Tuesday schnitzel day. Currently priced at 14.90. Very very tasty...

The staff is very overwhelmed and unfortunately lets the guests clearly feel this fact. You are not served, you have to wait forever and polite questions are answered in a very unfriendly manner. In such a beautiful location, you can probably afford this behavior and tone... The food couldn't be ordered and therefore couldn't be tried.

It is a decent place where you can have April wedding celebrations, birthday parties or eat delicious meals with your family. Have fun.

I can only rate the cafe. We had coffee and cake there. The coffee didn't taste good at all, it came from a machine that apparently wasn't set up correctly - burnt, old and bitter. The cake consisted only of flavor enhancers and gelatin. The ambience is old 90s style a la Toscana yellow red. The service was very busy and didn't want to hear criticism. If you don't have any competition, you can just do it that way. In any case, we won't even get coffee there anymore.

Such a shame! You've had the worst cake in a very long time! There were four of us and we chose four different cakes! The raspberry Philadelphia was really scary! The cappuccino was extremely disgusting. You won't see us there again

I rate the café and the outdoor area with pavilion. Today we visited the Kaisergarten. After a long walk through the zoo, we wanted to end the day with a cup of coffee and a few snacks. Since we were traveling with our daughter, we initially decided on the outdoor area with a playground. Outside we got fries and brewed coffee with cheap coffee cream. The latter was a complete disgrace for three euros a cup. Watery and still burnt at the same time. We left the coffee. Because we felt like having coffee and cake, we decided to stop off at the restaurant afterwards. We had various pieces of cake, the quality of which was ok to mediocre. We ordered coffee again, this time milk coffee and cappuccino. Once again we got the cheapest quality, watery coffee with a roast that was too strong - because it tasted burnt. We spoke to the waiters about it, but received no feedback other than an ignorant shrug of the shoulders and poor excuses. The interior design dates from the late nineties. Conclusion: it is inexplicable to us that the restaurant receives such a high rating. Maybe you just shouldn't stop in for coffee and cake. Too bad.

We celebrated several festivals here. Always great! Delicious food, best fried potatoes, best side salad. It's a shame that there are no more sauces for the schnitzel. Stopped us from coming for schnitzel a few times. Please offer again!

The service was very friendly and attentive, the atmosphere is really nice, the food was great with a good selection of vegetarian dishes too. Been here for the first time. Very good quality food. Portions very satisfactory. Despite the lack of staff, the service was relatively quick and the staff were always friendly. Very pleasant atmosphere on the terrace. It's a pleasure to come back. A small inconvenience that is not directly related to the restaurant is the small parking lot, which fills up quickly when the weather is nice. You have to be patient to park but the food is a good reward :)

We had a birthday party here with 18 people. The food and the cake were excellent. The table was very nicely decorated. The staff was extremely accommodating, very friendly and attentive. As always, we were given the most friendly welcome, looked after and completely satisfied. We were happy to fulfill special requests (2 dogs) and set up for 9 people in a separate room. The food was very good and everyone was very satisfied.

We were there for lunch last Sunday with several people. As you walk in there is a bar counter and tables. In the dining room on the left, the castle atmosphere was present and very appealing. That's really special. The food was actually no more than average and too expensive. The plaice consisted only of bones, the two very small zander fillets were tasty, but the side dishes were oversalted. The schnitzels in the breading were pounded very thin. We paid over 75.00 per couple for 2 main courses and 5 drinks without feeling full. Although the restaurant was not full, the waiter only came to pay after the third request. For me that is out of the question again.

We were there with the company for a celebration and the location and the external and internal ambience were harmonious. There were about 50 of us and we got a buffet. The food tasted good but the presentation wasn't particularly pleasing to the eye. I would also have liked buffet signs so that people know what they are putting on their plates. In addition, the second time you went to the buffet you were faced with empty chafing dishes. The food was far too under-priced front and center. I didn't see anything being added and that's very hard, especially because there weren't any deep stakes but sometimes only half the stakes. I can't say anything about the dessert. Unfortunately, I didn't get any of it; that could have been either due to my colleagues or an incorrect calculation. Let's now come to the service based on 50 guests: The staffing ratio that was used at the beginning was 1 to 25, i.e. one employee for every 25 guests. You noticed that because you had to wait a long time for your drinks. For eating, the key is at 1-25 or sometimes at 1-50. I saw three service staff throughout the restaurant who were responsible for our event, the restaurant operations and the bar and also for cutting the meat during the buffet phase. After the meal, there was one employee at the bar and one responsible for our event (1-50, this employee was also very nice), as the third prepared the mise en place for the next day. For the reasons mentioned above, I unfortunately left the location a little disappointed and hungry.

So the toilets were very dirty. The staff at the snack bar was so unfriendly and overwhelmed that we didn't eat anything and preferred to go somewhere else, which was actually a shame. Because otherwise it's actually very nice there

We spontaneously went to eat there today... And we like to do that very often. We can definitely make a comparison with other locations. There was veal liver, which tasted fantastic, with three small dollops of puree, 4 tiny pieces of au gratin apple and a touch of decoration. Well what can I say… The portion was an appetizer size…. and I'm NOT a really big eater! I wasn't full!!! We were also not served the greeting from the kitchen that all the other guests received…. It's a shame, but it's impossible for us to make a recommendation. There is still a lot of potential for improvement...

Absolute recommendation for a dessert after the walk. The waffles and the ice cream with hot cherries were incredibly delicious. The service in the castle restaurant is at a top level and the menu also offers a wide selection of desserts for everyone. I'd love to come back👍😃

I announced my wedding anniversary in the castle in October 2023. I wanted to celebrate it with my wife. A table in the hall was reserved. Where we got married in 2010. Everything should be perfect including the decoration. We were turned away on our wedding day. Apparently no table had been reserved even though we were in the reservation book. We were told that everything had to be prepared for a crime dinner. No apology, no compensation. We are very disappointed and no longer want to visit this location. We will no longer recommend the castle or book it for festivities. A pity…..

Ich habe im Oktober 2023 meinen Hochzeitstag im Schloss angekündigt.Diesen wollte ich mit meiner Ehefrau feiern. Ein Tisch im Saal wurde reserviert. Da wo wir 2010 geheiratet haben. Alles sollte perfekt sein einschließlich der Dekoration. Am Hochzeitstag wurden wir abgewiesen. Es sei angeblich kein Tisch reserviert worden obwohl wir im Reservierungsbuch standen. Uns wurde gesagt , es müsse alles für ein Krimidinner hergerichtet werden. Keine Entschuldigung keine Wiedergutmachung. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und wollen auch nicht mehr diese Lokation besuchen. Wir werden das Schloss auch nicht mehr weiterempfehlen oder für Festlichkeiten buchen. Schade…..

Für unsere Familienessen ist es immer wieder eine große Freude, hier zu sein. Wir haben einen runden Geburtstag im Kaisergarten gefeiert. Location, Service und Ambiente alles top. Das Buffett wurde von allen Gästen sehr gelobt. Auch für Veganer und Vegetarier wurde gesorgt.Das wichtigste die Band konnte bis 3 Uhr ohne Einschränkungen spielen, da es keine Anwohner gibt.

Wir sind spontan dort eingekehrt und waren überrascht. Nicht nur über das warme Ambiente, sondern auch über die Herzlichkeit der Kellnerin 🫶. Der Kuchen war richtig gut und der Kaffee ebenfalls. Unser kürzlicher Besuch in der Schloss Gastronomie Kaisergarten war eine durch und durch angenehme Erfahrung. Wir hatten Kaffee und Kuchen. Leider gab es ab 18 Uhr keine Waffeln mehr.

Wir waren mit 20 Personen für eine Raue in der Schloß Gastronomie. Alle Gerichte, die wir vorab ausgesucht haben, waren sehr nett angerichtet und haben gut geschmeckt. Der durchgehende Mittagstisch machte uns dies erst möglich. Wir haben alleine in einem sehr netten Raum gesessen. Ich war wirklich sehr positiv überrascht.

Zu einer Jubiläumsfeier dort, tolles Essen, aufmerksamer Service und schönes Ambiente.

Freundlichkeit mangelhaft. Erst wurde wir als kleine Gruppe bei Eintritt ignoriert, dann unfreundlich angesprochen. Speisekarten wurden lustlos, unfreundlich auf den Tisch geklatscht, zudem nicht einmal in ausreichender Anzahl. Trinkgeld gab's daher von der gesamten Gruppe nicht. Danke, für uns nicht wieder!

Leider Personalmangel und erbärmlich in der Organisation

Wir haben hier "nur" Kaffee getrunken und Kuchen gegessen. Zu dem Zeitpunkt (Samstag Nachmittag) war es voll und laut. Ansonsten war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

…die Pommes sind hier sehr lecker…man kann hier schön sitzen im freien..der Kanal ist auch in der Nähe, schön Schiffe kucken und die Kinder haben sogar ein Karussell..einfach toll

Wir waren heute mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern vor Ort und wurden sehr nett bedient und haben köstlich gegessen. Nach einem Spaziergang im Kaisergarten genau das Richtige.

0815 Gericht für rund € 16.95. Hätte max 8 Punkte verteilt weil es ja nichts besonderes ist. Schweine Schnitzel Wiener Art mit Salat und Bratkartoffeln. Salat viel und gut, als Beilage eine Kombi von Sardelle,Kresse und Kapern. Kann persönlich mit nichts der 3 Zutaten anfangen, aber als Kombi ein Highlight. Salat war mit Basilikum und einer anderen Soße garniert...auch das eine super Kombi. Würde auf der Stelle für dieses 0815 Gericht 9-10 Punkte geben da auch noch Personal erste Klasse war. Jederzeit wieder !!!!

Heute waren wir, hatten reserviert mit der Familie essen. Eine kleine Osterkarte lag auf den Tischen bereit, es konnten nur Menüs ausgewählt werden. Positiv das tolle Ambiente, die Live Musik vom Klavier begleitet. Der gute Service nicht zu vergessen…hier die ersten Abstriche…spätestens nach dem Hauptgericht fragt man eigentlich ob die Gäste eine kleine Pause möchten…hier leider nicht .,.SCHADE…eine kleine spitzfindige Bemerkung wurde überhört Die Auswahl war gut …das Kinder Menu für 22,- sollen Familien systematisch ausgeschlossen werden…SCHADE das geht auch an Ostern für unter 20.- Kommen wir zu den Preisen…ich kenne diese da ich jede Woche 2-3 x Essen gehe, Preis Leistung hier heute Mangelhaft 5! Eine Portion Spargel mit Kartoffeln und selbstgemachte Sauce Hollandaise , Suppenteller als Vorspeise und nen Dessert knapp 50,- und Schinken dabei…es waren 6 dünne Spargel. Alle Menüs Lagen bei 45 - 52 Euro sorry das ist echt Zuviel, das Schnitzel auf nem anderen klein und platt. Ich nenne es mal nicht Abzocke aber traurig ist es schon soviel Geld zu verlangen und sowenig zu bieten. Am Vortag waren wir auch essen…da zahlten wir 15,- weniger p.P. Ostern kommen wir nicht wieder…wir werden es Weihnachten nochmal probieren aber so kann man es sich sparen

Trouwfeest van familie hier gehad. Alles was prima geregeld. Van ontvangst tot eten. Zeker het eten is een aanrader. Kaart is omvangrijk. Parkeren is helaas overdag moeilijk omdat er een park met speeltuin in de buurt is. S'avonds zal dit geen probleem opleveren.
