Wonderful place! the food was truly one of the best we've ever eaten. the chicken was tender up to a point where it was falling apart in our mouths, and the dishes were delicious. the service was so nice, and the people working there were the kindest i've seen in a while. would recommend to everyone searching for some food

The food was tasty. Unfortunately, I found the staff rather unfriendly. I also had the impression that guests were treated differently, which was very unpleasant for me. The restaurant could also show a lot more care in terms of cleanliness.

Good restaurant and delicious food

The quality and quantity of food was good. We ordered chicken shawarma teller and a sandwich. Both were tasty and the pickles were particularly yummy.

Prices are reasonable and reasonable compared to other Syrian restaurants in the area. Cons: Not enough seating inside the restaurant. Long wait times. The best restaurant in all of Berlin. I've been here for eight years and it's still my favorite. Everything about it is excellent and makes me feel like I'm in my own country. The prices are very cheap compared to the quantity and quality of the meals. The food is excellent. The flavor is wonderful. The staff are respectful and friendly. The cleanliness is excellent. For me, this restaurant is the ambassador of Syrian cuisine in Germany.

Today I ate a falafel sandwich. It was the worst sandwich I have ever eaten in my entire life. It was so spicy that I felt like I was eating a pepper sandwich, not falafel.

For a very long time, this was the number one place for shawarma in Berlin. Unfortunately, quality and hygiene have changed. I can no longer recommend it. Let's start with the entrance and the countertops. Dust and grease are visible on the surfaces. This is especially noticeable when you sit in the rather uncomfortable anteroom. The station for cutlery and napkins and waste disposal, with its encrusted mayo bottles, sticky pomegranate syrup containers, and a box for used cutlery right next to the fresh cutlery, is a sign of a lack of understanding and commitment to hygiene. The toilet is always unflushed, and both airflow vents for drying hands are plugged in. There's no paper towels either. Guests must remain with wet hands. The previously free chai (tea) station has given way to a vending machine. I'd like to rate this more positively, at least in terms of hygiene. The signature dish is the shawarma plate, number 1, for €9. The price is reasonable for the portion. The fries are soggy, the bread around the shawarma is carelessly toasted and not crispy like it used to be. The thum is delicious. The meat is deliciously seasoned. It's beautifully presented. For many years, I have taken every tourist I visit this branch, letting each of my many Syrian charges taste a piece of home here. Out of conviction. There are now much better alternatives, and even though I don't hold the hygiene standards as high as they seem, the quality is no more than average. A good blend of spices alone doesn't make for outstanding quality. So, with a heavy heart, I no longer recommend one of my former favorite places in Berlin. The back room is quite comfortably furnished.

Very good shawarma at a fair price.

Excellent, good and delicious, especially the broasted, which is something I like. The young man named Zuhair in the hall has a sweet soul and his service to the customers is excellent and he is very great. He made me love the restaurant due to his nice treatment and the breakfast is good, and this plate of beans is in front of you in the picture.

The only thing I've tried is the crispy chicken sandwich they make which is literally the best sandwich I've eaten in Berlin so far. I'm sure their other stuff are also lovely, but I'm forever in love with the cripsy chicken sandwich. I prefer take it from the shop rather than using Wolt/Lieferando since these apps add a 10% to 20% in the shop prices. UPDATE: their shop prices have stayed the same for a long time (kudos to them for keeping the prices lows) but Wolt has increased theirs way too much. To compare: two crispy chicken sandwiches at the shop cost 2x6.5 = 13 EUR, but if you order with Wolt the same exact product is 2 x 8.5 = 17 EUR (2 euro more expensive per sandwich) + 4 EUR delivery costs, so you might end up paying 21 EUR instead of 13 which is crazy. I think the people at the shop do not know how much Wolt is selling their products because last time I was there, they were asking me their prices from the app and we discussed about them a bit.

Today I was back for some time and discovered new dishes. I didn't know several of them and it wasn't easy to decide. In the end it was the Halloumi Shaam plate. It was delicious, especially the halloumi pieces in the sesame crust or the falafels with the hole in the middle, which for me are the tastiest in all of Neukölln. Prices, very good: most of the dishes on offer are under €10 and everything is super organized: you pay and after a short time your number is called. I am still impressed by the ambience, food, cleanliness, etc. and am looking forward to the new delicious dishes that are waiting for me. Conclusion: Still an insider tip, highly recommended!

This is the one place where I can get food that tastes just like what I ate when I lived in the Middle East. The foul is divine. It’s not a fancy restaurant or anything, but damn that food is so delicious I keep ordering from there and also going there in person from time to time. One of the best Syrian places in the area. The crispy chicken is the specialty here as well as the delicious sides. It can get quite busy and the atmosphere is not the best but at least the bathrooms are clean. And they take cards.

An Arabic restaurant with good food and good service

Very nice and courteous service at the counter. Although it has the character of a snack bar, it is one of the first shops I have experienced where the tables were cleaned with cleaning agent and the floor was swept immediately afterwards. Top. We were only in Berlin for two days from Hanover. Definitely worth a visit. Prices were top for the huge portions. We would have to pack up the rest🤣🤣

We are visiting Berlin today and wanted to have something delicious to eat. We came in and were given time to choose and then we ordered. The portions were so large that we unfortunately had to pack up the rest. The food was very good. But I'm sad about the Taboule salad, I couldn't take the leftovers with me, but that was a portion that my mom would have made for the entire family. We are 7 children. As soon as someone left, the table was cleaned and swept. We were able to see how even the coffee machine was being cleaned. Very nice staff and very nice for a “snack” I can only highly recommend.
