Schlüssel in Laupheim

Please forgive me in advance.. Staff is unfriendly, have headphones in, don't say hello, no thank you, no please, preferring to chat with acquaintances instead of serving other customers. Little German language… I'll avoid it if I can!

First the positive. A very nice, well-equipped restaurant, toilets just as picobello. Service very friendly. But what really stinks to me. We were there to eat with our colleagues, something we actually do every year at Maximilians. We almost all had steaks with herb butter. To be honest, they were very small, for almost €27!!!!!The cooking point was significantly overdone and a bit tough. The food was very nicely presented. Last year the steaks were a lot bigger, I couldn't get enough, my colleagues were of the opinion that it couldn't be done that way. Then they wanted to sell us a tiny dessert afterwards, also for a lot of money. We won't be going to Maximillians again next year. The boss has to think about whether he wants to lose even more guests. It's a shame about that. I actually really like this restaurant.

The ambience is rather simple, but the friendly staff and the very good food make everything great again! I felt very comfortable and will always enjoy eating there again. Thank you for the great service!

Wir sind dort regelmässig ein mal monatlich um uns ein schönes Stück Fleisch zu gönnen und genau das kann man dort. Super zubereitet schmeckt bisher alles fantastisch und das freundliche Personal bietet einen super Service der keine Wünsche offen lässt.
