Precise Resort Marina Wolfsbruch in Rheinsberg

Saturday, November 2nd, around 12:00 p.m., we had booked three rooms, I drove up with two children, unfortunately quite ill. In high spirits, a younger woman at reception barks at me in a terrible tone: we don't have check-in until 3 p.m. I asked to be able to move into at least one room, this would be absolutely not possible. Nothing was offered, but having to wait for over 3 hours in the not very friendly, huge hall was quite an imposition. The possibility of having at least one room cleaned would not be possible with the succinct explanation: “We are fully booked”… but now the girls really wanted to go swimming. In this much too small pool. A lot of houses have now been built, but people have forgotten to enlarge the pool. This pool was already too small 20 years ago and this hotel exudes the cold of deep winter. And then this woman at the reception, completely and friendly, cold, condescending - the height of unfriendliness. Three days ago I was in Abu Dhabi and would have liked to go back there straight away. I didn't, I left the hotel immediately.

Great reception, very friendly staff. Billiards, table tennis, game room etc., live music, bar, nice seating to just chill out.. everything is there. The spa area is quite loud, but that was to be expected (holiday season). The sauna area is nice and quiet with enough loungers and 2 saunas (75 and 95 degrees). Indoor playground could be a little bigger, but our child still had fun.

A really great holiday for families with children! The hotel's offerings were completely sufficient for our 4 days on site. Pool, playground (indoor and outdoor), the opportunity to play games and, above all, the immediate proximity to the forest and meadows kept my 6-year-old very busy. In general, everything is designed for families and children. If you don't like that, it might be a little strained. I thought it was great that my youngest could slide around on the floor and no one was bothered by it, that it was okay if there was a spill, etc. Without exception, the staff were very friendly, extremely service-oriented and patient. I would definitely come back!

The four of us went on an all-inclusive short vacation. Highly recommended. Great offer, great hotel, very, very nice staff. Only the armchair beds in the room are a bit tight for adults. We would love to come back, we had a great time.

We spent a long weekend here with the whole family. Upon arrival we noticed that the hotel was very full. The (paid!) parking lot was far too small, meaning we had to park in a field far away from the room (not lit). Absolutely a hindrance for a disabled grandfather and a mother with a child! The rooms were spacious. I wouldn't even give one star for the cleanliness (feces from the previous user still in the toilet). The hotel is in a very quiet location (which you don't notice at all when it's overcrowded / completely booked out). Due to the remote location you have to rely on the car. The buffet is good, but has no special features. The main problem is that there is no clear guidance for the guests (plates are stowed in the middle under the food), rolls at the other end... This creates an unparalleled hustle and bustle. The wellness area is too small for the size of the hotel. The pool is enough for about three people - even then you swim shoulder to shoulder. I would advise against a holiday here and would never book there again.

Great for a long weekend, small harbor for romantic walks, buffet was well filled and varied.... happy again at any time.

Came with no expectations and left with wonderful memories. We had seen this facility as an offer at Penny and were curious because of the photo, which you can also see on Google, and simply booked it. The reception was super nice and informative. We immediately got an apartment on the island (*happy*). But you can't call it an apartment, more like a half of a house with two balconies on the lake. Beautiful. Admittedly, it doesn't seem like much is being invested in renovations. The hose from the shower head is almost torn through, the drain from the bathtub can no longer be closed using the mechanism... some targeted cleaning could also offer better quality in the voyer area. I thought it was a shame that the cable car no longer had seats for children. The whole thing looked rather neglected. BUT STILL...overall a beautiful place to relax. The breakfast and dinner leave nothing to be desired. Everything was very tasty, the service was very friendly and accommodating. We borrowed a motorboat and got to Rheinsberger See and back in 2 hours. Here at the rental shop too, everyone is very friendly and professional. Tip: Be sure to take something with you to protect against mosquitoes and their bites. There are plenty of them here. We'll be on the lookout for offers again. Friday to Sunday including dinner on Friday and breakfast on both days was available for 390 euros. The boat per hour for 37 euros. We'd love to come back!!!!

In a word: beautiful! Everything is just right here. The reception was very friendly and pleasant, all important information was given to us briefly and very well. The 2-room apartment is well equipped, the view and the peace and quiet on the water are simply wonderful. Both the evening buffet and the rich breakfast buffet were very nicely prepared and fresh. There is a really big selection and everything was tasty. The service is very attentive and friendly. There is an indoor playground for children that has a lot to run around in. The entire resort is a true relaxation paradise with many different offers such as a swimming pool, bar and boat rental. This is our first stay here at the Marina Wolfsbruch Resort, but certainly not our last. We'll be back.

We really like the facility, the atmosphere is quiet and relaxed (we were there outside of the school holidays). The welcome at reception by Ms. Hnyp was friendly and informative. We turned to her from time to time when we had questions and she was always helpful. The food leaves little to be desired, except that the buffet is very crowded and busy at peak times, especially at breakfast. We stayed as a couple in a single room in one of the houses, a family of friends lived in the holiday apartment in the same house. The apartment is really great, spacious and cozy. The single room is very cramped and it becomes difficult to put the suitcases down. Overall, we are completely satisfied and look forward to the next time.

I'm here for a weekend in a small double room. The service at reception by Ms. Hnyp was very courteous. The room was quite small and the food was excellent.

A very nice facility and the apartment is also very nice. The buffet in the morning and evening is very rich, but unfortunately less suitable for vegetarians. I would like to see a little more choice here. Unfortunately we have to set a specific time for dinner in advance and have to leave after 1 hour. I don't think that's ideal. Otherwise we are very satisfied.

We had booked a two-room apartment and asked the central Precise hotline in advance, before booking, whether there was a ground-floor apartment, as we were traveling with my mother, who is not good on foot. The lady on the phone said there was an apartment available that was barrier-free, so I booked it. Unfortunately I didn't get a call or email to confirm this, just the normal email for a 2 room apartment. When we arrived at the hotel we were simply told that there was no need to confirm this. But how are you supposed to find out? At least there was a surprise that we got a three-room apartment on the ground floor as a free upgrade. Then everything was forgotten. 😜 The 3 room apartment is super chic, functionally furnished and very pleasantly close to the reception and the (breakfast) restaurant (Brigg) We felt very comfortable. Breakfast was good-very good. Cleanliness was good, but it would be good if you could change the towels after 3-4 days.

If you want to explore the endless variety of lakes in this region, you can start perfectly from this place, day after day, on water and on land. An absolutely beautiful complex with many boat docks. As guests in the hotel, we felt so comfortable for several days that we extended another two days. Thank you, Mr. Alfayet, for the "room Tetris" and the possibility of not having to move. Thanks also to Ms. Lindner for her patience and willingness to find the right room for us. The critical words about the food offer cannot be understood. There was a very large selection for both breakfast and dinner. The variations in the cheese and sausage platters are particularly noteworthy. The dessert also left little to be desired. We would definitely like to come back and can recommend the Precise Resort Marina Wolfsbruch with a clear conscience.

A really nice resort! We were here for a week during the end of the summer holidays and then another 4 days. That's why it was sometimes turbulent in the first few days, because of the families with children. But that didn't matter on the site. And at night it was absolutely quiet. Our requests, especially barrier-free accommodation, were addressed without any problems. The small yacht marina always offered some entertainment (holiday captains 😉). It was a very nice experience all around, in almost every way. The only negative aspect was the house keeping. The cleanliness in the bathroom, and there was definitely a need for renovation in our room, left a lot to be desired throughout the entire stay, even though we complained. There was no change of bed linen during the entire stay (10 nights). The rating in “Service” was created by housekeeping. Otherwise the service was very good! The SPA treatments and massages were absolutely excellent. Hanna and her colleague met all expectations very competently and sensitively. All in all, we may well check in here again.

Everything is very nice. Nice wellness hotel. Great swimming area. Great breakfast. Good parking options. Great rooms. Well-kept and spacious facility. Great little harbor. Very good restaurant, very friendly staff, especially at the Italian restaurant. Great entertainment options. Air hockey etc. Very good bar. Everything was great. The only drawback: very loud due to the many small children

Our daughter gave us a 4-day stay with 3 nights including breakfast. We should go on a wellness vacation. She booked it through Jochen Schweizer. Judging by the room we got, we were last class guests. The room was so small for two people that we didn't even know where to put our suitcases. Running without putting each other's feet on each other was not possible. The bathroom was also very small and outdated. Sink worn and plastic for a 4 star resort. Light only worked partially, shower drain blocked. The “best” thing was when you showered and the person next to you needed hot water, then you showered very cold. The front desk staff had to pull everything out of their mouths. Where is the swimming pool? Behind you. Where is the sauna? Behind you. Nice, we couldn't find the sauna area. Many tiles in the swimming pool are broken and/or completely missing. Pool maintenance hatches not closed. Not exactly safe given the number of curious children. The rest of the staff was very friendly and polite, something the receptionists can learn from. I have to go back to the reception because some things seemed suspicious to me. Our daughter gave us a €300 voucher for our stay. A day before departure we asked how much the room had been booked. The answer was €250. On the last evening we treated ourselves to 2 cocktails and a pizza including a tip and it came to 35€. When I checked out I still had to pay €14. When I asked if I could see the billing, I was told no and that I should contact the tour operator. What does that have to do with my consumption? Unfortunately I didn't get an answer and was ignored. The question arises as to whether they want to rip you off. All I'm saying is 4 stars = never Recommend = never Going on holiday there again = never

To start with, the room was very different in size and appearance from the pictures on Jochen Schweizer's site and the resort's. The room was very small, so you didn't even know where to put your suitcase. Not all of the lights worked and the shower drain was also blocked. It should also be said about the shower that you no longer had hot water as soon as one of the neighbors also turned on the water. Almost all the tiles in the pool were broken, so you were afraid to walk without shoes, even for a short time. In addition, the maintenance cap on the whirlpool kept coming off. When we left, I asked for an invoice with all the items, which was not issued to me with the statement "It would all be fine." and “I would have to contact the organizer.” You clearly noticed that you were treated worse because you checked in using an experience voucher. We made the most of our time there, but I wouldn't recommend anyone vacationing there, not with an experience voucher or anything like that.

The hotel itself is a beautiful building, lots of different seating options and stylishly furnished. Service was also very friendly and always helpful. However, when temperatures are high it gets very hot and stuffy in the main building, there are no fans or air conditioning. The biggest negative that I noticed on the first day was that there were no drinks at the buffet for dinner. There was still water in the lobby at arrival/check-in time, which was cleared away shortly before dinner. For dinner there was only a menu for ordering drinks. There wasn't even just table water or water for making tea. You had to pay for any drinks yourself and that wasn’t exactly cheap… Luckily there were drinks for breakfast. Food was averagely tasty and reasonably varied. The ice cream for the evening buffet was super delicious 😋 Of course, the swimming pool was full of children during the season, as expected, but there was not a single supervision. Children jump in each of the many pools from all sides, often unsupervised and sometimes towards each other. Totally unsuitable for someone who likes to swim a little or move around in the water. A regulation not to jump in the one deep pool would be desirable. Maybe only at certain times, e.g. in the last 1-2 hours before closing. There was also a small whirlpool, although the color of the water was questionable. Bubbles came on maybe once in just under 2 hours, which is less pleasing. 2 dry saunas, showers and relaxation areas were also available and nice and clean.

The harbor was very nice. There was enough food available. The Wi-Fi in the room is unstable from a range of 15m. There were slight traces of mold above the shower. The shower was "weirdly" adjustable. All in all, thank you for the stay ☺️

We were guests in the marina. Every employee was very friendly!!! However: As a guest boater, not much activity is possible. The €36 overnight mooring fee includes electricity and showering with no time limit, which is excellent. However, the sanitary facilities are not really clean. Mold is growing on the ceiling and the door between the toilet and shower room cannot be locked. We ate in the restaurant. Unfortunately the taste wasn't outstanding. There is a lot of room for improvement here. There is a so-called bakery. However, here you can only get baked rolls at high prices.

We were here for 1 week. Had a cottage for 6 people. 2 stars for the house. In itself it was a great solution to offer something like this to guests, but it was very lacking in cleanliness. No floor mopped or swept. Spiders and cobwebs throughout the house. Towels and bed linen had obvious stains. The children's bed (travel bed) was already very worn out, luckily we had our own with our own bed linen. Children's bed linen was also dirty and it was covered with towels. Winter garden had broken windows which didn't look nice and urgently needed to be repaired. Furniture is very damaged. There were also cobwebs in the kitchen cupboards and the drain was about to fall off. Pipes definitely need to be replaced. Bathroom fittings verdigris and toilet not cleaned. In general the area was nice but there were also corners where something urgently needed to be done. Empty trash cans regularly. Clean windows in the main building. Unfortunately, little things stand out. The parking lot is a total disaster. Far too small and not inviting either. At the end of our week we had to park in the grass. Unfortunately, our car was also damaged due to the narrow parking spaces because large cars simply cannot maneuver properly. Very, very unfortunate. We expected something different for a 4-star hotel. The employees were all always nice. Food was great and plentiful too. The small harbor was always nice to look at and brightened the mood a bit. Environment was great. There is always something for young and old. It's a shame that we got into it a bit this time and unfortunately had to experience too many negative things. I very much hope that criticisms will be implemented. You want to go home feeling nice and relaxed.

The hotel complex is very nice. The play options for children are great, as is the evening program. It was quiet in the room on the island. The pool and restaurant are of course busy during the holidays. The stay would be perfect if the cleaning staff were better trained. All in all, we really enjoyed it and would love to come back.

Very nice facility. Very large rooms. Beautifully comfortably furnished. Food very tasty. Reception staff is very nice and helpful. The wellness area with the pools, the water slide and the sauna is a perfect place to have fun for an afternoon visit or if it rains. We felt very comfortable.

Nice and well-kept hotel, quiet and somewhat out of the way. When the weather is nice, you can do a lot of things in the beautiful nature here. Unfortunately, in rainy weather the only option is to drive to various small towns and to the Ravensbrück Memorial, which is highly recommended. During the holiday season, things get very turbulent in the hotel, especially in the breakfast room and swimming area.

Half-board includes a café and juice in the morning, but every drink in the evening costs extra. Parking space €8 per day. The resort itself is beautiful, but it is also getting old - some things could be improved (renew dining tables, replant flower pots, be more barrier-free). Cleanliness is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The thermal baths are big enough and have something for everyone - sometimes it's full, sometimes it's not... The playground is very new and great - something for all age groups. Activities with small children are rather difficult. You always have to drive to eat ice cream or get to a lake.

We are there for the second time and are very satisfied. The breakfast buffet is sufficient and tasty, the rooms are nice and clean and the offerings for small children are sufficient for a few days. We particularly liked the new playground, which is very pretty and offers something especially for the younger guests. It is probably less suitable for older children.

We stayed here for a family getaway and really enjoyed it! The facility is beautiful and our son particularly liked the swimming paradise. The room is large and clean. We just didn't like the balcony right on the street. The playground was great. A day trip to Rheinsberg is also highly recommended.

A very nice hotel with very well-kept grounds and wonderful food. The half of the house we booked is very spacious, modernly furnished and inviting. The lake landscape is very beautiful, provided the weather cooperates. All in all, we can't complain and would happily recommend the Precise Resort Marina Wolfsbruch.

We particularly liked the daily changing rich selection for breakfast and dinner. The offer and the facility for the youngest (4 years old) were also convincing. We were able to relax for a whole week and were able to take advantage of the massage offer twice so that we could go home completely refreshed from our vacation.

If you rent an apartment, you have a very nice view of the water. Very attractive, especially at night. There is a lot of greenery around, which is good for walking.

This is our second time here and we are very happy with the location. However, a car is recommended! Lots of nature to relax and walk.

We took the boat to the marina for a few nights and visited the Pizzeria Salute twice. The food there was very tasty, the service was great. Even when we arrived there shortly before the kitchen closed the second time, we were still able to enjoy the full menu. Unfortunately, this is no longer a given everywhere. We would particularly like to highlight the extremely friendly service by Mihaela Tánase. All in all: recommended!

We were there for the Pentecost weekend. First the good: Staff very friendly and helpful Breakfast and dinner were very tasty The not so good: We were in one of the houses. These are already very, very rocky. Door/window handles totally loose, night storage heater couldn't be switched off (totally cool when the house is heated up during the day). The room inventory itself was pretty new. But what didn't work at all was the clairaudience... you want to take a vacation away from your 3 children and have an extended family as neighbors in the house. They weren't overly loud, they were probably talking at a normal volume, but it was as if they were sitting on our bed. Catastrophe. And the singing children at 7 a.m. in the echoing courtyard did the rest. Then we had a nice ant surprise in the room. The caretaker promptly came and said “I can’t do anything now, I won’t get the ant bait until tomorrow.” When I asked if we could vacuum up all the dead ants, he just said, "Housekeeping is gone now, you have to go to reception, it's not my job." He then looked into the next apartment for a vacuum cleaner and handed it to us. We then cleaned ourselves. Oh well... The sauna area - a joke! When you enter, you immediately find yourself in the relaxation area, where there are wooden loungers with extremely thin cushions. After half an hour my whole body ached. From the relaxation area you then enter the two individual saunas...sorry, but a relaxation area needs to be separated. It was like taking a sauna in a gym. Parking spaces are far too narrow and winding. If you come with a slightly larger car, you really have problems and have to drive halfway into the bushes. We won't book there again. We looked at the precise harbor village of Rheinsberg a few kilometers further, which gave a completely different impression. Wolfsbruch needs to be rebuilt properly. I can get a better vacation somewhere else for the same money.

We have been here for 2 days, so the review is the first impression. The positive first: The staff is very friendly and tries very hard to fulfill everything to your complete satisfaction. The ladies from the spa and the bar are always friendly and ready for a chat. There is an adequate fitness/pool and sauna area. Every effort is made to provide a pleasant atmosphere. Relaxed lounge music is always playing in the bar. There is an extra indoor playroom for children with a trampoline, obstacle course and building blocks for free use. We also saw an adventure playground. The food is delicious and rich. For breakfast there are both filter coffee and fully automatic coffee machines. Fresh fruit, vegetables and a changing evening buffet every day. WiFi is free and very good and stable. Blackout curtains in all rooms. The fridge cools really well! Interior kept modern. Bar prices are reasonable at €8 for the cocktail of the day. Coffee costs €3.10 There is free water with lemon at reception. BUT: The hotel is already getting old. When we got into our room, we were greeted by a huge cobweb hanging from the ceiling - impossible to miss. The lights in the bathroom mirror are no longer hanging in the brackets provided. The curtains are dirty. An additional blanket for the balcony would be nice and some seat cushions for the hard chairs. The plants in the bar area probably haven't been dusted for years - a little spraying with water might help. The folding windows in the dining area are defective or lack screws to easily open and close them. The slide at the pool wobbles extremely and the screws are rusted. The lockers for the pool only close to a limited extent and very few have a wristband around their arm for transport. The drinks dispenser in the fitness area is dirty - probably due to little use. Drinks in the evening have to be paid extra - that's okay, but please don't ask every 10 minutes if you would like to drink something if you have refused. The prices in the mini market are too high. Conclusion: 3.5 would be an appropriate rating. We've had better accommodation in the summer on the Baltic Sea for the price. Hopefully these “little things” will be improved at some point. Staff make up for many deficiencies through their efforts.

We had booked two double rooms, but were shocked by their condition when we arrived. The rooms were extremely small, with very high humidity and were right next to other rooms, which created a feeling of claustrophobia. After I went to reception and expressed my concerns, the staff showed us an apartment that we could accept - but only for an additional charge of €160. In total we paid €760 for the apartment, although if we had booked directly via the website we would have only had to pay €406. In addition, there were parking fees of €8 per day and tourist tax of €8 per day. The price difference compared to the website and the lack of responsiveness from the staff leave a bad aftertaste. The staff just said that's just how it was and offered no goodwill other than just charging us a room supplement per night. The hygiene in the rooms and in the apartment also left a lot to be desired. According to German standards, these conditions were unacceptable. I have attached some pictures to illustrate the defects. All in all, a disappointing experience and a significant rip off. We will not book here again and advise other guests to do their research before booking a stay here

The hotel is in a great location. The reception at the hotel was great. I would particularly like to mention Lena here. Great for traveling with children. There is a great playground. Always friendly and helpful staff.

The dinner was rich and you could choose between cold and warm food. The service was very good. We recommend.

A very nice, spacious resort. We were here with our little dog and even his every wish was fulfilled. Half board is really recommended, the food was very tasty and varied even for me as a vegetarian.

It was a very nice holiday, the apartment was very clean and stylishly furnished. The breakfast buffet was very tasty, we booked dinner for €32 per person. I think it's a bit much for what's on offer, but since there's a starter, main course and dessert, the price is understandable. The hotel staff were very friendly and competent. We had very nice advice from Ms. Hnyp. Unfortunately we didn't have such good weather, but we were able to relax in the wellness area, which was very large and even had a slide for the little bathers. Billiards and table tennis, as well as darts, could also be played indoors. Unfortunately, the Italian restaurant was closed for two days when we were there, but that's just bad luck 😂😄 We were very happy to be here. We will definitely recommend it and come again. Our stay was overall fine. The rooms are spacious, but the bathroom is unfortunately a bit small. We only realized afterwards, after we were surprised that our beds weren't made and we didn't get any new towels, for example, that room service or housekeeping only comes when ordered and requested at reception. Of course this is more environmentally friendly because many people don't have to clean every day, but it would have been nice to mention this directly at check-in. Unfortunately I can only give one star for the service. Maybe I'm expecting too much from a four-star hotel, but as hotel guests we wanted to go into the pool at around 8:30 p.m. one evening to relax a bit, because that's why you're on vacation. However, it felt more like a public swimming pool to us, as the wellness area can apparently also be used by people outside. That wouldn't be a problem, but if you were kicked by strange children when they jumped into the pool even though there was an extra children's pool, there would be no relaxation at all. When I mentioned this and recommended perhaps only opening for hotel guests from 8 p.m., they just said, that's just the way it is. In addition, the chlorine content seemed far too high to me. There is also a pool table in the foyer, where there are no hotel rooms nearby and we wanted to play another game around 9:30 p.m. However, this was not permitted because there would be silence after 10 p.m. Then I can stay at home because, strangely enough, people were loudly cheering on the football game in the holiday homes next door and that didn't seem to disturb the night's sleep. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet was also a bit disappointing, the rolls were very dry, the scrambled eggs from the bag and meatballs as well. Unfortunately, the facility is a bit old, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of service.

I had booked a holiday at Marina Wolfsbruch using my My Days voucher and wanted to spend our first "real" holiday there with my daughter and my partner after the birth of my daughter. Unfortunately, I had an operation shortly beforehand and couldn't go on vacation. I had contacted the lady at reception on the phone the day before and described the incident. On top of that, I also wrote an email. All in vain because after my operation I couldn't respond directly to the email asking which of the 8 hotels I had booked into. The replies via email were nice and friendly, but I am really disappointed and angry that my vacation was noted as not having taken place and therefore the money or voucher was wasted.

We felt very comfortable. My wife and I stayed in one of the many houses on the complex. The food was very, very good. We had breakfast and dinner. The service and Ms. Hnyp at reception were very accommodating and very friendly. Would come again.

We were there spontaneously and had a double room with a bathroom in the holiday home (there is also a mini terrace for smoking and sitting, which is completely sufficient). The double room is on one side of the holiday home and on the other side is a large apartment with 2 bedrooms over 2 floors . In our case this was not proven. Perfect for us because our dog didn't bother anyone. The area is well maintained and we liked the view of the small harbor. The breakfast was very extensive and nicely prepared, we didn't miss anything. There are lots of play opportunities for children and a swimming pool with a slide.

We come here regularly, last year 4 times and now again...that almost says it all...the welcome is warm as always, the staff at the bar and restaurant are consistently friendly and accommodating. The location by the water, slightly away from the hustle and bustle, is perfect for a little break. We love it and so do the kids. Swimming pool, play world and much more leave nothing to be desired.

Update: We have come here for the third year in a row. Our double room, which is not in the holiday home, is large, clean and very quiet. You simply sleep very well and restfully here. There is a new playground that will probably be completely finished by the summer holidays. What we particularly like: Childcare by Andrea. She takes very good care. Hanna's massage is a dream. Birgit's service is particularly good. You already know each other when you're back for the third time. Three years ago: I was there for 8 nights with my four year old son. About the room (simple double room in a cottage): - Pets allowed, lots of pet hair in the carpet - the closet was very dusty and small - Mosquito corpses along with that Blood from previous guests on the wall - the room was very small. It will probably be difficult for two adults for more than 3-4 days. - Quite noisy to the holiday apartment next door, which usually accommodates at least three people. The stairs in particular can be heard very loudly. - positive: the small outside staircase with which you have access to the lawn and a table with two chairs I would definitely always recommend the larger double room and can't say anything else about the small rooms because we haven't been there anymore. To eat: - Breakfast buffet is good, but not very varied (they only serve pancakes on Sundays; I know this differently from other 4-star hotels) - Evening buffet is good, but far too expensive if booked later (€35 for an adult, €17.50 for a four-year-old + drinks extra) - the in-house pizzeria with super nice staff and a good chef is a good and cheap alternative Nothing has changed here. Playroom: - my son really liked it - You should keep an eye on smaller children in particular, because they are also bullies Unfortunately, they are active without supervision - is getting old, but can be used well The staff is top. You notice here and there that there is a shortage of workers. But that shouldn't be a criticism.

Nice location, the facility is unfortunately a little neglected. The staff is helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the rooms in the separate house were not in a good hygienic condition, there were cobwebs on the windows and the bathrooms were completely calcified and outdated. Also in the wellness area, defective cupboards and lamps, outside area careless and unkempt. Breakfast corresponds to the price-performance ratio, but very crowded and noisy.

Everything clean and neatly maintained. Great for children. HP is completely fine. Delicious food, great breakfast. Super large holiday home with everything you need. Everything can be reached quickly and via short routes. Sauna area sufficiently large!

We had a nice room with a terrace, modernly furnished with a large bathroom. Very large selection at breakfast. The hotel is very family friendly. Pool with slide. Half board is possible. Otherwise there is an Italian restaurant in the complex. Rheinsberg is 10 km away. Be sure to visit the castle with the beautiful park.

We had a very nice and relaxing stay at the Precise Resort Marina Wolfsbruch! We had a wonderful view of the harbor from the room! The employees were always very friendly and helpful! The food was very varied and extremely tasty! The swimming pool area is great and has something to offer for everyone. Whether swimming, splashing around in the baby pool or whirlpool. The sauna area has 2 saunas, a relaxation area and a small outdoor area. We really liked it and we would love to come back! 😊

A top location, the rooms were ok (unfortunately a bit dirty, cobwebs). The spa is mediocre, the lockers are underground, you have to look for one that at least has a lock. General condition indicates renovation backlog. The bathrobes are included and very cozy. The breakfast and dinner were very good, the service staff in the evening were very attentive and super friendly. Thanks to Uwe Hentsch, you really have it! We will be back definitely!

We have just returned from Precise Resort Marina Wolfsbruch... Your hotel is beautiful...we were really happy to come here. Unfortunately we didn't receive such a warm welcome. Unfortunately our first impression was spoiled by receptionist Halyna Hnyp on Wednesday afternoon 22/05. Their employee, Halyna Hnyp, had been very rude and very rudely unprofessional. Unfortunately it wasn't like 4 star service. We had questions about the children's club and games... dinner ..wellness .. we never got there. ..after how Ms. Hnyp treated us. .. Sorry, we never experienced that. We don't know Ms. Hnyp at all and have never been to her hotel before. Nevertheless, we had very bad experiences... We are very disappointed and very sad.

Nice, quiet area. The holiday resort is beautifully laid out. Somewhat worn-out furnishings (tiles cracked, worn taps, etc.) but everything was within reason. Great staff, very friendly and helpful.

Great holiday home and great breakfast. But that was about it.... In-house pizzeria doesn't taste good, cocktails without a bit of love, nothing in the way of decoration on the glass etc. The worst thing was the chlorine content of the water in the spa. Unfortunately, it seems a bit worn out, at least not worth 4 stars in my opinion.

We rented a 2-room apartment for a few days. The facilities are great, everything is very clean. The buffet wasn't great, but well organized.

We have been booking regularly for about 8 years. There has been a clear downward trend recently. The Hafenschute hasn't been around for at least 8 years, and this time even the pizzeria was closed. How should we rate your gastronomy? The bridge over the canal is dilapidated. Lanterns on the street have been broken for years. We had a double room in the house by the lake. No fly screens and therefore a lot of animals in the room that you could do without. The water in the sink didn't drain properly. We'll be back again, if nothing happens by then we won't book again and won't recommend it to others. It can't be that things are getting more and more expensive and that a lot of things are going downhill. It's a shame, we always enjoyed staying at the resort.

We spent a short vacation here and were completely satisfied :-) Great apartment with a view of the harbor, very friendly staff at reception (Mrs. Hnyp is explicitly mentioned here) and also in service (unfortunately we no longer know the names here) as well as very tasty breakfast. and evening buffet. We also liked the charging option for the electric car and the fast internet connection - we'll be happy to come back.

Wir waren 3 Tage in einem Doppelzimmer untergebracht. War alles soweit gut, sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Allerdings muß ich auch was negatives loswerden. Die Parkgebühren von täglich 8€ sollte man Überdenken! Die Gäste buchen eine Unterkunft und müssen auch irgendwo ihr Fahrzeug lassen, da sollten sie nicht auf diese Art und Weise (abgezockt) werden. Ein Dankeschön geht raus an Frau Hnyp und an Frau Linnert. 5Sterne für sie beide! Bei unserer Anreise war der Ausblick nicht so schön, doch Abhilfe kam ein Tag später mit einem unkomplizierten Zimmerwechsel im Nebengebäude vom Haupthaus, die Nähe dazu war uns wichtig. Ebenfalls ganz oben und geräumig. Danke nochmal. Das Ferienhaus vor zwei Jahren waren uns (Mama+Tochter) zu beengt. Das einzige Manko jetzt, es war sehr hellhörig... Der Wellnessbereich braucht ein Update! Angefangen von der Beleuchtung und auch der Whirlpool müssten fit gemacht werden. Das Schlimmste ist die Kälte, allein die Lufttemperatur müsste wärmer sein und das Wasser erst recht. Kinder mit blauen Lippen überall!? Das schlimme: das Babybecken ist noch kälter als alle anderen. Wie kann das sein? Und Beleuchtung gerade in den Abendstunden, ist gerade schon finster... Ach ja, der Spielplatz: es fehlt eine Schaukel und die Seilbahn wurde scheinbar von 2022(da ging sie kaputt) nicht mehr erneuert?! Frühstück klappt wunderbar, daran gedacht wurde auch, weitere Räume zu öffnen, da es aktuell in den Februarferien den Eindruck hat, dass das Hotel überfüllt ist... Attraktivere Abendangebote in der Piazza müssten angeboten werden, da sich nicht jeder Gast die Buffetform von 29Euro leisten kann und möchte Die Snackkarte braucht mehr Abwechslung, alle 1- 2Tage wären attraktiver! Sonst ist alles da und gut zu erreichen. Das lange Frühstück bis 11.30Uhr ist klasse und auch wichtig bei dem Zustrom an Menschen. Und ja es ist auf Familien ausgelegt, Kinder fühlen sich hier besonders wohl. Tip: Wer mehr Ruhe braucht und möchte der geht in Precise Rheinsberg... Bis dahin Grüße von Familie Tölke. Ps: Ein Fauxpas gab es bei uns am Buffet am Abend, doch leider wurde das Entgegenkommen durch den Manager nicht an das Personal weiterkommuniziert. Ich war mit meinem Kind während der Ferien dort. Viele Kinder, aber es hat uns alles bestens gefallen. Mit dem Zimmer direkt am Hafen, waren wir ebenso anstandslos zufrieden. Das Essen war auch beszens. Wir kommen wieder! An der Rezeption wurden wir ganz besonders von Herrn Alfayad bestens versorgt, er stand uns bei allen Fragen behilflich zu Seite! DANKE an alle!

Unser Aufenthalt im Precise Resort Marina Wolfsbruch war zum größten Teil sehr angenehm. Wir waren zu zweit mit einem Baby vor Ort und haben festgestellt, dass wir gerade für Familien mit Kleinkindern ein Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen können. Als Pärchenurlaub eher weniger zu empfehlen. Die Atmosphäre mit den ganzen Pflanzen und den schön hell eingerichteten Möbeln war sehr schön. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einige Punkte allerdings haben uns nicht so gut gefallen. Das Wasser und die Raumtemperatur im Poolbereich war für uns bzw dem Baby sehr kalt und der hintere Bereich bei der Rutsche komplett dunkel. Der Whirlpool ohne Grund abgedeckt und allgemein eine sehr kalte Atmosphäre. Für die Masse an Menschen auch leider etwas zu klein. Kleinigkeiten wie fehlende Haken für Bademäntel oder Handtücher sowie Luft/Wassertemperatur-Anzeigen fehlen. Wir sind totale Wasserratten aber hier hatten wir nicht so ganz die Ambitionen dazu. Der Aufenthaltsraum bzw Gebäude war dagen total schön, vielseitiges Angebot für Kinder und einiges an Auswahl für sitzende Eltern. Das Zimmer ist warm und ordentlich eingerichtet. Soweit auch alles sauber . Also für Familien definitiv empfehlenswert.

Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende in diesem familienfreundlichen Hotel verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen! Unsere Zimmer waren im Haupthaus und damit hatten wir kurze Wege in das Schwimmbad, zum Essen und zum Toberaum für die Kinder. Toll war außerdem die Kinderbetreuung mit vielen bastelangeboten. Die Halbpension war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Der Service freundlich, aufmerksam und bemüht, für unsere große Gruppe (21 Personen) passende Lösungen zu finden. Das Schwimmbad hat eine überschaubare Größe, was aber mit kleinen Kindern sehr praktisch war. Besonders toll war die Rutsche. Leider zieht es durch den Ausgang zum draußen Schwimmbecken sehr im Bereich der Rutsche, hier wäre für den Winter eine bessere Lösung schön. Insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen!!

Wir haben uns hier wohl gefühlt und vier schöne Tage verlebt. Wir hätten uns noch ein kleines Abendprogramm (Kino, Lagerfeuer o.ä.) gewünscht. Das könnte man leicht mit einer kleinen Leinwand, Sitzsäcken und einem Beamer im Toberaum realisieren.

Bin sehr zufrieden. Gerne wieder. Für Familie wunderbar. Wir empfehlen weiter…

Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es gibt eine tolle Kinderbeschäftigung mit basteln und malen. Die Servicemitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leckeres Essen.

Sehr ruhig gelegen und sehr familienfreundlich. Die Sauna ist praktisch, aber nicht mehr. Als Paar für 2-3 Tage gut geeignet. Man darf sich aber an der Lebhaftigkeit nicht stören. Esse prima.

Wir wurden von Herrn Alfayad sehr freundlich begrüßt, das Abendessen war super lecker und die Dame in der Clipperbar (sonst in der Pizzeria) war ganz wunderbar. Wir freuen uns auf morgen. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich, einfach, aber vollkommen ausreichend.

Super schöne Ferienanlage zwischen naturbelassenen Wäldern und Seen. Wir hatten ein süßes Häuschen verteilt auf 2 Etagen , voll ausgestattet mit einer Küchenzeile Herd, Geschirrspüler und Geschirr. Die Auswahl des Frühstücksbuffets war einzigartig. Das Personal war in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich. Der Service 1 A Die Temperatur des Schwimmbades sowie des kleinen Whirlpools waren sehr angenehm gerade in den Wintermonaten war das sehr entspannend. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und kommen sicherlich wieder

Schöne Hotell/ Ferienhausanlage, Zimmer sind sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es gibt Bastelspass für Kinder und Sauna und Schwimmbad sind schön.

Wir waren mal wieder zu einem Kurzurlaub in der Marina Wolfsbruch. Und wie auch die Male zuvor wurden wir nicht enttäuscht. Im Gegenteil. Die renovierten Zimmer laden förmlich zum Gefühl des „Zuhause Seins“ ein. Das Servicepersonal ist mit merklicher Freude dabei. Die Küche schafft es gekonnt, dass auch das „Bauchgefühl“ stimmt. Rundum ein gelungener Kurzurlaub. Vielen Dank dem Team des Resorts.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war sehr angenehm, die Zimmer sind hell und freundlich, sehr gepflegt und im Doppelbett haben wir sehr gut schlafen können. Das Abendbuffet ist ein Genuss fürs Auge und den Magen. Da wir im Januar hier gewesen sind, haben wir auch das Schwimmbad im Wellness Bereich besucht und waren von der angenehmen , warmen Wassertemperatur positiv angetan. Alles in allem , war es ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub und wir werden bestimmt noch einmal Gäste in diesem Haus sein.

Waren für ein Wochenende dort. Doppelzimmer Classic war sauber, Möbel schlicht aber neu. Unsere Aussicht war nicht überzeugend. Das Personal, vor allem im Bereich der Gastronomie, war top - zuvorkommend, freundlich und für ein Späßchen bereit. In puncto Service hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass offene Kommunikation vorab stattfindet (Whirlpool war nicht intakt, Massagen nicht möglich). Unser Urlaubsschwerpunkt „Wellness“ ließ so zu wünschen übrig. Hätten wir dies vorab gewusst, hätten wir ein anderes Hotel gewählt. Allerdings muss man sagen, dass das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis insgesamt gut war.
