Precise Resort Marina Wolfsbruch in Rheinsberg

A large, somewhat dated hotel complex with significant potential for improvement. We would not recommend it.

A lovely hotel for children. The only downside is the swimming pool, as it had a strange smell and caused a severe rash on my child. The pool probably needs to be completely drained.

What we liked: + Very quiet, peaceful location, nothing to do (in winter) + Good breakfast and very good dinner + Small indoor play area and craft activities twice a day for 2-3 hours + Spacious holiday home (apartment) with a view of the harbor or close to the playground + Service/technical staff responded immediately to problems + I think it's great that you can spontaneously book the evening buffet on-site. What I absolutely need to change: - Hand sanitizer dispensers are essential at every buffet! With 500 people, stomach bugs and the like spread very quickly. People cough into their hands and then go to the buffet! A no-go for me. We took hand sanitizer with us to the restaurant for every meal. - Noise level in the sauna area, especially loud adults who gather to gossip and chat, very inconsiderate. Our relaxation rooms are absolutely quiet. There are no signs indicating that quiet is required. - It wasn't possible to change the sauna towels, which is a shame. A week of sweat is unpleasant. - The showers in the pool area run for exactly 3 seconds before you have to press the button again. Extremely annoying. - There's hardly any lighting in the kitchen area of ​​the holiday home. It's too dark. - The restaurant and pizzeria are tasty, but the atmosphere is more like a modern youth hostel: simple furniture, large rooms without partitions, therefore noisy and uncomfortable. - The whirlpool seems to have been broken or out of service for some time. We had a good, relaxing stay and will definitely come back again.

We stayed here for one night and were unfortunately quite disappointed. The pool water looked questionable and murky, which left us with a bad feeling. Our two-bedroom room had a distinctly unpleasant odor, and the bay window was practically unusable. The dining room is more like a cafeteria, and the rooms in general are rather uninviting. The entire complex looks quite dated and doesn't match the pictures used in the advertising. On the positive side, the food itself was okay. For the total price of €350, we felt the value for money was not justified. We will not be returning.

First off, we visited the swimming pool as day guests, and it was a disaster. Fortunately, the reception staff reacted appropriately and refunded the entrance fee. What led to this rating: - The pool was extremely cold. - The children's pool wasn't heated. The water temperature was the same as the outside temperature. - The whirlpool was closed. - The water slide was cold. - There was hair everywhere in the drains; the pool was generally in a deplorable state. - No staff were on hand to clean up; frankly, it was disgusting. - The showers didn't get hot. - Many lockers were broken. - One hairdryer worked. Etc. Basically, for a day guest, it's fine. Just go home and be done with it. But if I had booked a stay there, and it was because of the pool, it would have been extremely difficult. I can't comment on the rooms or the restaurant.

A very disappointing stay. The staff member, Ms. Presch, was extremely arrogant and condescending. Her treatment of guests was rude and disrespectful. Therefore, I am only giving one star and will not recommend this resort.

We stayed at the Precise Resort as a large group over Christmas. The value for money was excellent. The resort is simply beautiful. It's perfectly located as a base for walks and, in the summer, for boat trips. We had children/teenagers aged 6-20 with us, and there was something for everyone (swimming pool, billiards, darts, video games, indoor playground, arts and crafts in the kids' club). At Christmas, there was also special entertainment with live music, Santa Claus, and a clown show. We would particularly like to highlight the cuisine, the service, and the childcare, as well as the reception staff's willingness to communicate and their handling of conflicts. The food was very good, in our opinion. Everyone found something they liked (despite dietary restrictions due to vegan and gluten-free requirements). It was hot, not overcooked, replenished very quickly, and every (special) request was fulfilled immediately without a long wait. We were thrilled with the extended breakfast hours (until 11:30). Perfect for a relaxed start to the day. Therefore, a huge compliment to the service, which was always friendly despite the stressful situation with so many guests. We didn't count that many service staff, which makes their performance all the more impressive. Thank you so much! The childcare – so discreetly located – was fantastic. A very, very kind staff member gave us a great craft activity. We were able to leave our children there with complete peace of mind ❤️. The craft projects are truly impressive. I've always been looking for good ideas for crafts using, for example, toilet paper rolls, and I got some great suggestions there. With so many guests, not everything runs perfectly. There are, of course, a few minor drawbacks. The parking costs could be lower. The parking lot is poorly lit, and the parking spaces are very narrow, so you're a bit worried about finding a new scratch on your car when you leave. Understandably, larger cars were parked in the middle of two spaces. Unfortunately, there were no accessible rooms. Our apartment wasn't perfectly clean and was a bit worn. However, the beds were very comfortable. Communication between Precision Resorts headquarters and the individual locations definitely needs improvement, especially regarding the communication of specific requests. However, the receptionists on-site were very helpful in finding a solution and were incredibly friendly and approachable. The swimming pool is a bit drafty in winter due to its connection to the outdoor pool, and there are a few small areas where one could injure oneself. Overall, it was a wonderful holiday for everyone, and these minor issues are easily overlooked because all the staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. They all truly enriched our Christmas stay. We were simply able to enjoy and relax. Thank you, thank you, thank you! ❤️

We were there with the family and had a lot of fun. Everything was very good, from the accommodation and food to the staff – everything was great.

The money spent here for two days is absolutely wasted. The bathroom is bad, the sauna is bad, the stay is bad – it couldn't be worse.

First, the huge positives: the service was consistently friendly and courteous. The food was excellent and varied, and the surroundings of the hotel were really beautiful. The only criticisms were the general cleanliness and some minor technical issues (loose covers in the shower, for example). It wasn't a big deal, but it was the deciding factor for deducting a point. Nevertheless, we will come back.

We stayed in a double room in the holiday home in December as a couple. It didn't feel like a double room at all. It was just a small, very cramped space – barely 9 square meters – and a very small bathroom of 4 square meters. Luckily, we had only booked for three days, as there was nothing else around. The food, however, was very tasty and varied.

The location is beautiful; you can enjoy nature on land or water. We had perfect weather, and everything seemed set for a lovely weekend. Now for the less pleasant part: The resort is a complete disappointment. It's questionable where it gets its four stars. The two-bedroom house was filthy (animal and human hair everywhere, cobwebs, a filthy kitchen, a smelly refrigerator, dirty dishes, soiled beds...) and furnished without any care (no games, candles, radio, or anything else). The pool was far too small, the outdoor pool freezing cold, the whirlpool wasn't working, and the water slide for the kids was closed after 8:00 p.m. The dining room was similarly sparsely furnished, and there was a general lack of attention to detail. The service staff tried their best, the food selection was limited, and definitely not a culinary delight (better to book without half-board and eat at nearby restaurants). I can imagine that private celebrations would be unforgettable here. The lady at reception was completely overwhelmed with planning a bouquet of flowers for the birthday and acted so unprofessionally that any surprise was ruined.

We spent a long weekend here with our children. On the positive side, we received an upgrade, having booked an apartment, but were then given a house, which we were very happy about. However, the stairs, lacking any safety barriers, were unsuitable for a two-year-old and a crawling baby. Our apartment was cozy in itself, but unfortunately, it wasn't hygienically clean. There was an extreme amount of dust bunnies behind the curtains and under the sofa. There was a bloodstain on the curtain and hair/stains in the shower. The kitchenette was also extremely dirty, with numerous stains and crumbs left by previous guests. As a result, we didn't feel entirely comfortable. Generally, the hotel is quite dated and needs renovation in many areas. There are loose tiles and small holes in the pool. Furthermore, half of the pool wasn't lit (the slide and the baby pool), so these areas couldn't be used after 4 pm. The food was really very good over the weekend, as was the service. On Monday, however, for the same price, we only received half the buffet selection (fewer guests than on the weekend). They should at least provide pasta or fries for the children. And they should point out that the buffet on weekends differs significantly from the weekday buffet; then we wouldn't have booked for Monday at all. The selection for €35.00 plus the cost of drinks was simply not justified. Despite everything, we had a nice time, but we wouldn't recommend the hotel.

We are more than satisfied and can highly recommend the hotel. We've already visited twice this year and are planning another stay for next year. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. They cater to customer requests and give families a very warm welcome. The breakfast offers a wide selection to suit every taste. The hotel's restaurant offers excellent à la carte dining. If it's not possible to eat in, you can also take food to your room. The rooms are comfortably furnished and always clean. We had a spacious apartment with plenty of room for strollers and other items. The view of the lake is always beautiful and invites you to forget about everyday life. We are already looking forward to our next visit to the Precision Resort Marina Wolfsbruch.

The food was a disaster. The dishes tasted like they'd been reheated at least three times in a regular oven. The meat was completely dry, the pasta was sticky as rubber, and everything tasted like reheated leftovers. The unequal distribution of customers is glaring. Those better dressed and elegantly served their meals faster, with better quality, and with a smile. The rest are treated as if they were of a lower caliber—with disdain, ignored, and disrespectful. For these prices, the prices are simply outrageous. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The swimming pool is very nice and child-friendly. Our 5-month-old baby was able to splash around with us for half an hour thanks to the pleasantly warm water. The childcare provided by Michaela (Mickey) Tanase deserves special mention. Our three-year-old had so much fun with the crafts that he went there every day. The indoor playground is a bit dated but quite nice.

I like the hotel's concept: a pool, sauna area, water slide, fitness center, and play area. The rooms are okay. However, everything feels like "we have it to advertise." Nothing really impressed me; for example, the water slide is very short and has a steep incline that practically begs you to get stuck. What I found truly disappointing, though, was the quality of both the breakfast and dinner buffets. They were putting fresh cheese on top of the old cheese from the beginning of the week. I suspect the scrambled eggs were stuck in their shells, and the sausage was dried out. The dinner buffet was of the same low quality. However, the next town over has a fantastic selection of restaurants.

Attentive staff, a very spacious pool complex with a lap pool, a warm pool, a children's pool, a slide, and a whirlpool. The hotel consists of many small bungalows, which should appeal to fans of Norway and Denmark. However, this does mean a bit of a walk from the room to the pool. The breakfast buffet is okay. The pizzeria is more like what you'd find at a public swimming pool, with overpriced food; the evening buffet is somewhat better. Not recommended for vegans. A plus for the fantastic pool area and the helpful staff.

The staff member at check-in was very unfriendly. The sauna area was very dirty and the sauna temperature dropped to 75 degrees after 9 pm, but it remains open until 10 pm.

Unfortunately, there are no egg cups for the boiled eggs. The staff is overwhelmed when it comes to refilling food and clearing tables during peak times. **** Information is provided regarding busy periods. When the 'Precise Resort' is fully booked, the breakfast room is very noisy. Unfortunately, reservations are not accepted, especially for larger families. *** Dinner, booked for €35 (children €17.50) plus drinks, is too expensive despite the large and good selection! Value for money *** A better alternative is the pizzeria. The pizzas (averaging €13-15) are large and generously topped. Highly recommended! ***** The 'wellness area,' especially the swimming pool, is warm and suitable for families with children, and is used accordingly. For families with children ***** and for adults * The sauna area (two saunas at 75°C and 95°C) is small, well-frequented, but not inviting for extended stays! *** Conclusion: Especially suitable for families with children. The facility has been in operation for over two decades.

A relaxing weekend for two. The staff at reception, in the restaurant, and in housekeeping were all very friendly and accommodating. We immediately felt welcome. The breakfast buffet also caters to vegans and those with lactose intolerance. The spa area with sauna and relaxation area is very clean and comfortably furnished. Another plus is the fitness studio, which is perfectly equipped for a workout with weights, machines, and mats. We would love to come back.

Unfortunately, this was our second bad experience at Precise Hotel. We booked as a couple and wanted to relax and enjoy the spa. Mission impossible. Every outdoor pool is quieter than the spa area, with its screaming children and a sauna where you have to queue from 4:15 pm onwards, and even a sardine in a tub offers more space. It's clear that Photoshop has been used to great effect. For such a huge complex, the spa area is far too small. The pool was packed with people, and there were far too few loungers. Breakfast was a similar story. Children were grabbing everything from the buffet with their fingers, and the staff just turned a blind eye. The noise level was worse than on a school trip. This is unacceptable; it's pure mass processing. Assigned meal times would have been much simpler. : ' : ... If you need a towel, you have to wait at reception until everyone has checked in. Despite a counter in the spa area, where you can get towels in any other hotel, it's never staffed here. Water is only provided during arrival times; after that, you're left high and dry in the spa area. So, if you're looking for peace and relaxation, this is definitely not the place for you. Children are perfectly fine, but there's no way to keep them under control, and that's unacceptable. And then the shock of €8 for parking per night—unbelievable! On the plus side: The room was really nice, and the beds were great. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly. Nevertheless, this will be my last Precise trip—no thanks!

We stayed here for three nights at the beginning of November. A lovely break for rest and relaxation. In short: The reception was friendly and very accommodating. Bathrobes and sauna towels were available for a rental fee of €30, which you get back at check-out, and I think that's perfectly reasonable. The room is comparable to a 4-star hotel, clean, modernly furnished, and with a comfortable 180x200 cm double bed. The spa area (cascades) is perfectly adequate, with a feel reminiscent of ancient Egypt. The indoor water is pleasantly warm, and the sauna, with its 75°C and 95°C cabins and a plunge pool, is perfectly fine. Breakfast, which is served from 7:00 a.m. until a whopping 11:30 a.m., is well-balanced and plentiful, with fresh scrambled eggs, bacon, fish, sausages, vegetables, fruit, and of course, all kinds of coffee, tea, and juices. The only downside is the bar prices. Beer: €6.30 for 0.5l Cola: €5.30 for 0.5l And a pizza 🍕 costs an average of €15 to €18, which we find completely overpriced. All in all, we were very satisfied. We'd gladly come again!

Unfortunately, our room was anything but clean. Dead mosquitoes were stuck to the walls everywhere, the water in the shower and sink wasn't draining properly, and the heater in the bathroom was broken. Unfortunately, it was almost impossible to open the window, as this would have brought in a whole bunch of new mosquitoes. Insect screens would have been helpful. We found the sauna and swimming pool very sad and not particularly clean. The children's play area was also very dated and poorly maintained. The breakfast was really great, but that didn't make up for it. Unfortunately, we didn't feel very comfortable.

Extensive grounds with a lovely marina. The holiday home is well-equipped and in mint condition. The atmosphere at breakfast in the Brigg restaurant is more like a youth hostel. However, the breakfast buffet itself offers a good selection. The spa area seems dated. Getting to Rheinsberg is difficult without a car, so it loses a point for the location.

Worst weekend vacation I've had in 40 years. Unfriendly customer service when it comes to legitimate complaints (no interest in addressing them after they've been reported, ignorance times 1000). No accommodations in this run-down facility, dirty rooms, right next to the main parking lot (which also costs €8 per day). The reviews aren't realistic, in my opinion.

Our first impression is very positive. We received a very warm welcome, and everything was explained in detail. Our request for a second pillow was responded to immediately, and Tina was very friendly and accommodating with any further questions. We are very much looking forward to a relaxing and restful short break. In retrospect, I have to agree with some of the reviews...there is indeed a need for renovation in some areas, especially in the wellness area.

We stayed there for two nights. The apartment was very spacious, equipped with everything we needed, and clean. The floor is carpeted. Overall, everything is a bit dated, but fine, since we were only there to sleep. The overall atmosphere was reminiscent of a youth hostel. After checking in, we were able to pay our bill, but we couldn't collect it until our departure day, so we had to queue at reception the next morning. There was no one there the night before. The assigned parking space (P3) was completely full on both days. It costs €8 per day.

The hotel's location is beautiful. Our apartment also met our expectations. The breakfast and evening buffets were extensive and varied. We spent a long weekend at your resort at the end of August. We were very satisfied. The breakfast was excellent, and the dinner was also very good. The apartment was in the first row, right on the harbor. The view was fantastic. We'll definitely be back. A parasol on the balcony would have been nice.

Yes, just the harbor. THE HARBOR IS OK, everything the captain needs is there. Gas, water, toilets, water supply, and disposal. The restroom facilities seem a bit too small. The lighting at the docks is sufficient, but it's recommended to bring a flashlight on the way to the restrooms. Otherwise, whoever is using them will end up in the slipway. Parking is available. Negative: In rainy weather, men, women, children, or whatever drag sand from the parking lot onto the docks and onto the boat. Facility well maintained. This review is for an apartment with three bedrooms, each with a television, a large balcony, and a direct view of the harbor and its forecourt. Our request for accessibility was met in every case. However, it should be noted that in the evenings the apartment can be quite noisy, both from guests in the restaurant area and from guests who are simply enjoying the location and view and who also use the seating outside the restaurant until late in the evening, even with children. The management's ability to address our criticism in this regard is commendable. Overall, the staff was very polite, helpful, and focused on guest satisfaction. The spa area looks larger in the pictures than it actually was. Our grandchildren still had a lot of fun in the pool and on the integrated slide. Towels are provided free of charge in the spa area. The atrium is a lovely place to relax and enjoy delicious cocktails or other drinks at the bar.

This was our third time there and we'll never go back. It's a real shame. Ants infested the room, the bed, and under the bed. The receptionist brushed us off, saying we were in the countryside. Such nonsense. We left feeling unrefreshed. The hotel could have reacted differently, but they didn't want to. Hence this review.

We stayed at the resort for four days with our twins (5 years old) and their grandparents. We all felt very comfortable. Cleanliness, courtesy, attentive staff,... Our requests were fulfilled very quickly. The water in the pool was fantastically warm, which the younger guests especially enjoyed! We had a fantastic short vacation!

We had a good time here. Overall, however, the accommodations are dated, the pool is bordering on hygiene standards, and the buffet is too small for the number of guests. The kids' club was absolutely fantastic. Miki put a lot of effort into it; our children felt very comfortable. Some higher-quality craft materials would be good for the kids' club.

Beautiful Residence immersed in nature with a nice private port where you can rent boats of various sizes including boathouses - Residence composed of a central body with various apartments and many houses of various sizes - all the apartments/houses are recent and equipped with a beautiful new kitchen, very well equipped (kettle, oven, coffee machine etc.), spacious bedroom, large and new bathroom and a beautiful terrace - Very kind and professional staff - Exceptional buffet breakfast, lots of choice between sweet and savory with cappuccino machine, recommended (they also have gluten-free bread on request)! - Very nice indoor pool area and sauna, lots of space and a beautiful garden outside - free towels at reception and bathrobe available free of charge with a deposit. Restaurant and bakery present and very well stocked with good prices. Definitely worth returning.

We were here over the long weekend. There is a lot on offer for children: playroom, pool with warm water and slide as well as a great playground. The food was also very good. Only the rooms are a bit old. What also annoyed us was that we had two rooms, but not next to each other. Rooms next to each other can be used with a connecting door. Maybe it wasn't possible for operational reasons. It was still annoying. Otherwise, we can definitely recommend staying here.

Rooms and grounds are nice, but unfortunately the pool was far too cold

Family-friendly: Kids' club for ages 3 and up with excellent supervision (unfortunately closed Mondays and Tuesdays). This is what we liked most. Good play area. Good outdoor playground. Cot, elevator. Thermal baths: really warm and comfortable, even for babies. Food: excellent. Top-notch. Rooms: large and clean. Top-notch. A microwave and highchair for small children would be helpful. Location: very quiet, remote. Billing: technical problems with online booking, incorrect final bill, not all waiters are informed about the all-inclusive rate (unnecessary discussions!). There's definitely room for improvement.

The room was okay, but unfortunately, everything was very cramped. The bathroom is a bit dated; upon arrival, there were still hairs on the floor and in the shower that weren't ours. It's very overpriced; a buffet dinner costs €35 for an adult plus drinks. The breakfast buffet is very good, but everything is very crowded. A bit like a cafeteria. The wellness area is very small, so if you want to swim, you're out of luck, and it's not clean.

Unfortunately, it's too remote, and there's hardly any choice of restaurants. There are so many children here that they don't even serve fries. The pizza is okay; it could have been a Wagner's ready-made pizza. And the €8 parking fee is outrageous. The only really nice thing is the small town about 20 minutes away, where there are two restaurants, which are highly recommended. There's plenty to do for children.

It is a very nice complex, quietly located. Despite some criticisms, we had a nice long weekend. Nevertheless, I have to say, as cheap as you can get offers for the Marina Wolfsbruch, everything on site is just as expensive. I think it's a bit cheeky to pay 8 euros in parking fees every day to stand on a meadow (since the parking spaces were full). Likewise the drinks prices with 0.2l wine for 8.50 euros!! The cheapest pizza came in at 11 euros, which was a margherita. The 35 euro buffet per person without drinks was too much for my taste. Went to the neighboring town to eat. Super tasty and much cheaper. But that's just my personal opinion, people pay for it... The swimming area is actually much smaller than it appears in the pictures, but was still very nice. The sauna area was fine. Cleanliness could be worked on. There is certainly still a lot of room for improvement. The service staff in the morning were completely overwhelmed by the crowds. But they tried their best. The service staff in the evening were just as overwhelmed and not always the most polite. Our room was fine and clean. Only the walls are so thin that we were able to hear everything from the neighbor, and I really mean everything. Unfortunately there was no evening program. It was always the same music in the piazza, except for one entertainer for two hours on Saturday evening. This doesn't invite you to stay long-term.

Service is great all around. Persona is friendly and competent. Rooms are very clean. We come here several times a year - never disappointed. We were here at the turn of the year. There are more and more dogs, some of them without a leash. Dogs urinate and do their business in the sandbox exit. Please finally raise the overnight prices for dogs drastically. 20 to 30 euros are appropriate.

A very nice place for families. Very idyllic and quiet location in the middle of nature. Everything was clean and well maintained...the staff were all very friendly, whether in the restaurant in the lobby or at the reception. All wishes were fulfilled. Our apartment was very nice and adequately furnished with a terrace. If there are no unpleasant surprises when we check out tomorrow, we would be happy to come back.

Beautiful resort, beautiful nature and beautiful views. Unfortunately there isn't much shopping nearby! The apartments are well equipped, but unfortunately the balconies are not separated by a partition, so you sit on a balcony with your neighbor and we didn't like that! I hope they will change that in the future! Otherwise, this resort is good for children too, offering small play rooms and a playground! Pool is heated and there are several pools for adults also for children! For a short vacation it's worth it! I can recommend it!

We had a wonderful 5 days as a family of 4. In the middle of nature. Absolute peace, relaxation and beautiful activities. So nice to have the view of the harbor. Absolutely family friendly. That the entire family gets their money's worth. Service wonderful and breakfast with a very good selection. I don't know who won't find anything there. Particularly noteworthy is the warm and very refreshing and friendly lady Tanase Mihaela from the children's club. We would love to come back.

The staff is very friendly. We had a holiday home that was unfortunately completely worn out. Armchair full of stains and broken. Such a dirty toilet... We definitely won't be coming back. Price performance doesn't fit.

Location and service of this resort are very good. Had breakfast and dinner in buffet form. There was something for everyone. Room with kettle including tea and coffee. Also has a refrigerator and large TV. Lots of nature, palaces and castles nearby. We recovered very well this week.

Our stay was really nice. We got an upgrade, which we thought was great. Caro from reception was very nice and accommodating. It was very quiet and idyllic. One day we booked half board for €35.00 per person plus drinks. The quality of the food was very good. (Many thanks to Irina for her attentive service) We still found the price a little too expensive, especially since a different price was stated online. We found the swimming pool and sauna pleasant. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was just a bit dirty and there were a lot of children jumping from the edge of the pool, which was a bit annoying, but the hotel can't do anything about that. All in all we were very satisfied.

A great hotel and holiday homes by the water in absolute peace and lots of nature. A great starting point for hikes and a trip to Rheinsberg. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. Our apartment was great and had enough space. There was also a small terrace. Very friendly staff that is. But not intrusive. We'd love to come back.

We booked an apartment and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very pleasantly furnished and well maintained, with comfortable furniture and a kitchenette. The pier is beautifully located and the marina creates a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The restaurants offer delicious food, the employees are very friendly, the pool and wellness area are not extremely large, but versatile and nice for swimming and relaxing. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back!

It was a dream again to be able to take a boat out on the lakes in this beautiful weather and be treated to culinary delicacies on the terrace in the evening as the sun set.

A really nice hotel, great location and very helpful staff. I also really liked the breakfast and the selection was large and completely sufficient. Unfortunately the egg wasn't made from fresh eggs which meant it wasn't quite as good. In the evening there was a buffet for €29 which was really big and of really good quality for a buffet. Unfortunately, the vegetarian alternatives were relatively few and consisted almost exclusively of side dishes. But the salad buffet and the cheese plate were also beautifully presented and very tasty. Unfortunately I cannot recommend the restaurant a la carte. The pizza is home-made but unfortunately not good, as is the salad. Plus, they no longer had bruchetta on Saturday evenings. The wellness area was different than expected. The sports pool is very small and mostly occupied by children, which is very family-friendly but a bit sad for a wellness holiday. The sauna and the relaxation area, on the other hand, were a nice place to relax. The fitness room is very small and has no special features but has everything you need for a few days. If you want a massage at the weekend, you should request at least a week in advance, otherwise there will be no more appointments. But all in all it was a really nice stay and the staff in particular were really pleasant.

We have been going to this resort for more than 15 years and cannot understand the negative comments. The rooms were clean and tidy and the food was very good as always. We can only recommend half board, there is something for everyone at every meal. We are already looking forward to our next vacation here at the Precise Resort Marina Wolfsbruch.

The staff is very polite and nice. Unfortunately, too many children for my taste. It's more reminiscent of a holiday camp... It's very good that you have the opportunity to bring your pets with you. Our room had some hygienic deficiencies that didn't work at all. We were greeted in a friendly manner but neither the swimming pool nor the rooms were clean. Never experienced a cold, yellow hot tub. Insanely disgusting. Garbage from the previous tenant still in the bathroom… poor performance.

It's really a nice resort, everything was very clean and well maintained. The wellness area was very nice and big. The breakfast was standard but good. The dinner was very tasty.

We received a very friendly welcome at the resort today. The apartments are very well equipped, only some kitchen utensils need to be updated. Only the whirlpool was out of order, despite statements to the contrary.

Great family hotel. We booked all inclusive, which was great for me and the children. There are a lot of excursion options nearby, and there are many playrooms for the children in the hotel, even some. including childcare, very tasty food and super friendly and helpful staff. We were a bit unlucky that the heating in the pool was broken, but the hotel was there straight away to fix everything and we were offered another option for swimming. We'd love to come back.

We have been here seven times in the last five years and have always enjoyed visiting the hotel. The combination of pool with slide, child care, clown and indoor playground made it perfect for families. In addition, it was always clean - in the houses, the rooms and all other areas. The staff? Always friendly! But unfortunately we discovered that a main reason for our stay - the swimming pool - is no longer what it once was. Back in October we noticed that the water was colder than usual. This time, however, the pool was completely freezing because the heating had failed. We wrote to the hotel a few days before arrival and politely asked about the temperature - an answer? None. We weren't told anything when checking in either. Instead, we saw it in the shocked faces of the guests as they pulled their blue-lipped children out of the water. Management's solution? Distribute towels. Communication? Not necessary. After a day, an emergency heater was installed, which warmed the water slightly, but the air in the swimming pool, the large foyer and the hallways remained ice cold. At least: the rooms were warm. But then came the crowning glory - in the middle of ongoing operations, renovation work was carried out with paints whose fumes made it impossible to stay in the swimming pool. It really makes you wonder why the hotel didn't sort this all out during the January closure period. Why hasn't the heating been repaired long ago? Why did we wait until the winter holidays had started and then completely ruin the families' holiday? It's a shame that our once favorite hotel has developed like this. Maybe the next time you stay, more emphasis will be placed on what made the hotel so special in the past.

Impossible. I arrived today and would like to leave again. Swimming pool very cold and apparently the heating is broken. I was only told there would be an hour for the buffet in the evening because they were completely booked. No comparison to the precise resort in Bad Saarow

Dirty and unkempt… Arrival: There are charging stations for electric cars, but the parking space is too narrow and too small for the number of guests. Check-in was friendly and quick, but important information was forgotten. Information sheet very old-fashioned. Hotel rooms: We had a double room in the holiday home which was about a 5 minute walk to the main house. From the outside it was great, from the inside it was bad… The room is very narrow. The walls are bare and not very inviting. Very simple and outdated furnishings that do not correspond to a 4-star hotel. There was no safe and the minibar was not filled. There was an extra pillow in the wardrobe, the beds were comfortable. The entire room was very worn, there were streaks everywhere on the walls and the lamps almost fell out of the wall. All the dirt from outside collected in the high-floor carpet. The rooms were very noisy. A night storage serves as heating. This is no longer up to date and constantly radiated so much heat that you almost burned yourself when you touched it. The only way to turn it off was to use the fuse in the apartment next door. Cleanliness: What cleanliness? Dirty toilet, stains on the mirror from the previous person, dirty surfaces, strange hair everywhere including the bed and the “fresh” towels. Dirty & calcified shower and glasses. Mold in the bathroom. After a note was made at reception, a solution was sought in a friendly and constructive manner. All rooms were fully occupied. Housekeeping was supposed to come and clean the next day. However, it wasn't noticeably cleaner the next day. Nevertheless, many thanks to the great employee at the reception (short, gray hair)! Dinner: The receptionist was very unfriendly and made snarky comments to all the guests. The other staff were really courteous, kind and hardworking. The cocktails were delicious, but unfortunately the food wasn't... The food was all overcooked, carelessly prepared and of poor quality. Vegetarian alternatives were quickly sold out and were only refilled after 45 minutes. And the whole thing for 32 euros per person. Exclusive drinks completely overpriced. It was just mass production. Breakfast: The long breakfast times until 11:30 were very good. The staff was in a bad mood, there wasn't even a greeting. In addition, if you arrived around 11 a.m. you would be looked at in a dismissive and eye-rolling manner. We were able to observe this clearly while sitting at a table that was half full of garbage. Because the rooms weren't cleared away regularly and the things weren't set up again, even though it was still breakfast time. There were baked rolls, canned fruit, dried-out cold cuts, dry bag cakes and scrambled eggs that neither looked nor tasted like scrambled eggs. Labels were missing on many dishes. Milk alternatives were missing. The cooling of the dishes was questionable. Vegan cold cuts were served with the poultry cold cuts. The coffee machine was dirty. A chef ran along the buffet the whole time, pushing the rolls from left to right and then making a name for himself in front of female guests. He wasn't interested in the fact that there were all plates and bowls. “Wellness”: Free towels and the long opening hours of the swimming pool are positive features. The changing rooms were unkempt and there was rubbish in the corners. There was also dirt everywhere in the bathroom itself as well as broken tiles, which pose a risk of accidents. Almost all of the massage jets, waterfall jets, etc. were broken and some of the caps were even missing, meaning you could get injured on the jets. The outdoor pool closed and dirty. The showers work, but the shower room has run out everywhere. The swimming area is far too small for the number of guests. There was no staff in the entire bathing area. Terrain: The facility in general was unkempt and there seems to be no maintenance of value. The paths were dimly lit. The playgrounds were old and broken. Construction fences are on the edge. Conclusion: We ended the trip early. Absolutely not recommended!

We have been coming to you several times a year for 7 years 😍I would like to say a huge compliment to all the employees, everyone is always super friendly, everything is very clean and I would like to emphasize the beautiful swimming pool with WARM water 🫶we hardly ever experience something like that at any swimming pool anymore There is no saving for the customer here and to be honest I would be happy to pay a few euros more when booking if everything is right. We always book with half board The food is very tasty and there is a large selection, there is always something for everyone, the service when eating is always very friendly, you are always asked if everything is OK, tables are assigned, which I think is great, so you don't have to wait in line to get the best table . Indoor playground there could actually be something built/provided for the older children (just an incentive😅) Animation/events during the holidays were great. Thank you for making our vacations an experience and for always going home relaxed ❤️

We were there in October. The facility is beautiful. The hotel room was nice and big. We had plenty of space and the bathroom was also clean and chic. We were also very happy with the food, varied selection, something for everyone. When registering, you had the feeling that the receptionist was reciting the text he had learned, so I was missing something relaxed. Unfortunately, there was no mention of the meal times, which we only found out in the restaurant, and that we also had to "register" at what time we wanted to come. It wasn't dramatic, but I would have liked to have known about it in advance. We were there with a small child and we chose the hotel because of the children's options. Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed with the organization of the play area. The play equipment is not necessarily in the best condition. The upholstery is already broken and worn. Behind the climbing frame there are lots of wool mice. There was no one who paid attention in the meantime. Older children climbed onto the scaffolding (no wonder everything breaks.) The trampoline broke on the first day. So you couldn't use it for the rest of the week. It was cordoned off, the barrier tape was broken after a short time due to very wild children. After several reports (2 parents independently of each other, one of the children jumped and fell) to the reception, it was then replaced. We still used the area, but it was a shame that the damage was there. You also pay a lot of money for it. Security is also a big aspect. My son still had fun. I would have liked there to be someone who could keep an eye on the room, especially the kids who are completely crazy. Of course, this is also the parents' job, but if the little ones are run over by the big ones and the big ones jump around like crazy on the devices, I don't think that's okay. There is a lack of any respect for other people's property. Unfortunately, I also think it's a shame that they charge €8 per day for parking, the parking lot wasn't necessarily up to date. And honestly, how else do you get to the hotel if not by car...? (Yes, there are certainly other options, but the car is probably the most common) You pay quite a bit for your stay, so I think the parking fee is a bit excessive. The swimming pool was also nice, although it was icy water one day, but that wasn't the case the next day. We really liked that. All in all, still a nice vacation.

We spent the Christmas holidays 2024 here and were really disappointed. Staff that is overwhelmed and doesn't return kindness, a really bad SPA area that doesn't even deserve the name and this list could go on. All in all, it's a 4-star resort that's nothing more than a campsite with massive accommodation and the price-performance ratio doesn't add up. It's a real shame... You can do more with the location in the lake district. We will not be coming here again and definitely cannot recommend it.

The location of the resort is really great and quiet. The reception area and lobby are also very nice. We particularly liked the harbor area and the New Year's Eve fireworks (without an event - it was too expensive for us). Unfortunately, the indoor playground is very worn out and too small for the large number of children. There is no distinction between small and large children. The trampoline was pictured, but is not there. There are now carpet patches where it stood. The vacation was still very nice, but a lot of things really need to be modernized. We were there the last night before the company holidays. Unfortunately we were disappointed. The ambience was nice in itself. Unfortunately, you just had the feeling that everything had already been shut down. The spa area is very old. It was very cold there and drafty in some corners. The water temperature of the lap pool was also very cold. The whirlpool and the outdoor pool were yellowish in color, which gave the impression that they had not been used for a long time. The sauna area was careless and dirty. Relaxation was therefore not possible. However, the dinner was very tasty. The waitress just seemed annoyed. The room was fine. Beds were better than expected and clean. The breakfast was extensive and very tasty. As a couple, we wanted to spend a relaxing wellness day there, but it is not recommended for that. But anyone who goes there as a family with children will feel comfortable. There are many employment opportunities for children.

This is our second time here and we are thrilled again. The service is unbeatable, super friendly and very helpful and accommodating. Food is also great and there is a large selection. We had a great stay.

Stay 4 nights New Year's Eve/New Year 2024/2025 The Precise Resort Marina Wolfsbruch is not a 4* hotel. Our room did not have a room safe. The container for the shower gel on the tub was filled with water and was so liquid that it just ran off your hand like water. There were no toiletries available, just a shower cap and a vanity set. There were no washcloths or facial tissues. The shower was in the bathtub and there were no handles for safe entry. Mold stains on the soap dish were clearly visible. The room service, which was poor, appeared between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m., only the hand basin was wiped, the floor was not mopped during the entire stay. After 2 days there were only small towels and no bath towels, the bath mat was completely missing. The “made” beds looked like my grandchildren had romped on them. The evening buffet was bourgeois, but not very varied. Apart from the very hot soup, the food was only lukewarm, which was due to the lack of a rechaud burner. The New Year's Eve buffet was good, the fireworks were nice. We ordered 2 gin and tonics. One glass was filled with a small, opened bottle of tonic and this and the second glass were then served with a freshly opened one. Ultimately just 1 1/2 bottles of tonic. When asked that - as the day before - I would like to have a bottle of tonic for every gin and tonic, which is common practice internationally, I was told that this was not possible. The barman then poured the contents of the glasses down the sink and refilled the glasses. Unfortunately there is no recommendation! The price-performance ratio is neither correct for the German nor the international comparison.

Unfortunately, a room that is far too small for well over €200. Which is still ok, but the bedding was full of strangers' hair or even dog hair. When we mentioned this at reception, the bed linen was changed after an hour, but unfortunately it was full of hair again. I doubt whether it was even changed. We brought it up again and we weren't offered another room, but we could choose to move to the other Precise Resort in the harbor village or even get our money back. We chose the harbor village and even got a junior suite, thanks to the friendly gentlemen at Marina Wolfsbruch.

Saturday, November 2nd, around 12:00 p.m., we had booked three rooms, I drove up with two children, unfortunately quite ill. In high spirits, a younger woman at reception barks at me in a terrible tone: we don't have check-in until 3 p.m. I asked to be able to move into at least one room, this would be absolutely not possible. Nothing was offered, but having to wait for over 3 hours in the not very friendly, huge hall was quite an imposition. The possibility of having at least one room cleaned would not be possible with the succinct explanation: “We are fully booked”… but now the girls really wanted to go swimming. In this much too small pool. A lot of houses have now been built, but people have forgotten to enlarge the pool. This pool was already too small 20 years ago and this hotel exudes the cold of deep winter. And then this woman at the reception, completely and friendly, cold, condescending - the height of unfriendliness. Three days ago I was in Abu Dhabi and would have liked to go back there straight away. I didn't, I left the hotel immediately.

Great reception, very friendly staff. Billiards, table tennis, game room etc., live music, bar, nice seating to just chill out.. everything is there. The spa area is quite loud, but that was to be expected (holiday season). The sauna area is nice and quiet with enough loungers and 2 saunas (75 and 95 degrees). Indoor playground could be a little bigger, but our child still had fun.

The four of us went on an all-inclusive short vacation. Highly recommended. Great offer, great hotel, very, very nice staff. Only the armchair beds in the room are a bit tight for adults. We would love to come back, we had a great time.

A really great holiday for families with children! The hotel's offerings were completely sufficient for our 4 days on site. Pool, playground (indoor and outdoor), the opportunity to play games and, above all, the immediate proximity to the forest and meadows kept my 6-year-old very busy. In general, everything is designed for families and children. If you don't like that, it might be a little strained. I thought it was great that my youngest could slide around on the floor and no one was bothered by it, that it was okay if there was a spill, etc. Without exception, the staff were very friendly, extremely service-oriented and patient. I would definitely come back!

We spent a long weekend here with the whole family. Upon arrival we noticed that the hotel was very full. The (paid!) parking lot was far too small, meaning we had to park in a field far away from the room (not lit). Absolutely a hindrance for a disabled grandfather and a mother with a child! The rooms were spacious. I wouldn't even give one star for the cleanliness (feces from the previous user still in the toilet). The hotel is in a very quiet location (which you don't notice at all when it's overcrowded / completely booked out). Due to the remote location you have to rely on the car. The buffet is good, but has no special features. The main problem is that there is no clear guidance for the guests (plates are stowed in the middle under the food), rolls at the other end... This creates an unparalleled hustle and bustle. The wellness area is too small for the size of the hotel. The pool is enough for about three people - even then you swim shoulder to shoulder. I would advise against a holiday here and would never book there again.

Great for a long weekend, small harbor for romantic walks, buffet was well filled and varied.... happy again at any time.

Came with no expectations and left with wonderful memories. We had seen this facility as an offer at Penny and were curious because of the photo, which you can also see on Google, and simply booked it. The reception was super nice and informative. We immediately got an apartment on the island (*happy*). But you can't call it an apartment, more like a half of a house with two balconies on the lake. Beautiful. Admittedly, it doesn't seem like much is being invested in renovations. The hose from the shower head is almost torn through, the drain from the bathtub can no longer be closed using the mechanism... some targeted cleaning could also offer better quality in the voyer area. I thought it was a shame that the cable car no longer had seats for children. The whole thing looked rather neglected. BUT STILL...overall a beautiful place to relax. The breakfast and dinner leave nothing to be desired. Everything was very tasty, the service was very friendly and accommodating. We borrowed a motorboat and got to Rheinsberger See and back in 2 hours. Here at the rental shop too, everyone is very friendly and professional. Tip: Be sure to take something with you to protect against mosquitoes and their bites. There are plenty of them here. We'll be on the lookout for offers again. Friday to Sunday including dinner on Friday and breakfast on both days was available for 390 euros. The boat per hour for 37 euros. We'd love to come back!!!!

In a word: beautiful! Everything is just right here. The reception was very friendly and pleasant, all important information was given to us briefly and very well. The 2-room apartment is well equipped, the view and the peace and quiet on the water are simply wonderful. Both the evening buffet and the rich breakfast buffet were very nicely prepared and fresh. There is a really big selection and everything was tasty. The service is very attentive and friendly. There is an indoor playground for children that has a lot to run around in. The entire resort is a true relaxation paradise with many different offers such as a swimming pool, bar and boat rental. This is our first stay here at the Marina Wolfsbruch Resort, but certainly not our last. We'll be back.

We really like the facility, the atmosphere is quiet and relaxed (we were there outside of the school holidays). The welcome at reception by Ms. Hnyp was friendly and informative. We turned to her from time to time when we had questions and she was always helpful. The food leaves little to be desired, except that the buffet is very crowded and busy at peak times, especially at breakfast. We stayed as a couple in a single room in one of the houses, a family of friends lived in the holiday apartment in the same house. The apartment is really great, spacious and cozy. The single room is very cramped and it becomes difficult to put the suitcases down. Overall, we are completely satisfied and look forward to the next time.

We had booked a two-room apartment and asked the central Precise hotline in advance, before booking, whether there was a ground-floor apartment, as we were traveling with my mother, who is not good on foot. The lady on the phone said there was an apartment available that was barrier-free, so I booked it. Unfortunately I didn't get a call or email to confirm this, just the normal email for a 2 room apartment. When we arrived at the hotel we were simply told that there was no need to confirm this. But how are you supposed to find out? At least there was a surprise that we got a three-room apartment on the ground floor as a free upgrade. Then everything was forgotten. 😜 The 3 room apartment is super chic, functionally furnished and very pleasantly close to the reception and the (breakfast) restaurant (Brigg) We felt very comfortable. Breakfast was good-very good. Cleanliness was good, but it would be good if you could change the towels after 3-4 days.

If you want to explore the endless variety of lakes in this region, you can start perfectly from this place, day after day, on water and on land. An absolutely beautiful complex with many boat docks. As guests in the hotel, we felt so comfortable for several days that we extended another two days. Thank you, Mr. Alfayet, for the "room Tetris" and the possibility of not having to move. Thanks also to Ms. Lindner for her patience and willingness to find the right room for us. The critical words about the food offer cannot be understood. There was a very large selection for both breakfast and dinner. The variations in the cheese and sausage platters are particularly noteworthy. The dessert also left little to be desired. We would definitely like to come back and can recommend the Precise Resort Marina Wolfsbruch with a clear conscience.

A really nice resort! We were here for a week during the end of the summer holidays and then another 4 days. That's why it was sometimes turbulent in the first few days, because of the families with children. But that didn't matter on the site. And at night it was absolutely quiet. Our requests, especially barrier-free accommodation, were addressed without any problems. The small yacht marina always offered some entertainment (holiday captains 😉). It was a very nice experience all around, in almost every way. The only negative aspect was the house keeping. The cleanliness in the bathroom, and there was definitely a need for renovation in our room, left a lot to be desired throughout the entire stay, even though we complained. There was no change of bed linen during the entire stay (10 nights). The rating in “Service” was created by housekeeping. Otherwise the service was very good! The SPA treatments and massages were absolutely excellent. Hanna and her colleague met all expectations very competently and sensitively. All in all, we may well check in here again.
