That was good! Everything we had, everything I saw, was incredibly delicious and looked fantastic. Everything is prepared fresh and transparently (you can see the kitchen). The prices are fair and absolutely justified! We'd go back anytime!

We were there with our children for our 10th wedding anniversary. It was unfortunately very disappointing and very expensive. We waited 30 minutes for drinks, and the appetizers didn't arrive for over an hour – one after the other, so we couldn't eat at the same time. They were tasty, though. We had to fetch our own cutlery. The tables around us weren't cleared for a long time, and some were dirty. Other guests left because they didn't want to wait any longer. We had to wait forever for the second round of drinks. After about 100 minutes, the main course arrived. The food was only okay this time, the zucchini was bitter. I wouldn't go there again.

The service is unfriendly and rude. I waited forever for the bill. After my comment, the waiter simply replied, "Then you'll just have to be a little louder." :/ As for the food: phew, the pasta dishes taste like they were cooked in a giant pot and not in portions. The ingredients, like the spices, seem quite cheap. Unfortunately, the taste was a total disappointment. I tried it three times. Different dishes, same result. The place looks fancy, which is probably meant to disguise the poor quality of the food. What underscores my suspicion about the quality is that it really does seem very crowded and cramped, and there aren't enough staff on duty. Profit maximization instead of quality food. The place is overhyped with expensive, cheap food and benefits from the limited selection of restaurants in the city.

In my opinion, there's nothing to complain about in the restaurant other than the temperature, which I personally found warm, and the noise level. Food: top value for money👍 Dishes are served quickly, are freshly prepared, and, above all, you don't feel 10 kg heavier afterward. Service: top quality👍 very friendly and accommodating. Drinks: top quality👍 The cocktails are better than in many bars. Especially if you don't drink alcohol, you'll find plenty of choice here. I would be happy if delivery were available in the future; we would then eat there more often. All in all, 5/5

Sen Viet has a Vietnamese/Asian focus. The ambiance is very nice, the food/quality is excellent, and the service is very friendly. The value for money is very good. There are also options for vegans and vegetarians.

Even though we had booked a table at 8pm and arrived 10 minutes later, we were asked to wait. Then we were asked to go upstairs. There a waiter told us to please wait as he would prepare the table. After we waited another 5 minutes and nothing happened, we asked if we could sit at the free table. This was then approved, although nothing had changed at the table in the meantime. After about 10 minutes the menu was brought to us and napkins and cutlery were placed on the table. It is questionable why there are tea lights on the table that are not lit anyway. After we placed our drink order we received our drinks at 8:50 p.m. Our food was then served to us at 9:40 p.m., as always there was nothing to complain about in terms of appearance or taste, on the contrary, it was again very, very tasty. The waiters also tried hard but apparently couldn't cope with this rush, especially since I had the feeling that, compared to the last visits, there were still tables placed next to each other and close together. I think we will stay away from this restaurant in the near future. It had nothing to do with a cozy Saturday evening meal with friends. The noise level was that of a train station lobby and there was no trace of comfort. It's a shame, we've never experienced anything like that here.

I was eating there in December and had baked a tissue or napkin in my spring roll. Yes, a near complete hanky panky. After I called the waitress over and asked for an explanation because I was curious where it came from, there was suddenly and unexpectedly a language barrier. I got a new starter but still had to pay for it. The apology for this significant faux pas was modest. I cannot therefore recommend this restaurant at all and would advise against visiting it.

The food is great, the service is also good, but you notice when the place is full that some things take a while. The ambience is generally good, but often too loud to have a good conversation at the table.

Very tasty Vietnamese food. I can recommend it!! The open kitchen is a great pastime for children, but we didn't have to wait long for our food. The Vietnamese cocktails are very tasty and the little ones also enjoyed them.

Unfortunately, on February 14, 2025, the team completely lost track. Despite reservations and confirmation of the same, we had to wait outside the door with other hopeful guests. After waiting for half an hour without any change in the situation, we went to the Italian restaurant opposite and got a table there without any problems. We can therefore not make a judgment about the food and ambience.

Unfortunately, the kitchen has deteriorated badly over the last year.

When we made a reservation, we weren't even able to express our "concern" at first and had to wait 30 minutes before a table became available. Absolutely disappointing and not necessarily a recommendation. I'm sure I'll find something better on my next visit to Magdeburg.

On my last visit I was served turkey meat instead of chicken breast. When I asked, they vehemently insisted that it was chicken breast that had been specially marinated. It certainly wasn't.

Sehr authentisch, asiatische Gerichte. Immer sehr frisch zubereitet auch mit frischen Zutaten. Guter Blick in die Küche im unteren Restaurantbereich möglich. Dadurch wird deutlich, dass mit ischen Fleisch -, Fisch - und Gemüsezutaten gekocht wird. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und flexibel. Auch "Sonderwünsche" bei der Essenszubereitung werden sehr gerne berücksichtigt. Auch als Gast, der häufig das Restaurant besucht, ist immer noch etwas Neues aus dem Menü zu entdecken.

We have been guests several times and have always been thrilled. This time, on a Saturday evening, it was unfortunately sobering. It was absolutely 100% full and therefore the service was quite slow and careless. It was just a matter of working through it. Unfortunately, the food was also disappointing. The otherwise always perfect tuna - far too thin and well-done. The grill plate for 2 - at least €43 - a salad plate with a small halved rump steak and 4 small chicken skewers. Overall, you can see that there are significant savings in the use of goods. Unfortunately, this is disappointing given the prices quoted. I think we'll stop for now...

Five of us went to Sen Viet for dinner for the first time on a Saturday. The online reservation worked great; we were able to choose the floor and the table ourselves. The food was super tasty, very good Asian cuisine. Very nice, modern atmosphere and the waiters were very attentive and extremely friendly. We'd love to come back!

This was supposed to be spicy, but it was essentially a small selection of vegetables in broth and hardly tasted like anything.
