The ambience and food were great! The combination of culinary and literature worked really well. The moderation by black Heidi was excellent.

Amazing place for cheese and chocolate fondue. The staff are very welcoming and warm. The restaurant is a bit out of the way but it really does feel like you're dining in a ski lodge in Switzerland. I've never had fondue like this before and it's something I will always remember. We recommend getting some pickles on the side!

We were a group of almost 60 people and it was great. A great atmosphere, the service calm and friendly. Above all, responded quickly to requests. If you like a cool ambience, a relaxed atmosphere and delicious food/drinks, this is the place for you! I will definitely come back.

Black Heidi? No thanks! A few hours before our visit with 9 people, our reservation was canceled for no reason via system email. On the phone the owner stated that the pop up restaurant was no longer open and that there was a system error, but that she would somehow accommodate us in one of the other restaurants. She tried to call again to confirm the time, but never called again or responded to my calls. Fun fact: Reservations for the Pop Up Restaurant are still being happily accepted.

A very nice Swiss concept. We requested one of the heated gondolas and were able to eat comfortably there. I can recommend this experience alone to everyone. Our waitress was also super friendly and attentive and regularly checked on our well-being.

Quite a lot of alcohol in the fondu and very mild taste. You can do it, but it's not intoxicating, but the ambience is cozy :)

We went to story time with Jennifer and her team on December 15th, followed by fondue. It was an unforgettable moment. A rustic location, the fairy tale played beautifully by two great artists - with humor, wit and Berlin charm - the fondue, as usual, unbeatable and the team warm and friendly despite the full hut. A visit to Black Heidi is a culinary must in Berlin anyway - the special moments like the story time have already achieved cult status for us :)

First time trying Fondue It was delicious but a little bit pricey

Had a booking - refused to go. We arrived at the address and the restaurant is apparently down an unlit, unpavemented backstreet. Can't understand how this is the business model. Maybe if you're a student who doesn't care, but not for me.

Really great event catering in the Berghüttenstiel in the middle of Berlin. The food was great and more than sufficient, the service was super friendly, but a bit slow. The ambience was like a Swiss mountain hut, but it was still a bit too narrow for me and the location of the hut didn't inspire much confidence. Better lighting and signage are urgently needed here. Nevertheless, I can recommend the black Heidi to anyone who likes fondue or is looking for a suitable place for a celebration.

Amazing place, great food options, be it for a date, family or team dinner ... Prices are fair and the food is good. The atmosphere is so cozy and perfect for winter times.

We are a large team of physiotherapists, hairdressers and beauticians. We booked a Christmas event for our employees on December 14th, 2024! Starting with the warm welcome with very tasty mulled wine and then our ice stock shooting, which was super animated by Elena and heated up our mood!!!! Let's come to the fantastic ambience in the hut, everything prepared with love and professionally for us and other guests. The food was absolutely delicious, from the starter, the fondue to the dessert and everything was served with style******* We would like to thank the entire team at the hut who put in a lot of effort and made the entire evening an unforgettable Christmas event for all of our employees! We went to the fondue hut for the Christmas party and had an unforgettable evening. Even the outdoor area with the small gondolas and the roof looked cozy and you could see the attention to detail. The food was of top quality! I have never eaten such a good fondue and high-quality ham (starter). All service staff were friendly and attentive. And when the DJ started late at night, the atmosphere was at its peak!

Very nice location. You feel catapulted to another place. Unfortunately it was very loud, which somewhat spoiled the overall impression. The service was very nice. Personally, the fondue was too “strict” for me and a bit too expensive overall, but overall it was still very appealing.

Clear recommendation for everyone who likes to eat cheese fondue, want to taste good Swiss wine, appreciate good service and like a rustic hut atmosphere. Oh yes, and for chocolate fans we recommend the Toblerone mousse on fruit mirror as the crowning finale... The fondue hut is easy to reach by public transport (S-Bahn station Treptower Park)!

We had a fantastic corporate event here and it was just great! The food was extremely tasty – even though there were some skeptics in advance. The service was super quick and at the same time incredibly friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was really great and welcoming. Curling was a lot of fun and we definitely want to come back! An additional plus: you could even park directly in the yard. Thank you very much everyone!

If you love something slightly strange, like good food and good service, go to “Scharzen Heidi” in Alt Stralau. Not easy to find, but even with parking.

Really great location with an urban and alpine atmosphere - you have to get that right first! Both the food and the drinks are great and the staff is incredibly friendly, which is why we like coming here. We also rented the location for a party and had a great time, among other things because the employees tried very hard to give us a great party :) So I can recommend the Black Heidi both as a bar/restaurant and as an event venue. Highly recommend the venue.

We held an incredibly great summer party here and are overjoyed to have rented this location. The ambience - a mixture of alpine flair, festival feeling and urban oasis - blew our guests away! Jenny and Heinz were very accommodating and talked us through everything, had good tips and ideas and prepared exactly as discussed. Special praise also goes to the employees, they were A1! We really had the feeling that everyone was trying to make sure we had a great celebration and that's exactly how it was :) It was pleasant with around 70 guests, but you could also accommodate double or perhaps triple the number of guests. For dinner we offered our guests a wide range of pinses (not pizzas, but similar) and everyone really enjoyed it! Here are some nice photos that our guests took at the party.

A bit hidden but worth finding! Nice staff, chill vibes, good drinks and excellent food! I was completely thrilled and will definitely come here again. What I liked best - personally - was the absolutely warm manner of the employee M. from my beloved Regensburg i.d. Upper Palatinate/Bavaria - for a brief moment I was able to feel at home again!

Very tasty fondue. Unfortunately, the increased food prices have had an impact here too and the menu has had to shrink. My favorite, truffle fondue, is temporarily unavailable. Next time I would cancel the order for bread and just take the triplets.

Great location...very nice staff..I think the price of the fondue is a bit too expensive at €30 per person (only bread and cheese, the side dishes have to be paid extra)..The ham platter and Toblerone mousse were very tasty and the price was ok...enough Free parking available...you can do that, just because of the ambience of the hut

We recently visited this restaurant on Valentine's Day and our experience was just perfect. The quality of the food and drinks was outstanding and we were served quickly despite the busy evening. The staff gave us a warm welcome and even though the restaurant was full, we felt well looked after. All in all it was a completely perfect experience.

This was an amazing fondue experience we had in Berlin. It’s a cozy and delicious fondue menu that one has to try when visiting Berlin (preferably in winter of course). The cheese fondue was exceptional. The service was super friendly and excellent wine recommendations.

If you don't have to look at the price, everything is really right, except that unfortunately you have to share a fondue.

We went to the fondue hut for a birthday dinner and really enjoyed a very nice evening. The food (cheese & meat fondue) was very tasty and the service was outstanding - the two women looked after us magically and were very friendly, but still entertaining. The menu is more expensive than in a "normal" restaurant, but it's okay for a special meal and, in my opinion, understandable if you think about the ingredients.

The atmosphere was quaint. The service was friendly and often asked if everything was ok. The food was also delicious. However, the price of the dishes is on the higher side and, in my opinion, not appropriate for the location (access on an unpaved road through the mud) and - ultimately there is broth and some meat and/or cheese. Even if it may be high quality meat/cheese, 30 EUR p.p. really much.

It's a shame, we had a good evening until we got the bill. We had a great evening just before Christmas and were all really tipsy at the end. Unfortunately, this appears to have been exploited. Because as we (group of 12 people) only realized the next day, we were charged far too much money. When we then tried to contact the Black Heidi team, they were very uncooperative, took forever and were unwilling to resolve the case, let alone pay us back the €250. That's not good customer service. We don't go there anymore.

An absolute highlight if you like a cozy hut/gondola atmosphere with culinary Swiss cheese fondue. It was an absolutely great, delicious time with you. The service was great. Need for repetition.

Actually a very nice location (from the inside). From the outside it takes a lot of getting used to and not so easy to find. The food was very tasty and as far as cheese fondue was concerned, it was also sufficient. The meat fondue was also tasty, but for over €30 it was very manageable with just a few pieces of meat. The price is very high anyway, so the nice atmosphere doesn't make up for everything. But if you're there, you shouldn't go home without a portion of the Toblerone mousse, because it was a hit.

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Abend in der Fonduehütte! Das Fondue war großartig, der Service sehr aufmerksam und die Hütte ist einfach nur urig und gemütlich. Im nächsten Winter kommen wir wieder!

Cheese fondue was really good but the price is just insanely high. 90 euros for 3 people for one pot for cheese and bread? Like whaaaaaaat? Even in Switzerland or the French Alps you’ll never pay that amount. Wine selection was ok but nothing crazy. The meat fondue was a total disaster, quality/quantity ratio isn’t there at all, but the worst part for us were the SPICES on the meat! It ruined it completely. No spices should be put on fondue meat… what the hell. Toblerone mousse was solid and not too sweet. Service? Friendly, but can still be improved. Overall experience, nice, cause the chalet is cute and we had a fun night as a friend crew! Conclusion: just go for the cheese fondue!

Ganz nettgemacht, kommt daher wie eine rustikale Skihütte, irgendwo im Bahngelände am Ende einer schlammigen ‚geheimen‘ Strasse, hat es was von der vergangenen alternativen Berliner Zene, aber dann kommen sie mit krassen Preisen um die Ecke, ca 30€ pro Person beim Fondue und alle Beilagen ausser Brot noch mal extra 4.50 irgendwie pifig… bei 30€ könnten ein paar Kartoffeln und Gürkchen mit dabei sein denke ich🤗 war echt lecker, aber wir werden wohl nicht wieder hin gehen, man bekommt das Gefühl abgezogen zu werdenund soooo schwierig ist es nicht ein Fondue zu Hause zu zaubern mit allen Beilagen, die das Herz begehrt😋😉 Ach ja, liebes Team, aktualisiert doch mal eure webseite! Da steht noch ein Preis von 24€ 💰💸

Wir haben das Käsefondue gegessen. Leider war es in der neuen Location nicht mehr so gemütlich und auch der Service war schleppend. Der Weg von der Straße war sehr dunkel und matschig. Und 180 Euro für 4 x Käsefondue, 1 x Pellkartoffeln 4,50! und Getränke sind hochpreisig.

Leckeres Essen und besonders freundliches Personal und der Schnaps war sehr lecker, trotzdem sehr teures essen, 180€ für 3 Personen...

Wer Käsefondue mag und eine ungezwungene rustikale Atmosphäre, der/die ist hier richtig. Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich und das Käsefondue mit Trüffel war sehr lecker.

Wir hatten an der neuen Adresse einen besonderen Abend mit besonderen Freunden in einer besonderen location. Es war zugegebenermaßen ein hochpreisiger Abend aber er war das Geld wert. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Der Weg von der Straße zur Fonduehütte war unbeleuchtet (man sah nix). Erst mit den Lampen unserer Smartphones war zu erkennen, daß der Weg unbefestigt unt total matschig war. Man musste sich sehr bemühen, um halbwegs sauber und ohne Ausrutschen anzukommen. Hier muss dringend Geld in die Hand genommen werden, um dies abzuschaffen!

Wir haben hier gestern auf Empfehlung des Freundes unser Nichte einen wunderschönen und lustigen 20 sten Geburtstag unseres Sohnes gefeiert. Das Essen war reichlich und exzellent.Die Bedienung war sehr sehr nett und herzlich. Pappsatt und glücklich sind wir nach Hause gegangen

1 star for the ambience and 1 for the service. Meat fondue was the worst I've ever had. Instead of oil, there was some warm water. Meat was boiled, not fried. Meat quality was suboptimal, more like roasting/baking quality. Maybe worth going once, but we are definetly taking the hassle of doing fondue at home in the future

Das Fondue war sehr lecker, nur DIESEN Kirschbrand dazu hätte es nicht gebraucht. Hat mir leider nach einigen Bissen den Geschmack verdorben. Der Service war sehr nett und das Ambiente, wenn man die Hütte erst einmal gefunden hat, super schön! Ich komme wieder, werde dann aber Fondue ohne Brand bestellen, bzw. Mir einen guten Brand dazu bestellen den ich dann hinein geben werde. Auf jeden Fall eine Erfahrung wert!

Zu viert hatten wir einen köstlichen Mädelsabend. Das Trüffelfondue war sehr gut, die Weine super, leider haben wir vergessen Wasser zu bestellen, weil es so lustig war und der Wein schmeckte. Kommen spätestens nächstes Jahr wieder. Und buchen früher!!!
