Was there today for the first and last time. Unfortunately, only one star 🌟 Service was super nice. I ordered a pizza with peppers and onions and was told three times it was without oregano. After about 20 minutes, the pizza with oregano arrived. They made me a new pizza, but the topping turned out to be a disaster. 3-4 strips of peppers and a quarter of a red onion. Never had such a bad pizza..

Scoozi in Moers is more than just a restaurant – it's a stylish, feel-good spot with urban elegance and loving details. Upon entering, you're immediately greeted by deep green, velvet-covered benches along the walls, warm lighting, copper lamps on each table, and a jungle atmosphere with hanging plants. A magnificent, painted peacock on the wall is particularly eye-catching. Between the modern bar, ornate shelves, and chairs in wood or velvet, design meets soul. Relaxed electronic music often plays – house, light, unobtrusive – creating a soundscape that invites you to linger. What I love: The antipasti platter is a dream – bruschetta, herb curd, prosciutto crudo, tomato and mozzarella, grilled vegetables, shrimp. Large, fresh, and filling – although it costs over €20, it's certainly filling. ``` The Tortellini Scusi Carbonara is also a definite recommendation: filled with guanciale in a white wine and butter sauce, with pancetta crunch, arugula, date cream, and pea shoots – very tasty, but no longer cheap. I also loved the salmon pizza and tagliatelle with salmon – another great memory. But... On my last visit in March, I tried the Pastrami and Broccoli pizza from the specials menu. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment: a hefty price of €17 for a pizza that required a magnifying glass to find the toppings. When the waiter asked me if I liked it, I honestly replied that I was disappointed. He explained that the pizza chef was new. I should mention it again next time, and then I'd get something for free. That was in March of this year. I haven't been back since. It just doesn't feel right to me to directly address what wasn't good the last time on my next visit. So, it's become more of a hurdle for me than an incentive. The tiramisu also varies greatly: sometimes fluffy and light – as it should be. Then again, tough, thick with lots of mascarpone – almost too heavy for a dessert. Unfortunately, on that day, it was the latter. I brought that up as well. The response I got was the explanation that tiramisu is simply made with mascarpone, which is just firmer. I replied that I know very well how tiramisu is made – and also that it varies greatly depending on who is making it. Conclusion: I used to go there almost monthly, but now I notice that it's gotten more expensive – and the quality isn't always the same. It's becoming increasingly difficult to find something for under €20. Nevertheless, the service is friendly, the atmosphere is great, and I have many fond memories there. The music, location, and atmosphere actually make it a feel-good place—but that's precisely why I'm now carefully weighing up whether it's (still) worth it to me.

We visited Scoozi in Moers and were completely satisfied. All the dishes were delicious and served in generous portions. Add to that a really pleasant atmosphere that invites you to linger. Highly recommended!

There were three of us there. The food was very greasy. It was barely edible for us. The pasta, in particular, was swimming in oil. We found the bread too salty. The value for money, in our opinion, was completely out of our control. The attentiveness of the service could be improved. For example, we had to ask for spoons for the pasta.

The food was completely oversalted, was returned, and the bill was still charged. You have to pay extra for everything that comes with the regular meal, even oil. The service is nice, but it takes a long time before you're seen and can order something, even though there's not much to do. Very disappointing when you know it used to be really good.

I generally hate it when staff disrespect me. We waited forever and had to make eye contact several times before anyone deigned to stop by. Why do people like that work in the service area? They have no business being there. We won't be going back. It's a shame for the café!

We've enjoyed visiting Scoozi for many years. The service was always very good, the food was excellent, and everything was perfect. Today, however, was a complete disaster. Despite spending minutes explaining the order to the waiter – for example, half of the pizza we ordered came WITHOUT CHEESE – we were served a pizza with no cheese topping, but covered entirely in Parmesan. When we complained, the answer was: "The pizza isn't cheese, isn't it? There's only Parmesan on top, isn't it?" This is self-explanatory. Whatever the chef and waiter mean by Parmesan? We were charged the full price, and although we were offered a house espresso when paying, we only enjoy espresso after a delicious meal. We will always remember this guest-oriented service – what a shame! Add to that price increases while quality declines – we know and appreciate Italian ambiance differently, especially in Moers!

I can only give a positive review because this place truly values ​​its customers and customer loyalty. The food is always fresh, and the staff (including the chef) are always friendly and quick to serve, no matter how busy or hot it is. They often make meals to order for athletes like me (ordering by the gram, etc.), which I think is really great. If you happen to see the chef, he'll happily give cooking tips for people like me who love to cook and are passionate about it. The chicken there is the best and most tender thing I've ever had in a restaurant. Special praise also goes to the blonde waitress, who is there often and always makes an effort and is also super friendly. The atmosphere is also very cozy! Simply fantastic! The coffee is also very tasty and creamy. The prices are fair and affordable. Always great; the only minor complaint I have, but a high-level complaint, is that there is no air conditioning inside, and I only mention that because I feel sorry for the staff. But otherwise I can only praise it highly and I will come back again and again!

Four of us ate there, the cutlery arrived late, and a bottle of water was served at the table without glasses. The service became very poor.

Delicious food and a lovely terrace The food at Scoozi Moers is really good. When the weather's nice, the outdoor seating area is great. It's a bit cramped inside, though. Still, it's worth a visit!

I can't say anything about the food, it didn't get that far. We sat there for 40 minutes and waited to be served after our drinks, even letting the counter know that we were waiting. Nobody came. Then we just paid for our drinks and left.

I can't say anything about the food. It didn't come to that. Staff unfriendly! Putting unnecessary pressure on the order. Everything just took too long. The glasses we received were simply broken by the dishwasher. I don't even give my guests something like that at home. Salt and pepper mill from Yes. It couldn't be cheaper and prices like that. We had ordered an appetizer for the table and it just didn't come. Only when we decided to leave did a waiter suddenly stand there with the appetizer platter. Of course, this was also billed. Even though I said before that I wanted the bill. For me the store was an absolute failure.

If I could, I would give 0 stars... wait almost 20 minutes for the starter. 4 people at the table there is only cutlery for 3, after the drinks order is canceled after 3 people and left. After waiting for 30 minutes, we decided to leave. Antipasti was not at the table but was charged for. After paying, we were pumped stupidly. 1 time NEVER AGAIN

I ordered food about 1.5 hours ago and ate it now. I have no idea if I'm pregnant. I've already eaten with you a few times, but today it tasted so good, it was the best tiramisu I've ever eaten. Pizza was also very tasty, but unfortunately it came cold instead of lukewarm or warm. It's a shame, so I deducted a star. I would still eat with you again and again. Thanks for the food :)

I've been to Scoozi for the umpteenth time...what can I say...the best thing is the horrendous price increases in recent years with the mediocre food quality. The acoustics can compete with the Cologne HBF. The sofa is far too deep for table level, although I'm certainly not short. If you like Italian, you should go to another Italian restaurant in Moers. It was definitely my last visit.

Great people, nice location in the middle of Moers. Pasta dish was great, pizza was in the oven a little too long. Gladly again, lots of tables outside too.

The restaurant benefits from the location and the “outside terrace”, i.e. the old market! Unfortunately, there is nothing else positive to report. Long waiting times, unprofessional and unfriendly service, small and expensive portions, and definitely not high quality Italian cuisine!

Pizza Lee-Ann and pizza with salsiccia The pizzas themselves were well baked, but the "main ingredients" were very sparse. Hardly to taste the tuna, there wasn't even a piece of sausage to be found per piece (with 8 pre-cut pizza wedges). Comment from the waiter: “I’ll pass it on.” There were no further questions 😠. You should put more effort into the competition in Moers.

Ambiance is very cozy. A bit cramped inside but very nicely done. Service was good and friendly. The food was also delicious, but I found the prices to be a bit too high for the food that was delivered. Had the truffle pasta with the shrimp. I think just under 8 euros for 4 shrimps that have already been peeled is okay. For the price of pasta and truffles in large quantities, and unfortunately not nicely sliced, I think it's a bit overpriced. I had a similar dish somewhere else recently and at least I had truffles on my plate. The pizza was a solid pizza. Delicious, crispy edge.

Totally disappointed! The pizzas were rather poorly topped tarte flambées, mine was burnt at the bottom and you could find the bit of salmon and the other toppings 😆 and that for around €17!!! The Scoozi Bowl was huge... but only the container, which was then 1/3 full, also for around €17!!! In terms of taste, it wasn't exactly great either! Any halfway good pizzeria can do this better...

I was there with my girls a few weeks ago and unfortunately had to return my salad with goat cheese. Mistakes can happen, dealing with them can make the moment either negative or positive. Despite the inconvenience, the moment was great! I am thrilled with how the very nice and friendly service staff handled it. My hotel service heart screams with happiness! Very, very great! I was immediately offered an alternative in a very understanding manner, which is a great reaction in itself. The fact that my re-ordered fries weren't charged either completely upset me. With the great service I would love to come back!

Actually the best pizza far and wide, salad is also very good. Unfortunately, on a Saturday evening of all days when I brought friends from out of town (to whom I had of course raved about the pizza), the pizza was only average and the Ann-Lee had very little tuna and - also - not fresh tasting. It was a completely different pizza! When I asked the waitress about this, she only smiled in a friendly manner. That was very disappointing, hence only four stars. In the future I won't dare to bring new people because the quality doesn't seem to be reliable.

Great ambience at the central old market in the heart of Moers, when the weather is nice the outside seating gives off a certain holiday flair. Very attentive and friendly staff. Good selection of delicious food and drinks.

Schön, dass ihr wieder geöffnet habt. Die Renovierung ist sehr gut geworden und ich wünsche viel Glück für den Neustart.

Hektischer, lauter Service. Die Mitarbeiter haben wenig Überblick an welchen Tisch welche Bestellung gehört. Brot kam erst mitten im Hauptgang. Mitten im Hauptgang kam auch ein kleines Schälchen mit kalten Ananas-Stücken, die der Koch vergessen hatte in die Sauce zu geben. In der leckeren, aber sehr übersichtlichen ' Bowl' wurden Edamame Bohnen mit Schale serviert. Es wurde erklärt, dass man sie mit dem Mund aus der Schale zutzeln solle..... Das ist vielleicht als Snack in einer Japanischen Bar so üblich, aber wenn ich eine Bowl bestelle, möchte ich nicht mit den Fingern essen oder Bohnen aus der Schale lutschen. Von 3 Salatblättern in der Bowl waren 2 welk. Preis Leistung für die Bowl stimmte gar nicht. Wir waren enttäuscht. Zum zweiten Mal in meinem Leben habe ich kein Trinkgeld gegeben. Als Dank dafür wurde dann auch prompt mein Abschiedsgruss nicht erwidert. Wie waren hier öfters zu dritt in der Mittagspause. Sehr schade, dass sich die relaxte Atmosphäre und die Qualität/Quantität der Speisen so gedreht hat. Wie werden erstmal nicht mehr hier essen.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Freundliches zuvorkommend Personal. In der Räumlichkeiten schönes Warmes, etwas gedigeneres Ambiente. Draußen fast doppelt soviele Sitz Möglichkeiten wie innen. Da es sich hier bei der Lage um einen Knotenpunkt von mehreren Restaurants handelt, kann es mal durch die Menschenansammlungen zu einer höheren Geräuschkullisse kommen. Ansonsten hervorragende Küche. War nicht unser erste und letzter Besuch.

Wir waren mit Kind und Baby im Kinderwagen dort und äußerst zufrieden. Meine Rigatoni waren genauso klasse wie die Gerichte der anderen und die Deserts. Bei mir war das Tiramisu. Alles ausreichend viel und mit angemessenen Preisen. Das gesamte Team war sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder. Eine eindeutige Empfehlung von mir.

Sehr schöne Lage am Altmarkt mit gemütlichem Ambiente, freundlicher Bedienung und schmackhaftem Essen...soweit alles gut. Leider sind die Portionen in letzter Zeit von Mal zu Mal kleiner geworden. Der früher üppige Salat Scoozi ist auf die Größe eines Beilagensalats geschrumpft. Der bestellte Wein im 0.2 l Glas muss wohl auf dem Weg von der Theke zum Tisch verdunstet sein, denn das Glas enthielt nur wenig mehr als 0,1 l. Derartigen Methoden zur Gewinnmaximierung haben beim Scoozi System und verärgern die Göste.

Italienisches Restaurant mit angeliederte Eisdiele. Lecker, meist freundliches Personal, angemessene Preise.

Das Ambiente ist etwas zu dunkel und erinnert eher an eine Bar. Die Musik ist für ein Restaurant zu laut und zu „Techno“. Der Service ist wenig entgegenkommend, tendenziell hochnäsig. Der Gipfel ist eine Karaffe Leitungswasser für 6,10 €!

Nudeln mit Lachs waren sehr köstlich. Trotz regem Betrieb im Außenbereich (Kirmes) war das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder!

Wenn auf der Karte frisch gepresster Orangensaft steht erwarte ich auch diesen und nicht den von Granini - schade.

Selten eine SO tolle Gastfreundschaft in einem so wunderbaren, hier in Moers direkt am Altmarkt gelegenem Ambiente erlebt. Das Team ist wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und das Essen ist absolut zu empfehlen. An einem entspannten Sommerabend empfiehlt sich der Außenbereich besonders. Klare Weiterempfehlung meinerseits <3

Netter Laden, nette Mitarbeiter und sehr schönes Ambiente! Durch die 1a Lage in der Moerser Altstadt sitzt man ausgezeichnet in der Außengastro. Kombi mit Eissalon nebenan ist perfekt. Das Essen ist gut aber nicht herausragend...

+ nettes kleines lokal in der Mitte der Stadt + Servicepersonal schnell und freundlich + Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen - nur Longdrinks ,keine Cocktails - sehr Laut

Von außen unscheinbar aber Küche und Service überzeugen mit Qualität und Freundlichkeit. Für uns immer ein fester Anlaufpunkt wenn wir die Stadt Moers besuchen.

Sehr schöne Location am Altmarkt, man kann wunderbar draußen sitzen. Aber...das essen viel zu teuer und die Portionen für das Geld viel zu klein. Ein kleines Lachsstück mit etwas Spargel und Kartoffelpurree 24,90 Euro.... Der Service sehr schleppend wenn nicht der Chef selbst eingegriffen hätte. Schade eigentlich....

Essen war sehr lecker, Bedienung unwitzig, es hat leider nach Toilette gerochen. Wenig vorteilhaft für das schmackhafte Essen.

It's a mostly crowded restaurant, so not my favorite venue, but the staff is great and the food is outstanding for the city of Moers. Give it t a try.

Die Pizza war hervorragend, leider hatten wir noch kein Besteck... Zusätzlich war der weiße Hauswein viel zu warm und Eiswürfel im Wein ist ein Frevel. Dann könnte ich mir eine Schorle bestellen. Sehr wuselig und laut auf der Terrasse.
