Seepavillon Rheinsberg in Rheinsberg

Customer friendliness is different! We were there on Sunday at 3:28 p.m. and wanted to have coffee. We were sent away again with the words that they closed at 4 p.m. By then we would have had our coffee long ago, but they obviously had no interest in sales. I doubt whether the staff is acting in the interests of the operator.

What a shame!!!!! Unfortunately we didn't have the pleasure of staying here. On Sunday (pottery market, so full Rheinsberg) we wanted to have coffee at 3:30 p.m. But.... we were turned away quite resolutely with the message (we now close at 4 p.m.)😳😠 I don't know what else the gentlemen wanted to do in the last half hour???? There were only three tables occupied (despite this top location) 🤷🏼‍♀️ People have probably been sent away before.

Ein gelungener und leckerer Abend. Sehr aufmerksames und gutes Servicepersonal. Hunde willkommen. Fischsuppe und Nachos als Vorspeise. Beides gut. Spaghetti und Spare Ribs als Hauptspeise.Auch hier gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Primitivo, lecker. Wir fühlten uns durchaus willkommen. Wenn wir wieder in Rheinsberg sind, würden wir hier wieder reservieren.

We were here only for dinner. The service was very friendly, the wine was good and the food was even better. We didn't even have time to take photos. We were busy enjoying. I think it's better to sit in the back rooms, because when the front door is open in the warmer months, there is a bit of a draft.

It's a shame... Nice location on the lake, but the prices are completely overpriced: you pay €10 for 1 liter of water! Would like to see their purchase price. A burger, nothing special for €22! So we expected more: Nachos with guacamole should be included. Unfortunately with the guacamole in the burger, there were two whole nachos and they were therefore soft and mushy. Not so tasty...

Very good food and a great view of the lake.

Have reserved a table for 12 people. We chose a variety of dishes from the menu (smash burger, sweet potato fries, vegan burger, pike perch, etc.) EVERYTHING WAS VERY DELICIOUS😍 Service was super accommodating and our seats were a dream....Beautiful view of the lake😍 Best restaurant in Rheinsberg, absolutely recommended 👍👍

The restaurant should be ashamed of themselves with their assistant waiters. 18 tables free, but no room for one person for dinner at 5:20 p.m. The staff would rather stand around bored than serve one person. It probably won't bring in enough money for the Rheinsberg Seepavillon ever again

A pleasant restaurant. The service is very attentive and friendly. We had the spaghetti with shrimp. Very tasty, very well seasoned, be careful, a bit spicy. Location is very good, with beautiful views of the lake. The location is just entered incorrectly on Google. Overall, highly recommended.

Der Besuch beim Seepavillion in Rheinsberg war ein toller Restaurantbesuch. Der Service war echt immer toll, man wurde regelmäßig gefragt ob denn alles in Ordnung sei und man merkte das der Service Spaß an ihrer Arbeit hatten. Das Essen war auch echt super, die Vorspeise war echt schön angerichtet und für 2 Personen fast schon zu viel, dennoch super lecker. Wir saßen draußen und hatten dabei einen echt super schönen Ausblick auf den See. Unsere Hauptspeisen waren echt lecker und auch zu genüge. Es mag vielleicht ein bisschen teuerer sein aber das Essen ist eine 11/10

We went to the restaurant and went home full and in a good mood. The overall concept is just right here - from the beautiful location with a view of the lake, to the well-designed menu (one where the drinks that you order first are also listed first), to a super friendly and Attentive service (we would particularly like to emphasize this here - the waiter almost turned the whole thing into a small event with fun, joy and good ears ;)) everything fits here. The prices may seem high at first glance, but you prefer quality rather than quantity and you are happy to spend money for this overall experience. In addition, the quality of the food was very good and you were full. Kind regards to the entire team, we would love to come back!

Food was good, unfortunately there are points deducted for completely exorbitant prices, you have to choose overpriced side dishes, a burger for €22 is abnormal for the size, which is a shame

The lake pavilion is absolutely recommended. We had lunch with a larger group today. A table was quickly put together for us. The staff is very friendly and absolutely on their toes. The food is beautifully prepared and tastes great! We would like to thank you for the great stay and will definitely come back again during your vacation.

Right next to Rheinsberg Castle there is a café and restaurant with friendly, relaxed and very competent service. Flexible table occupancy so that reservations and spontaneous visits are possible. (Something that is not common in this region.) Very tasty dishes, with a free combination of side dishes, meaty or vegetarian.

Beste Lage mit Blick auf den Grienericksee und Schlosspark, sehr schöne neue bequeme Außenmöbel, auch im Regen kann man draußen sitzen, sehr nettes kompetentes Personal, leckeres Essen, keine lange Wartezeiten, sehr empfehlenswert

The service is really poor and phobic

It's a shame...the location is unbeatable, right on the lake, the service is friendly and professional. But: the waiting time for the food was unacceptable. 1 hour 45 minutes is no excuse, even if the food is fresh. The burger I ordered was ordinary. I would have expected more. I'm still wondering why they used 2 x 75g patties which were very thin and therefore dry. I would then use a 150 g version, as it can be fried better and juicier. Otherwise, a little salad BBQ sauce and you're done. A bit overpriced given this quality and “meat inlay”.

Incredible service despite a lot of customers. One of the service team apologized to other guests for the long wait. This team is really crazy. Price is adapted to location, service and qualities and is definitely worth every euro.

Seepavillon und Ratskeller gehören zusammen, hier ist aber die Bedienung viel freundlicher, das Essen ist OK. Viel Wein wird nicht vorgehalten, meist ist es nur eine Flasche, bei sieben Gästen nun ja, nicht gerade reichlich.

We had a wonderful evening with family. Very good food and our service was funny, quick and attentive. Great ambience. Unfortunately it smelled a bit like chlorine inside. But the fantastic sunset that we were able to enjoy outside was convincing.

Wir kehrten zu 6. (4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) Anfang März 2024 zum Mittagessen ein. Auf Grund der hohen Preise waren unsere Erwartungen an die Qualität der Speisen ebenfalls hoch. Leider wurden wir eines Besseren belehrt. Wir mussten ewig auf das Essen warten, obwohl. Die 2 Kellner waren absolut überfordert, aber dennoch freundlich. Das einfache Kindergericht "Nudeln in Tomatensoße" schwamm in Öl, schmeckte fade und sehr nach Thymian. Nichts für Kinder! Die 3 Portionen Fischsuppe waren unangenehm versalzen. Ebenso die Pasta mit Gorgonzola und Spinat, welche tatsächlich auch nur 2 Blätter Spinat enthielt und viel zu kalt an den Tisch geliefert wurde. Die Forelle war leider auch nur lauwarm und mit zu viel Rosmarin bestückt. Eigentlich hatten wir nur Glück mit Zander und Kartoffelpuffer. Zu alldem waren die Räumlichkeiten zu kalt, ständig stand die Tür offen und die Toiletten stanken nach Jauche. Wer hier einkehrt zahlt leider nur für den Ausblick, nicht für die Qualität. Gnadenlos überteuert!

We didn't stay overnight, but we ate delicious food. The service was attentive and friendly. We had a cozy table by the window with a great view over the lake.

The location is located directly on the water and is easy to reach by car. There are parking spaces directly on the adjacent street (parking ticket). Toilets were in a clean condition. The menu is very clearly laid out and there is something for many tastes. The food was very tasty and the service was very nice and accommodating. The price here is on the higher end, but based on the taste, the ambience, the location and the service, it's completely legitimate in my opinion.

Very good fresh food, excellent cuisine, the starter soups were very tasty and something different. The staff is nice and accommodating. Seasonal additional menu with delicious starters and main courses. Very good wines and drinks from the region. A little more expensive but appropriate for the quality offered. Card payment possible. We'd love to come back. Indoor and outdoor seating with lake views!

Wunderschöner Ausblick bei gutem Essen

Tolles Essen, sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal.

Wir machen hier unseren Kurzurlaub aufgrund einer Schulung meines Mannes im Nachbarort - die FeWo ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail - wir fühlen uns hier sehr wohl. Das Abendessen war sehr köstlich und die Bedienung freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für die Kids gibt es eine Malunterlage. Alles in allem echt empfehlenswert. Die Lage mit Blick auf dem See und Dachterrasse ist ein weiteres Highlight. Die Nähe zum Schloss lädt auch zu Spaziergängen ein…wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Gemütliches Ambiente, alles war sauber, das Personal war freundlich und stets auf Zack.

Ich habe mir heute Dorsch mit Belugalinsen und Möhren bestellt. Das Essen hatte die Größe einer Vorspeise und war lauwarm. Ich habe das Lokal hungrig verlassen, das gab es noch nie.

Es war ein wundervoller Abend mit mega leckerem Essen, zuvorkommenden und sehr freundlicher und netter Bedienung und Service. Zwischendurch wurde gefragt, ob man noch etwas braucht. Wie haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Das Restaurant, direkt neben der Unterkunft am See war sehr gut.

...ein großes -CHAPEAU- an die küche und(!!!) den service... wir geschwister waren sechs tage in der umgebung und haben am letzten tag, auf empfehlung hier gegessen... vor-, haupt-, und nachspeisen waren sowohl sehr kreativ, als auch toll in/aufeinander abgestimmt! fisch und garnelen waren auf dem punkt und nicht mit panade "verunziert"! ...der nachtisch -nicht zu süß und die quark bällchen außerdem luftig und nicht mächtig! wir sind/waren verzückt und kommen wieder! absolute empfehlung!!
