The ambiance is truly beautiful—stylish, modern, and simple, making you feel immediately at home. The staff are friendly, but unfortunately not particularly attentive. The appetizers were only lukewarm, and the sushi tasted okay, but some rolls fell apart quickly or stuck to the serving plate. The drinks were good, although the decorative berries kept getting stuck in the straw, making drinking a bit difficult. Overall, a nice concept with a great ambiance, but the execution could be improved. The value for money is okay, but given the name and the quality, a bit more perfection would be desirable.

In the heart of a cool place, surrounded by cool things to look at, if you’ve had your fill of hearty German fare and need a break for something lighter, fresher - Noir offers that and makes art of their drinks and their food. The interior is elegantly lit and a decor based on black with gold accents. It has a calm atmosphere that feels deliberately set for ordering a platter or two and a few drinks and enjoying good conversation. We were a small family group, but there were lots of date nights happening around us - it is a nice place to bring people you care about if you want the arrival of each drink and plate to be an easy talking point. We began with drinks that mirrored the menu’s balance of tradition and creativity. They have a good mix of cocktails and fancy non-alcoholic blends. To start, we got the Spring Rolls and salmon tartar cubes, which were beautifully presented, and the salmon was good quality. We ordered a small platter of sushi - which was great. While our order was light compared to some of their more extensive sushi offerings, you could tell their menu is well executed. Quality ingredients with good clean and balanced flavours. The servers were professional and unhurried, giving us space to enjoy the food and our time with family. If you’re used to fast sushi from a franchise, or mostly eat your sushi from trains or while you’re on trains, this will be a nice change. If you’re after an elegant evening or simply want your dining companions to have options, this is a great option. If you aren’t super hungry but want a few tasty, exquisite bites before a night out in Wiesbaden, or you love sushi and want to feast on quality - Noir is a worthy stop.

I visited this sushi restaurant for the first time yesterday and had a truly pleasant evening. The selection was good, and the sushi tasted fresh and delicious. I particularly liked the salmon nigiri. The service was friendly and unobtrusive, just right. The atmosphere is rather simple but cozy, making you feel at home. All in all, a wonderful experience—I'll definitely be back again.

Very cool restaurant. For two we paid a total of 75 euros. The sushi is better than at "japonica-ta" in Plovdiv but keep it quiet so they don't see you. The miso soup was also great. The portions are small but it's very tasty for a snack. Overall, it's okay for a restaurant in the center.

Service could be more attentive: Wrong drinks were brought, glasses were empty during the meal without asking for refills, and you always have to make yourself known. There's still room for improvement. Everyone was friendly, though!

I felt temporarily hungry, so I found this sushi🍣🍱 restaurant based on the reviews. There are seats both inside and outside. We went there after 15:00, no reservation needed, and there were plenty of seats. The fish material is fresh and tastes good👍🏼; but the rice is a bit hard and not soft, and the dipping sauce is a bit too dry. It may have been left outside for a long time... The environment is not bad.

The food at Sushi Noir is super delicious. However, the service leaves a lot to be desired (especially on holidays such as Valentine's Day) as the waitresses seem to be completely overwhelmed. Despite a reservation, we had to wait quite a while until our table was ready and waited over 60 minutes for our food after ordering our drinks. A mistake was made during the meal and 8 rolls too many were brought. As a fix, our entire sushi plate was taken back to the kitchen to remove the rolls from the plate, otherwise we would have had to pay for them. Overall, it's worth coming here for the food, even if the rest is a bit annoying.

We spontaneously went to this restaurant at lunchtime today. I've been there several times and have always been very satisfied, mostly I was served by a nice young man who wasn't there today. We were there at 5 to 12, we were the only guests and there were two female waiters at the front of the counter who were calmly cutting straws and initially ignored us for 10 minutes. When we wanted to get up and leave, a waitress came and said that it was only 5 past 12 and that they weren't until around Open at 12. We sat down again and ordered our food. Miso soup was cold, otherwise the food was good. We were just about to start eating our food when one of the girls came with a huge vacuum cleaner, left the door open in the cold today and vacuumed in the glass case in front of the restaurant, which was of course really loud Before guests came, she didn't care, the vacuuming continued for 15 minutes. I've never experienced that before! Menus were also really a bit babby, not inviting. We were the only guests until we left.

Guests waiting for a table stood around in the aisle for around 45 minutes. Given the prices and ambience, I expect more here. Only cash payment, but online orders are possible, that doesn't work, especially. a. if you want to be premium. You can now get a card at any bakery.

Service was rather mediocre as we had to wait quite a long time before we could place our order even though only two large tables were occupied.

It's nice to sit here in a guest room in the middle of Wiesbaden. There is also a terrace. The food is prepared fresh and quickly. The selection is large and every taste is catered for here. The service is very friendly and attentive. The price/performance ratio is right. There is also traditional beer and homemade schnapps.

We happened upon this sushi restaurant while walking and had lunch there. We had a miso soup, a fish soup and various sushi specialties and they were great across the board! The service was very polite and the waiting time - the restaurant was busy - was quite short. There was a good tip for that and we will definitely be back!

The quality of noir has plummeted. We used to like to go here when we wanted good quality sushi. We could no longer say that after our last visit. The edamame were soggy, the salmon didn't taste fresh and there was a piece of seaweed leaf in the dessert.

Noir is a cool place. We sat outside, which was quite nice. Their homemade lime is pretty good but reminds me a bit of brause. We had adamame and a miso soupe as an appetizer. We ordered the plate for two and additionally a mixed plate. We were two adults and one 14 year old boy, it was perfect and we did not leave anything left over. The sushi was quite good, we liked it. They put a bit of dry ice on the plate for the effect. My son thought it was the coolest. As desserts, we had the rice mango cakes, which were different but super tasty. My son had the chocolate muffin with ice cream. We will come back, the sushi was very tasty and the price was ok, sushi is never cheap.

I really enjoy eating sushi at Noir in Sonnenberg. For many years. Today I had dinner at Noir in town and was unfortunately very disappointed with the food! I ordered crispy duck with vegetables. The dish was lukewarm, even though there were few guests in the restaurant and that couldn't be because the waitress brought the food too late. The vegetables weren't crunchy and you could think that they were yesterday's leftovers that were reheated this evening! The sauce was like a thin soup. I really like eating Asian food, but the food was really not enjoyable! A pity! I was very disappointed and will not eat here again!

Wiesbaden's best sushi shop! Nice atmosphere, nice service, but what makes the shop exceptional is the quality of the sushi. Whether it's the ginger, the wasabi, the truffle sauce and sweet potato crisps on the sushi, everything is of excellent quality. You have to expect around 40€ per person, so you pay a bit for the quality, but if it's worth it to you, then you can't find anything better in Wiesbaden.

It’s a nice contemporary sushi place. The guys were very kind and speaking english. The salmon sashimi very good and also the crispy rice eith the tartare. I did not like shrimps.

I'm actually a very simple person and not a fan of public criticism of restaurants, especially after the Corona crisis, where restaurateurs were hit hard. But what Noir has allowed itself, the "excuses" and the results of it must not happen in ANY restaurant. We ordered sushi to the hospital. Because of the price range (be careful there are price differences of almost 20% between the homepage and Lieferando) and the reviews, our expectations were unfortunately high. After arriving I noticed that there was only one packaging for everything, which wouldn't be a problem if we hadn't ordered raw salmon sushi and fried sushi. I also found the price to be higher than I had previously looked. When I asked the driver for the bill, he told me that he didn't have any with him and that I should call the restaurant. No sooner said than done, things got sad after that. If he stuck to apologizing that he had made a big mistake, it would be acceptable, but explaining to me over the phone that they are actually a "Finest Cuisine" restaurant and that delivery service is not their main business and that next time I will order via the homepage should, so that I get my bill in any case, was very weak in my opinion... Packing cold maki with raw salmon together with a fried dish in a sealed box, I wonder in which "Finest Cuisine" kitchen this is a delicacy! We've been struggling with the Corona crisis for a year, sorry, but if you don't manage to know the basics of food delivery during this time, please close this area! Searching for some good sushi bar in Wiesbaden i saw this award in this restaurant "beste sushi in Wiesbaden" so we decided to try them. The sake was pretty good, the atmosphere very cosy, clean, calm, the waiter pleasant and smiling. The serving with this cold nitrogen was cool and fancy. The most important -sushi don't deserve the name BESTE :(( the soya souce too salty, no wasabi, no ginger on side was very disappointed to find "crab sticks" in sushi. Thats not at high level at all.
