I've picked up food from Sensei Sushi several times now, and I've always been there in person. The quality of the food is outstanding, the sushi is freshly prepared from high-quality ingredients and it looks like little works of art. The service is always extremely friendly to me and my children.

Really good quality sushi and a variety of fish which you don't usually see at other places (they do have salmon, tuna but also white fish). You can't eat in, but you can pick up your order or let it deliver. The prices are actually very good and we'd say this place is competitive. Highly recommend 👌

Food was tasty, but the flyers available on site had outdated prices. There was no notice of this beforehand and there was no accommodation when paying!! Price increase was about 20% - that should be transparent!

No longer!! First of all, the classification; It is not the quality of the food that is evaluated here, but rather the way customers are treated during deliveries (plural! see below). Chronologically the last order (times approx., accurate to 5 minutes): 6:15 p.m.: Order confirmation (order via homepage). Notification of the “average delivery time” of 40 minutes. Order for 4 people (2 adults, 2 children) 8:00 p.m.: Call to Sensei because there has been no delivery yet: The excuse is that Sensei is currently having technical problems. We are told that the delivery will be there in approx. 30-40 minutes. It is promised to include something extra. 8:55 p.m.: Another call to Sensei due to non-delivery: We are informed that the order will be processed soon. Our complaint about the communication and the promise of incorrect delivery times is dismissed with the comment that they are being friendly to us and we shouldn't be so outraged. We then cancel the order and receive a verbal confirmation (telephone call between witnesses). 10:15 p.m.: The doorbell rings: a delivery person gives us two Sensei bags, tries to apologize and mumbles something about “free”. The children are now in bed and we have eaten something else. When we look through the bags we notice that essential parts of the order are missing and there is no trace of the “extra”. Next day: I requested a cancellation of the payment via Paypal, result still pending. Addition and impression: When we last ordered about a month ago, we were also given incorrect time information, the delivery came about 1.5 hours later and when we asked about it, technical problems were alleged. There can also often be major delays with previous orders. As a customer, we feel like we are being fooled! This reinforces the impression that with the purpose of generating sales, customers are deliberately left in the dark about the timing of the service: by giving false information when making inquiries (I do not use the phrase “deliberate lie” in this sentence), customers seem to be put off with the best of their knowledge Cancellations to be avoided: Customer expectations don't matter, the main thing is that sales are right. We are aware that the legal situation regarding delivery times is vague, but at the latest when a specific delivery time is given when asked, it is a breach or non-fulfillment of contract. When I compare this with other reviews, at least we see a system at Sensei. Deliveries beyond the 2-hour delivery period are not acceptable for a delivery service; no other delivery service from which we occasionally order comes even close to this magnitude. We will therefore no longer be ordering from this restaurant for the time being.

The sushi and appetizers are good! The service and delivery time and pickup time were a disaster! Out of 4 orders, 3 orders arrived incorrectly. Sometimes 1-2 hours late. The quantities ordered were not taken into account and we only got some of what we ordered and some of something else. Since four evenings have already been ruined for us, mainly due to time and at some point mood (hunger!), we unfortunately won't be ordering from here anymore... What a shame! If you want to have your meal when you're already full, you're well served here.

NOT RECOMMENDABLE! Ordered via app at 6:20 p.m., delivery time given as 40 minutes, asked at 8 p.m. whether the food was on the way. Information that the app was malfunctioning, the order was laboriously put together, then the promise that it would be there in 30 minutes. Called again at 9 p.m., the preparation had only started, so we were lied to. Canceled food. NEVER AGAIN

1 star for the delicious sushi. No further 4 stars for the service and delivery time. It's really a disaster. Waited 3 hours for the food for the second time. You'll really get hungry!! And people lie to you on the phone too. “Food just left the house.” Are you kidding me? Are you serious when you say that! Waited an eternity again... it's a shame for the price, it's really not fair.

Schmeckt sehr Lecker und Frisch, sehr empfehlenswert

Qualitativ ist das Essen sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter sind allesamt nett. Leider schaffen sie es nie die Bestellung pünktlich abzufertigen. Ich muss regelmäßig länger als 15 Minuten warten.

Essen sehr lecker, trotz 50 Minuten Verspätung, ein Teil des Essens hat gefehlt, obwohl bezahlt, Reklamation wurde entgegen genommen, aber passiert ist nichts, war ein riesiges durcheinander.so genau wusste da keiner bescheid.

Kam über eine Empfehlung zu Sensei Sushi Wiesbaden. Seitdem bin ich nur noch hier Essen. Der besitzer ist ein super Mensch 👍🏽 Abgesehen davon dass es sehr lecker schmeckt sind die Preise sehr gut! So ein Laden unterstütze ich sehr sehr gerne! Weiter so 👏🏼

Wir haben hier in den letzten Jahren super gerne bestellt. Jedoch wird das heute wahrscheinlich unsere letzte Bestellung gewesen sein. Immer wieder fehlten Kleinigkeiten wie Stäbchen, Sojasauce etc, aber teilweise auch extra bestellte und bezahlte (!) Sachen wie zum Beispiel der Algensalat. Wir finden das sehr schade, war das Essen selbst eigentlich immer sehr lecker. Aber es gibt auch andere gute Sushiläden in der Nähe, bei welchen wir nun bestellen werden.

Zum ersten mal bei Sushi Sensei bestellt und absolut zufrieden gewesen. Essen kam pünktlich und schmeckte richtig lecker. Wir werden wohl öfter hier bestellen.

Super leckeres Sushi was locker sein Geld wert ist! In der Gegend gibt es selten vergleichbares. Es gibt leider nur 4 Sterne, da hin und wieder die bestellten Produkte und die Wartezeit nicht passt.

Mein liebster Sushi-Laden ♥️ Allerdings hat leider die Service-Qualität ziemlich nachgelassen. Mehr mal wurde etwas vergessen (zB. Stäbchen, Sojasoße oder auch schon das ein oder andere Mal Sushi). Mussten auf die Sushi-Nachlieferung eine Stunde warten. Sehr schade, da das Sushi echt mega ist.

Das Personal ist freundlich und das Sushi sieht lecker aus. Man kann sich das Sushi liefern lassen oder es vor Ort bestellen und direkt mitnehmen. Zu Stoßzeiten sollte man vorher per Telefon bestellen.

Das beste Suhsi in der Gegend! Einfallsreich und sau lecker. Ich werde nur noch dahin gehen :)

Super Sushi und schnelle Lieferzeiten

Sehr sehr lecker. Wir kommen aus Wallau und endlich haben wir einen gut erreichbaren Laden mit ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten rund herum gefunden. Wir waren begeistert und kommen wieder. P.s. schade, dass ihr nicht nach Wallau liefert.

Online Bestellung ging absolut problemlos und ist schön übersichtlich, wird per Mail nochmal bestätigt. Da wir zu einer Hauptzeit bestellt haben, sind wir extra angerufen worden, um uns die Lieferzeit zu avisieren und zu fragen, ob das okay sei. Das Warten hat sich gelohnt! Super zurecht gemachte Bestellung, lecker, vielfältig und endlich mal wieder richtig kräftiges Wasabi! Fünf Sterne voll verdient, gerne wieder!

Das Sushi ist unglaublich lecker und frisch! Bestellt war für 18 Uhr. Kurz nach 18 Uhr rief sensei an und entschuldigte sich, dass sie sich etwas verspäten, was für mich überhaupt nicht schlimm war. Fand es sehr nett, dass sie kurz Bescheid gegeben haben. Um 18:15 war das Essen dann da. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist super, weitaus besser als bei anderen. Definitiv wird dort noch einmal bestellt! :) Danke für das tolle Essen!

Das Sushi ist mega frisch und die Qualität der Ware ist top. Als Beilage zu der Platte für zwei hatten wir mit die besten Edamame, die es in Wiesbaden gibt. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt für uns.

Sehr Leckeres Sushi. Frische Zutaten die man schmecken und sehen konnte. Wurde geliefert obwohl nicht im Umkreis! Total nette Leuten! Tatsächlich etwas teuer aber Wiesbaden halt!

Seit der Eröffnung bestellen wir regelmäßig und sind immer noch hellauf begeistert. Das Sushi ist immer ganz frisch zubereitet, nicht trocken, nicht fade sondern saulecker. Zum Abholen oder zum Liefern. Immer supernett die Jungs. immer nett
