Restaurant Himalaya in Bad Kreuznach

Unfortunately it was very cold in the restaurant because the door was open. It was only closed after several guests asked for it. The food, we had a salad and I had a latte, was delicious. Unfortunately, half an hour later I got severe cramps and diarrhea, which I unfortunately had to attribute to the visit to this restaurant.

Rather a very simple restaurant with Indian, Italian and German cuisine. The service is friendly and quick. What should be highlighted here is the very inexpensive offer.

Good price-performance ratio. Food very tasty and fresh, conditions friendly. Can be recommended.

I had dinner here with 5 of my friends last week. Service was friendly and attentive. The ambience could do with some work. Doesn't seem very inviting. Pretty much everyone was happy with the food. I ordered an omelet with fresh chanterelles and salad. It was done a bit carelessly. The chanterelles are simply fried and placed next to them. Personally, the whole thing was too dry for me. I would have thought it would have been nicer if they had put the salad on top of the omelette, topped with the chanterelles and rolled the whole thing together. However, everyone else was very satisfied with the taste and portion size. I will definitely come again because I really want to try Indian food.

Unfortunately not recommended. Waited over 1 hour for the food. 30 minutes to order then another 40 minutes to eat. Didn't get a second drink. Sad. Everyone could have ordered 2-3 drinks. Food was edible and freshly prepared.

I don't recommend it, we were asked to leave the premises after ordering and a family of four came in instead

Rarely have you had such a delicious schnitzel as in this restaurant. This deserves those 5 stars. Selten hat man ein so tasty Schnitzel gegesen wie in diesem Restaurant. That's who deserves 5 stars.

Really good food! The chicken was soft like butter. A little more rice for the sauce would have been good. The slightly smaller waiter was a super, sweet man!

Super delicious food, freshly prepared and perfectly seasoned/seasoned. A culinary journey to India. The staff is very nice and happy to answer any questions. Definitely coming back, 100% recommended.

I ended up here by accident. Small, cozy restaurant with a friendly host. In addition to Indian dishes, there are also pizzas and other dishes. I chose Indian soft cheese in coconut sauce. The dish was beautifully prepared, very tasty and pleasantly seasoned.

Indian food is expertly prepared here! Lamb curry is highly recommended. Happy to come back :)

The Schlemmerblock attracted us to this restaurant. What can I say: Excellent 👍 The innkeeper was very, very nice. And the food surprised us all positively. The meat was super tender and the fries were wonderfully crispy. So we'll definitely come back and then we'll try something Indian.

Three of us (two adults and a child) spontaneously went out to eat in the Himalayas. The welcome was friendly and our every wish was taken into account. The food was very good, especially the Indian dish "Butter Chicken" was the best I've eaten in a long time. We'll be happy to come back.

The Best in Town Everything is fresh...meat, vegetables, everything tastes good. Boss is always very friendly. Cozy restaurant and terrace. Top! Always happy!

We were here for the second time with a group of young people. The food came very quickly, was hot and tasty and very inexpensive. We'll be back next year.

Update: 28.12.23 Heute Hirschgulasch mit Spätzle und Preiselbeeren und mein Mann eine Pizza. Beides war köstlich. Aber mein Hirschgulasch war überragend. Ich kenne wenig deutsche Restaurants die SO einen Hammermäßigen Hirschgulasch hinbekommen. Chapeau. Im Jahr sind wir mindestens 3-4x dort. Immer zufrieden. Egal welches Gericht. Personal immer freundlich und aufmerksam.

We enjoyed the lovely Indian Food and had the following meals which I can definitely recommend to try Haryall Chicken Tikka (the green colour) Chicken Kadai Chicken Curry We also had super tasty entree with Papadamas & Samosas And Mango Lassi as drinks We didn’t probably take the best picture as we were so excited try the meals and we will go back for sure! Von außen eher einen schlichten Eindruck gehabt aber vom Essen positiv überrascht. Vorspeise die milde Linsensuppe, sehr lecker und auch gut gewürzt und zum Hauptgang gab es das Hähnchen Curry mit Mango einfach unbeschreiblich gut. Gerne wieder

Wir lieben das Himalaya, ehemals Rheingrafeneck. Service mega sympathisch und jetzt mit neuer überwiegend Indischen Karte Bombe!!! 2-3 Seiten vegetarische Gerichte , alles frisch zubereitet!!! Kann ich absolut empfehlen. Sehr kinderfreundlich!

Ein wirklich sehr netters kleiners Indisches Restaurant. Er macht von außen nicht viel her. Aber das Essen ist wirklich super klasse.

Heute zum ersten Mal da gewesen. Rumpsteak mit Pfeffersauce war sehr gut. Schnitzel mit Pfeffersauce war groß und sehr zart. Preis absolut in Ordnung. Personal sehr nett

Ich bin dort Stammgast und bin noch nie enttäuscht worden. Alles was ich bis jetzt gegessen habe war immer gut.

Wir waren zu fünft und haben lecker gegessen. Das Carbonara Schnitzel stand leider nicht mehr auf der Speisekarte, aber die Besitzer waren so nett, dieses Gericht trotzdem zuzubereiten. Auch die Pizza war lecker. Einzig die vegetarische Auswahl, bis auf Pizza kein einziges Gericht, lässt zu Wünschen übrig, deshalb einen Stern Abzug. Wir kommen wieder ☺

Das Ambiente na ja. Ein bisschen Altbacken. Die Pizza, nicht mein Geschmack. Die Bedienung, sehr freundlich und Aufmerksam.

Von außen sieht das Restaurant nicht einladend aus allerdings sieht alles in der Umgebung so aus. Das Essen war sehr lecker, an die Pinke Wandfarbe muss man sich aber erstmal gewöhnen. Schade das man im Restaurant nicht mit Karte zahlen kann, daran sollte man wirklich arbeiten!

Sehr nette Betreiber und Essen sehr lecker. Es gibt immer wechselnde indische Gerichte, die ich sehr gerne esse. Top.
