Lenci’s Restaurant - Bar - Event in Norderstedt

I had a beef carpaccio as a starter and a rump steak in Gorgonzola sauce as my main course. The food was good, although the rump steak was very firm to the bite and very salty. I didn't have a reservation, but as an individual it wasn't a problem. Unfortunately I was put in a corner and that's how I felt. First a drink, then the food was served and that was it. Since I had already finished my beer with the main course, I ordered a second one with the main course. Unfortunately I didn't get this, but it was on the invoice. My complaint was accepted with disapproval and the second beer was removed from the bill. It's a shame... I would have liked to stay, but I felt like I wasn't wanted. I paid €53 with a little tip. In this price range I would have been very happy about better service (or should I have even expected it?). I will come back in a few weeks and give the restaurant a second chance…

Food top. Everyone was super accommodating. Ambience really cozy. I'm only here during my vacation in my old homeland, but I'm always greeted as if I was just there yesterday.🥰

Awesome new store! I remember Lencis from before, behind the cinema. Very nice interior, very pleasant lights and a very warm atmosphere. The service is still quick and friendly. Since we only drank, I can't say anything about the food. The cocktails were very good and filling. I think after a certain time you could make the music a little louder and it would lighten the mood.

The food came after 95 minutes! We wanted to spend a nice Friday evening together with five favorite colleagues. We placed the order at 7:15 p.m. An hour later nothing had happened, when we asked we were told "The food is coming soon". At half past nine it was said “In three minutes”. In the end, the meal was served just before 9 p.m. Meanwhile, our good mood was extremely endangered, everyone was very hungry. We almost left Lenci's after paying for the drinks. The service crew was completely overloaded. The shop was getting more and more crowded; all the tables inside and outside were full. However, all guests who arrived after us received their food BEFORE us. The reason for the delay was: "Four pizzas have been ordered, they can't all go into the oven at the same time." A no go, after all we didn't order anything that wasn't on the menu. Unfortunately, two of the pizzas were in the oven for too long; they were charred on the edge and on the back. Normally we would have let the pizzas go back, but the prospect of waiting another 90 minutes stopped us. The fries served with the burger were almost cold, so we accepted that too. Unfortunately we didn't feel well looked after, no one came to the table to tell us about the delay. My intervention and persistence were commented on with "We didn't expect so many guests" and "The communication between service and kitchen doesn't always work optimally", so I wondered whether we might have been unfair in our assessment. I understand that not everything always works out as planned, and I also have the greatest understanding of the work of the service staff. However, Lenci's is not a third-rate chip shop, but a restaurant where a burger with fries costs €20.00. I expect a meal in a reasonable time. A basket of bread with some dip or a few olives would have gotten the cow off the ice. It's a shame, it's a shame!! Edited: It's pathetic when an innkeeper comments like that!!

Had our annual girls' evening again. Had reservations at the beginning of September. Unfortunately this was not stored with them. A deduction for service. But we still got a table. Second deduction for the fact that we always had to call someone to order something. But all in all, despite these 2 points, it was a very nice visit

I felt atmospheric in the ghetto of New York. I ate the pizza with salmon and had a lot of bacon in the salmon. I got food poisoning from the mixed fish platter. I would rather give no star than 1 star. Edited: And now also an unfriendly comment from the owner. Now especially never again in this juice shop. NEVER AGAIN

The best restaurant cocktail bar in Norderstedt

Lanci's cocktail bar not only offers great drinks and excellent service, but also a wonderful ambience in which you immediately feel at home. I can recommend this bar to anyone who is looking for a special place for a successful evening. The absolute highlight, however, were the cocktails. The selection of drinks is impressive and ranges from classic cocktails to innovative own creations. Every drink I tried was superbly prepared and perfectly balanced.

We had dinner here with the company today. A few years ago the food was a lot more. Like last time, I chose the salmon again, but unfortunately I was disappointed this time. Small fish on a large plate. Tastes good but far too little. How are you supposed to get enough? Beforehand I had 3 small slices of bruschetta for €8.90. Price-performance inadequate. Finally I had crème brûlée which was okay but again too expensive in terms of price. For €50 per person and the fact that I have to do something at home, it's really not enough. By the way, we waited 2 hours for the food and were all very disappointed. Neither did you like it. It was covered and finished. Our review won't bother anyone here, but we won't be using the company again.

A nice but quite large location. You should make a reservation if you want to sit nicely. The cocktails are delicious, you can easily spend an evening there!

The atmosphere is very nice and the staff is very friendly. The cocktails are super tasty and the selection is huge, whether with or without alcohol. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food. But people can spend nice, relaxing evenings here, no problem, even with larger groups. In summer there is also a large terrace. The toilets are also very clean.

I think the drinks took far too long, 25 minutes - 30 minutes for 5 people, pizza was very tasty, we were there with the whole family, unfortunately pizza was a bit too black for my taste. I won't go to this restaurant again. We We also asked for bread again, but my sister-in-law had already almost finished her salad.

This evening we spontaneously went to Lenci's with 9 people. We still got a table without a reservation. Ok, it was still early in the evening, but we were still happy. Service and food were really great.

A very chic restaurant and a really great ambience 👍🏼 Unfortunately, it took a very long time until we got our main course. The reason for this was probably that we were there on a Saturday and the restaurant was fully booked. Four of us went to Lenci's and we all ordered burgers, which were really good. It's definitely worth a visit.

It took a long time from ordering to eating. The service seems very overwhelmed. The food was good, but special requests like "no tomatoes" were forgotten.

We can't entirely confirm the good reviews. We encountered a great atmosphere, some dedicated employees, but unfortunately the prices were far too high and our cellar was not visible or wasn't there for us. I actually felt a bit ripped off when it came to the price/performance ratio. It's a shame, we were there because of the recessions, but we won't be coming back. Maybe it was a bad day...

Lenci's is one of my regular locations - and rightly so. The food is delicious, no matter what you order. Last time I had the Lenci's double burger, for example, and what can I say: I was full and satisfied afterwards. Cocktails are good and there is a pretty good wine selection. The staff is extremely friendly and tries everything to make the visit as pleasant as possible. No wonder the store is almost always busy.

Moderne Atmosphäre, freundliches Personal, vielfältiges Menü, leckeres Essen und Getränke und guter Service! Kostenloser Tiefgaragenparkplatz. Empfehlenswert.

Beim ersten Besuch war ich sehr enttäuscht, weil wir auf alles lange warten mussten, selbst auf Getränke. Im Nachhinein hatten wir wohl einfach nur einen schlechten Tag erwischt, denn seitdem wird es immer besser. Die Gerichte auf der Karte sind sowieso gut, ich kann das Lenci's guten Gewissens empfehlen.

War hier gestern Abend (25.10.23) spontan essen. Die Pizza Diavola war sehr groß und wirklich lecker. Service war auch sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Wollten nach dem Pe Werner Konzert in Quickborn noch Cocktails trinken, nix zu machen in der Umgebung. Und siehe da: lenci's! Die Oase in der Wüste! You saved my birthday ! You made me happy. War mit 3guten Freunden dort zum Essen und Trinken. Bis auf die Bohnen von der Vorspeise war alles wirklich sehr gut. Hatte das Rumpsteak mit Kartoffeln,sehr lecker. Die Auswahl an Getränken sucht seines Gleichen...von Bier bis Cocktails von Caipis bis Hochprozentigen ob mit oder ohne Alkohol alles worauf wir Lust hatten war vorhanden. Eine Bar die mega groß ist und das Ambiente ist extra Klasse.

Essen war gut, den Punktabzug gibt es für den nicht krossen Bacon auf dem Burger und die Avocadocreme, die laut Karte bestellt werden konnte, aber leider aus war. Wir saßen abseits. Schön zum Unterhalten, aber vom Flair war somit nichts zu spüren.

War jetzt 3x in kürzester Zeit dort. Alle Speisen sehr lecker und hübsch angerichtet und reichlich. Draussen kann man gut sitzen,drinnen teilweise etwas laut. Wir kommen wieder 😀

Eine mega Cocktailbar mit guter Küche. Das Personal ist freundlich, umsichtig und schnell. Einfach toll. Die Gerichte waren lecker und komplett gut aufeinander abgestimmt. Die Pizza war großartig, die Burger schmecken klasse und auch weiteren Gerichte sind echt ein Genuss. Die Cocktails sind natürlich Aushängeschild des Restaurants und dementsprechend großartig. Neben den Standard-cocktails von der Karte kann man sich auch gerne vom Chef persönlich überraschen lassen. Es ist einfach immer lecker.

Für Norderstedter Verhältnisse ein gelungenes Restaurant. Auffallend ist die üppig bestückte Bar. Sehr eindrucksvoll. Essen ist solide. Man sitzt direkt an der Moorbek. Immer Sommer Top! Leider hat man keinen Blick darauf wegen der großen Hecke.

Smacze i dobre miejsce na mojej kulinarnej mapie. Chyba punkt nr 1 to pracownicy. Uśmiechnięci i mili. Szybka obsługa i bardzo sprawnie. Punkt nr 2 to jedzenie. Bardzo smaczne. Podane gorące. Ponadto od zamówienia do podania ( makarony i pizza) czekaliśmy moze z 10 min. Mega szybko :) Jedzenie smaczne. Ładnie podane. Nic tylko tu wrócić i ponownie coś zamówić:)

O local é muito agradável! Muito espaçoso e com esplanada coberta! A refeição e muito saborosa, e tem imensos cocktails! O cardápio é bastante diversificado desde pizza, massas, carnes e peixe! O atendimento realmente é excelente! Agradeço muito a delicadeza e simpatia!

Ich war bereits mehrere Male hier trinken und auch essen. Zunächst möchte ich sagen, dass ich den Service als sehr gut empfinde. Freundlich, schnell, verbindlich, immer noch ein flotter Spruch - liebe ich! Auch das Essen kann sich sehen und schmecken lassen. Wer auch immer im Lencis kocht, weiß, was er tut. Weil Qualität ihren Preis hat, zahlt man hier großzügig - wobei man den Standort und das sehr zahlreich vorhandene Personal auf jeden Fall mitzahlt. Besonders erschwinglich ist ein Abend hier nämlich nicht - aber das weiß man vorher, weil ja die Preise überall stehen. Ein großes Bier für 5,20 € und ein Aperol für 8,50 € sind nur 2 Beispiele. Nun zu meinem Stern Abzug. Ich hatte bei meinem letzten Besuch Pasta mit Gemüse für rund 15 €. Die war irre lecker, aber ich wollte total gern noch Parmesan darüberstreuen. Ich fragte also danach. Ich bekam postwendend eine kleine Schale mit geriebenem Hartkäse. Auf der Rechnung stand diese dann plötzlich mit 3 € (!!). Ich verstehe, dass gerade Molkereiprodukte sehr viel teurer geworden sind und möchte auch gern dafür aufkommen, wenn ich welche verbrauche. Ich bin auch total damit einverstanden, dass Mehrkosten durch die Inflation teilweise auf mich als Gast umgelegt werden. Jeder muss sehen wo er bleibt. Aber DREI EURO für eine kleine Schüssel Hartkäse?! Und das, ohne es mir vorher wenigstens mal anzukündigen, das ist noch das, was nicht am meisten ärgert. Ein kleiner Hinweis, dass Parmesan extra kostet (man hätte nicht mal den Preis nennen müssen) hätte doch gereicht. So habe ich für Nudeln mit Gemüse und Parmesan und 2 große Bier rund 30 € ausgegeben. Meine Mädels hatten je einen riesigen Burger mit 200 g Fleisch und diversen Beilagen + 2 Getränke und haben genau so viel bezahlt. Verständnis hin oder her - da stimmt doch was nicht? Zum Essen komme ich vermutlich nicht zurück. Aber zum Verweilen und für 1-2 Getränke ein toller Laden!

Drinks und Speisen wussten zu überzeugen. Ambiente und Lage sind einfach toll. Das gesamte Servicepersonal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Hier komme ich gern wieder her.

Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal Preis-Leistung okay

Wir waren zu einem Büfett eingeladen. Geschmacklich war das Essen sehr gut. Was nicht so schön war, dass man vergessen hatte, die Behälter von unten zu "befeuern", so dass alles sehr schnell auskühlte, bis man es bemerkte. Der Nachtisch kam erst eine gute Stunde nach dem Essen. Aber ich denke, die Fehler kann man ausbügeln und wir werden auf jeden Fall zum Essen wiederkommen.

Eine große Bar, in der man mittlerweile gut Essen kann. Und die Auswahl an Cocktails hat mich umgehauen. Leider ist das Ambiente sehr dunkel gehalten.
