Haben leider schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Bestellt war u.a. kl. Portion Rotbarchfilet statt mit Kartoffeln mit Bratkartoffeln für ca. €17,00. Serviert wurden normale Kartoffeln. Der Ober hierauf angesprochen meinte, das hätte man nicht gesagt. Ehepartner und andere Gäste in der Nähe bestätigten aber die Bratkartoffelbestellung. Wutschnaubend wurden die Kartoffeln ausgetauscht. Berechnet wurde jedoch Hamburger Pannfisch für €24,50, was wir leider erst Zuhause bemerkt hatten. Das war unser erster und letzter Besuch in dem Restaurant!

We wanted to reserve a table outside, but unfortunately that is not possible. We were told on the phone that you couldn't make a reservation there due to the weather. We thought that made sense and made a reservation inside. When we arrived there were still many tables available outside and the weather was very nice. Our question as to whether we could sit outside was answered in the negative. Everyone can set the rules as they want, but the manners were not okay. It seemed to us as if the motto was: customers have to pay and keep their mouths shut! - There are enough tourists coming so we don't have to be friendly. We finally went to eat something a few shops away. We were treated much more kindly there.

Ate deliciously, sat comfortably and was served nicely! Everything is fine at lunchtime! It was enough and tasted great!

The food itself was tasty, but many mini-extras were charged at too high an additional cost. Pancakes were €9 and the portion was really a joke. Champingong sauce 3€ in addition to the schnitzel plate is also cheeky. The fried potatoes with the schnitzel were also served very sparingly. The taste was good, but far too high compared to other places nearby. Price/performance doesn't fit.

Price performance is not right. Far too few side dishes. Children's portion far too small for the price.

Nice restaurant right on the promenade The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We ate there with our children and our child was also asked from time to time whether everything tasted good and whether everything was good. Four of us had dinner here yesterday. After a short wait we got a nice table directly on the lake side. A fantastic service with a lot of humor. We enjoyed a great meal. The service was very attentive, we didn't have to wait long for our drinks and they were refilled quickly. Absolutely fair price-performance ratio.

Ambiance and location great. Service friendly and courteous, sometimes a little overzealous - asking every 3 minutes whether everything is to your satisfaction or whether you want something more to drink, even though the glass is still half full😉 The food is delicious. Das Essen ist sehr lecker, Abzug gibt es leider bei den Wartezeiten, 1 Stunde nach einem Strandtag mit Hunger ist Zuviel. Die Bedienung war nett war aber bissel ein chaot. Kurz vor Schluss letzte Runde mit gleichzeitigen raus schmiss in 15 Minuten. Kaffee kam dann nach 12 Minuten und so blieben uns nur 3 Minuten diesen zu trinken. Für 90 Euro zu 2 kann man bissel mehr Freundlichkeit und Geschwindigkeit erwarten. Aus dem Grund befriedigend.

An absolute must when you are in Grömitz. The service and friendliness of the employees cannot be topped. The food and drinks are prepared and presented to a very high standard. The price-performance ratio cannot be beaten compared to other restaurants here.

Wir sind des öfteren im SeaSide. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, die Küche ist lecker und der Service freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir hatten in der Hochsaison um 19:30 Uhr einen Tisch bestellt. Leider sind die Tische für 2 Personen alle in der Mitte und daher laufen ständig Personen an einem vorbei. Man hat praktisch die Gesäße fast im Gesicht wenn sich auf Tischhöhe 2 Personen begegnen und ausweichen wollen. Auch die Lautstärke war an diesem Abend unerträglich. Man musste sich fast anschreien um etwas zu verstehen. Auch der Service war überfordert. Die Vorspeise kam vor den Getränken. Schnelligkeit ist schön aber bitte koordiniert. Wir kommen trotzdem wieder. In der Nebensaison vorzüglich in der Hauptsaison sollte man das oben erwähnte beachten. Wenn dies nicht stört ist das SeaSide auch in der Hauptsaison empfehlenswert. Ich würde aber die Terrasse empfehlen da der innere Restaurantbereich sehr warm bei voller Besetzung ist.

We wanted to eat there on the terrace, but unfortunately reservations are not possible! So we ordered in the restaurant a week in advance, when we arrived there were enough tables available on the terrace but we weren't allowed to sit there! If we cancel our table we won't get a table at all! This caused discussions among many guests! Food is good but too little for too much money! Afterwards we went for crepes with our children.

We were there to have dinner. The staff was friendly. The ambience (we sat inside) was very nice, with great views. The food was also very good. The starter plate for 2 was extremely good and plentiful. Steak and pasta were also very good. So highly recommended.

The Seaside in Grömitz offers an excellent culinary experience. The crispy schnitzel with fried potatoes and cucumber salad, which was prepared to perfection, was particularly impressive. The schnitzel was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, while the fried potatoes were golden brown and tasty. The refreshing cucumber salad rounded off the dish perfectly. The service was extremely courteous and friendly, which made the visit even more pleasant. Every wish was fulfilled immediately and the staff was always attentive and professional. Overall, Seaside is a clear recommendation for anyone who wants to enjoy good food and excellent service in a beautiful setting. On another day we were there for lunch and that was also delicious. Prices correspond to the location, but also delicious!

We came here spontaneously in the evening and immediately got a table on the covered outdoor terrace with our dog. The drinks came quickly and the food after a short wait. Small extra requests are also lovingly implemented. The fish burger was tasty but you have to like the mustard sauce. The fish on the pesto potatoes with the tomatoes was delicious but you have to really like pesto here too because the potatoes were really drowned in it. We paid €55 for two people with one dish and drink each - which is completely fine.

We weren't there for the first nor the last time. As usual, the food was particularly delicious. The waiter (Ukrainian?) was also noticeably friendly and polite. His positive mood was contagious. We like to give good tips 👍🏻 The only thing we could complain about would be the size of the portions. We weren't completely full afterwards. But due to the excellent taste, we still think the prices are reasonable. Great restaurant 😊

A great restaurant with really friendly staff. Five of us spontaneously went there (2 children, 3 adults) and were immediately given a table in the outdoor area with a view of the sea and the pier. The food came quickly and I have rarely eaten such a delicious burger (Rösti Beef Burger). Mother-in-law had the Surf'n'Turf, which was also great. I think three higher-priced dishes for adults, two for children plus drinks and nightcaps for under €120.00 are fair! We'll definitely be back.

All dishes so far (fish dishes, burgers) were very good and attractively prepared, service was friendly. However, the prices have risen considerably, but where does this not apply?

We actually ate at Seaside twice during our 6 day vacation. We sat outside on the first evening and found the ambience right on the beach really beautiful. The lady from the service was very nice, when we asked whether the sauces were gluten-free, she immediately asked the kitchen. We both had the bacon-wrapped pork tenderloin with grilled vegetables and fried potatoes and it was divine! Really an absolute culinary delight. The second time we sat inside due to bad weather, the atmosphere there is also very nice. I chose the pork tenderloin again and my partner chose the Classic Seaside Burger. As expected, very tasty! We can highly recommend Seaside and will definitely eat here again on our next visit.

We were there with 8 people (including 2 children aged 5 and 7). The service was great! The food tasted really good. Dealing with the children was also really great! This is particularly nice for us as parents!!! Thank you!! We would like to come again!

A very friendly and attentive lady accompanied us to the most beautiful table, with the best view of the sea! French fries with fish were just the thing for a little refreshment in the evening! What should be particularly highlighted is that the French fries were very crispy. It tasted good too. Maybe I'll come back next year!

Wir waren zu 5 Personen und hatten wirklich einen sehr schönen Abend. Das Essen war sehr gut und schön angerichtet ,der Service flott und sehr zuvorkommend. Es gab zunächst eine mediterrane Vorspeisenplatte und anschließend Fisch, Schnitzel und Schweinefilet. Alles wirklich sehr gut. Zum Nachtisch Oreo-Creme und Crema Caralana-kôstlich. Auf der Terrasse saßen wir windgeschützt und hatten eine schöne Aussicht auf die Seebrücke. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war angemessen.

We've eaten here several times during our stays in Grömitz. Always good 👍 Varied menu, no matter what we have ordered so far, it has always been very tasty. Very tastefully prepared, service was always very courteous, no long waiting times, all in all very good. We will be back!!

We "only" ate a waffle there. Since my wife, as a diabetic, is not allowed powdered sugar, ice cream or strawberries and that was too much for my mother, we asked if we could get a waffle without everything and one with just powdered sugar. Of course that's possible, said the waiter. The surprise comes when you pay. A waffle without everything costs the same and after all you are not obliged to tell the guest. So much for customer friendliness...

You don't really get full, it's very loud and the waitress doesn't seem to want to make money.

The current head chef was my boss at another location for years and I can tell you that he is a genius! He is who he is, but he's a genius when it comes to taste and even with all the lights on he tastes everything! Even umami and that's why it's so delicious because it flavors everything brilliantly and combines it with each other. He has imagination & is creative. Like a loving mother, he cooks for his guests with attention to detail. The new one has learned from Fränki, but even as a non-smoker it doesn't taste good. He can certainly cook the recipes really well and be an assistant, but he's not a genius when it comes to taste. He has no creativity and when he has to be creative, then like Falkenthal, the plate is a bit of everything. It's about getting the best out of just a few ingredients instead of combining 100 things. That can't go well... but I only have about 40 years of gastronomy experience, so what do I know...

Whenever we are on vacation on the Baltic Sea we come here, I personally like everything very much except the pasta (a matter of taste) friendly service, but you often notice as soon as there are a few more guests, everyone becomes hectic and the atmosphere becomes quiet taken.

We had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. The waitress with short brown hair was absolutely rude and disrespectful. We were ignored even though the restaurant wasn't even full. When we were finally able to order, the waitress responded to our questions in an annoyed manner and made derogatory comments. In addition, it was not even possible to change the food due to allergies. I have rarely experienced such bad behavior from the staff.

We were there with a group and had reserved. This was only possible inside. Even though there was a table available, we were told that if we made a reservation for inside, we weren't allowed to sit outside. The reasoning was incomprehensible. I ate a salad. The plate was unfavorable because some of the contents were not cut and tingled a lot when cut. The service was overwhelmed and inattentive.

Prices are way too high and when you pay they say that it cost €10 more than it actually does. Pure rip-off but you can't say anything because the bouncer has quartz sand gloves under the counter🤡

an excellent location in Grömitz on the promenade. Very attentive and nice staff. We had coffee and apple pie in the afternoon. The view was so beautiful that we decided to have some wine and some bread with aioli. We immediately signed up for dinner and it didn't disappoint. I can only recommend it and I go there often and eat out a lot.

The food is great, the service is very good and the ambience right on the Baltic Sea is absolutely GREAT. We will definitely come back again until we go home.

Great restaurant with top service. The service staff is professional, super nice and attentive. Our children were given something to paint right at the table and were so busy. The food was mostly very good. My plaice and side dishes were perfect. Only the burger was a bit peppery. The children's meals were as they should be... delicious. All in all, a nice evening in a family-friendly but not entirely cheap restaurant... Unfortunately, ordering for pickup is not possible here...

We were in your restaurant for lunch on May 1st and were lucky enough to get a seat on the lower outside terrace in the wonderful weather, where we could enjoy the view and the delicious food. We were served by the service employee Tim. We would like to thank Tim again today for the delicious food, ambience, but also a big compliment to Tim for his attentiveness, careful and, above all, friendly service. Was a top dinner! There are timeslots of approximately 2 hours. But you can do it really well, as orders are taken and delivered quickly. We waited about 15 minutes for our food. The staff was really friendly :) There was a good amount of food and also super tasty. We recommend the falafel burger and the pulled pork burger, both with fries. Gladly again!

We had reserved a table for this evening at 7:30 p.m. Unfortunately it wasn't free at around 7:35 p.m., so we went for a walk again. When we returned at around 7:55 p.m. the table was still occupied and we were asked to sit in the bar for the time being and that we would be picked up as soon as a table became available. The first drinks should then be on the house, which is actually very accommodating. The only problem with the whole thing is that my wife is diabetic, which means that the wait for the food and the drink at the bar are not ideal. We then went somewhere else to eat. It's very annoying that our meal didn't work out (final evening), as we actually come here at least once or twice a year and always spend the last evening here. Maybe not from now on.

Unfortunately our visit to Seaside was very disappointing. We looked at the menu in advance to find out about the vegan dishes because we had vegan people with us. The food in general was very good, but the "burger with vegan aioli", for example, was not vegan because the burger bun is not vegan. The service staff seemed very haphazard and overwhelmed to find a solution to this. In the end, after repeated inquiries, there was only one dish left, which was then chosen. Unfortunately, this back and forth really ruined our evening. If the employees had known directly about allergens etc. this would have been much easier. In general, the ambience of the store was very nice. So here are 4 points.

It was a great evening with you, everything from the service to the food was top notch. We will definitely come back. In winter, the beautiful winter garden also invites you to linger.

We had a mixed starter platter, which was good. The main course was matjes, which was subterranean. Far from fresh and simply inedible, the fried potatoes were dripping in fat. I have often eaten herring, including the day before at Gosch, and I know what a good herring should taste like. I politely pointed this out to the service lady, who then told me bluntly that that's just how your herring tastes. Also strange, if you want to pay with a card in the store, you don't see an invoice in advance, you only receive it after you have paid...

Einfach alles Perfekt, von der Bruschetta als Vorspeise bis zum Bürger als Hauptgericht. Wunderschön angerichtetes Essen und geschmacklich auch Unglaublich. Das Ambiente war auch super toller Blick, plus tolle Einrichtung. Man fühlt sich dort einfach Wohl. Großes Lob an den Service, da so sehr sehr sympathisch und nett waren und erst recht großes Lob an die Köche da das Essen so gut war. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen, werde nirgendwo anders mehr in Grömitz Essen gehen.

Wir waren heute dort zum Speisen und waren sehr begeistert. Das Personal sehr höflich, kompetent und zuvorkommend. Die Sessel waren sehr gemütlich und die Atmosphäre angenehm ruhig. Alles ist sehr sauber und geordnet. Mein Rinderschmortopf war vorzüglich und Ihr Kabeljaufilet im Speckmantel mundete auch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

War hier an einem Sonntagabend essen. Für mich ist das Sea Side absolut empfehlenswert. Der Service ist super auf Zack und sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist wirklich gut und die Portionsgröße mehr als ausreichend. Zu Essen hate ich den Hamburger Pannfisch und zum Nachtisch eine Créme Brulée. Beides war sehr lecker. Hier war ich bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal. Von mir gibt’s volle 5 Sterne ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sehr lecker immer super und gleichbleibende Qualität. Auf jeden Fall reservieren, ansonsten sitzt man draußen an Heizpilzen, was auch OK ist wenn man warum angezogen ist.

Wir waren heute zu dritt zum Abendessen dort und sind immer noch begeistert. Der Service und das gesamte Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und die drei Hauptgãnge wurden schnell zubereitet. Jedes Gericht war super schmackhaft und reichlich. Nachspeisen waren einfach nur superlecker. Für uns auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Das Preis-Leistungsverhæltnis stimmt.

Das Restaurant ist hervorragend. Das freundliche Personal begrüßt einen direkt an der Strandpromenade. Selbst zum Mittagessen lohnt es sich zu reservieren. Die Karte ist überschaubar aber breitgefächert. Das Essen war relativ zügig da von äußert hoher Qualität. Es schmeckte alles sehr sehr gut. Preislich war alles im Rahmen Kann ich nur empfehlen!
