Christmas party in December with 18 people. Unfortunately, the staff seemed very overwhelmed, even though it wasn't busy at 4:30 pm. We had a two-hour time slot, which was clearly stated when we booked. Perfectly fine. Unfortunately, after an hour, we had to ask when we could order food. The food then took forever, so we had to leave immediately after eating (we were already 30 minutes over our allotted time). The food itself was only average. One mozzarella pizza was topped more with thick slices of tomato than anything else. A real shame, we always enjoyed going there, but we'll have to find a new place.

The food was excellent. The restaurant was beautifully decorated. We had only briefly mentioned a drink request to our (very friendly) waiter, which he unfortunately forgot, but we still had a wonderful time.

The food was delicious, the service friendly. What more could you want? The rest happens at the table.

The ambiance itself is very nice. However, the price-performance ratio isn't quite right. I've had better and somewhat larger portions elsewhere. The service seemed very overwhelmed and poorly organized. Food and drinks were mixed up (wrong table, drinks were brought with great difficulty, etc.). Unfortunately, the previous mix-ups were added to the bill, which led to unnecessary arguments until the situation was properly resolved. All in all, I see room for improvement in all areas.

It was very crowded. All floors were open. Despite this, the service was flawless. There was plenty of space everywhere; you didn't feel cramped. The food was delicious! Main course and dessert. The staff, despite being very busy, were friendly and professional.

We've known this restaurant for several years and go there frequently. The food is always excellent, fresh, and delicious. We always enjoy dining there. Recently, we celebrated our daughter's birthday there with about 40 guests. Everything went perfectly and even better than expected! The service was top-notch. You can discuss everything openly with the staff, and they will implement all your ideas. We organized everything with Mr. Dennis Reger, and I can only say the best about him! Very friendly and highly professional! We will certainly organize another private party there. I can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and its team!

It was my first time at the tavern and I was thrilled. The atmosphere is wonderful and cozy, thanks to the old timber-framed building combined with modern elements. The service was very friendly, attentive, and quick. The food was also fantastic. The burger was cooked perfectly and the side dishes were fresh. I can also recommend the lava cake with ice cream for dessert. The price-performance ratio is excellent. I'll definitely be back.

The three of us arrived after our seminar without a reservation, and getting a table was no problem. The food was delicious.

Today was my first time at Schrankhaus Diva. The ambiance is truly modern, cozy, and stylish all at once. The appetizer and dessert were delicious, but the main course left something to be desired: The dumplings weren't quite cooked to perfection, and the duck could have been crispier and more appealing, though it tasted okay. The service was noticeably lacking, with some of the temporary staff still new. We had to ask for our food ourselves after more than an hour. A glass of Coke had to be replaced because of lipstick marks; the waitress seemed a bit unsure and asked if I wanted a new glass. In conclusion: Great ambiance and a nice concept, but there's room for improvement in both the service and the food preparation.

Hello everyone, I'd like to share my experience at this restaurant yesterday: First of all, I unfortunately can't agree with the numerous positive reviews. I really had hoped for a different experience. On the recommendation of a colleague, my wife and I went to this restaurant for the first time last night. We had reserved a table in advance; upon arrival, we were shown to a table in a room that was separate from the other guests. We initially suspected that the restaurant might be overbooked. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case, as there were plenty of other tables available throughout the entire restaurant at that time and throughout our entire stay, and these tables were being given to guests who arrived after us. Even the friendly server seemed surprised by our assigned table and said, "You got the last seats in the cave..." We didn't mind, since we weren't there for the seats, but for the food. No big deal, we thought, since we weren't there for the seats, but for the food. We ordered drinks and food, which arrived promptly: - The rump steak was tough, cold, and unfortunately dry. - The fried mushrooms, which were supposed to be a side dish, were also cold. - My wife's chicken skewers were only lukewarm. Just our personal opinion: This could definitely be much better! In short: The shandy and the espresso were great, the rest was just so-so... On the positive side, I'd still like to mention the great atmosphere of this place. As things stand today, I couldn't recommend this place to any acquaintances or friends, sorry... Perhaps we just happened to go on the wrong night, but I can only comment on yesterday, hence this review. Someone from the restaurant is welcome to contact me again at any time, and I can describe the situation in more detail if they're interested. Until then, best regards.

A beautifully renovated traditional inn with a modern, warm feel. Unfortunately, significant cuts have been made both in service and in the quality of the food. The dishes range from traditional inn fare, such as schnitzel, to burgers and Asian bowls, and are served on high-quality tableware. The tomato soup, however, tasted like pureed canned soup and was garnished with a baguette and store-bought Parmesan crackers. The glass bowl it was served in, along with the taste, revealed it had been heated in a microwave. Worst tomato soup I've ever eaten in a restaurant. The fried potatoes with my schnitzel appeared to be potatoes from a jar and tasted accordingly pre-peeled and bland. Unfortunately, they also skimped on the bacon and onions. Not recommended. It's a shame that traditional dishes aren't cooked well anymore. The service was impersonal, and you felt a bit rushed. Ambience simply isn't everything. Perhaps they could have escorted the guests to their seats on the second floor...a shame for such a wonderful, traditional restaurant! I hope the chef and wait staff change soon!

Simply unique, extraordinary, modern, and yet incredibly cozy. The menu is diverse. The food was not only beautifully presented but also incredibly delicious. Ate there three times in a row. Food as it should be. Delicious and fresh with a choice of fries or bratkartoffeln (highly recommended). The staff is super friendly and keeps an eye on you to see if you need anything else.

The ambiance is superb, the staff and service extremely friendly and attentive...and the food was fantastic. Even substitutions were accommodated without any hassle. The meat was super tasty, of excellent quality, and cooked to perfection. The dishes were also very attractively presented. The value for money is truly excellent.

Great, you get some of the best food in Lippstadt here. The price/performance ratio is well-balanced. The professionally managed team makes it a pleasure to visit.

We were very lucky that we got a table without a reservation! Very few place available inside. The weather was rainy and the terrace was not available. The location is very big with a lot of sitting areas! For this visit we picked pizza and beers and it was a good choice and the order arrived quick! The pizzas were very tasty and the ingredients were fresh!

A very nice, upscale restaurant with good food, good service, and a great atmosphere. They serve delicious cocktails and good non-alcoholic drinks to accompany your meal. You won't get a 50-page menu here, but who wants that anyway? There's something for every taste.

A great restaurant. Despite being busy, we received our food and drinks quickly. The burger was a bit heavily salted for my taste, but still within reasonable limits. The fries and mayo (very mild in taste) were excellent. The ambience was also pleasant. Even though there were a lot of people there, it was still possible to have a good conversation.

We had dinner there with friends. Everything was great: food, ambience and service! Although it was well attended today - Saturday - the staff remained friendly and quick! We'd love to come back!

For the bread before the meal, €3 is charged and the dip costs an additional €1. Unfortunately, Mr. Strunz, I find that outrageous, as the prices are certainly on the higher side. Unfortunately, the braised onions were too salty, but at least her employee responded well. The ambience is not everything, there is more to pampering the guest.

Attention - the order does not always match the food served, e.g. a normal "wild burger" is ordered, the double, very plentiful, delicious - but significantly more expensive double burger with 2 patties comes (twice!). Price - performance: a little more expensive, but bearable.

A little more expensive but very nice ambience, good signature cocktails and seasonal menu. The standard menu with pizza and citizens is also recommended. Always my pleasure.
