⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wer hier hungrig reingeht, kommt garantiert glücklich wieder raus. 🍣😄 Der Sushi war super frisch, liebevoll angerichtet und geschmacklich einfach top. Man merkt, dass hier Qualität keine Beilage ist, sondern die Hauptzutat. Der Service war freundlich, aufmerksam und schnell – fast so schnell, wie ich die Sushi-Rollen verschwinden lassen habe. 😅 Fazit: Wer schlechtes Sushi sucht, ist hier definitiv an der falschen Adresse. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder – mein Magen hat den nächsten Termin schon gebucht!

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Restaurant, das direkt für eine hohe Erwartungshaltung sorgt – auch aufgrund der Preise im gehobenen Segment im Vergleich zu anderen Sushi Restaurant. Leider konnte das Essen mit dem Ambiente nicht mithalten. Der Reis war insgesamt eher matschig, und bei den Nigiri zu fest gepresst, sodass er im Mund nicht locker zerfällt. Zudem hatte ich den Eindruck, dass der Reis nicht klassisch mit Reisessig, Zucker und Salz abgeschmeckt war. Auch die Makis wirkten handwerklich nicht sauber gearbeitet, da sie ungleichmäßig geschnitten waren. Der Zusatz „Finest“ im Namen erscheint daher leider nicht gerechtfertigt. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch der Service, der freundlich und schnell war.

Ich war vor Kurzem im *Noir Finest Sushi Cuisine City* und bin absolut begeistert. Obwohl das Restaurant für sein Sushi bekannt ist, habe ich mich für das **Kokos-Mango-Curry mit Ente** entschieden – und es war eine fantastische Wahl! Die Ente war perfekt zubereitet, die Sauce wunderbar cremig, fruchtig und perfekt abgeschmeckt. Dazu hatte ich die **Pomegranate Island Limonade**, die super erfrischend und nicht zu süß war. Sie hat hervorragend zum Essen gepasst. Der Service war aufmerksam und freundlich, und das Ambiente ist wirklich stilvoll und gemütlich. Ich komme definitiv wieder – das nächste Mal probiere ich dann auch das Sushi! Absolute Empfehlung. Wir waren heute aufgrund der Bewertungen im Noir. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste, um 15:00 Uhr. Wir haben das Essen sehr schnell bestellt, weil wir bereits um 15:45 Uhr zum nächsten Termin mussten. Leider wurde unser Essen bis 15:45 Uhr nicht fertig. Wir haben gezahlt und mussten das kalte Essen dann nach dem Termin abholen und konnten es nicht mehr essen. Wirklich schade, dass es hier sehr stark am Service mangelt. Wir können das Lokal leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Schönes Restaurant in einer kleinen Nebengasse in der Wiesbadener Altstadt. Wir waren hier zum Mittagessen und haben uns für das Mittagsangebot, eine Sushi Platte für 2 Personen für 42€ entschieden. Enthalten waren 4 Nigiri, 6 Maki, 16 Special inside out und 8 frittierte Sushi Rollen. Die Rollen werden von den Köchen zusammengestellt, man konnte nicht selbst wählen. Wir bekamen eine sehr leckere Platte mit fantastischem Sushi und wurden auch beide satt. Die Limonaden waren ebenfalls sehr lecker. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend. Der Service war aufmerksam und sehr freundlich, und das Ambiente angenehm ruhig und gemütlich. Zur Sicherheit haben wir vorab online einen Tisch reserviert, was problemlos funktioniert hat. Da wir direkt in der Stadt wohnen, mussten wir keinen Parkplatz suchen. Das Restaurant ist innen sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Preise sind fair und die Qualität der Speisen hat uns überzeugt. Für Rollstuhlfahrer haben wir keine Hindernisse gesehen, allerdings könnte es an manchen Stellen etwas eng sein. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht, dass alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit ist. Ich hab über Uber Eats bestellt, dann wurde meine Lieferzeit von 19:40 (1 Stunde) auf 20:40 (2 Stunden) angehoben … der Fahrer war mehrfach vor Ort aber die Bestellung nicht fertig … geht leider nicht klar ! War eigentlich mit der Qualität und dem Essen zufrieden aber das ist leider nicht akzeptabel für mich … Schade war die letzte Bestellung dort

Wir kamen in ein leeres Restaurant, hatten uns da noch nicht viel dazu gedacht. Nachdem wir ausgiebig die (recht teure) Speisekarte studiert hatten, entschieden wir uns für zwei verschiedene warme Gerichte, nur um dann beim Bestellen zu erfahren, dass von allen warmen Speisen und deren Varianten nur eine einzige verfügbar war. Darauf hätte man uns am Anfang hinweisen sollen, so wie es die Kellner üblicherweise tun. Es gibt zwei Uramaki mit rohem Thunfisch. Beide sind bei der großen Portion lediglich 50 Cent teurer als die Uramaki mit gekochtem Thunfisch. Hier herrscht absolut keine Proportionalität zwischen Qualität der Zutaten und dem Preis der Gerichte. Auf der Getränkekarte steht eindeutig Coca-Cola. Wenn man die bestellt erhält man eine Flasche Pepsi. Wir blieben bei der Getränkebestellung und kommen definitiv nicht wieder. Preis passt absolut null zur Leistung.

Zum Mittag habe ich dort eine Bowl mit Avocado Frits probiert. Das Gemüse hat zwar ansonsten fast ausschließlich aus grünen Bohnen bestanden (hätte mir mehr Sorten gewünscht) aber insgesamt, mit dem guten Reis, der Soße und den Avocado Frits war es lecker. Den Preis mit knapp 14 Euro finde ich etwas hoch.

Gut zu probieren, uns hat das Sushi gefallen, die Bedienung war freundlich und die Preise waren moderat.

Wir kommen zwei mal im Jahr nach Wiesbaden und das Noir war immer ein fester Bestandteil bei unserem Besuch. Fine dining auf hohem Niveau ist allerdings nicht mehr- die Speisekarte klebrig abgegriffen und fällt auseinander und vom Nachbartisch kam der Geruch von der Mc Donalds Tüte, weil für Kinder ein Tisch mitHappy Meals gedeckt wurde- man kam sich vor wie bei Mc Donalds - die Erwachsen haben auch immer wieder herzhaft zu den Pommes gegriffen . Fazit: Als erholsames und genussvolles Abendessen gehört nicht nur das Essen .

Super leckeres Sushi und Vorspeisen. Aufmerksamer Service, aber etwas laute Umgebung, wenn alle Tische belegt sind. Definitiv einen Besuch wert.

A lovely, rather small Japanese restaurant that lives up to its name! We hadn't made a reservation and were lucky enough to get a table after a short wait. In the future, especially in the evening, I would definitely recommend making a reservation. The ambiance is nice, but it's quite cramped. There's also outdoor seating, which I found too cold in winter, even with the patio heaters. The service is quick and attentive. I highly recommend the delicious lemonades. We had the sushi platter for two and an extra portion. The food was excellent, and the red ginger was particularly tasty. The dry ice effect adds to the overall experience. The price-performance ratio is also good. The only downside is the restrooms and their condition/cleanliness.

After the trade fair, we were looking for a restaurant. Noir was fantastic. Friendly, fast service, great appetizers, and an Instagram-worthy main course. Excellent quality and enough for four.

Truly outstanding sushi – the ingredients are noticeably high-quality and the combinations are perfectly balanced. The highlight, however, is the rice: cooked to perfection, with a perfect consistency and texture and a subtle acidity. The gyoza are also highly recommended. The service was friendly without being intrusive. The dark ambiance is certainly a matter of taste, but it naturally suits the restaurant's name. Overall, it's clear that the owners have put a lot of thought and care into the restaurant and placed great value on quality – and that the skilled chefs in the kitchen are more than masters of their craft.

ai called couple days previously to reserve, they said they will find a place and insisted I shouldnt reserve, when I came there were a couple tables free, but they told me I can only sit outside at 8 degrees.

The interior is elegantly lit and a decor based on black with gold accents. It has a calm atmosphere that feels deliberately set for ordering a platter or two and a few drinks and enjoying good conversation. We were a small family group, but there were lots of date nights happening around us - it is a nice place to bring people you care about if you want the arrival of each drink and plate to be an easy talking point. We began with drinks that mirrored the menu’s balance of tradition and creativity. They have a good mix of cocktails and fancy non-alcoholic blends. To start, we got the Spring Rolls and salmon tartar cubes, which were beautifully presented, and the salmon was good quality. We ordered a small platter of sushi - which was great. While our order was light compared to some of their more extensive sushi offerings, you could tell their menu is well executed. Quality ingredients with good clean and balanced flavours. The servers were professional and unhurried, giving us space to enjoy the food and our time with family. If you’re used to fast sushi from a franchise, or mostly eat your sushi from trains or while you’re on trains, this will be a nice change. If you’re after an elegant evening or simply want your dining companions to have options, this is a great option. If you aren’t super hungry but want a few tasty, exquisite bites before a night out in Wiesbaden, or you love sushi and want to feast on quality - Noir is a worthy stop.

Very cool restaurant. For two we paid a total of 75 euros. The sushi is better than at "japonica-ta" in Plovdiv but keep it quiet so they don't see you. The miso soup was also great. The portions are small but it's very tasty for a snack. Overall, it's okay for a restaurant in the center.

We went there after 15:00, no reservation needed, and there were plenty of seats. The fish material is fresh and tastes good👍🏼; but the rice is a bit hard and not soft, and the dipping sauce is a bit too dry. It may have been left outside for a long time... The environment is not bad.

As always at Noir, the food is simply of absolutely outstanding taste. The quality is great and the food comes to the table quickly. The service could have stopped by a little more often and asked for drinks, but that's fine-tuning. As always, we were very satisfied.

Okay sushi, somewhat boring other dishes. 🤷🏻‍♂️ The price can only be justified by the ambience, which is really quite atmospheric. Well, you can make dry ice, but it doesn't make the food any better. Service was nice, someone else has already mentioned the sticky menus and the drinks are very expensive unfortunately. The overall impression remains mixed.

The food at Sushi Noir is super delicious. However, the service leaves a lot to be desired (especially on holidays such as Valentine's Day) as the waitresses seem to be completely overwhelmed. Despite a reservation, we had to wait quite a while until our table was ready and waited over 60 minutes for our food after ordering our drinks. A mistake was made during the meal and 8 rolls too many were brought. As a fix, our entire sushi plate was taken back to the kitchen to remove the rolls from the plate, otherwise we would have had to pay for them. Overall, it's worth coming here for the food, even if the rest is a bit annoying.

We spontaneously went to this restaurant at lunchtime today. I've been there several times and have always been very satisfied, mostly I was served by a nice young man who wasn't there today. We were there at 5 to 12, we were the only guests and there were two female waiters at the front of the counter who were calmly cutting straws and initially ignored us for 10 minutes. When we wanted to get up and leave, a waitress came and said that it was only 5 past 12 and that they weren't until around Open at 12. We sat down again and ordered our food. Miso soup was cold, otherwise the food was good. We were just about to start eating our food when one of the girls came with a huge vacuum cleaner, left the door open in the cold today and vacuumed in the glass case in front of the restaurant, which was of course really loud Before guests came, she didn't care, the vacuuming continued for 15 minutes. I've never experienced that before! Menus were also really a bit babby, not inviting. We were the only guests until we left.

Were there because of the positive reviews - accordingly with high expectations. Starters were lukewarm, as was baked sushi. We're not used to other places. But both tasted good. Unfortunately, service wasn't great. We were only served when asked. Maybe we had a bad day?
