Salsa Burger in Erlangen

The staff were very friendly upon arrival. However, when I returned the reusable cups, I was completely ignored. After asking a few times, they finally gave me my €2. Horrible girl, yuck.

I ordered something and the three ayrans were forgotten. Then I was told that I would just get them with my next order. When I asked if they were still bringing them, they just laughed. Then they said they were bringing them and had been here for 40 minutes, so please avoid them. It's rude and disrespectful. They're closing your shop.

When I was here a year ago, everything was great. It seems a bit more expensive, but the prices for burgers are normal these days, and they also offer special burgers, so I think the price is justified. A few months ago, I wanted to make a reservation. October wasn't possible, but in November, the system offered me a free date, which I booked because the shop was "temporarily" closed. When I asked early whether they were actually open, I didn't get a response. The phone doesn't work. The website displays all the information as if they were open. I think it's a shame that this isn't communicated clearly.
