A huge thank you to the team at Kim's Norderstedt! We celebrated our wedding in this unique setting and are absolutely thrilled. The rustic pub in the listed building of the Fire Department Museum is a truly special location. The two young owners are extremely friendly, dedicated, and made us feel like our celebration was in the best hands from the very beginning. During the preliminary discussions, all our wishes for the barbecue buffet and the decorations were discussed down to the smallest detail. We were impressed by the owners' expertise and creative ideas. They suggested not only classic but also modern dishes. The collaboration with the decoration agency was also perfectly organized. Everything was implemented exactly as we had imagined. The food was fantastic, and the service during the ceremony was attentive and unobtrusive – all our guests appreciated that, too. We highly recommend Kim's Norderstedt to anyone looking for an exceptional location with a great atmosphere, delicious food, and welcoming hosts.

This is my second time at Andromeda. The food is okay, the ambiance quite nice. However, on each of my visits, the older lady serving the food has been so rude to me that I won't be going back. The first time, I paid by card. The lady wasn't able to add the tip. "It's not possible." Yesterday, she claimed that card payments weren't possible at all. She said this AFTER the meal. We were a large group and we all frantically gathered cash. For me – never again. Unfortunately, that woman is a nightmare. (The other waitress was nice, though.)

Had a lovely dinner last night. The meal was preceded by a small bread basket with the BEST aioli. The pizza was amazing, with a crispy and fluffy base. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended for the price!

Unfortunately, reservations weren't possible – but 3 stars for trust in food quality, ambiance, and staff. I wanted to reserve a table for a group of 15 people. I was told that with this group size, we would either have to book a buffet or pre-order an antipasti starter for €12 per person to give the kitchen sufficient time to prepare our main courses. However, for our group – a private gathering among colleagues where everyone would order and pay for their own meals – this wasn't a suitable option. When I explained that neither a buffet nor an antipasti were an option for us, I was actually advised to "find a new manager if they don't cover the costs." This statement genuinely shocked me, and I ended the call. Hoping it was a misunderstanding, I called again later (I assumed I had spoken to an employee the first time) and asked to be connected to the owner. However, both times I had spoken directly to the owner. The following statements were made during the conversation: "I'm the boss, that's why I can be so cheeky." "My rules, my home." "I don't have to accept every order. You take antipasti or there's no table." The owner explained that organizing large groups is difficult, costs increase, and staffing is also challenging. He mentioned, for example, that he had just bought a salmon for €20. I understand all of that—but I'm not the right person to address these concerns. This direct and at times harsh communication irritated me, especially since I remained objective and polite. I would have preferred a more professional and respectful approach in the restaurant industry, where customer service plays a central role. Nevertheless, I'm giving it 3 stars because I'm convinced that the food, ambiance, and staff in the restaurant are good—unfortunately, we weren't able to experience that for ourselves under the circumstances. What a shame!

The burgers (not usually on my menu that often) were delicious, the portions more than adequate, and the service very friendly. Definitely worth a repeat.
