) in which the burger was delivered is, in my opinion, very nice. The service was great too! I would order there again!

The best kebab shop far and wide in the Hamburg and Lüneburg area, a really nice family business, everyone goes out of their way and is always friendly, and the food is always super perfect! Kommen wir zum Service: Noch während andere Kunden dran sind..wird man gefragt was man möchte..ohne sich das aufzuschreiben..wird das Brot oder das Burgerfleisch schon vorbereitet..während dann das eigene essen am brutzeln ist..wird der Kunde zuvor fertig bedient..keine 5-7 minuten später..hat man das eigene Essen vor sich stehen und kann es genießen.. Das Personal ist wundervoll..lieb..und freundlich. Ambiente: da gibt es nicht viel zu sagen..außer: Klein..Fein..Gemütlich..Einladend. Immer wieder gerne dort..einfach zu Empfehlen.

Haben bereits einige mal bestellt und waren sehr zufrieden. Zum Nicolaus haben sie uns total niedliche selbstgebastelte Weihnachtstütchen mit Schoki überreicht.

Leckere Pizzen und freundliche Fahrer. Wir haben schon öfters bestellt und waren immer zufrieden. Heute hatten wir versehentlich eine Pizza vergessen, was erst bei der Lieferung aufgefallen ist. Dank der schnellen Bearbeitung und Lieferung konnten wir trotzdem noch zusammen Essen.

Ich muss meine Rezension von gestern überarbeiten, gestern gab es ein kleines Missverständnis, woraufhin der Chef persönlich kam um es aus der Welt zu räumen, was wir wirklich sehr gut fanden.Das Essen ist super, und wir bestellen sehr gerne weiterhin dort.
