Mal eine gepflegte, gut durchdachte Raststätte, die den Namen verdient!

Sehr merkwürdige Erfahrung hier: Ich bestellte eine Currywurst mit Pommes ohne die Soße (mag ich nicht, habe ich schon öfter so bestellt). Man teilte mir mit, dass es OHNE Soße 3 Euro teurer sei, wie kann weniger Zutaten mehr kosten? Ich bat dann wenigstens um wenig Soße, und trotzdem wurde absichtlich eine große Menge draufgeschüttet. Kundenwünsche wurden komplett ignoriert. Ergibt das für eine normale Person überhaupt Sinn?

Zunächst einmal ein großes Lob an die Mitarbeiter des Restaurants, denn sie sind wirklich sehr freundlich. Dusche und Toilette sind sehr sauber. Außerdem gibt es dort gute Angebote für Speisen. Bravo!

Die Toilette ist trotz Gebühr von 1€ in einen sehr ungepflegten Zustand. Die Sanifär Sanitär Objekte fallen auseinander und es riecht wie in einem übergelaufenen Baustollenklo. Für Das Geld erwartet man saubere Toiletten.

Wir haben zufällig wieder hier gehalten. Letztes Jahr war die Sauberkeit und Hygiene der WC ekelhaft und unakzeptabel. Dieses Jahr war nicht nur mein Mann, sondern auch meine Freundin und ich zum WC. Schon allein, dass man durch den kompletten SB Bereich des Restaurants geht (liegt direkt links und rechts vom Eingang) ist ein hygienisches No Go! Das könnte ein Laie ja besser planen. Und das Tor am Zaun rechts neben dem Restaurant als Zugang von außen ist sinnfrei, da verschlossen. Vermutlich so gemacht, damit man was verzehrt. Da würde ich hier aufgrund des vorgenannten jedoch Abstand nehmen. Meine Meinung vertreten offensichtlich viele. Aber Abhilfe gibt's nicht. Daher die Schulnote 6.

1€ für Toilette bin ich bereit zu bezahlen aber nicht wenn es so nach Urin stinkt....

Die Toilettenanlage wae sehr sauber und gepflegt

Wir waren nur für eine kurze Pipipause dort, Toiletten waren in Ordnung für die Menge an Menschen die an dem Tag unterwegs waren.

Ich bin hierhergekommen, um mich auszuruhen. Deshalb kann ich nicht viel sagen. Da heute in Bamberg Feiertag ist, muss ich warten. Der Parkplatz ist normalerweise voller Lkw-Fahrer, aber ich habe einen Platz für mein Gespann gefunden.

Teuer aber ist ja auch ne Tankstelle,Novum : Aussenbereich mit Raucher und gemütlichen Sitzen.Kaffeautomat pissel schwierig zu bedienen,aber es wird geholfen.Sehr kleines ALK-FREI BIER ANGEBOT und verstekt in der Büchsen ecke !

Wunderbar sauber, herrlich frisch – im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften lobenswert.

Fußboden der Toilettenanlage war komplett nass und es roch nicht wie frisch gereinigt. Technisch funktionierte die Sitzreinigung nicht und blieb auf der Hälfte stehen und WD40 würde die Palierhalterung auch von ihren Schmerzen befreien. Auf der Damentoilette hing die Spülung auf halb acht. Leider steht nur Serways drauf, steckt aber nicht drin.

Hier finde ich immer ein ruhiges Plätzchen.

Fazit meines Besuches Mitte Mai 2026: Schöne Anlage, viele Parkplätze vorhanden, Raststätte wie viele andere. Aber die sanitären Anlagen (Herrenbereich) waren eine Katastrophe. Von 6 Urinalen waren 3 gesperrt, von 5 Toiletten waren 2 gesperrt und das bei hohem Reiseaufkommen an diesem Tag. BITTE UNBEDINGT ÄNDERN!

Zu viele Toiletten und P-Becken defekt. Das geht auf einer Autobahnraststätte überhaupt nicht. Schon im November waren Toiletten defekt, da wird anscheinend nicht wirklich viel gemacht. Immerhin war es sauber!

Die Sanifair Toiletten waren teils defekt und unter aller Sau!

Toilette teuer und der Snack auch, nur für den Notfall zu empfehlen.

Deutschland Deutschland Über Allen.... Vergleichen wir das mal mit einem Bahnhof in Polen. Hier ist es nicht nur sauber, man muss auch nicht mit Euro bezahlen.

Ein riesiges Dankeschön an das gesamte Team der Serways Raststätte in Aurach Nord! Unser Sohn hat seine Smartwatch auf der Toilette vergessen – und ehrlich gesagt war unsere erste Reaktion: "Die ist weg." Denn wer rechnet schon damit, dass eine Uhr nach über zwei Stunden noch auffindbar ist? Wir haben – an einem Feiertag! – einfach mal angerufen, ohne große Hoffnung. Der Anruf wurde unglaublich freundlich entgegengenommen, und ohne zu zögern hat sich jemand sofort auf die Suche gemacht. Kurz darauf die erleichternde Nachricht: Die Uhr war noch da und wurde sicher bei der Reinigungskraft zwischengelagert. Uns wurde versichert, dass die Smartwatch den Weg zu uns nach Hause finden wird – und tatsächlich ist sie heute bei uns angekommen! Unser Sohn, der in dem Moment als er die Uhr vermisste bitterlich geweint hat, strahlte heute über das ganze Gesicht. Das ist unbezahlbar. In einer Zeit, in der Ehrlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft leider keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr sind, haben Sie gezeigt, dass es sie noch gibt. Dafür sprechen wir Ihnen von Herzen einen riesengroßen Dank aus – Sie habt einem kleinen Kind den Tag gerettet und den Glauben an die Aufrichtigkeit der Gesellschaft gegeben! Toiletten sind einfach ekelig. Boden klebt, Wände dreckig. Und das Beste: das arbeitet wer für die Toiletten. Ob das bei dem zu Hause auch so aussieht?

Very friendly staff! We forgot a bag at the rest stop, and the staff were very helpful and took care of it immediately. They were a great help to us, as the bag contained medication!

Shower 4€. Keys in the restaurant at the cash desk. Clean, warm. There is soap, toilet paper, socket, washbasin, mirror, hairdryer, toilet. There is not enough clothes hanger and towel.

My companion's visit to the women's restroom was unpleasant. It was dirty and there was no toilet paper.

The highways resemble a desert, and the gas stations are oases that cost passengers dearly. I planned to fill up, but saw the diesel price in time and only filled up enough to leave the highway. While that's expensive for all gas stations on the highway, they are oases.

Saturday, October 11, 2025, between 2 and 3 p.m. I wanted to take a shower. There's a driver waiting in front of me. It's his turn. A woman in a gray scarf serves him. The shower is 4 euros, the driver gives me a Sanifair voucher, and I pay 3 euros. In about 15 minutes, it's my turn. I'm served by a darker-skinned man with a mustache. I also give him a Sanifair voucher, but he says I can't and have to pay 4 euros. Okay. I go back, hand over the key, and the woman in the scarf is at the register again. So I ask what the deal is with the voucher, and she says it works for the shower too. It's only 1 euro, I won't go bankrupt, but please establish some clear rules!

Just been there: my mother (it was hard to tell we were together) bought food and a coffee. After paying, I put my shopping down to pay. My mother reminded me that the coffee hadn't been brewed yet, which apparently didn't sit well with the cashier. He reacted angrily and aggressively for no apparent reason, slamming a cupboard door and muttering to himself. Completely unprofessional and impossibly poor in terms of service. 2 stars due to the clean restroom.

We were on our way from Cologne to Croatia and left our bag in the restroom. By the time we realized it, we were already on the highway. We looked up the phone number online. The lady on the phone checked it. When the result was negative, she asked more specifically which direction we were traveling. Then she realized we'd called the wrong side. We were told to call back a few minutes later, after she had checked with her colleague at the rest stop on the other side. Luckily, our bag was found unharmed. At the end, she even gave us tips on how to get back to the rest stop. Thank you so much!

The staff were very friendly upon arrival. However, when I returned the reusable cups, I was completely ignored. After asking a few times, they finally gave me my €2. Horrible girl, yuck.

I only stretched my legs there to break up the drive and didn't go inside! The grounds look tidy, neat, and safe. There's ample parking for any size vehicle, and there are picnic tables, but there's no shade, which is a drawback on sunny days.

If you know one Serways rest stop, you know them all. It's just always the same old thing.

Like any rest stop on German highways. Overcrowded with trucks, not child-friendly, ridiculously expensive, and the restrooms are barely acceptable. The Serways voucher is a disgrace when you have to shell out over €2 for a bar of chocolate.

Im großen und ganzen eine guter Rastplatz, getankt haben wir nicht haben nur die Sanitäter Anlage besucht die leider nicht sehr sauber waren. Parkplätze könnten etwas sauberer sein die Mülltonnen waren alle leider überfüllt. Letztes Jahr sah es etwas besser aus. Der Betreiber sollte auf jedenfall hier handeln um Besserung zu schaffen.

The toilet area is small compared to the parking lot (although there is another one at the end of the truck parking lot). The service area is very hot, but the vendors are nice. There are basic things, ice cream, and other food. The parking lot is large.

It's just a rest stop...you can't really say anything positive about it...like everywhere else...

I highly recommend this rest stop. I was there for lunch with a tour group. The staff was super friendly and the food was delicious 😋 I forgot my backpack there. I called and asked. They were very understanding, and they sent it to me immediately. I'm so grateful. 🙂🙏

We think the air conditioning was broken... The food was disappointing. The hamburger from the freezer was thrown onto a plate, the lid closed, and the timer on. A sticker on the display case said they like to make everything fresh. The employee couldn't handle three orders, grabbed the burger, and walked away. The drinks weren't cold. The staff was unusual and not friendly. It's a shame we stopped; it's definitely not worth the €50. And then another euro for the toilet seat; the seat was clean, but it's cleaned automatically. Participating in Undercover Boss is a good idea.

We needed gas. It's a dirty parking lot. The road was littered with cigarette butts, trash, etc.

Tasty sausages in dough are delicious for 6.99€. We also bought a mini pizza for 4.99€. Nice polite service, with humor and smiles. Toilet costs 1€

Everyday Hero – 4 Stars Big shoutout to the calm, experienced man behind the hamburger counter today – middle aged, shorter, and clearly the one holding it all together. While the rest of the crew seemed overwhelmed, he handled a packed line, impatient tourists, a new staff member needing support, and demanding customers – all with a smile, patience, and a sense of humor. He was the true professional of the day. The burger was just okay, and the queue system was chaotic (people skipped ahead while I waited), so I can’t give more than 4 stars. But this man alone deserves 5. Thank you – I hope this reaches you somehow.

The rest stop was clean, BUT the sanitary facilities were broken, the shower heater was broken, and there was no hot water for showering. Two of the four men's restrooms were broken, and that was on a holiday. This isn't a service for truck drivers, because we supply people and industry (economy).

The rest stop may be small, but it has everything you need: good restrooms, healthy baguettes, a coffee machine (not in use during our stay), and indoor and outdoor play areas. High chairs are also available. The staff were also very friendly.

I didn't pay attention and start filling the gas when i saw price 2.05€/L diesel. You can find ~10-15km from there another Aral gas station with 1.55€/L. I get it, it's Autobahn but thats too much. Stuf inside are very nice. There is Toilette also for 1€, very nice and clean. Only the fuel prices are 📈

Impeccable gas station, impeccable service! I regularly stop at this gas station, and I must say it's one of the best I've ever visited! Everything is designed to offer a fast, seamless, and pleasant experience, even for a simple fill-up. As soon as you arrive, you'll notice that the station is very well located and easily accessible, whether you're coming from the highway or the city center. The entrance is wide, traffic flow is well-organized, and above all, the parking lot is spacious, which avoids any stress, even when it's a bit busy. The pumps are always clean, functional, and well-maintained. The equipment is recent, and payments are quick and smooth (you can pay by card directly at the pump, very convenient!). And, unusually, gloves, paper towels, and windshield washer fluid are always available, which demonstrates real attention to detail and regular maintenance. The staff on site is welcoming, professional, and helpful. You're always greeted warmly and with a smile, which is increasingly rare these days. If you have any concerns or questions, they take the time to answer them, without ever feeling like they're intruding. The station's shop is also a real plus: clean, well-stocked, and pleasant. You'll find everything there: cold drinks, snacks, car care products, and even a few extras in case you forget something. There are also clean restrooms, which is a huge plus when you're on the road. In short: a clean, well-managed, easily accessible place with excellent staff and all the services you'd expect from a modern station. A true model to follow in the area. I highly recommend it, whether it's for refueling or a quick break on the road!

Very accessible with a great kitchen and clean toilets, a great stop after a long journey. Please note that refuelling in Germany along the road is expensive, as in the Netherlands, refuelling at a car park is much cheaper.

Great for a pit stop. The food was fine and the kids had a special kids menu for free included with the parents main course. The prices were quite ok considering it was an Autobahn stop.
