Trattoria Emma in Moers

We booked the entire restaurant for a private event. There were about 30 of us. We started with appetizer platters, which were generously filled with a variety of dishes, from eggplant to seafood. Next, there was a pizza-making class, which was very entertaining, giving everyone a chance to try their hand at baking in a stone oven. Then came the main course, which everyone could choose from. I had the salad with goat cheese. It was delicious, and I'd never had it like that before. To my surprise, it was topped with various fruits, which was a perfect complement. For dessert, there were dessert platters with a wide selection. The service was very attentive, and drinks were always served promptly. All in all, it was a very enjoyable and successful evening.

Small but perfectly formed, that's all you really need to know. A constantly changing menu and classics like pizza and pinsa offer something for everyone.

The food was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, the acoustics were very loud. The room layout definitely needs to be reconsidered. It also felt like there was no ventilation. The service staff was excellent – ​​attentive but not intrusive. All in all, a very enjoyable evening.

We visited this restaurant today. We had reserved a table for 5 pm and received a confirmation email. Our first impression was very positive – the restaurant is clean, nicely decorated, and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, shortly after we were seated, we were informed that we would have to vacate the table by 6:30 pm at the latest. This would have meant we only had an hour and a half to enjoy our meal – clearly not enough time for a planned, relaxing evening. We were not informed of this time limit either during the reservation process or in the confirmation email. Since we had traveled a long way and wanted to enjoy a leisurely evening, we decided to leave the restaurant. It's a shame that this isn't communicated more transparently. Unfortunately, it gives the impression that the restaurant prioritizes quick table turnover over the well-being of its guests.

We are regulars at Trattoria Emma and always feel completely at ease. The food is always delicious, fresh, and varied – perfectly tailored to the season. The service is warm and welcoming, the atmosphere cozy – simply a place you always want to return to!

Called today at 2 p.m. and reserved a table for 7 p.m. Received friendly service on the phone, looking forward to the visit. Upon arrival at the restaurant, there was no reservation. I was asked who I had spoken to and whether I had actually called. I showed the call log with the correct phone number. No effort to retain the guest. They wished me a pleasant evening. Very unprofessional. We definitely won't be back. Simply embarrassing that, as a guest, you have to explain who you had spoken to. Unfortunately, I can't really rate the food and the ambiance since we didn't get to experience it. Zero stars for service and hospitality, as well as for the professional care of guests.

Six of us ate there on a recommendation, and what can I say? It was a dream. All the pasta dishes were uniquely prepared. The service from the two waiters was excellent and very friendly. For me, this is currently the best pizza in Moers. It's a bit on the expensive side, but the restaurant has very attentive servers and good chefs.

Delicious food and delicious, generous cocktails. The truffle pasta and carpaccio are absolute musts. We truly enjoyed our meal and can't wait to return. A huge thank you to the fantastic staff for the great service.

I'm giving it one star because it's a no-brainer. I went for dinner today and it seemed like a place where the pizzas could be greatly improved; the atmosphere isn't appropriate for a €60 dinner. I'm very disappointed. I had very good reviews and it wasn't anything like what I'd been told. I will definitely never return.

Really enjoyed our first visit to Emma. Great phone manner when we phoned to book a table & ask if it was ok for our dog to join us. The menu has some great choices & it isn’t overwhelming. Really enjoyed our bread, spreads & olives while we waited for our meals 😋 We felt the prices were very decent too. The drinks were equally as delicious as the food & the service was on point, not too much & not too little. We will certainly be going back to enjoy another date night there ✨👍

Simply delicious! I could have joined in with the greeting from the kitchen. The truffle pizza that followed was so delicious and topped with large pieces of truffle (and cheese, Parma ham, arugula and cherry tomatoes). The card changes every now and then, which is why it is pushed to the table in a size of 1.60 x 1.20 m. If you want, you can watch the chef prepare the food. Inside and outside you can sit comfortably and in an attractive ambience. I didn't expect to have such a great restaurant in my neighborhood (Meerbeck). Otherwise you have to drive into the city center for a restaurant like this. Price-performance is upscale but still bearable. The pizza cost around €20. I'll be back, no question!

We visited the restaurant based on a recommendation. The appointment was made via the website. The corresponding process could be improved. It was a good thing we had reservations. The small restaurant quickly filled to capacity. The “greetings from the kitchen” was very tasty, as was the (actually simple) starter. And the main course was delicious. There were four of us and we ordered three different pasta dishes. All three were great. The prices are quite high - appropriate for the quality of the food. We will definitely eat at Trattoria Emma again.

A very style full shop, Nicely decorated, very modern. They have an open kitchen. The service was very friendly and recommendations were made. The food was great. Beforehand there was fresh bread from the house with dip and olives We had the carpaccio and the appetizer platter, there was nothing wrong with it. Well marinated. Well seasoned. Our main courses were also super tasty and plentiful. We would like to come again. 👍🏼

Service is good. Unfortunately, the dishes aren't that great. The starter plate simply has no taste, but you can also see that Billo products are used here. The pizza is a 5/10. solid but nothing where I would say: I'll go there again. Here, more emphasis is placed on the ambience than on the food. Let me put it this way: I don't take any customers here. Kleines aber feines, stilgeführtes Restaurant mit extravaganter italienischer Küche. Wirklich zu empfehlen, Pizzen und Risotto war hervorragend. Einzig alleine die Parkplatzsuche gestaltet sich etwas schwierig, aber es lohnt sich und man wird entschädigt. 👍

Tolles Hippes Lokal mit feinem Ambiente...Tolles Personal und super tolle italienische Küche...hier gibt es das, was man in anderen italienischen Lokalen leider oft vergeblich sucht...bitte weiter so.

Kleine aber feine Trattoria. Wer Pizza liebt muss die Pizza aus dem speziellen Holzkohleofen probieren. Es gibt im Umkreis keine bessere. Auch die anderen Gerichte sind uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Der Service ist freundlich und die Preise sind moderat.

Ich war gestern zum ersten Mal dort, es war eine angenehme Entdeckung. Kompetente und freundliche Bedienung, sehr gutes Essen von der Vorspeise bis zum Hauptgang, ehrliche Preise für die Qualität der Zutaten und die Arbeit, die dahinter steckt, definitiv einen Gegenbesuch wert.

Einfach 3 Worte: Nett Lecker Fantastisch

Das Ambiente war sehr schön, das Essen sehr lecker, das Personal sehr freundlich. Bis hierhin volle Punktzahl. Was gar nicht ging, waren die Getränke! Egal ob Bier oder limonadenhaltige Getränke: alles auf Zimmertemperatur! Da freut man sich im Sommer (28 Grad) auf ein kühles Getränk und bekommt dann zwei Stunden lang ständig so eine Plörre vorgesetzt. Kein einziges Getränk war gekühlt. Außerdem scheint dem Personal am Zapfhahn nicht bekannt zu sein, wofür der Eichstrich da ist. Ich bin kein Pingel und sage nicht schnell etwas, aber 1 cm unter dem Eichstrich ist schon recht viel.

Sehr schmackhaftes und im Preis angemessenes Essen, korrekte Weinpreise und eine freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung. Das sucht man häufig vergebens. Ein perfekt gebratener Schwertfisch in guter Portion mit Tagliatelle war heute dran, demnächst geht es weiter!
