A large sitting place with great ambience. Food needs some attention since grill items weren't tender enough.

The portions are huge and delicious. The service is also super friendly. Thanks to these two factors, it's almost always necessary to make a reservation if the outdoor area isn't open, otherwise you won't get a seat.

When I was here a year ago, everything was great. It seems a bit more expensive, but the prices for burgers are normal these days, and they also offer special burgers, so I think the price is justified. A few months ago, I wanted to make a reservation. October wasn't possible, but in November, the system offered me a free date, which I booked because the shop was "temporarily" closed. When I asked early whether they were actually open, I didn't get a response. The phone doesn't work. The website displays all the information as if they were open. I think it's a shame that this isn't communicated clearly.

We were there with the Schlemmerblock (a discount voucher booklet). If you can only use the Schlemmerblock, then only cash payment is possible – this isn't stated anywhere! We wanted to leave, but were then allowed to stay and pay by card. When the food was brought to the table, a spoon fell off the table onto our jacket, pants, and top. There was an apology, but no compensation was offered. The food was good. But the whole procedure was unpleasant, and we didn't feel welcome. Very loud, even when there were only a few people there.
