The food is generally very good and the selection is extensive. The specials like steak, salmon, etc. are not optimally thought out. Instead of everything being prepared for each guest and them being notified via a pager when it's ready, for example, they prepare it in moderation. This leads to the risk that you might arrive late and end up waiting in line for a long time, or the steak might be as dry as a shoe sole. 👎 It could be improved with different organization. Otherwise, as buffet restaurants go, it's rather expensive. However, the service staff was very attentive. It was very warm inside the day we were there.

Typical Italian food, good quality, excellent service

It's very good for a buffet place, but the atmosphere is definitely reminiscent of mass-production. The food, however, is generally very good, and the desserts are particularly noteworthy. You can go there once or twice a year, but it's best in the summer when the outdoor area is open, so it's spread out a bit better.

The wide selection is particularly nice: there are varied starters, delicious main courses, and delicious desserts, so you'll want to try everything. The service was extremely friendly, attentive, and always there to help, without being intrusive. We also really liked the location – modern, stylish, and cozy at the same time, perfect for both a relaxed dinner and special occasions. The decor is partly Italian-style. The overall package of food, service, and ambiance is truly perfect here. We highly recommend it, and we're already looking forward to our next visit!

As I've written many times before, the quality and taste of the food is surprisingly good for the large selection and quantity. There were 13 of us there, and everyone was satisfied. The food is always refilled quickly and is also presented in an appealing and clean manner – a logistical masterpiece! The small plates make a lot of sense, so people try a lot and not throw anything away. At first, it was a bit chaotic with the drinks; we were repeatedly asked for our drinks by three or four waiters. Later, things settled down, and only one very friendly and attentive lady came to us. A definite recommendation for anyone who likes to eat a lot and a lot of variety.

We had reserved a table for two online and requested a quieter atmosphere. When we arrived at the restaurant an hour early, we were politely informed that all the tables were occupied. We returned an hour later and were very kindly shown to our assigned table. The waiter briefly explained the pricing system and the buffet layout. We went to the buffet to choose our meals. The selection was very extensive, making it difficult to decide not to overeat. Therefore, I preferred smaller portions to try as many different dishes as possible. In my opinion, there really is something to suit every taste, and it also tastes very good. The only thing that didn't completely convince me were the desserts. This is purely a matter of taste, of course; they were delicious, but unfortunately a bit too sweet and filling for me. After we finished eating, the waiter came to take our payment. Even then, he maintained a very friendly manner. As we left, I took a few more photos after asking. I had been given permission to take photos. I was also allowed to photograph the chefs, which I found very kind. The kitchen staff were very approachable. Interaction with them was pleasant. Overall, it was a very successful evening in a very pleasant atmosphere, which was further enhanced by our seating. The seating provided a good overview. The lighting at the table was also optimal. The entire environment contributed to the positive experience. It was a lovely end to the day.

There was a sufficient selection, but the pasta with scampi was constantly sold out. They refilled it, but the guests quickly searched for the next one. There was simply too little of that kind. In general, I would have expected something more seafood and fish. Perhaps I've been spoiled by Italy and similar countries. We were also bothered by the fact that we were assigned a table, but then had to ask for it to be cleaned. When my companion asked for an ashtray, we were given an almost full one. And even though it was very busy, it wasn't at all loud. It's a really lovely restaurant and we'd love to come back. The only thing I have to criticize is the price for children aged 4 and up. Perhaps they should reconsider that and consider introducing age-based pricing.

Let's clarify something at the beginning. This is my personal opinion, my taste, and my perception. Everyone has their own opinion, and I do too. 😉 The selection is very large and attractively presented. It's also regularly refilled. Unfortunately, the taste doesn't exceed "cafeteria standard." Pasta is often too mushy, no matter what kind; not really seasoned, often very bland; vegetables are often not cooked to perfection, either much too dense or very overcooked. The "SPECIAL" beef fillet was also very disappointing. All but one very thick piece, despite prior notification, was not cooked medium, but completely cooked and a mixture of chewing gum and shoe sole. Sorry for the comparison, but I'm just giving my perspective. The service, unfortunately, wasn't much better. Often too "pushy," plates were cleared away even though they weren't empty, and cutlery was clearly ordered between 8 and 4 o'clock. The ambiance is nice and really well thought out. However, the extreme noise and the "old wooden chairs" made it really unpleasant. The concept, the idea, and especially the location are really great and definitely deserve more. But unfortunately, not from me at the moment.

We ate at Eatalio Moers again today. This time with the kids (9 and 12 years old). We took advantage of the offer where children up to 12 eat free (one child per one paying adult). This meant we only had to pay for two adults. The kids loved it. Today (Sunday), steaks, prawns, and spaghetti from a cheese wheel were included. The selection is huge and varied. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. There is plenty of parking on site, and other parking spaces are also available in the immediate vicinity. The cleanliness of the location and the restroom facilities were also top-notch. We would love to come back and would be pleased if the family special were added to our menu permanently.

The service staff is also very friendly and attentive. The drinks were on the table within minutes, and empty plates were cleared away immediately. TOP! The only minor downside was the price. It's expensive, but absolutely justified for what you get!

7:30 PM reservation, got a table for 8 PM, and was told the food would be served until 9 PM. At 8:20 PM, drinks were finally on the table. I'm still looking for everything from the Gamba special. Never, never again.

However, it was more lukewarm than hot, much of it was overcooked, and some dishes were simply poured with water, mixed, and finished. The service was rather mediocre, not particularly friendly, and the prices aren't cheap either. €92 for two people.

The food and atmosphere are good. The waiters are terrible, and they don't do their jobs at all. Drinks, for example, the Coke, tasted normal in the first order. Then the rounds came as if it were a Coke that had been standing for two weeks, with no acidity. When asked about it, they said it was fresh, but all five people left it standing and didn't drink it. The Coke Zero was simply placed there instead of anyone saying what was what. Tables with lots of guests have been gone for an hour. All the tables are still full and haven't been cleared away. The staff are nice, but not good.

Always a great experience! The food is truly delicious, from appetizers to dessert. There's something for everyone. The service is prompt, and you rarely have to wait long for drinks. Unfortunately, it's become quite expensive these days, but that's to be expected. We love it.

Unfortunately, the offering didn't quite meet my expectations. I found the prices a bit high, and the selection didn't quite match the impression I'd gotten from the Facebook ad—for example, I missed prawns and shrimp. It's a shame, as I'd hoped for more variety based on the ad.

The food is truly excellent, and the service couldn't be better. We're always impressed and are happy to recommend Eatalio to friends. What really annoys me, however, is that children 3 and up pay "only" €18, but for what? I've yet to see a toddler with three steaks on their plate. Considering that most kids only eat fries, pizza, and pasta, and even then, in small quantities, I don't think the price is reasonable.

We wanted to try an Italian buffet and spent a weekend near Moers. The ambiance is nice, but a bit gloomy. The appetizers were good, the main courses were okay, but the dessert had nothing to do with Italy. The service, however, was great, and there was always someone around. The drinks were very expensive. If you're used to "real" Italian food, you won't be satisfied. However, if you value quantity, you'll be happy here.

We were there on August 23rd with four people (we had reserved a table online). First of all, the setting is very impressive; when we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by a wonderful ambiance. We then checked in with the super-friendly lady at the front desk and were given our table number. After a short wait, we were escorted to our table by another (again very nice) colleague. We first chose our drinks, which were promptly taken and brought to our table a short time later. Great! So we stormed the buffet. From salads, vegetables, a variety of side dishes, a huge selection of meat and fish, to a fantastic selection of desserts. And then, of course, there was the fresh food counter, where dishes (on that day, steak, burgers, skewers, and pasta from a cheese wheel) were freshly prepared for you. Nothing was left to be desired! The service was incredible! No plate remained on the table for more than five minutes before it was cleared away. Drinks came almost immediately. It was a great evening in a lovely atmosphere, and we'll definitely be back. I only have one constructive criticism: I ordered a homemade iced lemonade (passion fruit). I suspect they fill the glass with syrup (about 4 cl) and then top it with ice. I actually almost ordered a bottle of water to go with it, as it was so sweet I could hardly drink it. My highlight of the evening: the apple crumble! Simply amazing! We didn't take any photos because we were just enjoying the evening. Later in the evening, it filled up noticeably, so a reservation is probably recommended.

Unfortunately, it wasn't my cup of tea. A typical all-you-can-eat. For the price, I had a really bad meal. In fact, some of the food preparation seemed careless. Some of it I just couldn't eat, like the brownie and the apple crumble. It was way too sweet and definitely not homemade. The grilled steak is worth it. The spinach lasagna and most of the appetizers were also good. As always, it all comes down to taste. For some, that's enough, as the reviews show. Personally, I prefer owner-operated restaurants with a small menu and freshly prepared dishes. Sorry, I won't be coming back.

I doubt all those 5-star reviews are real. You can buy them these days. By German standards, it's very expensive. 38 euros. It's not all-inclusive. Drinks are 4 to 5 euros per glass. (Prepared cola, still). -Only the desserts are good. -Appetizers are okay. -Pasta, lasagna, noodles, etc., taste bad. The meat is cold, way too salty, dry, and tasteless. -Hamburgers are cold and dry. You can only get steak from the griddle, but there's a long line. A big stomachache afterwards. ( You don't go out to eat to get sick.) The restaurant's interior has Italian elements, but it still feels like a large dining room. Based on other reviews, I expected a lot from this place, but the disappointment and the price were definitely not worth it. It's a shame about the evening.
