We had a fantastic corporate event here and it was just great! The food was extremely tasty – even though there were some skeptics in advance. The service was super quick and at the same time incredibly friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was really great and welcoming. Curling was a lot of fun and we definitely want to come back! An additional plus: you could even park directly in the yard. Thank you very much everyone!

We were able to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary here. Many thanks to Michaela, Elena and Heinz and to the grill master, who we don't know by name, and his helper for the great service. The food was delicious, all of our guests were full, both veggie and non-veggie. The ambience is great. The real Berlin area. There's nothing to complain about and our guests all loved the celebration. Thank you very much, we are already looking forward to your golden wedding anniversary. If you love something slightly strange, like good food and good service, go to “Scharzen Heidi” in Alt Stralau. Not easy to find, but even with parking.

Really great location with an urban and alpine atmosphere - you have to get that right first! Both the food and the drinks are great and the staff is incredibly friendly, which is why we like coming here. We also rented the location for a party and had a great time, among other things because the employees tried very hard to give us a great party :) So I can recommend the Black Heidi both as a bar/restaurant and as an event venue. Highly recommend the venue.

We held an incredibly great summer party here and are overjoyed to have rented this location. The ambience - a mixture of alpine flair, festival feeling and urban oasis - blew our guests away! Jenny and Heinz were very accommodating and talked us through everything, had good tips and ideas and prepared exactly as discussed. Special praise also goes to the employees, they were A1! We really had the feeling that everyone was trying to make sure we had a great celebration and that's exactly how it was :) It was pleasant with around 70 guests, but you could also accommodate double or perhaps triple the number of guests. For dinner we offered our guests a wide range of pinses (not pizzas, but similar) and everyone really enjoyed it! Here are some nice photos that our guests took at the party.

Noshish parties that fill the entire neighborhood with bad music. The fact that this is perceived as disturbing in an environment with a very high club density says a lot.

Absolutely authentic Swiss cuisine in a cool mountain hut. Great hostess and service crew. Highly recommended.👏 Another visit after 2 years in the new location Alt Stralau. Extraordinary ambience, as if you were actually on a mountain pasture. Good food and nice staff.

A bit hidden but worth finding! Nice staff, chill vibes, good drinks and excellent food! I was completely thrilled and will definitely come here again. What I liked best - personally - was the absolutely warm manner of the employee M. from my beloved Regensburg i.d. Upper Palatinate/Bavaria - for a brief moment I was able to feel at home again!

Very tasty fondue. Unfortunately, the increased food prices have had an impact here too and the menu has had to shrink. My favorite, truffle fondue, is temporarily unavailable. Next time I would cancel the order for bread and just take the triplets.

It's pretty hard to find. You have to like cheese fondue. Ambiance is great.

We recently visited this restaurant on Valentine's Day and our experience was just perfect. The quality of the food and drinks was outstanding and we were served quickly despite the busy evening. The staff gave us a warm welcome and even though the restaurant was full, we felt well looked after. All in all it was a completely perfect experience.

Great location...very nice staff..I think the price of the fondue is a bit too expensive at €30 per person (only bread and cheese, the side dishes have to be paid extra)..The ham platter and Toblerone mousse were very tasty and the price was ok...enough Free parking available...you can do that, just because of the ambience of the hut

This was an amazing fondue experience we had in Berlin. It’s a cozy and delicious fondue menu that one has to try when visiting Berlin (preferably in winter of course). The cheese fondue was exceptional. The service was super friendly and excellent wine recommendations.

If you don't have to look at the price, everything is really right, except that unfortunately you have to share a fondue.

We went to the fondue hut for a birthday dinner and really enjoyed a very nice evening. The food (cheese & meat fondue) was very tasty and the service was outstanding - the two women looked after us magically and were very friendly, but still entertaining. The menu is more expensive than in a "normal" restaurant, but it's okay for a special meal and, in my opinion, understandable if you think about the ingredients.

The atmosphere was quaint. The service was friendly and often asked if everything was ok. The food was also delicious. However, the price of the dishes is on the higher side and, in my opinion, not appropriate for the location (access on an unpaved road through the mud) and - ultimately there is broth and some meat and/or cheese. Even if it may be high quality meat/cheese, 30 EUR p.p. really much.

It's a shame, we had a good evening until we got the bill. We had a great evening just before Christmas and were all really tipsy at the end. Unfortunately, this appears to have been exploited. Because as we (group of 12 people) only realized the next day, we were charged far too much money. When we then tried to contact the Black Heidi team, they were very uncooperative, took forever and were unwilling to resolve the case, let alone pay us back the €250. That's not good customer service. We don't go there anymore.

An absolute highlight if you like a cozy hut/gondola atmosphere with culinary Swiss cheese fondue. It was an absolutely great, delicious time with you. The service was great. Need for repetition.

Actually a very nice location (from the inside). From the outside it takes a lot of getting used to and not so easy to find. The food was very tasty and as far as cheese fondue was concerned, it was also sufficient. The meat fondue was also tasty, but for over €30 it was very manageable with just a few pieces of meat. The price is very high anyway, so the nice atmosphere doesn't make up for everything. But if you're there, you shouldn't go home without a portion of the Toblerone mousse, because it was a hit.

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Abend in der Fonduehütte! Das Fondue war großartig, der Service sehr aufmerksam und die Hütte ist einfach nur urig und gemütlich. Im nächsten Winter kommen wir wieder!

Cheese fondue was really good but the price is just insanely high. 90 euros for 3 people for one pot for cheese and bread? Like whaaaaaaat? Even in Switzerland or the French Alps you’ll never pay that amount. Wine selection was ok but nothing crazy. The meat fondue was a total disaster, quality/quantity ratio isn’t there at all, but the worst part for us were the SPICES on the meat! It ruined it completely. No spices should be put on fondue meat… what the hell. Toblerone mousse was solid and not too sweet. Service? Friendly, but can still be improved. Overall experience, nice, cause the chalet is cute and we had a fun night as a friend crew! Conclusion: just go for the cheese fondue!

Ganz nettgemacht, kommt daher wie eine rustikale Skihütte, irgendwo im Bahngelände am Ende einer schlammigen ‚geheimen‘ Strasse, hat es was von der vergangenen alternativen Berliner Zene, aber dann kommen sie mit krassen Preisen um die Ecke, ca 30€ pro Person beim Fondue und alle Beilagen ausser Brot noch mal extra 4.50 irgendwie pifig… bei 30€ könnten ein paar Kartoffeln und Gürkchen mit dabei sein denke ich🤗 war echt lecker, aber wir werden wohl nicht wieder hin gehen, man bekommt das Gefühl abgezogen zu werdenund soooo schwierig ist es nicht ein Fondue zu Hause zu zaubern mit allen Beilagen, die das Herz begehrt😋😉 Ach ja, liebes Team, aktualisiert doch mal eure webseite! Da steht noch ein Preis von 24€ 💰💸

Wir haben das Käsefondue gegessen. Leider war es in der neuen Location nicht mehr so gemütlich und auch der Service war schleppend. Der Weg von der Straße war sehr dunkel und matschig. Und 180 Euro für 4 x Käsefondue, 1 x Pellkartoffeln 4,50! und Getränke sind hochpreisig.

Leckeres Essen und besonders freundliches Personal und der Schnaps war sehr lecker, trotzdem sehr teures essen, 180€ für 3 Personen...

Wer Käsefondue mag und eine ungezwungene rustikale Atmosphäre, der/die ist hier richtig. Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich und das Käsefondue mit Trüffel war sehr lecker.

Wir hatten an der neuen Adresse einen besonderen Abend mit besonderen Freunden in einer besonderen location. Es war zugegebenermaßen ein hochpreisiger Abend aber er war das Geld wert. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Der Weg von der Straße zur Fonduehütte war unbeleuchtet (man sah nix). Erst mit den Lampen unserer Smartphones war zu erkennen, daß der Weg unbefestigt unt total matschig war. Man musste sich sehr bemühen, um halbwegs sauber und ohne Ausrutschen anzukommen. Hier muss dringend Geld in die Hand genommen werden, um dies abzuschaffen!

Wir hatten zu Sechst in der Schwarzen Heidi einen wunderbaren und lustigen Abend. Gern wieder!

Wir haben hier gestern auf Empfehlung des Freundes unser Nichte einen wunderschönen und lustigen 20 sten Geburtstag unseres Sohnes gefeiert. Das Essen war reichlich und exzellent.Die Bedienung war sehr sehr nett und herzlich. Pappsatt und glücklich sind wir nach Hause gegangen

Das Essen war sehr lecker und gepaart mit dem Ambiente auch sehr schön. Die beiden Kellner heute waren auch nett, fix und sehr empathisch. Weiter so... Gern wieder Grüße an den Schweizer

1 star for the ambience and 1 for the service. Meat fondue was the worst I've ever had. Instead of oil, there was some warm water. Meat was boiled, not fried. Meat quality was suboptimal, more like roasting/baking quality. Maybe worth going once, but we are definetly taking the hassle of doing fondue at home in the future

Käsefondue wie es sein soll. Nicht mehr nicht weniger, toller Ort und im Kombination mit den Märchen großartig!

Das Fondue war sehr lecker, nur DIESEN Kirschbrand dazu hätte es nicht gebraucht. Hat mir leider nach einigen Bissen den Geschmack verdorben. Der Service war sehr nett und das Ambiente, wenn man die Hütte erst einmal gefunden hat, super schön! Ich komme wieder, werde dann aber Fondue ohne Brand bestellen, bzw. Mir einen guten Brand dazu bestellen den ich dann hinein geben werde. Auf jeden Fall eine Erfahrung wert!

Zu viert hatten wir einen köstlichen Mädelsabend. Das Trüffelfondue war sehr gut, die Weine super, leider haben wir vergessen Wasser zu bestellen, weil es so lustig war und der Wein schmeckte. Kommen spätestens nächstes Jahr wieder. Und buchen früher!!!

Wir hatten unsere Firmen-Weihnachtsfeier bei der Heidi und es war grandios. Service war mehr als zuvorkommend, Essen hat allen super geschmeckt und wir hatten eine Menge Spaß. Es war zwischenzeitlich etwas laut in der Hütte, aber alles in allem war das ein grandioser Abend. Vielen Dank!

Jaaaa, tolle Atmosphäre, nettes und freundliche Ambiente, nettes Personal, live Musik nicht ganz passend ( jazz) und etwas sehr überteuert... Für ein Fondue-Topf käse und ein Korb "Graubrot-Würfel" 60 € schon echt heftig...! Rechnung käsefondue, mit eine kleine Schale Kartoffeln, eine kleine Schale Champions, 2 Gläser Wein und ein Bier = 105€ Verbesserungs-Vorschlag: Verschiedene Sorten Brot anbieten Mehr Gemüse z.b. gegarten Blumenkohl, Brokkoli etc. Vllt ne Kombi auf Fleisch und Käse-Fondue anbieten!

Very nice place for fondue. Good atmosphere. Service was outstanding. It is indeed pricey (we paid 150 for two (2x fondue, a bottle of wein, two Schnapp shots and water) but it was worth it. We had an excellent time and liked the live band a lot. The food was also great. Also very recommended for groups.

Had a great evening with family here. The food is delicious, and the service was great. One of our group is pregnant and they kindly made the fondue with apple juice instead of wine. It was actually the most delicious! Prices are 30€ per fondue per person (minimum). One fondue feeds 2 people - a heads up. It took us a while to understand that and order because it doesn’t say it anywhere on the menu so we were unsure what to order in relation to portion side. The waiter was getting a little frustrated trying to explain it, but was patient. The live music made it extra special too. Would definitely come again especially for an event or birthday.

Einfach phantastisch, alles hat gepasst, super klasse Service, sehr warmherzig, immer nachgefragt ob was fehlt, ob es schmeckt, wie zufrieden wir mit allem waren. 100% zu empfehlen und ich weiss ich und meine Truppe kommen wieder, ihr seid alle einfach KLASSE

Die Vorspeise war sehr gut, mit leckerem Brot und hat uns vier Personen gereicht. Auf der Karte steht Cremant das 0,1er Glas 9,--Euro. Bei der Bestellung hieß es dann Wein u.ä. wird nur Flaschenweise verkauft. Hähhh? warum steht es denn dann auf der Karte? unsere Super nette und unheimlich bemühte Bedienung war offensichtlich schlecht bis garnicht gebrieft. Mit der Getränkebestellung bekommt meine Frau doch noch ihren Cremant (9Öre!) mit der Erklärung :" war noch ne offene Flasche da". Das muß offensichtlich schon länger her gewesen sein, denn das Zeug hat total abgestanden geschmeckt (9Öre!). Das Fondue selber war sehr lecker. Dazu hätten wir uns allerdings ein anderes Brot bzw. Crouttons gewünscht. Unseren Mädels war Es etwas zu flüssig. Ich fand es O.K.. DIE LOCATION: Meine Frau wollte schon umdrehen. Man muß sich über das unbeleuchtete Bahngelände an die Hütte rantasten ohne sich den Hals zu brechen oder im Schlammloch zu landen. Die Hütte hat Charme, aber die Qualität eines Weihnachtsmarktstandes (Küchenwände aus OSB geschraubt z.B.) ich glaube damit kann man innerhalb von zwei Tagen an jeden anderen Ort umziehen. FAZIT: Trotz so super Personal und sehr guten Komponenten absolut nicht weiter zu empfehlen, wenn man einen Anspruch an einen schönen Abend mit lieben Menschen hat.

Wir waren an einem Freitagabend dort. Die Hütte war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet , die Tische bereits wunderschön eingedeckt und der Empfang sehr herzlich. Drei Live Musiker spielten ruhige traditionelle Musik. Der Service war super und das Essen, wir hatten Fondue mit Trüffel, das vegane und das klassische, ebenso. Mit rund 30€ pro Portion nicht günstig, aber wir waren alle trotzdem begeistert und können es nur empfehlen.

Normale Schweizer Küche. Nichts besonderes. Speisen und Getränke viel zu teuer.

Ich kann mich den positiven Ausführungen anschließen. Trotzdem: Ein 2. Besuch wird nicht stattfinden. Wie von anderen Gästen negativ erwähnt: ❗️Viel zu teuer❗️Gerade in der jetzigen wirtschaftlichen Situation extrem unfair. Typisch schweizer Mentalität.
