If I could give zero stars I would give zero. The whole story with the poor run-down and sick bunnies alone is questionable for a good hotel, especially when the stable is right in front of the hotel and nobody seems to get anything with what condition the rabbits were in, or that they were "stolen". It's not completely unsympathetic or inviting either.

A kind of farm school with the pretensions of a hotel. Poor cleanliness, few staff and discussions in front of customers. On the last night they organize a canned musical performance and the owner sings out of tune. Not recommended at all

The dinner and breakfast service was deplorable. They did not provide enough quantity, both at breakfast and at dinner, leaving my group of 45 people hungry. The beds were very bad, with very old bed bases, and you got up bent. It does not comply with regulations for handicapped, as they do not have an elevator. Very poor lighting in the hallways. There is a report about this hotel in the Badische Zeitung from July 25, 2024. This hotel is definitely not recommended for anyone who cares about animal welfare.

The owner tortures animals (rabbits). A few weeks ago, several rabbits were taken away from her by the Löffingen Animal Welfare Association. She is currently said to have lost 80 rabbits. This is a very strange story. Did she dispose of the animals? On July 17th, 2024, a Wednesday, we wanted to have lunch there around 1 p.m. and before visiting Tatzmania Park. According to the website, Thursday is the rest day in the restaurant. Apart from 2 cleaning staff, who didn't speak German, it was dead. Restaurant closed, no sign, no information about opening times. We definitely won't try it there again.

Horrible what's going on here. Where did all the rabbits suddenly go that were kept so cruelly and were mostly sick and without ears or noses? Never bring animals into the hotel again!

Charming hotel. Verena, the owner, is attentive to everything. Nice details in the hotel, very charming. Spacious rooms and some with terrace. Free heated pool and paid sauna. Ideal to rest after a long day of sightseeing

We were shocked and won't go there again Sick rabbits are presented there. Some of the animals are born there without ears and deformed noses. It's a mystery to me why other visitors enjoy it. Uncontrolled reproduction. We don't want to support something like that with our visit to the restaurant

Ugly rooms, with very little care for cleaning. They don't change towels, even if you leave them on the floor. COMPLETELY INSUFFICIENT ROOM CLEANING. I know that each country has its typical food and its way of cooking...... but when the genre is terrible and insufficient...... that's how TOTALLY INEDIBLE meals come out. We were an organized group of mundoSENIOR from Euskadi, and some of us went so far as to buy food at the different outlets so that we could make sandwiches..... to eat after NOT DINNER..... a pastry...... Verena, the owner, is a self-centered person, everything revolves around her. She wants to act nice, fine and pleasant....... but it's all pure and simple posturing, SHE IS A MISS ROTTENMEIER. You can see how he watches the employees so that they don't give you more food than you should, I mean, LITTLE, very little, I in particular am lactose intolerant and since I couldn't eat dessert, he brought me a bowl with 4 strawberries counted (as is), from which they had removed the bits that were damaged. Well.......about the rest I'd better keep quiet. Right Verena? We had a nice stay, the hotel is in a good location and is suitable for families with children, the food is okay. However, the service and cleanliness could be significantly better! After we pointed out that there was animal hair in one of the beds and on the couch in our room, we were told that it would be cleaned again, but this was not the case. We would still come back

I was here and was extremely satisfied. Verena and the other employees were extremely friendly. There is both beautiful nature and a swimming pool. The breakfast was also excellent. 😊

Low quality food, everything a bit chaotic and sleepy. Colorful mix of styles, trashy taste in furnishings. Attentive staff, but more bad than good. The greeting from the kitchen is simple and heartless. The dishes are simple and yet dull. A lot of things seem heartless and just about possible. Unfortunately, everything seems a bit disappointing. I would have liked to have written something else.

A small family hotel with friendly owners who still live the life of being hosts. Wonderfully located, right opposite the Tazmania Wildlife Park, it is ideal for families, but also for couples who just want to get away for a quick weekend. Fine food and a breakfast that has everything you need. I didn't enjoy the pool or sauna, but it looks cozy there too and invites you to linger. I'll definitely come back.

We stayed for a few days in the fall in Verena's Parkhotel and enjoyed every day. The hotel is beautifully and lovingly furnished. You discover new, loving details every day. The indoor pool and sauna were very nice and very clean. The breakfast and food were excellent and there was live music in the restaurant one evening. Despite the amount of work in the hotel, the entire family is friendly and helpful at all times

Very nice and elegant place to visit. You can also get some nice views and a good time with the family, kids or friends. I recommend with all my heart,cause I know they’re putting the cleanings and quality on everything, and the most important you can enjoy your time on the restaurant, with live music, food and beautiful atmosphere.

Entrance area with improper animal husbandry. Toilet very small and not clean. Pool area very dingy and worn out. Breakfast very expandable. Overall too expensive for what is on offer.

Wir haben die Standartzimmer über Booking gebucht. Als wir ankamen wurden uns Zimmer mit Balkon, da es so heiß war, gegen einen geringen Aufpreis angeboten. Das fand ich sehr zuvorkommend und wir waren dankbar. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig ohne Verkehr. Für Kinder optimal. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind individuell bewertbar, wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Auch das Schwimmbad ist völlig ausreichend. Der Park Tatzmania ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, sowie ein Waldschwimmbad. Das Frühstück und auch das Essen am Abend fanden wir einfach nur lecker. Und zu guter Letzt ist das Personal, sowie die Besitzer sehr freundlich. Vor allem der nette Herr vom Frühstücksservice. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Nous avons passé deux nuits très agréables. Hôtel un peu à l écart des villes avoisinantes mais pour un repos encore plus réparateur. Pas de chichis mais pour le prix c est plus que correct à mon sens. Hôtel équipé d une grande piscine couverte et d un sauna (non testé), d une salle de sport et d un billard. L équipe est très accueillante, souriante et super serviable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et le repas du soir, comment dire.....j ai presque pas réussi à finir mon assiette. Nous y étions sans les enfants, mais c est une expérience à renouveler en famille car l hôtel est très bien équipé pour les enfants de tout âge et il est en plus situé à deux pas d'un parc animalier. Hôtel loin d’être à la hauteur ! Nous avons réservé au mois de mai 2023 deux nuitées dans cet hôtel par le biais d’un site de réservation. Cet hôtel est en rase campagne, bien au calme, à quelques km d’un village, et loin de toute ville touristique. Nous sommes arrivés après 16 heures, sans avoir prévenu de notre heure d’arrivée, la jugeant normale. Mais tout était fermé et il a fallu attendre une demi-heure pour qu’on nous ouvre. La propriétaire avait l’air surpris de nous voir. Elle nous explique que c’est jour de repos dans son hôtel… en fait, nous comprendrons plus tard que le site de réservation que nous avons utilisé lui pose problème. La chambre est grande, mais spartiate. La salle de bain est très petite et vétuste : la porte cogne contre la cuvette des WC, le lavabo n’est pas encastré comme c’est la règle depuis longtemps dans les hôtels, la planchette qui le surplombe a disparu, la douche n’est pas isolée par une porte vitrée mais par un rideau en plastique, l’extracteur d’air ne fonctionne pas. En revanche la literie est correcte, à part un joli trou dans la housse de couette. La chambre n’est pas refaite entre les deux nuitées. Pas de boisson dans la chambre ni de bouilloire. Les lampes de chevet sont sur batterie (et s’éteignent donc de manière aléatoire) alors qu’il y a une prise électrique à côté. Le petit-déjeuner répond au standard allemand de base, sans plus. Pas de distributeur de boissons : j’ai demandé une bouteille de jus de pomme, qui m’a été facturée 10,90€ ! Et c’est tout de même 140€ la nuit avec le petit-déjeuner pour deux. L’objectivité nous conduit à préciser qu’il y a une piscine et un sauna, que nous n’avons pas testés. Lors du départ, je souhaite payer par carte bancaire, mais la propriétaire me dit que ce n’est pas possible : « vous comprenez : les impôts, la commission du site de réservation, les frais de carte bancaire… je ne m’y retrouve pas. D’ailleurs c’est précisé sur le site de réservation ». Je lui dis que je n’ai pas bien regardé, mais que, quoi qu’il en soit, vu le montant, pourquoi ne l’a-t-elle pas rappelé au moment du check-in ? En définitive, elle prend le risque de me propose de la payer par virement, et ce après mon départ, puisque les banques exigent un délai pour la création d’un bénéficiaire étranger. Bref, cet hôtel m’a donné l’impression de ne reposer que sur les épaules d’une seule personne, bien débordée ; c’est un hôtel familial, aussi ne serai-je pas trop sévère dans ma notation.

Schönes und mit vielen liebevollen Details und Dekorationen eingerichtetes Hotel mit guten Zimmern und Ferienwohnungen. Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern hier und hatten sowohl ein Doppelzimmer wie auch eine Ferienwohnung. Beides schön. Die gesamte Anlage ist gepflegt und macht einen einladenden Eindruck. Das große Hallenbad und die angrenzende Wiese laden zum Verweilen ein. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Familien- und Kinderfreundlichkeit. Es hat wirklich alles für Säuglinge und Kleinkinder, d.h. vom Babybett über Wickeltisch, Hochstühle, Hocker etc., das haben wir so bisher nirgends gehabt. Das Essen im Restaurant ist ebenfalls schmackhaft. Ein Besuch hier lohnt sich.

Wir haben uns bei Euch sehr wohl gefühlt, das Essen war morgens zum Frühstück und am Abend sehr lecker, immer frisch zubereitet und mehr als ausreichend. Unser Zimmer war neu, gemütlich und sehr ruhig. Die Sauna war entspannend und drumherum mit Euren Kaninchen, Gänsen, Enten & Hühnern in Mitten der schönen Natur ein wunderschöner Ort zum runterkommen & wohlfühlen. Ralf hat uns am Vatertags-Hock mit toller Musik verwöhnt und Verena & Team haben uns mit allerlei Leckerem versorgt. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt, den wir sehr gerne wiederholen möchten. Facilities are really nice, nice cosy feeling. The rooms and beds are confortable. The host and staff are welcoming. The only downer of our experience was the dinner which really wasn’t up to expectations. 20 euros for a tiny salad, cold rice, a pathetic portion of schnitzel and a reheated waffle. It is a pity as it spoiled our impression of the place. I would recommend the place for families with kids. But would avoid dining in at all. Breakfast was nice.

Wir hatten mit vier Familien einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Essen war spitze und das Personal und die Besitzerfamilie samt Kind sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber, genau wie der Pool, Spielplatz und der Garten. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

¡Una experiencia fantástica! Estuvimos durmiendo allí cuatro noches y nos sentimos como en casa. 🌲 El hotel está ubicado en plena naturaleza ( incluso hay un safari en frente) alejado del pueblo por lo que hay un silencio y una tranquilidad fantástica para descansar. 🛏️ Las habitaciones son muy amplias, bonitas, cómodas y luminosas. Son diferentes entre ellas por lo que pudimos comprobar, todas bien equipadas; en concreto la mía estaba muy bien: armario enorme, cama grande, sillón, escritorio, mesita con sillas, acceso a la calle y calefacción regulable en baño y habitación. 🚿 El baño es algo más pequeñito y sin bidé, pero hay secador, radiador y cositas de aseo (gorro de ducha, limpia zapatos, jabón, body milk...). 🥗 Las cenas eran menú cerrado de grupo y estaba todo super bueno. Primero, segundo y postre muy bien cocinado, servido con muy buena presentación y rico. 🥐 Desayuno tipo buffet bastante completo con embutido, varios tipos de pan para tostadas, leche, tes, cereales... Genial. 🤵🏼‍♀️🤵🏻‍♂️ Verena nos atendió de maravilla. Antes de venir leímos varios comentarios, y la verdad es que los horarios son algo estrictos pero hay que entender que cuando viajas a otro país hay que adaptarse a los horarios más europeos. En todo caso estuvimos muy a gusto con el trato recibido por parte de la dueña, su padre (Opi) y su marido (Ralf) que nos recibió tocando el acordeón. 🤽🏻‍♀️ Tiene una piscina climatizada para usar inclusive en invierno. 📶 La conexión Wi-Fi es buena en prácticamente todo el hotel; a las habitaciones más lejanas a veces no llega bien pero no supuso un problema. De nuevo, muchísimas gracias por vuestra amabilidad y esperamos volver.

Ganz gemütliche und schöne Ecke im Schwarzwald. Perfekt für Familien mit Kindern, aber auch für ruhigen Tage im Paar oder mit Freunde.

Standort ist direkt neben einem wildpark. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und mit balkon. Das ist gemütlich, man fühlt sich wohl. Das Essen ist errforragend. Minuspunkt ist der Wellnesberreich ( normales Bad, 2kleine saunakabinen). Gehen gerne im sommer wieder vorbei.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden gerne wieder kommen. Als Gruppe mit 7x Familien war dieses Hotel ein tolles Erlebnis. Wünschen Verena's Parkhotel weiterhin viel Erfolg. Bis ganz Bald wieder... Lernkreis

Es war für uns ganz gemütlich und angenehm. Das Personal ist sehr nett und familiär, das Essen schmeckt sehr gut und die Musik ist richtig schön. Man kann sich hier zB für ein verlängertes Wochenende voll und ganz entspannen. Gerne wider! :)

Estuve alojada 4 días y aunque el hotel y su decoración es muy bonito,la limpieza de mi habitación dejó mucho que desear. Por añadidura mencionaré que no compren el CD que ofrecen en la fiesta de despedida que dan a los que viajamos con tour operador - no tiene nada que ver con la música alegre con que ameniza la fiesta Rolf y su acordeón.

Ein ganz schnuckliches und familiäres Hotel. Gastfreundschaft und liebe zum Detail wird hier groß geschrieben. Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Verena, Opi und Ralf und das restliche Team sind sehr auf das Wohl Ihrer Gäste bedacht. Beim Frühstück gab es auf Wunsch noch Rührei oder Spiegelei. Das Abendessen war auch super lecker. Es war ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gern einmal wieder. Danke für alles und alles Gute.

Wir sind schon seit Jahren jedes Jahr im August da, wie immer alles perfekt. Es fühlt sich an wie man Nachhause kommen würde. Alle sind total freundlich und man geniesst die wunderbare Zeit. Danke Verena, bis nächstes Jahr!

Wurden heute früh, vor der eigentlichen Check in Zeit, sehr nett empfangen. Hotel ist für Familien wirklich ideal. Gute Lage und das Personal ist Bombe. Man könnte meinen, das man zur Familie gehört.

Sehr schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel, sehr nette Betreuung, gutes Essen, sehr empfehlenswert.

Wer mal richtig in sehr netter Atmosphäre ausspannen möchte, ist in Verenas Hotel top aufgehoben. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Zimmer sind nett eingerichtet und wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, überall ist die persönliche stilvolle Einrichtung der Chefin zu finden. Für Kinder gibt einen Spielraum, auch ein Fernsehraum mit Grossbildschirm. Die Küche bewegt sich im gutbürgerlichen Bereich mit mediterranen Variationen. Frühstücksbüffet ist abwechslungsreich und sehr reichhaltig. Auch Sonderwünsche werden gerne erfüllt. Wer einen Pool sucht - wird fündig. Biker sind ebenso willkommen, wie Familien mit Kindern. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

A húsvéti hosszú hétvégét töltöttük itt. A szálloda nagyon szép és csendes környezetben helyezkedik el, talán ez a legnagyobb pozitívuma. A tulajdonos fogadott minket, megmutatta a szobánkat és szólt hogy ha vacsorázni szeretnénk időben szóljunk és adjuk le a rendelést. Ezen kìvül semmi információt nem kaptunk a medence, szauna vagy wellness használatáról, vagy hogy mi merre található. Leadtuk, hogy mit és mikor szeretnénk vacsorázni (ez volt a kérés, mivel elvileg frissen készítenek mindent). 19 órára felmentünk és elfoglaltuk a helyünket, 21 órakor került az étel az asztalunkra.. a levest elfelejtették kihozni, aztán megkérdezték hogy egyáltalán kérünk e még levest... A leves ehetetlenül sós volt, amikor szóltunk, azt mondta a tulajdos, hogy ő nem próbálta.. A medencét 10 órától, a szaunát csak 16 órától lehetett használni és előre be kellett írni magunkat, viszont másnap 11 órakor se volt még kint az aznapi papír.. Később, mint kiderült nem is olyan fontos bejelentkezni, ez inkább csak a Corona időszakban volt lényeg. Másnap elismerte a tulajdonos, hogy sós volt a leves, elnézést kért és mondta, hogy majd meghív egy italra minket. Délután felmentem egy kávéért és szóltam, hogy a teraszunkon szeretnénk elfogyasztani. Oké semmi probléma, lehozzák.. 45 perc várakozás után felmentem, erre megkérdezték, hogy miben segíthetnek? Szóltam, hogy még mindig egy kávét szeretnénk, de most itt megvárnám. Erősködtek, hogy menjek le, majd lehozzák. Újabb 20 perc után, végre megkaptuk a kávénkat. Az ital meghívás elmaradt és távozáskor a kávèt is felszámolták.. Összeségében jól éreztük magunkat, nagyon szép a környék, viszont a tulajdonosnak jobban oda kellene figyelnie a vendégekre.

Sehr zu empfehlen, verweist als Familie mir 2 Kindern über Pfingsten. Das Hotel ist sauber, gut ausgestattet auch sehr kinderfreundlich. Frühstück und Abendessen sehr lecker und was das Herz begehrten Die Tiere haben den Kids gefallen , sowie der Tierpark und Freizeitpark neben an. Kommen wieder. Grüße Familie Sauter

Ich war mit meiner Tochter für zwei Nächte im Hotel. Uns hat es beiden sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel liegt wunderbar im Grünen, der Freizeitpark "Tatzmania" liegt nur ein paar Meter weiter. Im ganzen Hotel herrscht eine wohlige Atmosphäre. Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war gemütlich eingerichtet, das Bad vielleicht etwas klein, aber ausreichend. Auch waren Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber. Für die Unterhaltung gibt es einen Pool und einen Saunabereich, meine Tochter hatte auf dem hoteleigenen Spielplatz, sowie einem Trampolin, ihren Spaß. Außerdem konnten wir mehrere Tiere beobachten. Herausragend war auch das angebotene Essen. Morgens gab es ein Buffet mit reichlich Auswahl. Am Abend haben wir uns in Halbpension mit einem 3-Gänge-Menü verwöhnen lassen. Wir waren sehr angetan von der Atmosphäre des Hotels, der Umgebung und der Freundlichkeit des Personals. Wir kommen bestimmt irgendwann wieder vorbei!
