Schmales Handtuch in Bad Kreuznach

Dear Salinas, I've been going to the following restaurant for years, but today, I was in a bad mood. It started with the waitress being in a bad mood – contagious (quite the opposite). Then, as a group (four people), we decided to order drinks. When the drinks arrived, the waitress's mood improved so much (ironic) that she practically slapped the drinks down on the table – and in her good mood, the alcohol even left the cocktail glass. When we went to place our food orders, the waitress in question had reached the peak of her rudeness. When the food arrived, we all noticed that the pizza rolls were very dry. The dessert order was mixed up (it happens sometimes), but the waiter's rudeness was so obvious that he even sighed deeply when we politely pointed out his mistake. In conclusion, I will never set foot in this restaurant again, as I've noticed their rudeness for a while now. Fruit flies were also present in this restaurant. Best regards

A total of 3.5 hours just for food and drinks for 8 people. Unbelievable. The menu was handed out immediately to choose drinks and food. Once, only drinks were served after a 30-minute wait. Even though everyone already knew their food, they weren't served even after being asked. The drinks arrived after another 30 minutes. The food arrived 10 minutes later. Another drink, ordered immediately after receiving the first one, also took, well, who would have guessed... 30 minutes. The food then arrived about 2 hours later, some of it wrong, but since I was so hungry, it didn't matter. The dishes were okay. Bills were added every 15 minutes for each dish, and the prices for the dishes were therefore incorrect. Absolutely not recommended; catastrophic.

I'd like to report some good things. But we ordered in the evening, and delivery took more than two hours. We could call and see if someone answered. They said it would take about 20 minutes... but it turned out to be another hour. At least the whole of Bad Kreuznach could eat. Then, relief: the food arrived. A doner kebab plate was missing, and it was completely cold. So we demanded a refund and sent the food back.

Super delicious, good value for money. Very nice ambiance. Perfect location.
