Schinner Braustuben in Bayreuth

Bedienung sehr unprofessionel. Kann beim servieren Radler und Bier nicht unterscheiden. Wir sollten doch einfach mal selbst probieren. Ha Ha Ha.

Sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service. Das Essen kam recht schnell und war sehr lecker. Die Hauseigene Limonade sind auch sehr gut. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung.

Sehr empfehlenswert – tolles Essen, super Service und gemütliche Atmosphäre! Wir waren im Schinner Braustuben in Bayreuth und hatten einen rundum gelungenen Besuch. Schon der erste Eindruck war sehr positiv: Das Restaurant hat eine gemütliche, einladende Atmosphäre und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Besonders schön war, dass man entspannt draußen sitzen konnte und trotzdem aufmerksam bedient wurde. Das Essen war wirklich hervorragend. Alles, was wir probiert haben, war frisch, geschmacklich sehr gut abgestimmt und schön angerichtet. Die Gerichte wirkten nicht nur klassisch und bodenständig, sondern gleichzeitig auch mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet. Besonders überzeugt haben uns die herzhaften Hauptgerichte mit kräftigen Soßen, Beilagen und fränkischem Charakter. Der Braten mit Kloß und Rotkohl war sehr lecker, schön zart und genau so, wie man sich gute regionale Küche vorstellt. Auch die weiteren Gerichte – ob Schnitzel, Kartoffelbeilagen, Suppe oder kleine Vorspeisen – waren durchweg sehr gelungen. Die Portionen waren angenehm groß und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat für uns absolut gepasst. Auch die Getränke waren sehr gut. Besonders die Bierauswahl bzw. Bierprobe hat uns gefallen und passte perfekt zum Essen und zur Atmosphäre. Dazu kam noch ein sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service: schnell, herzlich und unkompliziert, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Man hatte wirklich das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Besuch mit leckerem Essen, tollem Service und einem stimmigen Gesamtpaket. Wer in Bayreuth gut essen gehen möchte und Wert auf eine gemütliche Atmosphäre legt, ist hier definitiv richtig. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder – klare 5 Sterne!

Tolles Essen und nettes Personal.

Traditionelles Ambiente, sehr freundlicher Service, nette kleine Karte, gutes Bier. Wo bekommt man noch Rinderzunge oder Kalbskopf, beides perfekt zubereitet? Empfehlenswert!

Das Restaurant ist eine Bierschenke, Bier ist richtig gut, essen ist gut und auch in der Menükarte reichlich heimische Auswahl.

Top Bier und Top Essen. 5 Sterne

Schnelle und sehr freundliche Bedienung, gute Küche und leckere Biere!

Bodenständig und kreativ - ohne überflüssiges "ChiChi" - das geht hier wirklich gut. Geschmacklich gab es für nichts zu meckern- im Gegenteil: perfekter Garpunkt der Leber dazu geschmolzene Zwiebeln und geräucherte Apfelkonfitüre. Der " Beilagensalat" sehr groß- aber endlich mal wirklich bunt und in mundgerechte Stücke. Als Dessert wählte ich Richard-Kugel ( Eis) mit Espresso und Obstler- perfekter Abschluss. Zur Überbrückung der Wartezeit gab es eine selbstgemachte Limo aus gegrillten 🍋. Hammer! Super Idee. Wer mag, kann sogar Sauerteig käuflich erwerben. Ich habe mich sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Man spürt, dass es den Wirtsleuten ( Service& Küche) Spaß macht, Dienstleister zu sein. Kein Schauspiel- ganz ehrlich. Ach ja- Es ist ja eine Braustube...ganz vergessen;) Bier 🍺 tippitoppi.

Das Essen war köstlich und die Bedienung sehr freundlich.

In vielen regionalen Lokalen schon gewesen, aber hier ist die Qualität wirklich hervorragend! Lange nicht mehr so gut gegessen! Tolles Ambiente und sehr authentisch.

Wir hatten Kürbiscremesuppe und Cordo mit Pommes und Knödelfritten. Leider war sowohl Vor- als auch Hauptspeise garnicht abgeschmeckt und nicht gesalzen, für mich sehr wenig Geschmack. Cordo war zu dick. Pommes zu wenig kross. Salzstreuer hatten leider Feuchtigkeit drinnen, weshalb man das Salz lose klopfen musste. Die Papiergefäße für Ketchup und Mayo sind nicht schön und für den Zweck nicht freundlich. Einen Aufpreis von 1€ für den Wechsel auf normale, einfache Pommes zu verlangen finde ich nicht gut und ich wurde nicht vorgewarnt! Frucade als Spezi bei 4,90 finde ich auch nicht gut! Positiv war der Service und das Ambiente

Wer dir fränkische Küche gerne mag, ist hier genau richtig. Das Ambiente ist urig und traditionell - so wie man es in einer ursprünglichen Gaststätte erwartet. Der Service war sehr gut und wir hatten ein lustiges Gespräch. Reservierung ist sinnvoll.

Wir waren zum Abendessen da. Service war gut. Bedienungen nett und freundlich. Das Essen war gut und bodenständig aber es hat uns nicht begeistert.

Wir waren aufgrund von persönlichen Nahrungsmittelunverträglichkeiten durchaus schwierige Gäste. Die Bedienung hat uns aber mit großer Aufmerksamkeit behandelt und sich sehr gut darum bemüht, dass wir alle etwas finden, das wir bedenkenlos essen können. Das war angenehm, weil wir uns dadurch willkommen fühlten. Das Essen ist gutbürgerlich im positiven Sinne. Nur der Salat fällt deutlich ab. In meinem kleinen Beilagensalat waren z. B. grüne Bohnen aus dem Glas drin, die wirklich nichts frisches an sich haben. Salat würde ich also dort nicht essen. Ansonsten jederzeit gerne wieder!

Wir wollten gestern spontan nur zwei Bier trinken und hätten uns gerne mit an einen Tisch von Bekannten gesetzt. Leider wurden wir abgewiesen. Uns wurde gesagt, es sei keine Kapazität mehr vorhanden und das Bier fast leer, aber so ganz klar war es nicht. Schade, der Umgang wirkte etwas unflexibel, zumal wir keinen großen Aufwand verursacht hätten.

Wir waren mit 7 Freunden für drei Stunden zu Gast. Es war einfach perfekt, super leckeres Bier, Essen war sehr gut und der Service war authentisch, freundlich, einfach klasse! Geheimtipp ist der Knoblauchschnaps ;)

Wunderschönes Ambiente, top Service und eine fantastische Küche. Wir entschieden uns für die Bratwurst-Gyoza, die Krauseglucke-Suppe und due Götter unter ( Butter mit Knochenmark) zur Vorspeise und gür den Krautbraten und den Krustenbraten zum Hauptgang.Zum Dessert entschieden wir uns für die Creme brulee. Die Gerichten waren durchweg schön angerichtet und sehr lecker. Der Service war sehr herzlich und aufmerksam. Wir geben volle 5 Sterne und kommen gern wieder

Traditionelle Braustube mit guter Küche Die Braustube bietet sehr gute regionale Gerichte. drr Krustenbraten war saftig und knusprig. Die Küche versteht ihr Handwerk. Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Ambiente ist urig und gemütlich. Wie hatten hier einen schönen Abend und können diese Braustube weiterempfehlen.

We're on a two-day organic bike tour in Bayreuth and, based on a recommendation, went there for dinner today. The food, classic Franconian cabbage roast, was absolutely fantastic! A poem! The draft beer went perfectly with it, and the homemade grilled lemonade was also delicious. What we'll also remember most is the service. Sindy (the manager) and another server were very attentive, friendly, and simply very friendly! Many thanks to the entire team for a wonderful last evening in Bayreuth! We wish you all the best! Two of us managed to get a table spontaneously, even though the place was almost fully booked. Excellent service, friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The food was fantastic. Local cuisine, but not the run-of-the-mill fare you get everywhere; it's prepared with a great sense of flair. Highly recommended.

Wir hatten das Cordon-Bleu mit den Knödelfritten und das Wirtshaussteak. Beides war einfach super. Absolute Empfehlung. Das Fleisch war richtig zubereitet und die Beilagen waren perfekt abgestimmt. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder.

We stumbled upon this place quite by chance while passing by and were absolutely delighted by this lovely restaurant. The service is friendly and prompt, the chef serves Franconian home-style cooking at absolutely fair prices, and you immediately feel at home. We had a delicious meal and were completely satisfied. It's great that restaurants like this still exist!

Absolutes NO GO Wirtshaus....haben selten so schlecht gegessen wie hier.....Bratkartoffel die in Fett schwammen, ungenießbar. Note 6 ..

The food was very tasty with some unusual side dishes. The service was very attentive, asked if everything was OK, and was served quickly, even if new guests kept coming. If you appreciate excellent Franconian cuisine, highly recommended, always happy.

It's rare that we write a recession before the bill. It was important to us here! The service staff is extremely friendly and authentic. You are a guest of “friends”. We found the spinach dumplings to be extremely tasty, but we also found the smoked cheese to be imaginative and super tasty. Vegetarians also get their money's worth. As soon as we're close again, we'll stop by again. Thank you for the great evening despite a closed company.

We stopped by more or less spontaneously and were immediately impressed by the range of vegetarian dishes, the fantastic ambience and the extremely friendly service. Spinach dumplings and smoked cheese not only sounded delicious, but also blew our minds away both visually and in terms of taste. An additional positive fun fact: free feminine hygiene products in the bathroom 👍🏼A very clear recommendation!

I came by more by chance and without a reservation on an early Saturday evening. Everything was reserved, but they still found a place for me. Thank God, because the food (roast cabbage) was sensationally good. The food was also praised at the neighboring tables. Someone knows their craft - more than that. The service was also very friendly. If I'm ever in Bayreuth again, I'll go again - and this time I'll make a reservation.

A restaurant where you should definitely eat in Bayreuth. The family-run restaurant impresses with its rustic ambience. The family is very friendly and the service is also very quick. The beers are brewed according to our own recipe and are an alternative to the standard Bayreuth brew. There is nothing wrong with the food. Just by looking at the beef broth you can tell that the traditional Franconian cooking is done here, without any artificial aids. Reservations are definitely recommended.

Absolutely always 5 stars, nice operators, great food, even for me as a “meatless” person. But I still remember the Mutzbraten from before, simply legendary here at Schinner. Today baked cauliflower on mashed potatoes with pesto, simply a poem. Thank you, thank you, thank you to the team.

I'm Brazilian and I'm traveling through several places. Here I found incredibly friendly and attentive service. Wonderful food, perfect atmosphere with very well made beer, and well served. Congratulations and thank you.

Of course, it can happen that a restaurant is closed due to illness. However, we were very disappointed to only find out about this when we were standing in front of a closed door. We had provided our cell phone number when making the reservation and were really looking forward to a special meal for our birthday.

Super delicious Bavarian food. We even ate there on two days out of the four days because it was just so great. A small family business where the man cooks and his wife serves the customers. I can only recommend everyone to go there when you are in Bayreuth.

Beautiful authentic inn with good food and friendly service

All in all it was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, two meals weren't quite to our taste. The onion roast was very blandly seasoned. The mushrooms in the wild goulsch were a bit too big. But a matter of taste. Nevertheless we would go again.

We were guests here on February 17, 2024! I was in Bayreuth for filming and in the evening my wife and I were looking for a place to stop. We really wanted to eat regionally and, if possible, in an old-established inn. That's what we found here and even though we hadn't made a reservation and the place seemed quite full, they tried to find a place for us, which they did. We were served very friendly and quickly, among other things, we drank the in-house soda and were able to eat excellent, down-to-earth inn food that has been brought into modern times. The owners have managed to combine the old and the modern and conjure up incredibly tasty and eye-pleasing food on the table. Price performance was overwhelming. We even raided the fridge full of homemade products and took them home. Thank you for the great evening, the great service, the great food - we'll be back! but PLEASE expand the payment options ;-)

Butter-soft meat, exclusive menu and, above all, great service. The restaurant's history makes it particularly different from other restaurants in and around Bayreuth. We were very enthusiastic about the delicious dishes. The service staff was very accommodating and, above all, particularly friendly.

I have known this wonderful inn since 1990 when I started my apprenticeship next door at Meergrün. We were always there as guests at company celebrations. I really appreciate this inn! Franconian, rustic, traditional - Bayreuth! For me personally, the beer is one of the best that Bayreuth has to offer. My favorite is the brown beer 😋🤤🤤🤤😋 the drinks service is great. Took a short exit from the A9 to dine in a great atmosphere with great dishes. The lady from the service was very welcoming. Absolute recommendation! 5 stars for the cook!

A cozy yet elegant brewpub on the edge of the Altstadt. Clearly a family run operation with some history. Several beer options vom fass and I chose the Shinnerla, their house beer and Helles lager. Great traditional dishes and seasonal options. The bärlauchcremesuppe was delicious! Also enjoyed the jägerkrüstchen as the main dish. A warm, friendly place for couples, groups, and families.

Beautiful typical Franconian inn, great service and great food, creative preparation of classic dishes

Before we continued on our winter vacation, we stopped off in Bayreuth and, as brewery lovers, ended up at the brewpubs. Despite the well-attended restaurant, we got 5th place. We were served super friendly. I really like it when the waitress knows how to have fun. There was plenty of that too. The beer tasted good and the food was really tasty. The portions were plentiful, so unfortunately I didn't manage to finish my appetizing looking salad. The restaurant is definitely recommended and when we are back in Bayreuth, this is exactly where our path will take us. Thank you for a really nice evening.

We (4) had a very tasty meal here. Everyone had chosen something different, every plate was lovingly prepared and the food was, without exception, extremely tasty. Plus a delicious beer and then a sweet dessert...what more could you want! The two ladies who served us were quick, courteous and very friendly. Clear recommendation for a stop.
