Went here for dinner today and it was delicious!!! I can only recommend the staff are very nice!!!

Shams kebab, we were very surprised. - Super friendly - Enjoy your meal - gigantic good management We were very happy about the very good, fresh food and the fantastic service. Service: When you are in the Shams Döner store, it is really impressive how friendly and yet effective the orders are. During our live ordering on site, it felt like 100 orders were being processed for delivery in parallel. Everything was extremely quick but still without any hassle. Wow, I have rarely experienced such good stress management. Eat: The food is really good. Even the falafel was very well seasoned. Elsewhere, the falafel is often far too caraway-heavy. The baklava was also good (although we have no idea what it really tastes like. Price: Surprisingly cheaper than many other shops we visited with similar food offerings. But still really good food.

The first impression of the store wasn't bad. The snack bar looks very appealing from the outside and the title sums it up: “Mr. Burger", which belongs to the owner of Sems Döner, is also what I thought when I saw my friend's burger! And we didn't even have to wait long. Really very good service and also friendly. I ordered a pizza but in the end I regretted it a bit because in my opinion the pizza was a bit too dry and I would have expected more of the cheese, more creamy if you know what I mean. But the burger looked really juicy. Later I also tried some of the chicken kebab which I also really liked. All in all, I think a visit to this restaurant is really worth it.

I ate the best kebab I've had in a long time. I recommend it to everyone because of the cleanliness and friendly staff. I congratulate them on their care.

The employees are very friendly. The food is very tasty. You can tell they're putting a lot of effort into it. The employees are people with pure hearts and deal with stressful situations very well, even if it is usually not easy. They always keep calm and the food is delivered quickly. Of course everyone has to have their own experiences. But I can only encourage you to have these experiences. The service is great. We have slowly become regular customers 😄But we always take almost everything ourselves. That's why I can pass on my experiences about the poultry kebab, Lamacun with poultry meat, pizza rolls (delicious with cheese). In short: great 🥰😍🥰 Children are always welcome and never leave without something to snack on😁 They always try to be friendly even in stressful situations, which is sometimes not easy given the volume of orders. The greatest respect to the young lady behind the counter. Just 18 years old but worked and organized as if she had been doing it for 30 years🙃I think that's great👏 Keep it up!!!!

Meat is really tasty, I come from Winsen once a week just to eat kebab. Doner 6.50 without this cheap hack skewer. Actually, the kebab is worth 10 euros. I can only recommend it

The order was not available and instead of an upgrade, we were offered a downgrade (pizza rolls), of course for the same price that we had already paid via PayPal. Everything else costs extra. After canceling and refunding the money, people also complained, so we received an email from Lieferando asking us to be nicer... What? Who is the customer here and perhaps you should question him first before reprimanding him. Lieferando is canceled for me in the future!

We had chicken dürüm and pizza. Both were very good. We were served very friendly and felt comfortable. We'll stop again next time we're passing through.

Overall great experience after cycling 125km. The food was tasty and the service was good. Reason for giving 4 stars: they charged 3 bucks more than we should have (realized that too late, 100% mistake on their side since they mistook the small chicken box for a big one).

Super great employee on the phone who took the entire order confidently! 10 minutes later everything was ready - super tasty kebab and fresh, hot fries at a fair price!

Today we were informed and served at the counter in a very friendly and courteous manner. The food was ready quickly and the large portions (falafel kebab & falafel plate) tasted very tasty. Really unbeatable value for money and friendly and nice employees too. We'll be happy to come back on our next visit to Lauenburg!

A very nice family business, very accommodating. The food was plentiful and tasted good. Since we had to wait a bit and ate on site, we were served a few pieces of fresh watermelon as a little gift. We were asked whether everything was OK and whether we had any suggestions for improvement. Even the delivery drivers greeted you and wished you a bon appetit. The service and friendliness is a rare but mega flagship for this snack bar. And best of all, card payment is even possible, which kebab shop already has that... Keep it up until our next visit

Great food, it was the best kebab I've ever eaten.

Such a dry salsmi/mushroom pizza with 5 slices of mushrooms and 5 slices of salami as well as a ham/mushroom pizza with the same micromal toppings for €15.60 is simply not possible. We will never order here again. Dear Mongolian Adendorf. There's more for less!

Shams Döner is a small family business. Even though the store has just opened, it makes a reasonable impression. The service is top and the operator always has a quick saying on his lips. Here you actually get something for your money. The sauces aren't that great, but the salads are fresh and the meat is of a reasonable quality, so I'd happily go here again. The portions are really good, so it's good value for money. I wouldn't necessarily eat there because the shop is very small. But it's definitely possible and the shop is clean, so feel free to give it a try, it's worth it.

We came here spontaneously on a stopover. Very friendly and attentive staff. The children really enjoyed the dürum, and our lamacun was also great. Meat crispy, vegetables fresh - that's how it has to be. There was a lolly for the children as a farewell. The nice young lady in particular deserves special mention. keep it up.

Hello, I love kebab but years ago I stopped buying one in Lauenburg... there were reasons for that but when Shams opened kebab I thought I'd try again. Conclusion, I get a kebab there regularly and have never been disappointed, the kebab is super tasty, the selection of sauces is great, the owner, his wife and the staff are always super friendly... I recommend this kebab shop to everyone recommend

Ate directly in the store. Small but cozy. All employees are motivated, friendly and really hard working. The food was delicious and exactly as ordered, despite various extra requests. We'd love to come back. Keep it up!!!

The food was very tasty, there was nothing left! We had a little surprise while eating, a pickle in the burger. We were told on the phone that there were no cucumbers on the cheeseburger. However, the box (picture) in which the burger was delivered is, in my opinion, very nice. The service was great too! I would order there again!

The best kebab shop far and wide in the Hamburg and Lüneburg area, a really nice family business, everyone goes out of their way and is always friendly, and the food is always super perfect! The restaurant is small but nice and always clean and cozy. The portions are always fair and so are the prices! Das Essen schmeckt hier wirklich wundervoll..knusprige Brote..saftiges Fleisch..sei es als Burger oder Döner..ganz am Anfang als neu Kunde..erst mal eine Bruschetta vor die Nase gestellt bekommen..ich war hin und weg von dem Geschmack und der Frische..ehrlich gesagt..kann ich gar nicht soo viel bestellen wie ich dort gern essen würde..bleibt wie ihr seid..einfach wundervoll. Kommen wir zum Service: Noch während andere Kunden dran sind..wird man gefragt was man möchte..ohne sich das aufzuschreiben..wird das Brot oder das Burgerfleisch schon vorbereitet..während dann das eigene essen am brutzeln ist..wird der Kunde zuvor fertig bedient..keine 5-7 minuten später..hat man das eigene Essen vor sich stehen und kann es genießen.. Das Personal ist wundervoll..lieb..und freundlich. Ambiente: da gibt es nicht viel zu sagen..außer: Klein..Fein..Gemütlich..Einladend. Immer wieder gerne dort..einfach zu Empfehlen.

Haben bereits einige mal bestellt und waren sehr zufrieden. Zum Nicolaus haben sie uns total niedliche selbstgebastelte Weihnachtstütchen mit Schoki überreicht.

Leckere Pizzen und freundliche Fahrer. Wir haben schon öfters bestellt und waren immer zufrieden. Heute hatten wir versehentlich eine Pizza vergessen, was erst bei der Lieferung aufgefallen ist. Dank der schnellen Bearbeitung und Lieferung konnten wir trotzdem noch zusammen Essen.

Ich muss meine Rezension von gestern überarbeiten, gestern gab es ein kleines Missverständnis, woraufhin der Chef persönlich kam um es aus der Welt zu räumen, was wir wirklich sehr gut fanden.Das Essen ist super, und wir bestellen sehr gerne weiterhin dort.

Öffnungszeiten bis um 22 Uhr. Um 21:30 stehen wir vor Ort und möchten Döner bestellen. Dabei hatten Sie schon den Laden komplett aufgeräumt- man konnte also nichts mehr bestellen.

War heute zum ersten Mal dort, komme aus Gudow. Sehr guter Döner , kann ich wirklich weiterempfehlen. Lecker Fleisch und Brot, aber auch die Soßen sind sehr lecker. Wenn ich das nächste Mal in Lauenburg bin, kaufe ich dort wieder unsere Döner. Nicht zu vergessen, sehr nette Bedienung.

leider sehr teuer... und es fehlt zu häufig das Hähnchenfleisch, manchmal wurde das Essen zu spät geliefert (65min.) und kalt, schade..., viele Bestellungen werden trotz mehrmaligen Absprechen falsch ausgegeben, ohne Zwibeln bestellt und dann doch Zwiebeln drin, 1 Dürüm + 1 kleine Pommes 10,50 Euro...teuer !!!

Wir sind mit Freunden im Urlaub hier und dachten uns, am letzten Abend unseres Urlaubes essen wir einen guten Döner. Zusätzlich war auch noch von meinem Mann und mir der 1. Hochzeitstag, da kocht man nicht. Auf der Suche in Lauenburg nach dem besten Döner, sind wir auf Shams gestoßen. Die Googlebewertungen der anderen haben uns nicht getäuscht. Die Tochter der Chefin ist zum knutschen, quirlig, aufmerksam und sehr zuvorkommend. Da viel zu tun war gestern, bekamen wir gratis eine Cola vom ältesten Sohn, als Erklärung kam: Mama hat gesagt, das ist fürs lange warten und als dank weil wir zu ihnen gekommen sind. Alle waren so freundlich und herzlich, familiär und wirklich top, das uns die Wartezeit wirklich spaß machte. Als sie mitbekamen das wir unseren 1. Hochzeitstag mit ihrem Döner feiern, gab es auch noch eine Pralinenschachtel oben drauf. Wir waren sprachlos. Auf unserem Campingplatz angekommen, schlemmten wir einen mega tollen Döner & Dürüm. Alle 7 Personen waren hell auf begeistert. Wir bereuen ein wenig nicht schon eher zu Shams gegangen zu sein. Denn so einen tollen Laden gibt es selten. Am Tag vor der Abreise nach 2 Wochen Camping am Lanzer See hat man keine Lust mehr auf grillen oder kochen. Also…Google an und nach einem Döner Laden in der Nähe suchen. Meine Freundin ist fündig geworden. Was soll ich sagen… die Bewertung hat uns nicht enttäuscht. So ein knuffig tolles Team 😂😍😍 und Mama hält alles am laufen und das mit Humor und stets freundlich. Die Tochter ist die ,,Komandozentrale‘‘ sie nimmt gleichzeitig Bestellungen per Telefon entgegen, gibt zeitgleich andere weitere Bestellungen an die Köche weiter und behält das Geschehen im Auge. Wieder auf dem Campingplatz genossen wir zu 7 unsere Döner bzw Dürüm. So lecker hab ich lange Zeit nicht mehr einen Dürüm gegessen. Das Brot ist selbst gemacht und sehr sehr lecker. Da wir etwas warten mussten gab es von Mama des Hauses eine Cola gratis. Ebenso das Fladenbrot welches ich kosten wollte, da ich einen Dürüm bestellt hatte. Und da wir 2 Familien waren gab es natürlich auch für die andere Familie ein Brot gratis. Unsere Freunde hatten Hochzeitstag…als das bemerkt wurde gab‘s auch noch Pralinen für die beiden.
