I really enjoy eating sushi at Noir in Sonnenberg. For many years. Today I had dinner at Noir in town and was unfortunately very disappointed with the food! I ordered crispy duck with vegetables. The dish was lukewarm, even though there were few guests in the restaurant and that couldn't be because the waitress brought the food too late. The vegetables weren't crunchy and you could think that they were yesterday's leftovers that were reheated this evening! The sauce was like a thin soup. I really like eating Asian food, but the food was really not enjoyable! A pity! I was very disappointed and will not eat here again!

Wiesbaden's best sushi shop! Nice atmosphere, nice service, but what makes the shop exceptional is the quality of the sushi. Whether it's the ginger, the wasabi, the truffle sauce and sweet potato crisps on the sushi, everything is of excellent quality. You have to expect around 40€ per person, so you pay a bit for the quality, but if it's worth it to you, then you can't find anything better in Wiesbaden.

It’s a nice contemporary sushi place. The guys were very kind and speaking english. The salmon sashimi very good and also the crispy rice eith the tartare. I did not like shrimps.

I'm actually a very simple person and not a fan of public criticism of restaurants, especially after the Corona crisis, where restaurateurs were hit hard. But what Noir has allowed itself, the "excuses" and the results of it must not happen in ANY restaurant. We ordered sushi to the hospital. Because of the price range (be careful there are price differences of almost 20% between the homepage and Lieferando) and the reviews, our expectations were unfortunately high. After arriving I noticed that there was only one packaging for everything, which wouldn't be a problem if we hadn't ordered raw salmon sushi and fried sushi. I also found the price to be higher than I had previously looked. When I asked the driver for the bill, he told me that he didn't have any with him and that I should call the restaurant. No sooner said than done, things got sad after that. If he stuck to apologizing that he had made a big mistake, it would be acceptable, but explaining to me over the phone that they are actually a "Finest Cuisine" restaurant and that delivery service is not their main business and that next time I will order via the homepage should, so that I get my bill in any case, was very weak in my opinion... Packing cold maki with raw salmon together with a fried dish in a sealed box, I wonder in which "Finest Cuisine" kitchen this is a delicacy! We've been struggling with the Corona crisis for a year, sorry, but if you don't manage to know the basics of food delivery during this time, please close this area! I would like to talk about the overcharged price (unfortunately the operators only noticed it after I paid and asked for the bill) and the telephone harassment in the hospital as an "apology" (called 7 times in 30 minutes, even though I said don't do it). not go into detail. Searching for some good sushi bar in Wiesbaden i saw this award in this restaurant "beste sushi in Wiesbaden" so we decided to try them. The sake was pretty good, the atmosphere very cosy, clean, calm, the waiter pleasant and smiling. The serving with this cold nitrogen was cool and fancy. The most important -sushi don't deserve the name BESTE :(( the soya souce too salty, no wasabi, no ginger on side was very disappointed to find "crab sticks" in sushi. Thats not at high level at all.

The food is great there, the service is good. To be honest, I don't like the atmosphere because it's extremely noisy, the tables are very close together and you can hear all the conversations. However, after the events we saw on Thursday, the hygienic conditions should be urgently improved and only then should daily operations be maintained again.

There's always a lot going on here, if you're looking for peace and quiet, you're in the wrong place. The tables are tightly packed. The food is good but there is no “fusion” to speak of. It's classic Japanese - okay, maybe except for the asparagus.

Not our first visit to Noir and certainly not our last 🥰 We love it there! Delicious sushi, great selection, courteous service and easy fulfillment of special requests. My son and I ordered the Stormy's Plate, but only wanted to eat half of it on site to make our two people at home happy - no problem for the excellent employee. We weren't full, but that's why we went into the second round 😂🍣 Please keep it up!!! 🙏🏼♥️ Addendum from the visit on March 25th, 24: As always, incredibly good 😍 This time we had the large platter for four people and some starters like Cake's Avocado, Gyoza with shrimp and Yakitori 🤤😋 Plus homemade lemonades again - we love it with you!

I ordered food to be delivered tonight and it took over 2 HOURS for it to arrive. The food was soggy and not at all warm. And on top of that they sent an incorrect sushi roll. An all around terrible experience. I have enjoyed dining in their restaurants, but I do not recommend ordering delivery.

For the price you should expect that soy sauce is also included. Wasn't there, nor were chopsticks. The food is very good so far. I find it very loud there. However, the ambience is very nice. It's quite expensive, but very tasty.

Addendum: The Noir is a restaurant where we have actually been very satisfied customers for years. Unfortunately, the service has deteriorated so much the last few times that we will have to look for an alternative restaurant in Wiesbaden in the future. It's more like a take-away restaurant, as only Lieferando drivers are served, instead of the guests who have been waiting for a long time. The waiting time is now many times that, which simply shouldn't be the case given the prices. The customer service is at least as bad to criticize. Due to allergens, we asked that one type of roll on a plate be swapped for another. Unfortunately this was not achieved. The roles were only very reluctantly replaced after the order was delivered; This was followed by a short discussion during the accounting process as to whether the new rolls should be paid for as an extra order (?!) All in all, a very disappointing development. ——— By far the best sushi restaurant. Always happy to come here.

Das Essen war gut, der Service leider komplett überfordert. Trotz Reservierung wurden wir wieder weg geschickt mit der Bitte, 10 Minuten später zurückzukommen. Insgesamt 15 Minuten nach der Reservierung hatten wir endlich unseren Platz. Erst weitere 45 Minuten danach kamen die Getränke.

Wir haben eine Stormy's Plate für zwei Personen bestellt und es hat uns erstklassig geschmeckt und auch satt gemacht. Dazu eine sehr schön angerichtete Limonade im Homemade Style. Gerne kommen wir wieder hier her.

Es war als ob am in einem Sushihimmel ist und die Qualität ist spitze. Bester Sushiladen in ganz Wiesbaden. Lohnt sich hin zu gehen

Das Essen war wirklich grandios!! Das beste Sushi seit Ewigkeiten und das ThunfischTartar war einfach ein Gedicht 👍🏽. Vielen Dank und weiter so!!

Wir waren zu Dritt bei Noir zu Besuch. Hatten die großen gemischten Sushiplatten bestellt, welche auch sehr gut waren. Am Anfang haben wir uns auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Ab 21:30 Uhr fing es leider an ungemütlich zu werden. Die meisten Gäste waren gegangen und wir hätten noch gerne unsere Flasche Wein genossen. Leider wurde die Aussentür aufgerissen und angefangen die Terasse aufzuräumen. Stühle und Tische wurden lautstark ins Restaurant gebracht und eine Seite des Restaurants wurde bereits aufgestuhlt. Andere Gäste waren zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch beim Nachtisch. Man beachte, das Restaurant hat offiziell bis 23:00 Uhr geöffnet. Es war dann 21:40 Uhr. Nach Beendigung der Aufräumaktion wurde die Aussentür dann bewusst offen stehen gelassen, so dass wir unsere Jacken holen mussten. Eine Rückmeldung ans Servicepersonal wurde kommentarlos stehengelassen. Wir haben für über 150€ dort gespeist und wurden dann regelrecht rausgeschmissen. Das geht leider gar nicht und ist keinem guten Restaurant würdig. Diese „Wertschätzung“ kann auch das gute Essen nicht mehr wettmachen. Sehr schade!

This was one of the greatest restaurants I've had the pleasure of visiting in Germany. It was the place for so many fun memories, and I am saddened that I can no longer visit it. For those that are curious about why I loved this place, please read on and I hope my words can encourage you to try out their amazing Asian food. I've been to Noir countless times, and it's always been easy to have a table there. Most times, I went in without a reservation, and there were still plenty of seats to choose from. The atmosphere felt calming and touched upon Asian motifs that helped beautify the restaurant, including cherry blossoms and Japanese characters on the walls. Japanese food is my favorite kind of cuisine, and I did live in Japan for a year back in 2020, so I was always up to try the food served at Noir. Many I already recognized and favored highly, such as the gyoza, miso soup, and yakitori chicken. But, I still tried new things like the crunchy sake sushi roll and osaka balls. I'd have to say my favorite dish was the crispy chicken/duck curry bowl. It was rich in flavor with a bed of white rice, vegetables, and coconut curry. It's hard to compete with such a dish. The curry bowl was large enough for me, but be mindful that most of the food on the menu are served in very small portions. You may get three pieces of shrimp tempura at most and a small bowl of soup. Sushi can vary, so I wouldn't be concerned about that, but this is the best place to go to when you want to share your food with friends- similar to tapas. My only gripe would be the drink sizes, as they seem way too small for one person to have. It could be a marketing strategy to get you to order more drinks, but I refused to do that and would have a bottle of water in my purse to get me through the rest of dinner. The service was good, with several English-speaking waiters. You wouldn't feel out of place if you came here with no German speaking abilities, if anything, you'd curse your stomach for not being large enough to consume more delicious food! Noir is a restaurant that I will miss dearly. Their items were well-made, service was nice, location is great if you want to leave afterwards for some dessert (there's many dessert places with cake & ice cream nearby), but most of all, it was an inviting space that allowed me to share beautiful moments with my friends. I taught them how to use chopsticks, some Japanese lingo like what they say before they eat (Itatakimasu!), and my personal favorite memory: I got a very picky eater who was strictly against eating Asian food to LOVE sushi. If you want to create special memories in Germany within a cool establishment with tons of yummy dishes to share, then Noir is the place for you.

Ausgezeichnete Qualität der zubereiteten Speisen, sehr angenehmes Ambiente. Bei meinem Besuch ließ der Service etwas zu wünschen übrig, eine Wartezeit von 25 Minuten für die bestellten Getränke von 7 Personen am Tisch ist nicht in Ordnung. Das leckere Essen - nach akzeptabler Wartezeit - hat das etwas wettmachen können.

Hier gibt es sehr leckeres und hübsch angerichtetes Sushi. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Preislich sind die Speisen bei Noir etwas höher angesiedelt. Das Ambiente ist, durch den offen gestalteten Gastraum, nicht sehr persönlich/privat gehalten. Der Außenbereich ist etwas beengend. Trotzdem kann ich dieses Lokal für Sushifreunde weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes Sushirestaurant mit modernem Abiente. - Reservierung online: top! - Service: freundlich - Ambiente: modern und gepflegt - Essen: große Auswahl an verschiedenen Sushis, kleine und große Portionen, leckere Vorspeisen und Desserts - Preis: nicht ganz billig (8 st. Sushi 15-20 Eur) Fazit insgesamt: Schönes Restaurant, freundlicher, aber nicht besonders aufmerksamer und schneller Service da abgelenkt durch zahlreiche Lieferservice die bedient werden müssen, leckeres Sushi und sehr schnelle Zubereitung des Essens.

Um Bestellung aufzugeben dauerte erstmal so lange, dass man gedacht hat, es wäre da Selbstbedienung. Personal ist absolut ungeschult, zwar freundlich, aber total lustlos und desinterissiert. Leute, ihr wollt doch unser Geld und Trinkgeld haben....Dann jammern die Gastronome über schlechte Umsätze, ist doch klar, wo der Wurm ist. Chefs kümmert euch nicht nur um die Küche, sonder auch um eueren Service und die Gäste bleiben zufrieden. Ist es soooo schwer. Meine Empfehlung: Ändert das Konzept, macht nur Homelieferungen.

Unterirdisch schlechtes unaufmerksames Service. Reservierung war nicht „bekannt“, trotz dann aufgefundener Reservierung und dortigen Hinweis „Geburtstag“ mussten wir bei bestem (gastgarten-) Wetter drinnen sitzen Dort ignorierte man uns über den Abend konsequent. Jeder Gang dauerte (unerträglich und auffällig) lang. Die dessertbestellung hat dann der von-Drucker nicht ausgedruckt (🙈) und erst als den ignoranten Kellner selbst auffiel hat er dann in der Küche nachgefragt. Angesprochen (beim zahlen) keine Entschuldigung und kein Bedauern. Eher Unverständnis über die Erwartungshaltung eines zahlenden (feiern wollenden) Gastes So kann man auch seine Gäste vergraulen. Schade, das war‘s mit dem Noir.

Schickes Ambiente, abwechslungsreiche Speisekarte, sauber. Das war auch schon alles Positive. Geschmacklich war das Essen nicht überragend, aber okay. Preislich - auch für Sushi - eher teuer. Richtig unterirdisch war der Service. Obgleich sonntags zur Mittagszeit kaum Gäste da waren, wirkten die beiden Servicekräfte vollkommen planlos. Wir waren sechs Personen, drei Erwachsene, drei Kinder. Bei der zweiten Nachfrage, waren zwei Personen noch unentschlossen. Kurzerhand wurde die Bestellung der bereits entschlossenen Personen aufgenommen, anschließend kam niemand mehr, um nach dem Rest zu fragen. Das Essen kam entsprechend nicht gemeinsam, sondern nach und nach, wobei drei der zuerst bestellten Gerichte auf eine Platte gepackt wurden, ohne jedoch darauf hinzuweisen. Die Portionen sind, gemessen am Preis, nicht gerade üppig, daher hatte das Kind der Familie schon fast alles aufgegessen, bevor die Eltern realisierten, dass nichts mehr kommt und nachordern konnten. Ein gemeinsames Speisen war so nicht möglich. Zwischendrin saßen wir immer wieder vor leeren Gläsern und da niemand in unsere Richtung sah, war es schwierig, auf uns aufmerksam zu machen. Ein bestelltes Fläschchen Wasser wurde wortlos hingestellt, ein Glas gab es nicht dazu, obwohl noch keines am Platz war. Zu drei(!) verschiedenen Zeitpunkten wurde versucht, uns eine nicht bestellte Misosuppe anzudrehen. Die Speisen wurden über den Tisch hinweg angereicht, zum Teil zum Weitergeben. Genauso beim abräumen, es wurde erwartet, dass das schmutzige Geschirr rübergereicht wird. Über das ein oder andere kann man ja hinwegsehen, aber nicht in dieser Häufung, schließlich ist es keine Studentenkneipe. Von mir daher absolut keine Weiterempfehlung.

Ja, es gibt eine eine grosse Vielfalt an Sushi-Varianten hier. Mir fiel die Auswahl anhand der kleinen Beschreibung ohne Bild schwer. Die Qualität war okay, aber es war nicht alles so, wie erwartet… was auch an der Beschreibung auf der Speisekarte liegen kann. Zudem sind die Sushi teuer und man kommt zu 2 leicht auf 70-80€ inkl. einem Bier. Leider gab es kein regionales Bier. Für mich muss ein Bier nicht um die halbe Welt fliegen (Kirin aus Japan), um gut zu schmecken. Für mich insgesamt eine mässige Erfahrung.

Seit 2 Jahren bestellen wir regelmäßig beim Noir (ca. alle 3/4 Wochen). Die Suppe Pho ist der Hammer, aber auch die H7 und H8. Danke an das Gesamte Team von Noir.

Wirklich enttäuschend. Geschmacklich zwar recht gut, aber die Portion ist ein Witz. Hatten 2x Tatar mit Lachswürfeln bestellt für je 12,50€. Die Portion die kam, war eine Unverschämtheit.

Das Essen war super lecker und ging recht schnell. Leider war die vegane Auswahl nicht so groß oder nicht klar gekennzeichnet. Der Service war miserabel. Eine Person wollte gerne eine Gabel, nach 2x fragen und je 10 Minuten warten haben wir uns an der Bar dann selbst eine geholt. Auf die Rechnung haben wir um Die 30 Minuten gewartet. Mitten in Wiesbaden ziemlich ruhig sitzt man draußen auf der Bärenstraße. Das ist ein Vorzug. Die Speisekarte ist zwar zerfleddert, aber umfangreich und bietet alle Sushi-Klassiker, die man erwartet. Die Küche ist sehr gut. Der Service ist freundlich. Die Preise sind angemessen (noch keine Inflation).

Ik had trek in sushi en wilde dit op een plek eten tijdens het winkelen. In een zijstraat, weg van de drukte, zag ik dit kleine leuke sushi tentje. Ik heb vier stuks Ales aal (nummer 70) en vier stuks crunchy Tekka op. Dit heb ik lekker weggespoeld met een kopje jasmijn thee.
