Very special experience in a great atmosphere.... entertaining stay for the children too

The food is really good, big compliments to the kitchen! Even if the pots look small at first, it's really more than enough (it could have been just a little more soup ;-)) Also big praise to Ali, our service person. Always friendly, very helpful and accommodating! Our son just loves it there and we always have fun too :-) The only downside: we had specially ordered a hot drink just so that the robot cat would come to our table (for the kids). A lady from the service meant well and brought it straight to the table. We explained to her that we would like to have the cat because of the kids. Then it got really soggy and it just came... then they just get it cold if they really want it. So unnecessary and outrageous! Mind you the latte came out still hot 2 minutes later. But we didn't let it spoil our fun :-) Thanks again to Ali, who read my note about the lady on my review card as soon as I gave it to him and apologized for her. Nice words to say goodbye are worth so much gold <3

Really great concept... You have to see it... Pots move around the room... A robot cat that you can pet brings e.g. B. Beer on tap... The food came quickly and was very tasty... The first thought that there might be too little was not confirmed - we didn't manage to do everything... The children were well looked after, Play corner, photo corner or activity (painting plates or glasses for home) at the table... Keep it up and we'll definitely be back with the kids...

Now I'm thrilled - great atmosphere, super attentive and friendly service and absolutely delicious food. The prices are not bargains but also not higher than in other good restaurants. I had a goat cheese and pumpkin wrap as a starter - delicious! It was enough for me, so I'll have dessert ;) The pasta with salmon was also very tasty and the children's portion of chicken nuggets was plentiful. Gladly again:))

For Christmas we were given a voucher for an experience package for 2, which we have now redeemed. The food was really great, especially Ali from the service is very nice and always after you. Ordering works via tablets. You choose your aisle, order and then have it delivered via the rails. It went very quickly, was hot at times and, above all, very tasty. Everything went smoothly, we are thrilled. Highly recommended and definitely worth the price. You should still take some change with you, as drinks - apart from the welcome drink - are not included in the price. Still everything is great!

Our daughter had finished mashed potatoes with good and cheap fish fingers, the stuffed peppers were filled with whatever and inedible, my sliced ​​meat was bland. Ready-made cocktails for three euros for 10 euros were also rather questionable. The ambience itself is great and the service is super friendly.

The prices and the quality of the food are disproportionate, but you definitely pay for the ambience and the location right next to the main station. It's difficult to evaluate the service, as it doesn't actually do much except clear dishes and collect cash. Conclusion: You've been there once, but you don't have to go there a second time.

NO RECOMMENDATION! We ate at this restaurant as a birthday present. Right at the beginning, the waiter “Ali” greeted us and questioned whether we could handle the device. The menu was extremely confusing and the pictures depicting the dishes seemed anything but inviting. The combinations of the different dishes didn't fit together and we had to think for a while about what we actually liked. After a few minutes we could literally feel the drinks being thrown down the rails onto the tables. A glass was pushed so hard that it immediately derailed and shattered on the floor behind us. There were broken pieces everywhere, we were wet and no one bothered to sweep them away or ask around whether everything was okay with the affected tables. The restaurant was full of children. Then came the food and that was really the absolute highlight. The dishes tasted like they came straight from the prepackaged. The salad looks like it came out of a bag, the chicken is bloody inside. Not to mention the absolutely overpriced prices. A handful of bagged fries with dry pieces of chicken (which was advertised as teriyaki chicken) for a whopping €18.00 is more than a disgrace. A so-called “visitor platform” is also advertised here with a direct insight into the kitchen, which is more reminiscent of a McDonald’s branch. The toilets were used and then we started eating again AND all of this was visible to every guest. It's a shame for such a great location. It wasn't worth the money!

NO RECOMMENDATION! The menu alone is just a strange compilation of dishes that sometimes make no sense at all. The selection has been poorly thought out; among other things, there is a completely vegan Bruger but no “normal” one. The drinks on the roller coaster came with a loud rumble, a drink fell down and shortly afterwards another drink came flying across the room, hit a pane of glass and shattered into a thousand splinters, splashing the guests and being hit by the splinters. So it's better to stay 10 meters away from the looping roller coaster. The next disappointment came when eating. Simply a 0/10 in terms of quality and about the same level as McDonalds or other fast food restaurants. The food is already on the table after 5 minutes of ordering and is sometimes cold or lukewarm, which only suggests that sensible “cooking” is probably not the area of ​​expertise either. Whether there is anything left to say about the prices remains to be seen. Utopian prices for small, cold, poor quality dishes. We were just horrified by the whole thing. You simply relax in the location, which is really great and actually has a lot of potential.

We celebrated our son's birthday today. It was a unique experience for him and he won't stop talking about it. We felt right at home with two children. The play area is well equipped. We never had the feeling that the children were a bother. So we adults could also enjoy the evening. The food was delicious and arrived at the table super quickly. The service staff are super friendly and helpful with problems. A really nice evening. We ask that you keep an eye on the cleanliness of the toilets.

We had dinner at this restaurant today for our anniversary. My girlfriend chose it and all I can say is that it was absolutely amazing for me. The restaurant itself is simply great. Especially for little guests (or big ones who are enthusiastic about that kind of thing....i.e. me😅) it is simply wonderfully entertaining how the orders whiz through the store and the robo-waiter meanders through the store. This means that even the waiting time (which was really short, I think 20-30 minutes) was absolutely bearable 😁. Ordering is easy and convenient on the tablet. There is no time pressure and you can choose your food and drinks at your leisure. Even those who are not very tech-savvy should be able to order easily thanks to the instructions provided. The staff is super friendly and immediately available. And most importantly, the food! The taste is absolutely amazing and the quantity is more than enough. Almost too much for a normal eater. Even though I eat a lot, I feel plump and full even without dessert. I can only recommend this restaurant to everyone and you should visit it at least once. Even if it's a little more expensive than the one in our corner, it's still worth the price. I will definitely recommend it and come back again sometime 😁 keep it up!👍
