Absolutely disgusting. The fries are rock hard and full of fat, the “breading” of the schnitzel is a kind of cream made from fat and breadcrumbs. Paying €6.80 for this is not affordable for trainees. The little blonde waitress could also take customer contact training to become more friendly towards customers. So in short: don't eat here during the ÜBL.

We were entertained today at Liebig by Schmeichel Catering! 1a food, 1a service, nice and very courteous employees and a great and very attentive boss! Thank you very much for making our evening a success. PS: A nice smile says more than a thousand words :)

Best canteen I know, tasty and cheap, very nice people

Had dinner there with the company yesterday. Afterwards, those who wanted were allowed to take the dessert in a glass with them because colleague K... will probably bring it back next week...It tasted excellent and the price/performance ratio is completely ok! Keep it up!!!

Calling this “food” “food” is an insult to any cook. Even for a canteen that you don't expect much from anyway, it's really terrible and cold too. Staff unfriendly. I would like to give zero stars, but unfortunately that's not possible. I can only advise everyone against it!

If you like expensive canteen food…please! My cutlery wasn't clean, the food was nothing more than a large canteen!

Schmeichel Catering, in addition to canteens tailored to the clientele, also offers great catering. Ms. Schmeichel adapts to these times and the wishes of customers. She has good ideas and cares. Clear recommendation with good prices and very nice staff!

Schöne Atmosphäre, jeden Wochentag verschiedene Gerichte, kleine Salatbar, für eine Mittagskantine gutes Essen.

Gehe hier jeden Mittag gerne essen. Man wird stets freundlich bedient und das Essen ist immer frisch gekocht und sehr lecker. Die Auswahl ist reichlich und wenn man noch Hunger hat, gibt es auch einen kostenlosen Nachschlag, aber das passiert selten, weil die Teller im gut gefüllt sind.

Recht ordentlich es Essen, entspannte Atmosphäre.

Für so eine große Kantine erfreulich gutes Essen!

Leckeres Mittagessen zu vernünftigen Preisen

Typisches Kantinen-Essen das mal besser mal schlechter ist. Preislich durch Mitarbeiter-Subventionen kann man aber nichts dagegen sagen. Leider einmal aber eine miserable Spagetti Bolognese gehabt. Entweder waren hier Zubereitung, Zutaten oder meine Geschmacksknospen nicht verwertbar. Die Hauptproblematik wirkt in meinen Augen in den nicht ausreichend geplanten Mahlzeiten. Vieles ist leider in keiner brauchbaren Kombination (Beilagen & Hauptzutat) oder für die lange Warmhaltung geeignet. Etwas mehr Vorlauf bei der Zubereitung ließe sicher hier den ein oder anderen Appétit-Happen zu, da immer wieder die eine oder andere Grunbeilage hier optimal zubereitet wird und auf eine gute Grundlage schließen lässt. Somit würde die Speisekarte, die sehr viel Lust auf die Gerichte macht, auch mehr der Realität entsprechen.

Nicht nur sehr lecker sondern auch extrem freundlich

Das Essen war nicht schlecht, aber auch nur Kantinen-Standard. Es gab nur drei Gerichte zur Auswahl. Dafür gab es aber immerhin noch eine Salatbar.

1A Kantine. Nicht zu teuer. Abwechslungsreich und klasse Qualität.

Durchschnittliche Küche nix besonderes, teilweise sind die Gerichte zu teuer.

Super Essen: Kantineambiente, aber schmeckt wie bei Muttern!
