A huge thank you to the team at Kim's Norderstedt! We celebrated our wedding in this unique setting and are absolutely thrilled. The rustic pub in the listed building of the Fire Department Museum is a truly special location. The two young owners are extremely friendly, dedicated, and made us feel like our celebration was in the best hands from the very beginning. During the preliminary discussions, all our wishes for the barbecue buffet and the decorations were discussed down to the smallest detail. We were impressed by the owners' expertise and creative ideas. They suggested not only classic but also modern dishes. The collaboration with the decoration agency was also perfectly organized. Everything was implemented exactly as we had imagined. The food was fantastic, and the service during the ceremony was attentive and unobtrusive – all our guests appreciated that, too. We highly recommend Kim's Norderstedt to anyone looking for an exceptional location with a great atmosphere, delicious food, and welcoming hosts.

We had a birthday party at KiM's. Family and guests were delighted. The team was very friendly and attentive. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Kudos to the kitchen/chef. Sincere thanks to the Böhle family and their families.

We visited the Fire Department Museum on Sunday, the only day the museum is open during the day. We arrived at 11 a.m. and walked past the restaurant, where we found staff preparing, looking forward to a pleasant visit. We entered the restaurant at 12 p.m. A table was already occupied. Unfortunately, no server was available. A lady (a guest) was visibly annoyed by our presence and told us that we were "in the wrong place." We waited a good five minutes without being spoken to by the server in the kitchen. We found this very irritating because there was no sign or other indication. Other guests kept coming into the restaurant and then eventually learned that the restaurant was fully booked and a private event. There's little to be said against that. But without any notice and without approachable service staff, we felt very unwelcome. Several people in the museum expressed their displeasure about this. That it was closed to walk-in customers on Sunday and there was no information on the website and no sign hanging to prepare.

Even at events like the festival at the Fire Museum, Kims is not even open

I celebrated my 80th birthday at Kim's and would like to thank Lukas again. The food was simply delicious. Requests for drinks were quickly fulfilled. All guests were thrilled.

Today we went to KiM's for our senior trip. Even beforehand, when scheduling and selecting the cakes, I was impressed by the friendly, accommodating manner. A lovingly prepared coffee table with delicious tarts and cakes awaited us on site today. I give all three QSS quality cleanliness and service 100%. Thank you for this lovely afternoon

I celebrated my 60th birthday on August 10th, 2024 and give full marks for everything 😊 from the planning to the celebration, everything was tip top, the buffet was simply plentiful and it was sooooo delicious. Lukas and his team were always there and really worked their asses off. There were no waiting times either for food or for drinks, just great. 👍👍👍 I can only recommend this location to everyone. Keep it up dear Kim's team👍👍👍

We reserved the table 2 days ago before our 10th wedding anniversary. That day we came to the restaurant with our family and the chef said that there was a closed party and he had only now seen our reservation, but it should have been canceled. But it wasn't. Very sad!!! We would have to go home. Never again and absolutely not recommended!!!

On several occasions the restaurant is not open at the stated opening time. Furthermore, it is not possible to reach us by telephone during opening hours. Absolutely incomprehensible how this restaurant still expects guests.

Rustic restaurant connected to a great fire department museum! Surprisingly delicious food and very courteous, flexible staff!👍 Perfect location for a nice walk with lots of great playgrounds.

The restaurant at the city museum has a really nice atmosphere and a great location. It was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The highlight was definitely the food – super tasty, inexpensive and beautifully decorated. The only criticism would be the somewhat complicated booking portal, so I recommend always reserving a table by phone.

We were invited here to a friend's party. We were extremely impressed with the service here. Very attentive, always with a smile on his face and a funny saying even in stressful situations. Exemplary. The food from the buffet was also super tasty. And we were able to dance to loud music all evening long. Noise doesn't bother anyone here. Big recommendation!

Got a table at short notice today. So what else can you say? Simply sensational.

Although the reason for the visit was unpleasant, we were treated to an absolutely superbly organized funeral service (coffee and cake) at Kims. From the nice preliminary conversation to the friendly staff and the delicious cake, we felt very well looked after.

Had a birthday party there with a buffet, very cozy atmosphere, extremely friendly staff!!! There was something for everyone at the buffet and it was very tasty.

Leckeres Essen und schönes Ambiente

Anlässlich einer Geburtstagsfeier waren wir eingeladen. Wir waren viel zu früh aufgrund günstiger Verkehrslage dort und bekamen - trotzdem eigentlich noch geschlossen war - Getränke und wir wurden freundlich umsorgt. Das Buffet war super lecker! Der Service war sehr aufmerksam. Highlight: das Kim‘s befindet sich im Feuerwehrmuseum und es gibt jede Menge zu entdecken! 👍 Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Besuch 😃

War alles in Ordnung, Einrichtung war ok. Essen hat recht lange auf sich warten lassen.

Wir haben sehr lecker gegessen. Besonders ist hier der Beerenkompott mit Vanilleeis zu loben! Preise sind ok aber nicht günstig. Karte mit guter Auswahl aber nicht zuviel. Meine Änderungswünsche wg Diabetes wurden gerne berücksichtigt und der Service war wirklich bestens! Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Sehr lecker und aufmerksamer freundlicher Service. Das die Preise gestiegen sind, ist ein generelles Thema und trifft auf das Kim's. Trotzdem absolut empfehlenswert! Der Pannfisch war jedenfalls viel besser als erhofft.

Wir haben am 15.07.2022 im KiM's unsere Hochzeitsfeier abgehalten. Erstmal vorweg, ich würde am liebsten mindestens 10 Sterne geben 😅 Die komplette Planung etc hat Lukas mit uns gemacht, völlig unkompliziert und transparent, Festpreis mit Getränkepauschalen usw, die gewünschte Deko wurde organisiert, auf Farbwünsche wurde voll und ganz eingegangen und und und, sehr sehr einfach für die Planung. Wir hatten ein Grillbuffet, welches einfach der Hammer war, es kam alles auf den Grill, was Grillbar ist, mir läuft jetzt noch das Wasser im Mund zusammen 🤤 Bei der Feier wurde super auf die Kinder eingegangen und Lukas war die ganze Zeit Vorort und fragte immer wieder, ob alles okay ist. Die Mädels vom Catering waren unglaublich nett und die ganze Atmosphäre, sowohl mit den Mädels als auch Lukas sehr sehr locker und familiär, einfach toll. Ich kann diese Location jedem, der einen schönen Raum in toller Atmosphäre sucht uneingeschränkt empfehlen, es war einfach toll, danke euch 🥰

Wir waren zum ersten Mal dort. Hätten wir gewusst, dass man dort so lecker essen gehen kann, wären wir schon viel öfter dorthin gegangen. Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder!

Sehr gutes Essen. Das Wiener Kalbsschnitzel und das Roastbeef waren 1A-perfekt. Dazu die tollen Bratkartoffeln und beim Kalb einen ober-leckeren Gurkensalat und Preiselbeeren, die ich allerdings nicht einmal probiert habe, weil das Schnitzel so gut war, dass ich es durch nichts verändern wollte. Der Service war umwerfend lieb und freundlich. Danke nochmals dafür. Ich empfehle vorab zu reservieren oder zumindest vorher anzurufen, ob überhaupt etwas frei ist, denn das KiM's ist sehr beliebt. Es eignet sich übrigens auch toll für Veranstaltungen oder Treffen in größeren Gruppen. Parkplätze stehen auf dem Hof vor dem Restaurant und gleich links hinter der Halle ausreichend zur Verfügung. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut angemessen für diese Qualität. Wenn Dir meine Bewertung gefällt oder geholfen hat, würde ich mich über einen Like freuen.

Wir können das Lokal nur empfehlen: sehr aufmerksame, nette Bedienung gibt gute Empfehlungen. Die Gerichte sind wirklich toll zusammen gestellt und nicht "gewöhnlich", Preis /Leistung passt gut zusammen. Die gute Qualität der Zutaten überzeugt und sind wir sind nicht nur satt geworden, sondern fanden alles seeehr lecker. Es war mal wieder ein rundum schöner Abend im Kim`s und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder... bis bald

Super Restaurant! Ich war jetzt schon drei mal dort und bin sehr zufrieden. Die Kellner sind sehr nett alles geht relativ zügig und das Essen schmeckt hervorragend. Saisonal wechselnde Karte was mir auch sehr gut gefällt ! Einfach empfehlenswert

Super netter Service und das essen ist ein traum

Wir haben uns wieder einmal sehr wohl im KiM's gefühlt. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und unkompliziert, die Speisen qualitativ hochwertig und super lecker. Was die Größe der Portionen betrifft, können wir uns einigen Vorredner:innen nicht anschließen. Ihr macht euren Job wirklich sehr gut! Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal!

Supernetten Silvesterabend 2022 im Kims verbracht! Leckeres Essen und Trinken, super gemütlich! Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder!!!

Kleine überschaubare Karte, aber die Speisen, die aus der Küche kommen, sind wirklich gut zubereitet. Das Personal ist freundlich und bietet guten Service . Wir werden wiederkommen. 😁

Gestern war ich mit einer großen Gruppe Freunden zum Grünkohlessen im KIM's. Die Inhaber sind junge Menschen, die mit viel Freundlichkeit unglaublich schnell und zuvorkommend alle bedienten. Die Getränke wurden flott gebracht. Der Grünkohl hatte Geschmack, wenn er auch eine etwas ungewöhnliche Konsistenz hatte, war er gewürzt und man konnte ihn gut essen. Dazu gab es wirklich schmackhafte Würste, Kassler und Schweinebacke mit Senf ebenso mit den im Norden so beliebten süßen Röstkartoffeln. Wer diese nicht mochte, konnte sich sogar an salzig gerösteten Kartoffeln laben. Übrigens jeder konnte soviel essen wie er mochte und konnte. Also, statt Sterneküche, eher rustikal, aber so sind die jungen Inhaber auch nicht angetreten. Alles in Allem ein Restaurant, in das ich jeder Zeit wieder gehen werde. Gut schmeckendes Essen zu wahrlich reellen Preisen. Deshalb kann ich mit guten Gefühlen dieses Feuerwehr - Museums-Restaurant weiter empfehlen, Brigitte Ax
