The workers are very nice and accommodating, the food is always top and the drivers are fast and very courteous

We ordered food (accidentally at first), but it was really easy. The delivery even arrived a little early, the schnitzel was crispy, the packaging was very stylish, and the fried potatoes were simply top-notch!

Schnitzel in many variations – pork, turkey, or even vegetarian. The menu ranges from mini schnitzels for little ones to mega-portions for the really hungry. Schnitzel is well-made and tasty at a reasonable price. €15-17 for a standard portion. It was busy on Sunday evenings, so reservations are recommended.

A schnitzel is really good sometimes! I just finished mine with bacon and I'm not only full, but also very satisfied. A super friendly, informal team and really friendly service. I'd love to come back. (Personal favorite: the bacon schnitzel with cheese, but without the barbecue and potato twister)

The salad is served without dressing, which I should have mentioned separately. Overall, the staff seems unengaged and even unfriendly.

Second attempt, second failure. First attempt in the summer. We arrive, two people are sitting outside, the doors are open. We go inside, and as we stand at the door, we get a message saying: We're closed, extractor/ventilation broken. Second attempt today. We called ahead to see if we're open. They said yes. We arrived at the counter, and when we paid, we were told it could take 25 to 30 minutes, it's busy. The restaurant was half empty, though. After 50 minutes, I'd had enough. I got up and asked at the counter. The answer was: Food coming soon. Okay. The food actually arrived after 55 minutes. The waiter apologized: It's rush hour, they're busy with delivery orders on Saturday evening. As for the food: The Hawaiian schnitzel was okay. The Alsatian schnitzel was apparently ready first and died a second time under the warming lamp. Crispy cheese, crispy bacon, raw onions underneath, schnitzel to the left and right of the cheese, bone-dry, hard breading. Maybe you should close on Saturdays and focus on delivery. When I go to a restaurant, I don't care if you have a delivery service. I don't want to be in line, but get my food with the usual wait time. Brauhaus am Waldschlösschen, or Watzke, all hell breaks loose! My schnitzel arrives after 15 minutes. That's how it should be. Conclusion: I've been there twice, ruined both evenings. Thanks.

A very reasonable priced place. The schnitzel can be made from pork, turkey, or veal. The portions are huge and delicious. Ordering is self-service, but the food is brought to your table.

We had to wait over 45 minutes for our food. We were informed of this before ordering... The schnitzels were worth the wait! Very good food.

I'm currently visiting town and stumbled upon this place by chance. I got a decent Alsatian-style pork schnitzel with a drink for €20. What more could you want? The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, so expectations were fully met.

Friendly service. Presentation was great on the Bella Mozzarella. We got the Classic and the Bacon Schnitzels and both were good.

I was here for the first time last Sunday. Great selection, friendly service. In the afternoon, just before 3:00 p.m., there weren't many hungry people in the restaurant anymore. It was nice, though, to be able to watch Dynamo Dresden's first football game on TV, alongside eating schnitzel, after they were promoted to the 2nd division. They lost 3-2 to Fürth, but Magdeburg had also lost, and they already have a year's experience in the 2nd division...

I don't understand their service policy. You try calling them 20 times, but no one answers. You try to order online, but the phone number doesn't seem to match the store. If you do manage to order somehow, it takes two hours. That can't be healthy. I'm really angry.

We stumbled upon this place quite by accident on our way from the Czech Republic to Poland. It was one of the few places open on Sunday (according to Google Maps). It was the first real schnitzel we'd ever had, and in my opinion, it was very good. The staff spoke English, which is another plus. We're traveling with a dog, so they even offered water for the pooch :)

Well, where do I begin? For a long time, we were regular customers, held many club meetings, and enjoyed eating there privately. Unfortunately, I have to say... The quality no longer matches the price increase! You sometimes pay more here than you would at a good restaurant. And that simply doesn't match the quality or the ambiance! The portions also seem to be getting smaller and smaller. The staff still does a great job, please don't get me wrong! But for this type of "snack bar," the price/performance ratio simply doesn't match anymore!

Delicious schnitzel. I had the veal one. It could have been a bit juicier, but it was still good. It was a busy day (Sunday). Service was attentive despite the hustle and bustle. It's not a traditional restaurant. You have to like it. Go and experience it for yourself. You should!

On my first visit to Schnizz in Dresden Mitte a few years ago, we encountered an absolutely unfriendly server. I'd never experienced anything like it! The schnitzel stuck in your throat... We recently ate there again. The server was very friendly and attentive this time, but their competence still needs to be improved. I ordered a schnitzel with buttered vegetables as a side dish and was given boiled potatoes instead. My brother wanted fried potatoes and got pasta with tomato sauce. Apparently, there's something wrong with the communication between the server and the kitchen. Otherwise, the schnitzels are really good. I'm a vegetarian and am very happy with the vegetarian version, which tastes amazing. The ambiance is rather functional. I highly recommend it for a simple meal with the family.

Amazing service, the portion sizes were good compared to the price. We grabbed 2 Wiener Schnitzels and they were really delicious with a side of 2 beers that were refreshing. Overall an excellent choice to have lunch/dinner here.

Absolutely loved this place! If you’re a schnitzel fan, this is paradise. The menu offers an impressive variety — from classic styles to unique flavor twists I’ve never seen before. Each dish was perfectly cooked: crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. Portions were generous, and the sides were just as tasty.

The food was very tasty and was attractively presented on the plates. The service that was offered was very friendly and cordial - all of our special requests were met satisfactorily. And here's a note for future visitors: Orders are taken at the counter, but the service staff comes to the table to serve and clear away. All schnitzel dishes are available as veggie, pork, veal or turkey. Price-performance was completely within the framework (family of 4 - including 1x6years, 1x10years - 2xstarter, 4xmain course, 1xdessert, 5xdrinks=90Euro) Table was reserved in advance.

I expected more. A diner at best. Without ambience, service is not just ordering yourself, schnitzels were nothing special. Dry, ready-made sauce…sorry! That was nothing. You can eat it when you're hungry, nothing more

Discovered by chance years ago on the first trip to Dresden, found it to be very good and visited again and again on every subsequent visit to Dresden - just last week. We have never been disappointed here. You get a tasty and quite large schnitzel of various designs at a very reasonable price. The staff is pleasant and always has a relaxed attitude on their lips. Absolutely clear recommendation!

As usual, good service and good, quick food. Not upscale, but simply gastronomy that is worth its price. Unfortunately, I give two points less for the ambience because of the spilled and stained wall at the dining area. There is a need for renovation. There are parking spaces directly in front and toilets are also available. The end of the game for children is here.

We are always very enthusiastic about Schnizz, have eaten there many times and the schnitzels are always super tasty. But we would advise against ordering online or having it delivered! We tried it for the first time, ordered around 4:15pm and the food arrived just after 6:30pm! To be honest - for 2 schnitzels, without any frills, we didn't expect such a long wait! The food was delicious as always, but with such a long wait, we won't be ordering there anymore! Next time it would be better to eat locally again...

Ordered from Schnizz Dresden-Mitte again today after a long time. The telephone and personal service during delivery were once again super friendly. My wife had the regular bacon schnitzel and I had the knockout version. The two of us are just halfway done and the rest will be tomorrow evening. The food was delicious and is recommended.

We just ordered food for the family. After 45 minutes of waiting, the call came. Payment with EC card is not possible. There was a change in management and new equipment was ordered. No notice on the website. Absolutely unprofessional! Lost regular customer

It's very disappointing when you place your order online and then get a call that it's no longer in the delivery area. In this day and age of technology this should work automatically so it's just rubbish.

Eat: Schnitzel with mushrooms Schnitzel tighter Max Cola (0.33l for 3.25 euros) 3x Both schnitzels were extremely thin, dry as straw, and the breading was rock hard. The mushrooms and fried potatoes were too salty and almost inedible. The side dishes were okay. Service: Only cash payment possible Employees sit outside smoking Ambiance: Toilets unclean Guest room looks dingy The Schnizz was always our go-to place in Leipzig and Dresden. We always spent lovely hours here. But no one can get us in here anymore.

I was at Schnizz for the first time today and was thrilled. Everything was very tasty and the staff was friendly. Keep the "best employees 😁". I can recommend it and if I'm hungry for schnitzel again then I'll go to Schnizz👍

We are very satisfied with the employees at Schnizz Dresden. Our large order of 10 different schnitzels with various side dishes was managed confidently. All dishes were ready for pickup at the agreed time and most importantly: it tasted fantastic! The meat of the schnitzel was incredibly tender and the breading was crispy. The side dishes are extremely diverse. There is also something for every taste! We will definitely be ordering again soon and can recommend Schnizz with a clear conscience!

So we have been loyal customers of Schnizz for years, but what we experienced today is the last straw. Employees definitely need training on how to deal with stress. You order food online, are called back with the information when the food will be delivered and when the food was still not on our table 15 minutes after the said time, I called and asked, you were taken for a fool and they said they had me Couldn't be reached by phone....brief information, I ordered at 5:45 p.m., I was called back at 6:02 p.m. and at 8:45 p.m. there's still nothing to eat. Many thanks to the employee who thought to blame his own stupidity on the customer. As a customer, it doesn't matter to me how many orders you had that day, keep your eyes open when choosing a career. I work in the catering industry myself and I definitely won't let someone like that take me for a fool.

We had the food delivered this evening, didn't know the restaurant before AND were absolutely thrilled. A really enchantingly nice service, a wonderful delivery and the schnitzels, along with the side salads and sauces, were an absolute delight! Really highly recommended!!

I find it disgusting that when guests are sitting in the restaurant, the service simply starts wiping and loudly polishing the cutlery. The food was so-so, the schnitzel was mixed but it was okay and ps the Pina Colada was really disgusting I won't eat there anymore

We were here because Schnizz was recommended to me. At the beginning: the fact that you have to order at the counter would have needed a hint. There is a stand with the ordering instructions on the table, but it is so inconspicuous that we waited quite a while until one of us went to the counter. The food itself was ok. However, if you're a schnitzel fan, you won't get your money's worth here. Schnitzel itself a bit dry, not very seasoned. Honestly, without any airs, I can say that the schnitzels I make taste a lot better! The salad was pretty bland with no dressing. Broccoli cheese wedges rather meaningless. Filling side dishes are nothing special. According to my companion, the dish with tomato and mozzarella was pretty good (even if balsamic glaze is not particularly contemporary). The price of the dishes, v. A. completely fine in terms of quantity. We sat on top of the pedestal, right next to the toilets and somehow it smelled like it at first. Reminded something of a train station. Really, really unfortunate. Music was very loud, we found it disturbing. Ashes on our heads, we remained silent about it. The staff was friendly, but the service could have noticed that we were obviously waiting in vain for service. We agree that we will not come back and will not recommend Schnizz to anyone else. Three stars because we felt two stars weren't enough for price/performance.

The schnitzels were perfect. We had the classic Wiener Schnitzel (plus gravy for a small extra charge, which is served separately in a bowl) and the Schnitzel Bacon. The BBQ sauce was great! The gravy was also very good and the fries were just right too.

We took advantage of the lunch offer for €7.95. For the price we received a schnitzel weighing almost 200g with fries, salad and lecho. For the normal price of just under €14/€15/€16 (depending on what you choose), the portions would not be appropriate, but for the price mentioned above it would be ideal as a lunch special. There is no service at the table, there is only self-service, which isn't a big deal. Food tasted good, wasn't greasy and therefore wasn't heavy on the stomach. We will come again.

Excellent schnitzels for a normal price. Wide choice of variety. Order yourself and when it is ready it will be delivered. You also have to bring your own cutlery and drinks, which I didn't find annoying in itself. There is also a takeaway and delivery option. You can sit inside and outside.

Went there spontaneously thanks to my friend, she was in the mood for schnitzel 😅 so we stopped there and what can I say? It was very tasty, you could choose between turkey and pork, from the normal Viennese schnitzel to schnitzel au four or various variations, you were free to choose. Fries were crispy and well seasoned just the way you like your fries! Drinks chilled or unchilled upon request. Price/performance ratio is totally fine!! Will definitely go there again 😅

I pre-ordered 2 schnitzels at 10:30am today. 1 hour later I was told by phone that the delivery would be at 12.30 p.m. at the earliest (when I asked how we could get together, the answer was: yes, you'll pick it up!? Yes, of course, that's why I'm ordering delivery). So please 2 hours for 2 normal schnitzels, which are quite small in portion (value for money). I canceled the order. Somehow it just bothers me to be able to place an order like in the Stone Age. 1. The homepage looks like 2005. Ok, not bad, but you can't even choose a time when delivery should be made, but you have to wait for a call back. Why ? Yes, I have placed the order, I do not need further confirmation. The quality is quite okay for a schnitzel delivery service, but the service and service of a delivery service urgently needs to be revised. And just because a pre-order made the day before, according to MA, is not processed in time, all those who order and guests on site probably have to wait forever. Sounds absurd like a lack of staff. Addition: Spoken to another employee on the phone, he said the delivery could have been there at 12.20 p.m., while the colleague previously said the delivery could have been at 12.30 p.m. Does anyone here actually have an overview?
