SchwarzwaldBBQ in Villingen-Schwenningen

We were there for lunch yesterday. All in all a very nice restaurant with a great view. Unfortunately it was draughty and it wasn't particularly warm either. You could also see this in the shivering employees at the counter. Otherwise everything is very nice and good

We get the food delivered daily. It's not bad in general, but the same ribbon noodles with the same sauce come every day. Only the meat varies a bit... I also really miss vegetables and things like that.

Very good food, friendly service. Sitting at the entrance, so not great as new people were constantly coming in.

Very unfriendly. I got the wrong food and instead of apologizing, the boss rudely asked me what she should do with the food. Then just brought the wrong thing again... The cleanliness of the toilets also leaves something to be desired. Very unfortunate...

Staff very unmotivated and not friendly. Waited forever for the card and bill despite repeated requests
