Mediocre cuisine and weak staff. Glass knocked over, orders incorrectly prepared and brought to the table. The dish (poke bowl) was not edible. No knowledge of the daily special. We wouldn't go here again. Neither restaurant nor hotel.

Marktpl. 6We are known by the entire staff and the top chef DITI as the Bamberg “steak eaters”😄 We have already celebrated birthdays there and always enjoy coming back to Schwarz 🦅 Diti makes the BEST STEAKS around. On Saturday we enjoyed his fantastic steaks again, the staff were very nice, even though they were busy. Keep it up 👍👍👍

Attelsdorf 19Cheeky, just a big cheek!!! Staff totally unfriendly every time Close 1 hour beforehand and then come back with the statement that’s just the way it is Is this how you treat customers? Humanity probably no longer exists in such stores! The food itself is becoming less and less and the prices are becoming more and more expensive!
