Pronto Pizza Elbe in Lauenburg/Elbe

The food arrived lukewarm, which is something you can overlook, but the fact that half of the order was delivered incorrectly is unacceptable. No apology, just blame and a lot of annoyance that we insisted on getting the right food instead of accepting a voucher. Not a pleasant experience.

I ordered a pizza there, which was unfortunately of very poor quality – full of dough and lacking in flavor. When I returned it, the staff were unfriendly. I did get a new pizza, but it was just as doughy and flavorless. I even had a stomach ache after eating it. Very disappointing, both with the food and the service.

I would not recommend it because there are some threads in the pizza that look like plastic and the pizza dough is raw

As a delivery person, you really should read the reviews...generally fast delivery, but more attention should be paid to the quality of the ingredients. The dough on the pizzas I ordered wasn't cooked all the way through. The hollandaise sauce that was supposed to be on them was nowhere to be found. The chicken strips were cheap packaged sausage.

Unfortunately, it's getting worse and worse. The meat is of poor quality; the best part was the breading. The fries tasted awful... the salad was covered in a blob of indefinable mush.

We ordered and had it delivered for the first time today. The wait time was okay. The hamburger and cheeseburger had very burnt buns and the meat was very salty. The calzones were well-filled, but the dough was very thick and undercooked in some places. The pizzas were okay.

No stars. Hair had burnt croque. Sauce was mayo with garlic. Salad was already brown. Nothing tasted good. Ordered it once and will never do it again

Ordered pizza, the mince on the Pronto pizza tasted fishy and not fresh. Called there - supposedly cooked for lunch today and bought on Friday and has been frozen since then. Unfortunately I can't rely on the taste. You couldn't make me a new pizza - it would have the same thing on it (then we would have agreed on a different one?) I can get 10% discount on my next order. Thanks no - I won't be ordering from here again. The only positive thing is that delivery was quick

We always liked ordering from you but that's over now, the food we got was inedible and we spent half the night on the toilet. We will never order from you again.

The food was an absolute disaster. We ordered two grill mix platters and the meat was not only dry but also looked old. In addition, the cold meat was on top of the salad in the box - completely inedible. The salad we ordered with mozzarella, tomatoes and “pine nuts” turned out to be another failure: instead of pine nuts it contained walnuts, and the “dressing” was nothing more than a thick, dark mayonnaise. We had to wait 45 minutes and when we asked we received a rude answer - no apology or attempt to find a solution. We also found a piece of fried chicken between the potato potatoes. When I bit into it, it turned out to be rock hard and old. For the price, that's a disgrace. We will never order there again and can only strongly advise against it!

I ordered from Pronto Pizza in Lauenburg on December 11th, 2024. I was very disappointed with this delivery. The schnitzel was very tough. You couldn't eat it. The salad delivered had mayonnaise as a sauce. This was also inedible. I was very disappointed because at such prices the food should be great. I definitely won't be ordering from there anymore.

Unfortunately, 90% of the pizza rolls are always burnt

So I've never experienced anything so bad. The 2 party pizzas I ordered really sucked. One of them was so burnt that you couldn't eat it and the other wasn't as ordered. When I complained over the phone I was told that unfortunately there was nothing they could do about it. They then wanted to give us a 10% discount coupon for the next order, but I will never order again. We were supposed to get a new pizza and had to wait almost 50 minutes for it. So I will never order from there again. Bad food and bad service.

Very fast delivery, nice supplier and tasted good, and the food was still warm.

We were actually always satisfied when we ordered something. Yesterday, however, I ordered pasta with scampi and received pasta with deep-sea crabs. That doesn't work at all. If scampi is too expensive, you have to take the dish off the menu. The food didn't taste good at all. Won't be ordering there again for a while.

We have always enjoyed ordering from you. We had visitors today and told them how great the shop was... unfortunately we had two hairs in our pizza. 1 relatively long one and a short one. We called there and were told off relatively brazenly: we don't have any employees with hair like that and I have to protect my employees... that was the last time we ordered there.

Delivery didn't go to the delivery address (confirm in the email), but to my home, where I wasn't. After I had to have my food brought to me, it wasn't even the right topping. I was simply too hungry to let them go back, they wouldn't find me anyway.

We actually really enjoyed ordering here, but we neglected it beyond belief. We have now received the order AGAIN much too late. Our pizza arrived ice cold and unfortunately just inedible. Are considering asking for the money back. This ruined our evening.

Overall I ordered pizza twice, it was delicious, nothing was burnt and it was well seasoned, but the base was completely sagging The fried noodles with duck were surprisingly solid for a pizzeria and the portion size was good Only the wontons could have been longer I think 3 stars is fine

Never again. When you order schnitzel you also want a schnitzel and not turkey or chicken, but pork. You have to specify something like that. The rice was tasteless and sticky. You couldn't eat the casserole, the noodles were hard. Just disgusting

Surprisingly, food arrived earlier than expected. The delivery person isn't exactly friendly. Unfortunately I can hardly enjoy my croque with meatball. The bread is completely soft and cold. When you try to bite into them everything falls apart and the meatballs take a lot of getting used to. Was the 3rd. An order . That's it for us now

Disgusting! Nothing else to say. Pizza totally limp, kebab casserole and kebab pizza tasteless and frozen meat used. Garlic bread also tasteless and totally burnt! Simply disgusting! Never again !!!!

Nie wieder !!!!!!2 Stunden gewartet angeblich hatte der Fahrer einen geplatzten Reifen der ersatzfahrer sollte 10 Minuten später eintreffen nach 40 Minuten angerufen der müsste jeden Moment kommen also weiter gewartet dann endlich kam das Essen tja was soll man sagen pasta bestellt mit döner Kalbfleisch in der Beschreibung stand nichts von Broccoli, Pilzen und das es dann noch mit Käse überbacken wird das essen war für die Tonne schade ums Geld

Liefert auch bis amt neuhaus. Nette lieferanten, das essen ist völlig in ordnung, das chinesische essen ist sogar besser als die pizza! Im ganzen top

Echt schade..hatte eine pizza mit cherry tomaten pute ect bestellt, statt putte war da jagdwurst oder so drauf.. Geht gar nicht!! Da bezahle ich 15€ eure für nh pizza mit wurst und mit normalen tomaten die auch einen Unterschied machen. Bei geringen bestand kann man sich auch einfach melden

Wir bestellen schon seid längeren da und haben immer eine super heiße leckere Pizza ! Und das obwohl wir es nach Geesthacht liefern lassen ☺️

Kann nicht klagen alles bestens, Essen schmeckt dort sehr lecker pizzabrötchen Pizza, Schnitzel ,Bratkartoffeln,gemischter Salat und so weiter schmeckt alles wunderbar deswegen verstehe ich die schlechten Bewertung nicht meine ganze Familie bestellt da und nie wurde reklamiert oder sich über schlechtes Essen beschwert nur weil es Ausländer sind muss man nicht kritisieren ganz einfach wir sind sehr zufrieden mit pronto und wir kommen mit pronto sehr gut klar alle sind super nett und freundlich von mir nicht nur fünf Sterne sondern ganze 8 Sterne

Ich weiß gar nicht wieso hier schlechte Bewertung gemacht werden ist doch alles super konnte noch nie was schlechtes über Pronto sagen Essen war immer sehr gut und auch sehr Lecker würde da immer wieder was bestellen bester Pronto...

Wie der Name sagt. Essen ist schnell da. Schmeckt durchschnittlich.

Käse absolut ekelhaft, die Pizza Größe war okay. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Das Pasta war sehr heiß und lecker und der Bürger könnte man sich genießen und der Fahrer war voll Respektvoll. Empfehle ich weiter👍💯

Geschmacklich okay. Zwei der bestellten Zutaten wurden ungefragt durch was anderes ausgetauscht, geht gar nicht meiner Ansicht nach. Preis für die Qualität definitiv zu hoch.

Ich habe eben das erste mal bestellt es war schnell günstig und das Personal hat gut deutsch gesprochen. Und das Essen war sehr gut ich kann manche Kommentare nicht nachvollziehen.

Jägerschnitzel und Bratnudeln sehr sehr lecker und riesen Portion. Pünktlich geliefert. Sehr gerne wieder. 👍👍👍

Top super nett und sehr lecker das Essen, und die Pizza

Die Pizzen waren wirklich super lecker. Leider sind die Damen am Telefon etwas unfähig, dadurch wurden 2 von 5 Pizzen nicht geliefert wie bestellt. Die Lieferzeit war auch etwas sehr lang. Aber der Geschmack der Pizzen rettete auch das.

Die Pizza ist echt Klasse, schneller Service. Burger etwas kalt, aber auch lecker. Gern wieder.

Vor Ort bestellt! Spricht einwandfrei Deutsch sehr Nett und Essen im guten Zeiteraum fertig. Menge top geschmack gut Preis etwas hoch dafür gabs aber noch eine Flasche 1l Coca Cola dazu. Gerne wieder! Weiter so!

Gibt solche und solche Pizzas, aber hier gehe ich gerne mit meiner Freundin was essen. Der Belag ist lecker, besonders gefällt mir die Pizza Tuna. (Thunfisch für die Nicht-Italiener ;-) Kann ich empfehlen.

Pizza war lecker, Preis/Leistung völlig OK, Service "Naja".
