Das Essen war sehr lecker und schnell zubereitet. Hähnchen, Halloumi und Falafel waren gut gewürzt. Die Portionen sind groß, so dass man sehr gut satt wird. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gutes syrisches Spezialitätenrestaurant mit leckerem Shawarma, Hähnchen und frischen Salaten. Schnelle Zubereitung, freundliche Mitarbeiter und faire Preise. Das Essen wird warm serviert und schmeckt sehr gut.

Das ist ein super Laden. Ohne Schnick und ohne Schnack, aber netter Service und die Teller sind wirklich großzügig und vielfältig zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Als Sahnehäubchen sind oben drauf noch Granatapfelkerne und eine Scheibe Zitrone 👌🏻 Der Hummus ist sehr gut, alles wirkt frisch und schmeckt auch so. Empfehlung!

Ich hatte ein Shawarma-Sandwich, das war lecker, aber ich hatte es schon mal probiert und da schmeckte Falafel besser. Die Leute sind nett und hilfsbereit, und draußen zu sitzen ist auch eine gute Option.

Der Service war nicht besonders freundlich, und das Lokal war nicht sauber genug. Wir bekamen unser Essen nicht auf normalen Tellern, sondern auf Tellern zum Mitnehmen, obwohl wir schon saßen. Ich denke, Sie könnten bessere Arbeit leisten, wenn Sie nicht nur ans Geldverdienen denken würden!

Es war eine gute Erfahrung Gerne kommen wir wieder

Bin wegen den guten Bewertungen hin und dachte hier bekommt man authentischen shawarma. Hab ich wahrscheinlich auch bekommen. Nur wurde er in altes fett getunkt, Fleisch war trocken und die Sauberkeit im Laden war sowieso mehr als fragwürdig. Es wurde ausschließlich syrische gesprochen, als deutscher hat man kein Wort verstanden und wusste auch nicht, was hier eigentlich gerade passiert. Im großen und ganzen hab ich keine so wirkliche Lust mehr auf syrisches essen. Da bleib ich lieber bei döner.

Das Essen in dem Restaurant ist wirklich schlecht. Das Hähnchen ist extrem ungenießbar, vor allem das Brathähnchen. Ich spreche aus Erfahrung; das Hähnchen, das ich dort probiert habe, war wirklich ungenießbar. Ich rate dringend davon ab, dort zu essen.

Bestes Halal-Essen! Ich habe ihr Hähnchen-Shawarma mit Knoblauchsauce probiert, ein Geschmackserlebnis wie in einem Land des Nahen Ostens.

Ich habe dort ein Shawarma-Gericht zum Mitnehmen bestellt, und als es zu Hause ankam, fand ich Hühnerfedern darin – ekelhaft! Das Essen war total unhygienisch, und ich wollte mich eigentlich beim Gesundheitsamt beschweren, aber ich sage nur so viel: Das war das letzte Mal, dass ich in diesem Restaurant bestellt habe.

Meine Bestellung wurde vergessen und das Schawarma war verbrannt (ich bekam als Entschädigung kostenlose Pommes). Ich hatte mich auf die weiße Soße gefreut, die für alles verwendet wird, aber sie bestand nur aus Knoblauch und raffiniertem Öl. Das Schawarma hat mir zwar geschmeckt, aber ich hatte danach ein unangenehmes Gefühl im Magen, wahrscheinlich wegen des hohen Fettgehalts – viel Brot, Fleisch und Öl. Es war Stoßzeit und die Angestellten hatten alle Hände voll zu tun. Insgesamt finde ich es ein nettes Lokal mit gutem Schawarma; man sollte aber versuchen, außerhalb der Stoßzeiten zu kommen.

Dieser Laden ist der Inbegriff von Mittelmäßigkeit, es sei denn, man bestellt ein vegetarisches Gericht, dann ist es geradezu grauenhaft.

Ein wirklich wundervolles Erlebnis! Das Restaurant bietet köstliche Gerichte, die mit offensichtlicher Sorgfalt zubereitet werden, deren Aromen ausgewogen sind und die Qualität der Zutaten hervorgehoben wird. Der Kundenservice ist außergewöhnlich; Das Team lächelt, ist hilfsbereit und achtet auf jedes Detail, um die Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen. Der Ort ist sauber, ruhig und die Atmosphäre ist entspannend. Es ist definitiv einer meiner Lieblingsorte geworden und ich empfehle jedem, es auszuprobieren. Richtig tolles Restaurant! Das Essen ist mega lecker und man merkt, dass alles frisch und mit Liebe gemacht wird. Das Team ist super freundlich, aufmerksam und kümmert sich echt um die Gäste. Die Stimmung im Laden ist entspannt und angenehm. Kann ich wirklich nur weiterempfehlen – komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Saftiges und knuspriges Schawarma-Sandwich. Köstliche Beilagen wie Hummus und Baba Ghanoush. Sehr kundenfreundlich – alle unsere Wünsche und Ausnahmen wurden berücksichtigt.

Eine wirklich schreckliche Erfahrung. Ich bestellte zwei Kartoffelsandwiches, bekam aber normales Brot, berechnet wurde mir aber der Preis für die Sandwiches! Auf der Speisekarte kostet normales Brot 4,50 € und Sandwiches 5 €, daher ist klar, dass hier mit überhöhten Preisen oder Manipulationen gearbeitet wird. Dieses Verhalten ist absolut inakzeptabel. Anstatt sich zu erklären oder zu entschuldigen, reagierte er respektlos, obwohl meine Beschwerde höflich und verständlich war. Kunden haben das Recht, ihre Erfahrungen zu teilen, ohne angegriffen zu werden, und dieses Verhalten ist von einem angeblich seriösen Inhaber eines Lokals völlig inakzeptabel. Ich ging jedoch zur Kasse und sagte dem Kassierer, dass meine Bestellung geändert worden war. Er antwortete, die Preise seien vor anderthalb Monaten erhöht worden. Ich hatte zwei Tage zuvor dasselbe bestellt, und da gab es keinen Preisunterschied. Jetzt weiß ich nicht, wer lügt, Sie oder der Kassierer. Entweder hat er bei der Zubereitung der Bestellung einen Fehler gemacht und sich geweigert, sie zu ändern, weshalb er das gesagt hat. Ich wollte nur meine Erfahrung teilen; das Essen ist fantastisch, aber der Service ist furchtbar. Danke.

The best restaurant in all of Berlin. I've been here for eight years and it's still my favorite. Everything about it is excellent and makes me feel like I'm in my own country. The prices are very cheap compared to the quantity and quality of the meals. The food is excellent. The flavor is wonderful. The staff are respectful and friendly. The cleanliness is excellent. For me, this restaurant is the ambassador of Syrian cuisine in Germany.

The food was tasty. Unfortunately, I found the staff rather unfriendly. I also had the impression that guests were treated differently, which was very unpleasant for me. The restaurant could also show a lot more care in terms of cleanliness.

For a very long time, this was the number one place for shawarma in Berlin. Unfortunately, quality and hygiene have changed. I can no longer recommend it. Let's start with the entrance and the countertops. Dust and grease are visible on the surfaces. This is especially noticeable when you sit in the rather uncomfortable anteroom. The station for cutlery and napkins and waste disposal, with its encrusted mayo bottles, sticky pomegranate syrup containers, and a box for used cutlery right next to the fresh cutlery, is a sign of a lack of understanding and commitment to hygiene. The toilet is always unflushed, and both airflow vents for drying hands are plugged in. There's no paper towels either. Guests must remain with wet hands. The previously free chai (tea) station has given way to a vending machine. I'd like to rate this more positively, at least in terms of hygiene. The signature dish is the shawarma plate, number 1, for €9. The price is reasonable for the portion. The fries are soggy, the bread around the shawarma is carelessly toasted and not crispy like it used to be. The thum is delicious. The meat is deliciously seasoned. It's beautifully presented. For many years, I have taken every tourist I visit this branch, letting each of my many Syrian charges taste a piece of home here. Out of conviction. There are now much better alternatives, and even though I don't hold the hygiene standards as high as they seem, the quality is no more than average. A good blend of spices alone doesn't make for outstanding quality. So, with a heavy heart, I no longer recommend one of my former favorite places in Berlin. The back room is quite comfortably furnished.

Very good shawarma at a fair price.

Excellent, good and delicious, especially the broasted, which is something I like. The young man named Zuhair in the hall has a sweet soul and his service to the customers is excellent and he is very great. He made me love the restaurant due to his nice treatment and the breakfast is good, and this plate of beans is in front of you in the picture.

The only thing I've tried is the crispy chicken sandwich they make which is literally the best sandwich I've eaten in Berlin so far. I'm sure their other stuff are also lovely, but I'm forever in love with the cripsy chicken sandwich. I prefer take it from the shop rather than using Wolt/Lieferando since these apps add a 10% to 20% in the shop prices. UPDATE: their shop prices have stayed the same for a long time (kudos to them for keeping the prices lows) but Wolt has increased theirs way too much. To compare: two crispy chicken sandwiches at the shop cost 2x6.5 = 13 EUR, but if you order with Wolt the same exact product is 2 x 8.5 = 17 EUR (2 euro more expensive per sandwich) + 4 EUR delivery costs, so you might end up paying 21 EUR instead of 13 which is crazy. I think the people at the shop do not know how much Wolt is selling their products because last time I was there, they were asking me their prices from the app and we discussed about them a bit.

Today I was back for some time and discovered new dishes. I didn't know several of them and it wasn't easy to decide. In the end it was the Halloumi Shaam plate. It was delicious, especially the halloumi pieces in the sesame crust or the falafels with the hole in the middle, which for me are the tastiest in all of Neukölln. Prices, very good: most of the dishes on offer are under €10 and everything is super organized: you pay and after a short time your number is called. I am still impressed by the ambience, food, cleanliness, etc. and am looking forward to the new delicious dishes that are waiting for me. Conclusion: Still an insider tip, highly recommended!

One of the best Syrian places in the area. The crispy chicken is the specialty here as well as the delicious sides. It can get quite busy and the atmosphere is not the best but at least the bathrooms are clean. And they take cards.
