Very friendly service, good food, great experience - definitely worth a visit!

We had a candlelight dinner and were completely satisfied – the service and food were wonderful. We visited the restaurant on Halloween, and of course, everything was decorated in a spooky style. Anyone looking for a special dining experience or a unique gift might want to check it out.

Well, what can I say? Event catering and I just don't get along. We were invited, so we gave it a chance. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to my idea of ​​"going out to eat" or a restaurant visit. First, something positive: the food and drinks were tasty. The rest is debatable. The seats around the "roller coaster" are awkward if you're with more than two people, as you're lined up like at a bar, making conversation difficult. There are other seats available, but even there you're still quite far apart. The service is minimal; everything is explained and handled via a tablet and a short, laminated A4 sheet. It might seem modern, but ultimately it's like self-checkout: they give the customer the illusion of complete autonomy, but actually offload a large part of the service work onto them. I find that awful. On top of that, the ordering process on the tablet is terrible—thousands of extras and special features, a ton of unnecessary frills. The food arrives at your table in a pot, transported via a kind of roller coaster, and then you have to plate it yourself on the dishes you've arranged yourself. I might as well cook at home. I have no idea what makes it so successful. So, the guest takes on all the service tasks, from ordering and setting the table to arranging the food on the plate. For that, I think the prices are quite reasonable. In conclusion, I can say that the food tasted good, and I'm not the target audience.

My daughter and I went there for dinner this evening. We received a call beforehand at home informing us that there would be a Halloween party that evening. If our child came in costume, there would be a free gift. So, she came as a witch, and it was simply wonderful. Our server was Mandy. She explained everything perfectly to us "newbies," was always available when we had questions, and even tried to get the food moving again when it got stuck in the decorations. Yes, the prices are a bit higher. But you don't treat yourself to an evening like this very often, so I think it's perfectly acceptable. We would definitely come back if we ever find ourselves in Dresden again.

Great, unique location, however the prices are completely overpriced, especially considering that the drinks like cocktails and aperitifs aren't mixed in-house. No high-quality wines are available, and the prices for children's meals are also exorbitant.

The restaurant and atmosphere were fantastic; our daughter and we loved it. Everything was absolutely wonderful for Halloween, decorated with great care and attention to detail. Even the staff and some of the guests were in costume. Food and drinks were delivered via the roller coaster – a real highlight, especially for the kids. We stumbled upon the restaurant "Schwerelos" by chance and enjoyed our meal today. Besides the delicious food and the fantastic concept and its execution, the service was friendly. The price of drinks makes you think twice about ordering a second one. The food can sometimes be a bit of a quibble... The important thing is that the portions are filling, and that worked :)

A great experience restaurant, you should definitely try it at least once. The prices are just about acceptably high for the ambience and the certain show you get!

We were treated to a wonderful meal by our tour guide, Susi. Everything was fantastic, from the wonderful explanations to the roller coaster system to the billing—everything was superb and the service was fantastic. We'd be happy to come back anytime.

Lame. Very overpriced food, even the rollercoaster gimmick lacks proper execution. The thing gets stuck all the time (staff giving carts a nudge with a stick...) and the delivery ensures our food is served as an unappetising heap on your plate. Avoid.

The pictures and videos don't capture the feeling. You have to experience it for yourself, when the food "floats" right in front of your nose. It's simply a fantastic and innovative concept, which justifies the rather lofty prices. Robby's scurries around with great music for open drinks like a beer glass. What we particularly liked was the super attentive care of our four-legged friend. Water bowl, treats, petting – all included. The recommendation to order a little less at first should be taken literally. You might want to share side dishes, as the portions are really large. If you arrive by car, you should use the underground parking garage right next to the train station. A romantic candlelight dinner in a private room – wrong address. A convivial group evening, or even just for two with an R2D2 affinity – that's exactly what's possible here!

The theme restaurant relies almost exclusively on the idea that food and drinks are served via roller coaster tracks and robots – it's funny, but for us, it's also the only reason to come here. Orders are placed via touchpad. The software is very well-designed for sales and frequently offers additional upgrades when ordering. We were a bit confused and ordered too much. Overall, almost everything here is charged extra. A view of the roller coaster from above costs €5, a table with a looping track costs €4 per person, etc. Covered drinks roll on a track, while open ones are served by a serving robot. The latter is also sent to birthday guests' tables while singing "Happy Birthday." The food quality was unfortunately not convincing: the taste was okay, but nothing more – I've had comparable or better food in some company canteens. The prices are significantly too high for that. Furthermore, food deliveries got stuck several times, and removing the pots, which are secured with rubber bands, is quite fiddly. Fortunately, the staff, who seem to be familiar with this problem, are there to help. Empty plates and pots are placed on a turntable, which is then cleared away – convenient. Plates, glasses, and cutlery are also available there. The staff seemed to be trying hard, but rather strained, to make the whole thing an "experience." The bottom line: a nice piece of technology, but the food, atmosphere, and value for money aren't up to scratch.

A visit is truly an event. Great staff and good food, combined with the food being served on a roller coaster. It's a lot of fun. It's not exactly cheap, though.

We had a very nice flight attendant, Susi N. She greeted us warmly and explained everything we needed to know. The portions, even though the pots looked so small, were generous, and we all enjoyed our meal. We decided not to order dessert after all 😅 Our daughter's drink arrived in a cute robot. We were satisfied. Keep it up 👍

Not recommended. The so-called dishes are disproportionately overpriced considering the portion size, quality, and cost of each portion! In my opinion, this is a complete rip-off. The menu selections are sometimes odd, e.g., French fries smothered in Bolognese sauce for around €14.... Portions are tiny. The staff rushes and puts pressure on you if you don't choose quickly enough! The quality of the food bears no relation to the price! The ambiance is very loud, and the music is sometimes quite loud. This review represents my subjective opinion.... Conclusion: Never again!

It is not just a place with delicious food! It is also a whole exciting world full of surprises! We loved the service! At first we were greeted by a kind young man who explained the concept of the restaurant. Then a very sweet and kind waitress with very good English welcomed us and even offered to play a buzzer after the meal. Drinks are served by a sweet robot. By the way, if you wish, you can see how your dishes are being prepared through a peeking window, before they are sent to you via a whole huge rail system. Left us thinking how do the dishes know which table to go to?! The dishes were absolutely delicious! We were so hungry and so impressed with the food that we forgot to take photos... Slushy for grownups with a dash of tequila made the day even more fun! But we shall include it in our travel video vlog, to fully appreciate it! Anyway, we would gladly come back anytime!

Four of us met here for dinner. The service was very good. Our waiter, Ali, was very attentive and friendly. It was a lovely evening, and the food was good. The atmosphere was fine, though the roller coasters made it a bit hectic and less relaxing. But it's a great place for kids!

I'm from Baden-Württemberg and I'm visiting here. We ate at Schwerelos, and I'm absolutely thrilled. The server, Mandy, was extremely friendly, accommodating, and enthusiastically showed us how experience dining works. Highly recommended. The food was simply fantastic. The rump steak with teriyaki vegetables was divine. As I said, pure delight! Greetings again to the Schwerelos Dresden team.

Today we were served by Mr. Sultan. We can't say anything negative and were very satisfied.

I think this restaurant should clearly be seen as an experience restaurant. The quality of the food isn't abysmal, but it's on a scale between a swimming pool snack bar and a bowling alley. Fried things get soggy in the pots and make the taste experience even worse. The prices are unfortunately far too high for that. The drinks are actually even worse. €6.80 for a flat 0.5 liter Warsteiner with only a hint of foam is pretty cheeky. The beer arrived by robot, so it might have been shaken less. It feels like everything costs extra. We wondered if we could have bought the ketchup bottle for €1. The service was too rude for me. The roller coaster restaurant experience itself is great, especially for children, but unfortunately the price-performance ratio isn't good overall. I think they could just charge an entrance fee per person, and the meals could be priced at the normal price. The loop-the-loops tables already have an extra charge.
