The owner is very friendly. I wanted to eat Korean food during a long business trip to Europe, so I just looked it up on Google Maps and went. It was delicious!!!! I'll have to come back and try other dishes next time I'm in Frankfurt for business. I had jjambbong and plain rice, and it wasn't greasy and was delicious. The TV inside the restaurant shows idol music videos, which is really nice.

Not what it used to be. Completely overpriced and average quality. No different kinds of rice anymore, toppings like tofu cost 3€. Only payment in cash possible.

The kimchi pancakes were exceptionally good! The chapjae was also delicious :) I would definitely eat here again!

It's no longer worth the trip to Frankfurt for this. The shop has apparently been taken over by another operator. Some of the ingredients for the bibimbap are no longer available. My rice was already dried out (regular bibimbap, not dolsot). The beef was ground and boiled (?) instead of fried. Everything was edible. The taste was okay, but nothing more. I'm sorry. I know I sound disappointed, but you have to understand that Seoulfood was my favorite Korean restaurant, and I simply miss the taste of the past.

Today, after much research in Frankfurt, we went to Seoul Food for bibimbap and kimchi stew. My husband and I couldn't hide our bitterness the whole time we left. If the restaurant had a more relaxed atmosphere, it would have been such a pleasant and happy meal. The staff and customers were chatting and talking freely! The noise from the drinking parties in the small restaurant made us uncomfortable the whole time we were eating next to each other. We quickly put down our spoons and left, but it felt like the pride we always feel in Korean restaurants abroad was slightly undermined! The food wasn't bad, so I wish they had paid a little more attention to service. ^^

Very nice food, I liked especially the Kimbap. I also order a desert which was very yummy. I liked it a lot that I even came 3 times during my one week vacation. It's not far from Tram Stop. It was very good but it has small place for a lot of customers. But it was very good. Staff were nice. I recommend

As a fellow Korean, I'm ashamed. If you're going to sell Korean food in a foreign country, do your homework before selling it. If a foreigner eats this food and says, "Oh, Korean food is this bad," it's a disgrace to the country. I travel to Europe often, so I occasionally visit Korean restaurants like this, and this was the worst I've ever been to. The rice smelled bad, and the tteokbokki tasted like they mixed red pepper powder in plain water. The dumplings, which were just fried and made from scratch, were the best. You shouldn't do business like this.

The Jjamppong and pork have a nice smoky flavor, the atmosphere is nice, and they are so delicious.

Fried chicken was nice but the noodle of Jjamppong could be better with different kind.

This ramen comes with springy noodles, warm and savory broth. The bibimbap is colorful, full of fresh vegetables, and has a nice balance of sweet, spicy, and savory flavors from the gochujang sauce. Both dishes are filling but not too heavy, making them perfect for breakfast

The food is varied and delicious!

Of all the Korean restaurants I've eaten at in Phu, this one was the best. I also liked the many Korean-inspired menu items. Don't go to the similar Chinese restaurants nearby. Come to the one run by a Korean owner. I highly recommend it.

I came here on the 8th day of my European trip because I was craving Korean food, and it was so, so delicious! The teriyaki rice bowl and stone pot bibimbap were delicious, and the kimchi that came as a side dish was especially delicious🥲❤️ The owner was also friendly, and I had a great time :) Highly recommended☺️!!!!

I had Dolsot Bibimbab with my friends – it was super delicious, a little spicy, but still good. It reminded me of my time in Korea, so I can definitely recommend it! And since I'm vegan, it was a good fit – they have quite a few vegan dishes 🙂‍↕️🌾

On the last day of my trip, I really wanted to eat Korean food, so I stopped by. I ordered ramen kimbap as a side dish^^ In addition to this, I also ordered jajangmyeon and jjambbong. The food was authentically Korean. It was delicious!

A unique restaurant with the best dolsot/bibimbab I've ever had (apart from Korea/Japan)! The restaurant isn't very spacious, but the delicious food makes it all the more worthwhile! Everything is freshly prepared and authentic :)

I came here because I wanted Korean food, and the pork was smoky and delicious! The kimbap was vegetarian, which was good! The tteokbokki was spicy and delicious, and best of all, it was cheap, so it was great value for money. There aren't many Korean restaurants in Ppu that offer this kind of taste at this price, so I'm glad I found it!!!

I've known this shop for a really long time, and I'm always amazed at how much heart and soul you can taste in the food. The owners are incredibly warm and super friendly, and they'll explain the dishes to you if you don't know them. The food quality is a 12/10! Even though the shop is very small, it's hard to find a good spot in Frankfurt.

€10 for ramyun+gimbap. It was cup noodles and just carrots in the gimbap. Disappointed. 😞.

This place is really delicious. I've only ever eaten foreign food, so this was my first time at a Korean restaurant. It was so delicious that I practically inhaled it. The owner is also very kind, and I highly recommend it. I ordered seafood stew, but if you ask for it to be spicier, they'll make it spicier!!!! Make sure to get it extra spicy. Japchae is only 8 euros,,, and there are many different side dishes, so be sure to order some and share! The owner is Korean, so you don't have to worry about the language barrier, so I highly recommend it.

Tried to stop by few days ago. Even at 11:45, it was still closed and I can’t judge the food quality. The thing I can say is, it was not opened as it was written at the front door.

Came here with my father (who is not that used to Korean food). He had the Festival Noodles (찬지국수) and I had the Dolseot Bibimbap with tofu! Both really good. And the owner is really nice, too. 감사합니다~

We ate there on July 15th. Even though it was extremely crowded, the owner made a real effort to accommodate and serve everyone. The food was very authentic and incredibly delicious! I'd definitely go back if I ever visit Frankfurt again.

A small but nice place, and the food is really good. The portions are generous and filling. If I'm ever in Frankfurt again, I'd be happy to come back.

The two of us ate there yesterday. We had bibimbap and bulgogi. It was delicious. It came with healthy side dishes and Korean dumplings. It was my first time eating Korean food, and I was very impressed with the restaurant. The staff is very friendly. The space is quite small, but it's very close to the main train station and easy to get to. We'd be happy to go back.

I went in because I had no other choice in the short time I had at Banhopap and ordered jjambbong, cheonggukjang, and samgyeopsal. The taste was not bad, but the side dishes they gave me looked like someone had leftovers, and when they grilled the samgyeopsal, I could tell it wasn't very presentable, but they served it carelessly, and it was worse than a neighborhood snack shop. The only thing that made up for it was the friendliness of the servers or part-timers. I don't think I'll go there next time.

It's friendly and the food is basic^^, and it's prepaid~~^^, and they only accept cash (they say the machine is broken)

The staff are super friendly, the service is excellent, and it's nicely decorated. You have to go to the counter to order, which we hadn't realized. However, since it's a small restaurant, it can quickly become cozy.

Authentic Korean food - so tasty I would like to try every dish. The bulgogi has a decent amount of beef and freshly cooked in a few minutes. With sides served.

I enjoyed the jjamppong and pork belly so much. Jjambbong has a really spicy taste and there is a lot of seafood. suggestion!

Unfortunately I was disappointed. I guess we were just unlucky, but the food really wasn't that great. The rice was not fresh and very hard, the meat was not of good quality, compared to other Korean restaurants, this one is not recommended. The toilets are very dirty, there was no toilet paper, no soap and they hadn't cleaned them for a long time. The service itself was quite nice.

I enjoyed the spicy sweet and salty bulgogi and spicy kimchi stew during my trip to Germany thanks to the generous hospitality of the owner!

I live in Belgium and stopped by to eat here while traveling in Germany. It’s been a while since I ate delicious Korean food. He is a Korean boss, and unlike his blunt appearance, he is kind and friendly. Don’t misunderstand… The music, food, and even the owner are all Korean!

One of the best pulgogi (불고기) I've ever tasted! The service is great, it's cozy and the music is nice. Highly recommended!

It seems like two young people are doing it. You can see it being cooked directly in a wok. It is slightly different from Korean Jjambbong. The taste is close to seafood stew in an earthen pot. It contains clams, mussels, squid, and shrimp. Perhaps because of the rich flavor of the clams in the soup, I keep eating them. It's not a spicy taste. The noodles seem to be spaghetti noodles. Because it is a thin noodle, it may be awkward, but if you think of it as a seafood stew ttukbae noodle, it goes over easily. Cooking is quick and the food comes out right away. Cards can be used to make payments starting from 15 euros or more. If it weren't for that, I would have packaged it too. Some people buy it packaged.

Ordered UDON with breaded tofu, got SPAGHETTI with plain tofu instead. Only vegetable "onion". Terrible!

Honestly, the taste isn't bad. However, I couldn't eat the Jjamppong noodles because they weren't cooked properly, and when I handed it to the counter, the person who appeared to be the owner inside said, "Mrs. That's how the noodles are supposed to be," and just boiled it again and gave it to me. Regardless of the taste, I can't rate it well. As a side note, the pork was all good, but I laughed a little when I saw about 30ml of soup in the sauce bowl. I'm someone who has a bit of experience in cooking, so it's obvious that they use frozen noodles, and I know the limitations of the products coming to Europe, but this isn't the year of the year and I'd like to ask politely why you're in business if you're going to serve noodles that have been undercooked for more than a minute no matter who eats them.

Waited 40 min to be served. Some other guests were served same dish faster even though they ordered 20 min after me. Half of the dishes in the menu were not available. It was freezing cold inside and with cobwebs everywhere on the ceiling. The rice in the meal I picked was cold, I am sure it was staying overnight in the refrigerator. Something happened with this restaurant recently, I was there few months ago and everything was OK.

I recommend stir-fried pork! I want to try other menus next time. May you prosper~😊

I came here because all the nearby Korean restaurants were full, but it was so delicious and the owner and staff were so kind that I was very satisfied. The jjambbong was full of spicy flavor and not too spicy, just right! The samgyeopsal came with rice and 3 kinds of side dishes, which was nice :)

Dirty, badly cooked, overpriced

The taste and composition make me worry that foreigners in Korea will think of this as Korean food... The food is salty because it suits local tastes, but the kimchi stew is all about a few paste-like kimchi and fluttering onions... I don't know anything else, but if it's a Korean restaurant, you should pay more attention to the quality of the rice. Even after giving up on Yoongi, I was so shocked that it had an old smell. The tteokbokki was just rice cakes with a few vegetables and the dime side dishes were too small, so there was no choice. It's a lot... They say Korean food is expensive, but for the same amount of money, other restaurants aren't worth the money. It's a waste of money here.

I happened to go in and eat the pork, and it was so delicious, starting with the fire! I enjoyed the food more deliciously than in Korea.

I ate bulgogi there - was on a business trip. It seems relatively authentic. The boss there is very friendly. Fried in a wok - with flames - as you imagine. The food was delicious, really! Absolutely recommended! Nice little self-service shop. The store has a certain atmosphere, really. Recommended!

Very friendly service, order directly at the checkout, I found the food, although it was one of my first experiences with Korean cuisine, very tasty, spicy, everything very balanced. In short: food is okay & service leaves a lot to be desired - poorly organized. We were really looking forward to the food, waited outside until seats became available and were quite disappointed. There were two Korean women behind us - even though we were there before and also stood at the front, the service person came and spoke to them instead of us. When they said we were there first, he took us to the free seats. It's a stupid feeling to talk over our heads and not even greet each other. It was obviously not due to a language barrier, as we realized when we ordered. Dishes that were not available today are marked on the menu with a white sticker. Unfortunately it wasn't outside, but the selection was still good. Then we wanted to order and it turns out that the markings were not up to date at all - almost nothing was available, almost all meat dishes (chicken & beef) were gone and none of this was communicated or shown outside beforehand. Fortunately, we still found something to our liking. Food was solid, very underwhelming for Korean food. We definitely hoped for more and were particularly annoyed by the surroundings and the service. Wouldn't come back.

I ate kimchi stew, (vegetable) stone pot bibimbap, and (soy sauce) bulgogi. The side dish rice was nice and delicious, so I added two bowls of rice and was full, so I added more alcohol... For the first time in a while, I had a taste of my hometown, as comfortable and delicious as eating at a restaurant in my neighborhood. I couldn't make a reservation for Friday night, so I ate with the kids because the train time was tight, but the meal came out quickly and was so delicious that the whole family had a happy time. You look just like the owner, Manager Matsuda. May you prosper!

My family, wife and two kids loved dinner so much today (even after a full Korean lunch) here, a variety of quick & very nice Korean cuisines offered. Recommending the Bulgogi (or perhaps Jeyuk), it tasted smoky good (불맛) and then I noticed the chef was doing the Wok-ing nicely. A portion of rice might be small for Korean, simply add one more ;) my kids highly supports five stars

It's a real secret tip, the food was very tasty and you really felt the Korean food culture. However, it smelled a bit because the extractor didn't work properly.

This is my first time writing a bad review I went after reading the reviews and was very disappointed. Staff Korean male very unfriendly I ordered Jjamppong Bibimbap Chicken. Jjamppong and bibimbap were salt soup and salt rice. There was too little red pepper paste, so it felt like I was eating really salty rice. Chicken is hard If the staff had been kind, I wouldn't have written this much, but it really was too much.

I was surprised to hear that the stir-fried pork had a burnt taste. I plan to visit again :)

It's a small Korean restaurant, but I make sure to visit every time I come to Germany. Today, I asked them to make the "Jeyuk Bokkeum" extra spicy, and the chef prepared it perfectly to my taste. The server (chef) is really kind. Thank you~~
