Scharpenmoor Sport-Lounge in Norderstedt

Today we went to KiM's for our senior trip. Even beforehand, when scheduling and selecting the cakes, I was impressed by the friendly, accommodating manner. A lovingly prepared coffee table with delicious tarts and cakes awaited us on site today. I give all three QSS quality cleanliness and service 100%. Thank you for this lovely afternoon

Everything was very good. The gyros was as you would imagine. Only the atmosphere could be a little more “Greek”. The service was also great.

Good pasta dishes. Unfortunately a very small, clear menu. Special features are on the board. Spaghetti Carbonara is offered in two versions. Unfortunately I can't recommend the pizza at all. The base of the pizzas has something cardboard-like about it. Furthermore, the dough tastes very bland and has no salt! The price... Is acceptable. You can also have a good meal here... and not feel like you've bought the whole place.

We celebrated our silver wedding anniversary with Conny and Hajo and felt comfortable right from the start. The food was highly praised by our guests. The Italian buffet was a blast. Everything was so nicely prepared and the location was the best choice. Many thanks to you.

I had a beef carpaccio as a starter and a rump steak in Gorgonzola sauce as my main course. The food was good, although the rump steak was very firm to the bite and very salty. I didn't have a reservation, but as an individual it wasn't a problem. Unfortunately I was put in a corner and that's how I felt. First a drink, then the food was served and that was it. Since I had already finished my beer with the main course, I ordered a second one with the main course. Unfortunately I didn't get this, but it was on the invoice. My complaint was accepted with disapproval and the second beer was removed from the bill. It's a shame... I would have liked to stay, but I felt like I wasn't wanted. I paid €53 with a little tip. In this price range I would have been very happy about better service (or should I have even expected it?). I will come back in a few weeks and give the restaurant a second chance…
